On 12/04/2021 I ordered One Bourbon One Scotch One Beer Deluxe Edition. Due to manufacturing delays, the product was not available until August 2023. On 08/05/2023 Z2 Comics sent an email regarding this order. The email stated there were multiple changes to the product I ordered. There was no longer a vinyl included and no longer a deluxe addition. Z2 did offer to send an in stock product to compensate for the change but they also stated if I no longer wanted the product due to the changes then I could request a refund. I am a vinyl collector. Z2 has made changes to almost every product I pre-ordered. So because there would be no vinyl, on 08/06/2023 I requested a merchandise credit as I planned to purchase something else at Z2. I never heard from Z2 regarding the merchandise credit so I later requested a refund. I have sent numerous emails and have received only “canned” responses that Z2 received my request. I previously ordered 4 or 5 items from Z2 and was used to the multiple delays so I was surprised at the lack of customer service. I would like Z2 to step up to the plate and do the right thing by their customers. They have a unique product to offer but by alienating customers who buy from them they won’t be around for long.
Desired outcome: Refund the money I paid for the product.
