I have been a customer for over 20 years, drawn to your product line based on natural safe ingredients. I've been using your products for all of these years, I recommended your products to my sister who has now been a faithful customer as well. I recently noticed that my young 18 year old nice has followed our example and is using your moisturizers, body wash and antiperspirant. I myself purchased an antiperspirant recently and noticed that the 2nd ingredient is aluminium chlorohydrate. I should mention that I am a Breast Cancer survivor and have learned about the potential dangers of Aluminum in its potential to build up in breast tissue and make women more prone to breast cancer. Although you can still find articles stating there is no clear link, I have to say that I have met with doctors, nutritionists, nurses, naturopaths and other experts who believe there is enough evidence for companies such as yourself to remove Aluminum from your products. The product I mention looks lovely and has a wonderful soft fragrance, yet contains aluminum. I remain a faithful Yves Rocher customer a big fan of your Riche Creme. I have since, however, advised my niece not to use your antiperspirant and I will not be using this one that I purchased. I hope you can find some substitute for the aluminum in this product that is safe or eliminate it from this and other products with the Yves Rocher name. Thank You for your consideration.

Dear Sir. madame, I'm complaining about a very bad customer experience in super u of flacq Mauritius., one of yr staff refused to sell yr products because my wife did not had her privilege card .I dnt understand if you want to pay cash why u need the card ..she needed that cream because she had a browse arm and she came bk home crying of the misbehavior of yr staff.She users only yr product .now..we feel ashamed n disgraced.

I used to purchase Yves Rocher products all the time but have stopped buying in recent years due to quality change! Your products used to be varied and beautifully packaged but now it seems that the company has gone the cheaper route! What happened to fragrances like Magnolia, Pivoine and Vie Privee? What happened to your high quality and beautifully packaged cosmetics like True Colors, Yria and Vie Privee? I know your company is environmentally conscious but it was your esthetically packaged and high quality products that gave you an edge over other companies!
purchased a serum vegetal eye cream, once at home the tube was completely empty (no cream at all).
On Sunday December 2nd, I purchased 2 items from the Yves Rocher store in Fairview Shopping center; Serum Vegetal, "wrinkles & radiance ultra-smoothing serum" and "wrinkles & radiance, aluminizing eye roll-on". I paid with a Store gift card (around $67) and the balance in cash. When I arrived home, I removed the items from their boxes and threw it away with the bill since it was not on credit. Thursday morning, I go to try the eye cream, as to my dismay to find the tube completely empty (not a speck of cream, just air). Then I returned to the store today (Friday Dec.7) and spoke to the manager. She mentioned that without the packaging or bill, they cannot replace it. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have a point card (#[protected]), I cannot believe that there is no way of retracing my transaction at this store. Clearly this is a defective tube!
The manager emailed someone to see what can be done, but I have no news. Please honor your products and replace my eye cream.

I would like to file a compliant regarding the shopping experience I had with your store in Hong King - Diamond Hill Hollywood Plaza.
I made a purchase of skin care product sometime in Oct /Nov 2017. At the time, there was promotion offer of paying HK$ 150, and enjoy one time facial service worth of HK 450. I did pay for that, as I lived close by and it would be convenient for me to have the service when I needed urgently.
However, due to my busy work schedule, I rarely have the time to go and experience the facial, and the invoice of HK$150 started to faded.
Around mid 2018, I visited your store again and purchased the bathing oil, the beauty advisor advised me to key in the record into the system, and I no longer need to keep this fading invoice in my wallet. I am happy to take the option and pass the invoice to that beauty advisor to scan into the system.
This Oct, I went back to the store and tried to book the facial service, the same beauty advisor told me could not locate any record in your system? And it was too long ago, the facial service is no longer valid? And without the invoice, I am not able to redeem the service!
I was shocked and disappointed that I was told the invoice was faded and it is ok to discard as it has been taken care of in your system.
And I was never informed that there is expiry date for the facial service?
Shop manager Ms Wan tried to look into the case, and she informed me that no record was found. I requested to redeem HK150 of product and no more facial service.
Sadly, Ms Wan informed me that it was purchased in 2017, it expired and without the invoice, nothing can be done?
The services and follow up of the beauty advisor and shop manager was neither up to standard, nor professional. If I was not told the invoice can be discard, I would have kept it for the service. Why would I bother to discard as I have already keeping it for 6 months or so?
I used to trust Yves Rocher is a company of excellent services and quality products. However, after this poor shopping experience, I will not enjoy the Brand anymore.

customer service and fraudulent charges
The worst customer service ever. I had ordered a package a few months ago. When ordering they had missed putting the apartment number on the package so my package went missing for a few weeks. When I tried to get a hold of someone it took another whole week after leaving several voice mails, sending several emails and putting some bad reviews online. They had fixed the address mishap and re-sent the package... had to wait about 3-4 weeks for 1 simple package. Now all of a sudden I got a letter in the mail, MONTHS later stating that apparently I owe 80 dollars for said package which is INSANE given I had been charged on my credit card. Once again I had sent an email a few days ago and there is no response.
So bottom line, first they screw up my delivery and give nothing to make up for it, then they try to double charge me and say I will start being charged interest.
I would NEVER recommend ordering anything from this company.

I purchased a "Muguet en Fleurs - eau de toilette" from India. But it is a bad experience for me. My wife used this but fragrance is very very light and no Fragrance after 10 minutes. Called customer service to complaint and pay the amount. During placing order I provided credit card, 5 months after I receive mail saying I didn't pay and now have to pay interest on it for the previous months past due.
One customer service agent was polite.
When I called the second time to actually pay, during the explanation the agent start raising voice saying that she (call center Agent Maria) understands my frustration.
I am asking: " if you understand my frustration then why are you yelling?"
Maria (call center agent): " because you don't let me say anything!" (Keep yelling)
Me: "if you listen to the recording I don't think it was so"
Maria (call center agent): " then how about you call back and wait on the line"
Me: " or you can transfer me to the supervisor because that's not the customer service that should be"
Maria : " call back and wait on the line we can't transfer"
And she (Maria the call center agent) hangs up on me.

I went to the Yves Rocher store in Kenitra, Morocco and it was closed. I wanted to use my promotion card and found the store closed until 2 September 2018. Ii walked there from my apartment and could not believe that it was closed! Not happy about it! I think it should have been open as it was the last day of August and the promotion card expired 31August.

On the first week of June, I bought a yves rocher lacquer at Mall of Istanbul, Başakşehir, Istanbul. I bought this product in Köln and Madrid before and was very happy with it for the last 4-5 years.
Unfortunately, this product caused severe eye irritation with the gas inside the product and caused coughing crises in my asthmatic child. The product itself is also so disappointing because all of my nails break apart within a week.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your interest because in Turkey this applications usually remains unsolved.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the free gifts I have received.
I have been a loyal customer to your brand for years and as I have a fidelity card I receive every now and then reduction cards that I make sure to use each time. On every card it says that I am supposed to get a free gift whether by simply visiting or for purchasing a product, the problem is that for the last 2 years I've been receiving the exact same gift, a toiletry bag, not even your logo on it.
My question is : have your brand not changed the free gifts for two years or is it something else?
I am very dissatisfied and with all my due respect I don't think it's encouraging for me to stay loyal to your brand if each time I am going to receive the same gift, that I didn't even like in the first place.

I have made a huge order and purchased many hair and skin care products from this website. I paid over $100 for the entire order and was promised a free gift!
My order finally arrived about three weeks later and the whole thing took way longer than I expected. When I opened the package I saw that there was no gift! I contacted Yves Rocher customer care service and they promised they'll fix everything in no time, but unfortunately they did not care and nothing was done! Horrible site!

I am very disappointed in the services I was given
I order from Canada.My first order was returned because they messed up my address. The order was $50. I called again regarding the same order they said they would send me another order. No they didn't. I called again they places another order but guess what I am going to be charged $60 instead the $50. I hope I get to see my money. It seems like unprofessional people are working for the company after 30 minutes waiting for anyone to pick up I get someone who tells me no to everything. Its horrible. And they wont let you talk to a manager or anyone who actually knows what they are doing. Such a shame I was very excited when I found them online since I moved to the USA and I used to buy from them in Germany where I used to live

Yves Rocher is completely useless site! I wanted their catalog and I asked them to send me one and they said ok. I never received it but they claimed that I did. Next month I made another request and the same thing happened. Customer service kept telling me that catalog was delivered to my address, but it wasn't and the worst part here was customer support which did not believe me.

Hi, I have had a TERRIBLE experience with your online sales! I ordered products back in August 2015. Somehow I was registered as a member and started receiving newsletter that I have no interest in. Then I realised that they started charging me £15 per month without my permission! I emailed to them asking to unsubscribe me and make a refund for the membership. They got back to me after a few weeks only with their apologies. I thought they would unsubscribe me and that would be the end but I realised that they are still charging my credit card for a membership! This is ridicolous! I have really had enough of this and as a result will not be a return customer and will continue sharing my experience with you wherever is possible! I also question just how "botanical" a lot of their products are, not just the anti-antiperspirant. I used to love their products 20 or 25 years ago. But now, almost every product I try triggers a negative re-action.
