Forgot password means account lost
I had this experience second time when I opted for the T20 World cup package.
First of all, my old account password did not work so I tried "forgot password" before buying the latest package, didnt work as it says "Internal error" everytime I tried "Forgot password".
So eventually, I tried with new email id and a new account. This worked.
However, I tried to login with on a different device but it says "invalid credentials" so ultimately I logged out from my original device and now it says "invalid credentials" on that device as well. So finally, I am trying "forgot password" and it says "internal error".
So ultimately, I have paid for the account and not able to use it at all. This happens with YuppTv everytime.
I am never going to use Yupptv again.

WC T20 2022
There are advertisements during the live PAID stream. That is totally unethical and probably illegal.
I had the same problem during the last WC T20 2021 and I complained to them. They REMOVED the ads from the stream.
But this time it is the same problem. However when I complained they said, the ads are from the source.
Which is totally false statement.
The ads are only 3 different ones. 1 of them is about some food company, 2nd one is about some investment with Sunil Gavaskar and 3rd one is about YuppTV itself.
I checked with some friends around the globe, No one is getting any ads on their paid subscriptions. The ad from YuppTV itself is definitely not from the source as claimed.
There are ads during the game play even sometime. That is really annoying
Desired outcome: Remove the ads ASAP or charge less than €25 for the subscription. Say like €10 or €15.

Horrible customer service
Reluctantly purchased an annual language package online for $179. The FAQ and the site mentioned 4 devices can connect to the service. When I tried to view this on my second TV, I will be charged additional $56. When I submitted a support ticket, there was no response. When I called in to clarify this, I was "schooled" that TV will not be considered a device! And when I requested this does not seem fair, for that charge, please enable another TV or just downgrade me to a monthly plan and cancel, I was told that they cannot do any of the requested. Once purchased, that's it. And on top of it, Yupp TV always auto-renews the service without even customer input. Of course, I was pointed to the fine prints on the "Terms and Conditions".
If you are so confident of your service, why don't you try letting customers decide on what they would like to do with your service. I am sure you and the world can instantly see how much your customers like you and your service!
On top of it, they were ok to refund some amount if I activate another TV. Just a horrible experience

Bad Service
Simple sale strategy. Call before 3 to 4 months before remove 3 to 4 months from subscription and ask to renew the package. I'm sure that I have my subscription till 3 months but they removed it some how I'm not sure how this is correct? It's my wish to renew the package. Who are you to always keep calling me and asking for renewal. If I decline the call they blackmail me with emails that if i will not renew the package it gets auto renewed. This is unethical. You guys are just damaging customer experience. You people are just looting and milking money. Nothing so great about your services. I never suggest my friends to use this service. Thank you

We have been using Yupptv for about 3 years now. We were sold yearly subscription with the Yupptv box. About 1.5 years ago the remote stopped working and when we contacted them they told us remote cannot be replaced and asked us to download an app in the mobiles. We did that and started using it
Now last week we renewed our yealy subscription and today 15th May 2022 box stopped working. When we contacted Yupptv customer service they said as its box they cannot do anything and asked us to buy a new TV or buy fire stick from Amazon. Which was ridiculous.
We then asked them to cancel the subscription, they said they can't as per policy for yearly subscription. This was shocking as we were not made aware that yearly subscription cannot be canceled. All connection should be cancallable. We are now stuck with the Yupptv subscription which cannot be used or canceled
Please be careful before you take their subscription

Unauthorized credit card charges
It is unsafe to register card or doing payment in Yupp TV.
My amount got debited Unauthorized from both unsaved card(crazy) and saved card.
Now they have refund my amount, but still see huge difference in amount.
Yupp support team is reluctant to take the request. Very bad and disappointed.
Subscription, not cancelling after 2 days
I have subscribed 15 month period.
After 2 days of watching, the color is very bad and the channels, movies are very very old.. they are bad than youtube.
I asked to cancel but they are not cancelling and not raising complaint.
I am going through process of Ofcom and ombudsman.
They (Trishool) say this package has no option to cancel even after a day or even on same day change of mind.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation
I have subscribed myself to the YuppTV monthly subscription of the TV. Post watching it for a month, In decided to cancel the subscription but the irony is and I quote "FIRST OTT Provider which let's you subscribe but doesn't let you UNSUBSCRIBE online and requires a call to Customer Service for the cancellation"
What a complete waste of time and disgusting website design We are not living in 1970's which requires us to send a letter or make a call. Cancellation of the subscription is the right of consumer at any point. Anyways after calling Customer Care, I always get IVR response to dropping an email because customer care is always busy in spite of holding calls for more than 15 mins (weekdays, weekend doesn't matter). After dropping an email it has been 14 days and no response received.

Poor customer service
On 22nd of February, customer service representatives, Mr. Mani called to upgrade my channels, and I have agreed to upgrade from monthly channel to yearly. Unfortunately, payment declined once, and the second attempt.. Payment has been deducted from my account. I have lodge a complaint over the chat column, its very sad to say that they did not return back to me till today regarding the deduction which they claimed, declined twice.as they promised they, would return back to me as as possible.. But till today there was no any email or calls from yup TV, untill I had to msg them through their chat column. Only after than they replied by saying that.. Both payments was declined, it was extremely disappointing. They could have just mail me, but they waited for me to msg them, and I Just called my bank to find out what is the issue about, according to the bank.. Payment has been declined on first attempt and for the second attempt payment has been deducted, but its on floating. Payment will only refunded on 8th May if there is no any deduction from yup TV.
Desired outcome: I would request yup TV to improve their customer service. Its very sad to say that they have a very poor customer service provider. Pls update enquiries ASAP, not to wait till customer follow up.

Missold package
We were sold the yupp tv package being informed that all new movies are included in the package & it has a 14 days cooling off period to cancel if we are not happy, we can cancel free of charge.
But we have found out that as informed not all the new movies are included in the package & you have to pay an extra now to watch new movies through Sonyliv
When we rang up to cancel package, we were informed that we cannot. When we asked to put thisin email, that was refused too.
These people are misselling stuff & conning people their money

SonyLIV not working
I am unable to watch a couple of webseries on SonyLIV and getting an error "No Non-DRM content available". Yupptv customer care told me that my Hisesne UHD 4K is not a supported device to view these series because Sony has made some content in such a way that it cant be displayed on every device. I asked them to either fix this issue or refund my subscription for SonyLIV and they told me that refund is not possible.
I am feeling cheated as I have paid for services which I am not getting.
Desired outcome: Either provide me all the SonyLiv content or refund the subscription

I’ve subscribed this useless YuppTV for only one month package last year 2021 November Diwali. But they are still charging me till today’s date 1st Feb 2022. When try contact customer service never ever responded back to me. When they request for renewal package. I’ve never respond to them and why still never cancel this service. This is one of the useless tv package I’ve seen in my life. I’m going to lodge a complaint in consumer site.

Annoying sony live movies
Every year during renewal I am paying for something new later they introduce another new subscription and stop providing movies for what I paid.
Now YuppTV wanted me to pay another $80 which is expensive than Sony live direct subscription. The whole year they released 3-5 unpopular movies in the fist show which I have paid this year additionally.
Called the customer service and Ramya put me in 10 mins on hold and disconnected the call. Called again and didn't give any solution.
Desired outcome: I don’t want to see the Sony live in the screen or refund the balance month left

And I paid for what you guys told me for all 4 devices. I have made sure that there wouldn't be any additional charges, on January 02 I have noticed that there is a deduction of 37.94 from my credit card, when I phoned customer service, I was told it for 4th device, he said he cannot cancel it refunded, I am confused, if you guys cannot stay on what you offer, please don't come to me with different deals. YuppTv zee catch-up not streaming
Hi,
I have taken Yupp Zee package subscription. But they are not streaming zee catch up channel. I have been reaching out the customer service team from past 4 months about this issue. Every time I call them they would say that the issue would be resolved in next one week. But the issue is not resolved on last 4 months. I requested to cancel my subscription and return the refund because of the inconvenience. But they wouldn't do that not prorated refund either. I'm totally disappointed with their service.

Zee tamizh tv subscription…
I renewed my subscription hoping to see zee tamizh and zee thirai… after renewing only I realized they are not available on catch up tv and only on live tv making me miss lot of programs..they did not mention this while renewing and on reaching them they keep telling me they are speaking with zee team…until you fix it then why offer? Also the Hotstar app subscription they offered as part of my renewal also no longer valid as Hotstar has been removed in US. Also within few days of my renewal they drastically reduced their prices in the name of another offer…had they told me this I would have waited till then…
