Refusing to refund me after I sent the item back
I placed a large order of clothing from yours clothing, when I got my items there was one missing, I informed yours clothing and they didn't want to help sort it out so I went via PayPal,
PayPal decided in my favour and refunded me for the missing item only, on top of this I returned one of the item I received inline with yours clothing T&C and under my consumer rights.
Yours clothing has now had my returned item from 20/5/2021 and are still refusing to send me my refund of £11.69, I feel this is now theft by yours clothing and the legal authority need to get involved.

I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service I have received. I have bought many items from you and love your merchandise BUT the service when something goes wrong is abysmal!
It has been almost two weeks now since the delivery I had been informed had been made (it hadn't) and my instigation for a request regarding a replacement has been made. In that two weeks I have had several messages with DOR forms attached, one of which I duly printed out, added my signature, and posted back to your company at the Peterborough address. This had all my details on it including the order number. I couldn't do it online as I do not have the "add a wet signature" capability!
The bottom line here is that I am the customer and the only one out of pocket at the moment! I feel that a replacement order should be sent whilst you are investigating the delivery company concerned - Yodel, I believe.
I cannot find a phone number for you anywhere and I had really wanted to speak to someone to get this dealt with directly.
Can you please sort this as I do not want to have to take my business elsewhere and inform my friends to do the same.

Truly disappointed and frustrated a disgusting company never ever buy from this store especially in the st George's Harrow store the woman behind the desk got no customer service skills no respect nor how to deal with all aspects of a customer.
I returned to get a refund in April 20th the woman who sold me the item pretended as if she never saw me and accused me as I was a thief and not once she was helpful nor displayed kindness.
I have being going back and forth with this company still not solved ?

I have looked and looked for a way to contact them via email or feedback and there is nothing.
There is a new line of pj's they are buying in where the pants in my size 38 are three times at least smaller than they should be. Other designs are fine. They are using a new company or something as there wasnt an issue before in fact the pants sometimes were too big.
Its not worth sending them back because of the cost.
So your just stuck with it and no way of telling them

About my delivery not being delivered to my address
I ordered a tunic from yours clothing. They tried delivery it to another address but couldn't. I took a day off on the 17th of november unorder to rectify the mistake. I tried the entire day to get the contact number of yours clothing, couldn't finally got the live chat, spoke to one of the representative you informed me that my parcel have gone to no 68 brampton close and the occupier refused the parcel because it is not thiers. I rectified the correct address with the customer service and she confirmed that they have rectified my correct address for the delivery which, 69 brampton close, corringham, sandford le hope, ss17 7nr. Please am fed up with this issue, I want my delivery to be delivered to the appropriate address
pink parker coat
I brought a parker coat in pink with a white hood, took me quite a few months to find a decent coat as I'm so fussy with material and stuff I finally found a coat, cost me £60 so I pick up in store I've gone to out it on today I've had a few weeks bit I out in today and the coat has broke the zip on it has come off I'm so dissapointed because not only have I not got a coat its absolutly shocking weather I realiy on the coat to take my disabled son to school otherwise il be wrote and cold it's so not fair I'm really really upset about this please can you help me

Hi i purchased 7 items on yours clothing online and it's been over 2 weeks now with no response to my emails and not allowing me to check the tracking online i spent over 150 Australian dollars so i'm really disappointed, if the items don't arrive i would like a refund, my item/order number is YA40053045 and my email is _missy.[protected]@live.com i placed the order on the 28th of April with an email saying thank you for your payment that the payment has gone through, i have attached 5 documents of proof.

I have purchased 2 tops from Yours shops and both items have got numerous holes in. One of the tops was £29.99 & the other top was £21.99. Could you tell me why this happens with your clothes please? Both myself and my 2 daughters have had numerous clothes from your shops and they all have holes in. Surely for the money the clothing costs this should not be the case. I'm a very disappointed customer. I hope to hear from you in the very near future.

I could not find head office adress so I would like to make a complain here. I applied for Supervisor position in Bluewater shopping center.I was very happy about that and did my best on the interview with Loraine.lorraine told me if they choose me I will have the second interview with shop manager-i was surprised but accepted that.They called me and invited for the second interview with Michelle . It lasted over 2 hours(was for free plus travel expenses not refundable)I had 3 tasks plus conversation. She told me that I have to know the staff and ask them about personal informations, choose outfit for lady in late 50's for wedding. Get to know shop ;clothes and marketing rules.Michelle was almost ecstatic about outfit I choose and in general my person.She was giving me compliments and telling I fit the position I am amazing and etc BUT she told me that I have to wait 6 days for response because she is having another interview (So she was happy about me or not so much?) Today she called me that that lady was better.Ok no problem but what was that show for? I wasted money for transport, I had hopes to get job in a shop I really like.What is the reason to meet staff if they will not hire you? I feel very disappointed of the approach to people.I am unemployed seriously looking for job! I played almost 12 pound for buses to get to the shop and wasted so much time.It was very humiliating and made me feel very low as a human being. I hope somebody from head office will read it .

shipping charge to canada
I ordered a $30 USD top. When I started the checkout process, I saw that standard shipping was $15. It had gone up from a very reasonable $5 USD for shipping to Canada. (Also, why am I charged in USD when I am in Canada? Canadian money is not worthless!) So, when I proceeded with checking out, I saw that suddenly standard shipping to Canada was $20 USD! When I clicked on the button to confirm payment I saw that shipping to Canada was $30 USD! I can't afford that! I sent two emails to customer service asking for an explanation and have not heard from anyone. If Yours Clothing refuses to reduce shipping charges to Canada to a reasonable amount, I will not be buying anything again. I have been a longtime, loyal customer. I can only assume that international customers are no longer wanted.
wrong items delivered
I ordered 5 items from your company. I got a delivery but not one thing was mine. I have sent a message and an email but have got no reply. Your customer service is beyond shocking. The phone number provided does not ring. It days you seem to have mis-dialed the number. I tried to use the returns portal but it wont accept my email address, my postal code or my number. Now I have a broken foot and have been in plaster for nearly 8 weeks now, how am I to get out to return this package. Also I bought my items on black Friday, if I re-order them I wont get the same price. While I understand errors can take place this was not my error.
The last order I placed with your company, the next day I got an email from yours clothing stating that I left some things in my car and dont forget to buy them. I had bought them the previous day. Again I couldn't find anyone from your company to help me. You really need to improve your customer service because at the moment it certainly feels like you dont have one.

My friend bought me several items for my 70th birthday. She visited me while I was on holiday in Skegness. Then she returned home to Leicestershire.on Monday I opened my presents I realised the leggings she bought me were the wrong size.i went back to the Yours Shop in Lumley Road Skegness on the Monday and was told I could not exchange them without the receipt. I told her they were a present but she still said no.when at home I shop at the Yours in Beaumont Keys.never have I been told I couldn't return an item.i worked in customer complaints for many years and sometimes you have to do what you think best.this server in this store ruined my birthday and I came out in tears all for about items worth £15.but I wanted to exchange.i said I would never go in there again.over the months we have been here on holiday I think I must have spent over £500.please help.xxxx

floral jumpsuit
I purchased this item the week before I went on holiday in 2 sizes bigger than I am as I like jumpsuits to be baggy.
My first problem is that the size 24 I ordered would fit a size 20 as it was not baggy on me at all although enough room for me to be able to wear it.
My second problem is when I put it on I went out for the day to a shopping mall. After 2 hours of wearing it I bent down to pick up an item of clothing and the strap had broken. It has completely come away from the seam meaning the quality of the product is not good.
I am requesting a refund on this item of clothing as I am not happy with what I have received.

underwired soft padded bra
I have used yours clothing for clothes for a long time and decided as they have the bigger bra sizes I would give them ago insted of m&s where i normally get them, and £25 for a decent bra is ok if it lasts longer than 4 months or even 2 weeks. I bought a white underwired bra in May and as I thought it was comfy 2 weeks later I went a bought the black one. Come September the white one snapped and 3 days later the black one snapped also, so Sept 20th I oreded another one as the price had dropped to £16 so today is the 4th Oct and on the band where the fasten hooks are it has come undone and falling to bits. Surely if you are selling bigger bras they should be more sturdy and stronger and last a little bit longer than what the 3 I have wasted my money on have done.

disgusting customer services
I returned 2 items by collect plus, then I got an email stating one item had been refunded so I called them and said I returned 2 items they had been looking into the issue with their warehouse all last week. I called again on Thursday and was told that the warehouse told them that only 1 item was returned and no returns label was returned, I returned 2 items and the returns label, I was told that the customer services manager would call me back after they came out of a meeting at 4pm. Nobody called me back. I called again yesterday at 11am and was told that I would receive a call back as they had still not had a response from the warehouse. I have still had no call back. I think this is absolutely disgusting customer service I am constantly chasing up about a parcel I sent back and am just being ignored. I want me refund for the 2nd item I returned!

Hi, i recently purchased an item of clothing from your workington store. I had the item around 11 days and after trying it on with the outfit i was to wear i decided it was not for me. I did not have my receipt and thought that i would be able to exchange the product. On going into the store on 4th july i was told i could not return without my receipt? The person incharge came over and with cocky attitude said "no we cant its company policy". I asked why and got the same reply. I was so embarrased. I spend around £100 a month in this store and my mum also shops here. Unfortunatley we will not be purchasing any items here in the future and our faith in yours has been lost.

Hi,
I applied for a job at your metrocentre store and I was really shocked and upset about the question that you require your staff to wear your stores clothes which start at a women's size 16 and a men' L. I felt discriminated against because i wear a size 12 and I believe this was the reason why my application wasn't taken any further.
I applied on Monday 2nd July 2018, and I heard my application wasn't taken further on Wednesday 3rd July.
My desirable resolution would be for that question to be taken off the job application and for my application to be looked at again as i have good experience. If not I want to take this complaint further. I will go to the Ombudsman if it doesn't get resolved.
