Roman's Pizza

I ordered the special @16:45 and went to collect at 17:00. I ordered a thin base from a cashier Dimakatso. When I went to collect I realised it's a thick base, I ask and the manager said it's a thin, I refused and wanted a new 1, thin base. They made me wait for another 15min and the same mistake was done, with only few chips that a human can count(7chips), with 5 fried chicken balls(which is fine).

I am giving this complaint because they make me feel like a person who is Startin to eat or buy pizza. I always buy pizza and romans and I've never got this problem, but I am pissed off because they didn't fix the matter, but made it worse. The customer service was not good at all, even the manager didn't come and say sorry or anything.

Please try and fix it, I love romans pizza and I wouldn't like this to happen to me again.

Very unhappy about the service we received at roman's pizza 74 gareth roberts ave, cashan, rustenburg, 0300. We walked in 19:50 pm 20/12/2020 2nd in line 19:52 pm I paid for the pizzas I ordered at katlego kole, order number 142. So 20 minutes pass and I went to see if it's ready yet, no is not ready yet he said, in 15 min then I go back again because all the people before and after me have already got their pizzas! When I am now the only one standing there he come ask me what is wrong then I said to him here is my slip i'm looking for my pizzas, then the man said sorry it's not made yet they forgot they are only going to make it now. We walked out 20:30 pm we are coming from a long shift we are tired and irritated now we still have to wait a whole 1 and a half for pizzas!
