Every time I order from yc and return anything I have to chase it up! I returned over 300 pound of stuff and am being told they don't have it and can't do anything to help me. Customer service are so useless. I don't know why I ever shop here because I never have a good experience its always stressful. With brands and companies increasingly doing plus size clothes you need to up your game it's disgusting to treat customers the way I've been treated

I have just tried to apply online for your store in Cardiff and came across the question stating "It is a requirement that sales advisors wear Yours clothing products as seen in store, these start at a Ladies size 16 and Men's large, can you meet this requirement", I was so shocked by this question I had to re read it so many times to make sure it was correct. I'm all about empowering different shapes and sizes and body confidence but this is pretty much the exact same thing as not allowing a plus size person to work in a petite store such as Victoria's secret etc just based on the fact that person would be too plus size for the uniform, I'm very disgusted and disappointed at this. Please fix the issue and allow any person big or small to have the chance to work in your store.
I worked for them and I am a size 16 I was the smallest employee and every time they were recruiting the main requirement was that the person was size 16+.. the head office management also pressure and push for this. We had a store visit from head office and part of the feedback was they weren't impressed that my size didn't represent the brand enough. I left its disgusting.
order cancelled by their security team without notification, have not been refunded
I placed an order on 28/02/18 for multiple items of clothing - the order totalled £159.
The delivery did not arrive, so I used their live chat on 07/03/18 to contact customer services, and was told they need to contact the warehouse team to get more information and someone would get in contact with me to update me. I requested they give me a refund for the order as I no longer want the items. I heard nothing from them.
Over the past week I have phoned and been on the live chat multiple times (as of today - 15/03/18 - I've been in contact with them 6 times, every time being told someone will contact me after they have spoken to a manager/security team). their managers are always away from the office and unavailable, and apparently the rest of the staff can't do anything without a manager. The only additional information I've been given is their security team cancelled my order, and the order is on hold and nothing can be done until after they speak to a manager.
I'm £159 out of pocket, and have wasted so much time on the phone and live chat. I'm never ordering from them again and will advise everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.
So frustrated with the terrible communication exhibited by this company.

Hi, I bought a parka coat from the Romford store on the 3rd October 2017, and am quite disappointed with this coat as I have started to get white fluffy balls coming through the coat under the arm area and going towards the front of the coat, considering I paid £59.99 for this coat I would not expect it to do after a few months of purchase, I hate complaining but on this occasion I feel I have the right to as the coat wasn't cheap and I have only wore a handful of times so cannot understand why it is doing this, I have attached some photos for you to look at please get back to me,

I am a committed customer to my local Yours store as I am a lady of a fuller figure and require clothes that fit appropriately whilst still being relatively fashionable.
I have been using Yours for several years and in the past I have received the highest standard of clothing from you and have always recommended you to my friends with reassurances of me saying it's worth paying more for the nicer standard of clothing you receive.
Just recently I have bought shirts that have become undone at the seam, leggings that have also ripped at the seam or have the wrong sizing altogether. I have had tops with buttons missing and vest tops that are wrongly sized too.
I find this extremely disappointing especially as I have to travel to my local store and this is inconvenient. I have always found Yours to be of value but I feel extremely 'put off' in returning to your store due to the lack of excellent standards I have received in the past.

My friend and i went christmas shopping in southend on sea high street on saturday 2nd december 2017. we walked into the store and was looking for garments to wear for christmas we both found some clothes of which i tried one on in the store which i was happy with and we took our chosen garments to the counter where there was no one serving although there were clearly two staff in the shop and a few customers. some other customers approached one of the staff for advise and was talking to her, the other member of staff was close by and could see us clearly waiting and looked my friend straight in the eyes so we knew she was aware and would probably be over soon. but instead she carried on moving around the coat hangers, so after a while i approached her and asked if any one was serving as we had been waiting about 5 mins now (with no queue in front of us and no one at the counter so that we could pay ) which i pointed out to her but instead of saying sorry about that, she continued to argue with me, She said "no you have not, you only walked in two minutes ago" which obviously from the amount of garments we had chosen and also trying on, then waiting was more then two minutes since we entered the store. i found this very rude and not good customer service. the lady concerned i believe to make matters worse was also the manager according to the other assistant in the shop, whom was polite and helpful. i have been a retail store manager for 30yrs and have always taught my staff the customers come first, stop what your doing and help them, after all customers pay their wages. to help you pin point the transaction it was on saturday 2nd december 2017 at 11.20am our total receipt price was £72.02 and paid by card. the numbers on the receipt are 9992 t02 a001. i would like this member of staff to be retrained in the basics of customer care to make sure this type of incident does not happen again or is copied by other staff. I love the clothes and have never had a problem in any of the stores before, in fact the helpfulness of the staff was what made me start shopping there many many years ago. I have also shopped on line before without any issues. not receiving a returned item
On 13th September I ordered 6 dresses on line (for choice) paid for them, delivery was fine, only kept one dress and parceled others up and returned. When I received my email confirming partial refund only 4 dresses where on, I sent an email asking why the other one wasn't on (the most expensive one of £65.00). I received an email saying it would be looked into, had to chase up for an update, received another saying they where still looking into it, chased up again only to be told that the dress in question was not in the parcel and "would advise to double check at home to see if the item could have been missed." I messaged back saying that this was a complete insult, If I hadn't of returned the dress originally why would I be asking why I hadn't been refunded. I have used mail order for almost 30 years and never have I had an experience where something has went missing from a sealed parcel. I will continue as £65.00 is not something I am prepared to let go
Update:- After a few more emails Yours Clothing have paid me back the money as a "gesture of good will" which I am extremely happy about, however I did tell them to keep an eye on stock levels of this dress as it was most definitely returned - overall happy with outcome but will not use service again - I will return it to nearest store

I ordered a pair of linen pants from Yours Clothing. They received my payment on 22 August. To date, goods have never been received.
Yours Clothing is supremely unconcerned - first they said wait 18 working days before they can investigate. Then after 18 days they said they would investigate and revert within 7 working days. However this seems to be an eternal 7 working days - as each time you follow it up they pretend they were not aware that the package had never arrived and will "now" launch an investigation, which will take 7 days. And so each mail from them just begins with me waiting for a new 7 days, nothing received, no mention of refund. Are they a scam seller, as I see now there are similar reviews online

I have been waiting on a parcel for a week now! There has been multiple "attempted" deliveries apparently! However I was in house all day yesterday and got an email saying your delivery has been attempted and has been rescheduled for the following day allow 24 hours? Are they having a laugh! Returned faulty top after wearing for an hour and washed using laundry instructions and air dried. Shrank and had pulls on the back when tried on again to go out making it unwearable. On returning i was asked for the receipt, i wanted to keep the top so i didn't have the receipt. Manager said my handbag must have damaged the top in front of a shop full of customers who then started saying that i had damaged the top when i asked for a cash refund with it being faulty. Was told in sale so I could not have £23 it would be £17 on a gift card only. After being made to feel small by the Manager i had to be assertiuve with the shop worker and customer after the Masnager had walked off down the shop. The sales lady staerted crying and the Manager said that she was heavily pregnant which made me feel bad, when i went to apologise the Manager told me not to. It is just easier not to shop at this store.
Another occasion i returned an item with recxeipt the Manager took an iPad picture of my receipt is this company policy? I felt quite bad returning items there, I spent alot of money in Yours clothing. I was pleased for a Mansfield store to open now i feel this is not the case.

Here we go again. So much trouble and run around when I return an item to this company. Last time they said they didn't get it, wrote a review on here and they suddenly found it the next day.
I didn't use them for ages but my daughter saw a dress and shoes on here for her formal so I grudgingly agreed to try them again. However, it didn't fit right.
To avoid all the crap about returns I went through last time, I personally took the items to their Melbourne returns address in Keysborough ( address for Australian returns). I thought this time I won't get the run around about not receiving the item. What a shock, it was a pokey dirty little office in a factory industrial estate with a guy in it who uses the address o collect returns for his girlfriend who works at home. He takes them home other and she processes them. He took it and put it in his car which had other returns in it in yours clothing bags.
Well what do you know? They said they ever received it Lmao and they keep sending me prewritten messages asking for the tracks Ng number, knowing I didn't post it but hand delivered it. They also keep asking for item details. Not one actual personal email, just form letters.
So now after several emails, I'm coming back on here to see if I can get a real response and my money back.
That's it yours clothing. I don't care if you are the last clothing store in the world. I will NEVER EVER EVER use you again.

I placed an order on 15th June, Reference YM53371248 I also PAID an extra £6.99 for a quick next day delivery as I was due to attend a party and needed the outfit. my parcel arrived but there was only 1 item my jeans were missing I called yours clothing who firstly promised to refund me my delivery charge as my item wasn't delivered as I'd paid for but also reasured me there was no stock and as soon as they come in they would be delivered. No delivery refund was recieved for the delivery it's now 4 weeks later and still no Jeans have been delivered and I have not been refunded for the jeans or delivery I have tried contacting yours customer service unfortunately I can not afford to keep spending money to top up my phone and chase this. I spent £27.80 in one day calling the chargeable number provided on the website I havery tried 5 timea to Facebook message and twice I have posted on the yours Facebook page. I've made an order and bought several items from YoursClothing website. My order was placed a long time ago and never made it to me. When I tried to contact customer service they ignored me and did not reply.
Recently I finally was able to reach someone and the person I spoke to said that I need to be more patient. I asked about my order status but they were not able to provide me with any information regarding my order. When I asked for a tracking number they said that they don't give tracking numbers! Absolutely ridiculous! I'm a frequent online shopper and always received tracking numbers! They also refused to refund my money.

Same happened to me only refunded for 1 dress when I sent 2 back! Had to chase every day each time told I would be called back but never have! Absolutely appauiling customer services.
