Mr Price Group / MRP

Me and my husband visited mr price brits mall in the northwest province on the 21/06/2020. It was almost towards 14h30 when we get into the store. He went around looking for few items of wich mostly he could not get he took a body warmer and a knitwear jersey and gave them to me together with his card so I could pay and he continued looking around in the store. When I paid at the till it was around 14h53. Then we met towards the door going out. On our way to the car while still in the mall the security guy greeted us and said to my husband abuti can we go and talk at the office for what we both asked and response was we have suspicions. Okay we both went I couldnt let him go alone after all. When we get there a ceryain guy was told then he asked us. He told them why would he use his money in the shop and steal requested them to search him then they said its fine if he has not stole anythng. Then we asked who called. It was a store assistant manager. They described her as the short 1. Then we remember immediately after going out of the store a short lady passed infront of us and went back thats when the security stopped us. My concern with all this why are treated like thieves in the very same store that we always go and buy. Before going to mr price we went to game bought few items. Went to woolworths bought few things. Why are we only identified as been thieves at your store. Isnt this a serious allegation. I wanted to take those items back and get the whole amount back but my husband requested me not to.In the very same shop we struggled to find other things as it was deurmekaar. I still need legal advice on this 1 since well they pointed us and closed the shop. As for the short assistant manager I need to deal with her seriously.
