I ordered bathing suits, one is missing and they tripled one of the orders . I received the package and want to return the items. They wont process this on the phone, only email. They emailed me back with a list of ridiculous questions and will not send return info. I am really really upset and want to take this further to investigate as they are certainly not legit.

I received two items over a month ago. Immediately realized that they didn't fit, although I was careful to order the correct size. I ended up emailing them about a week later to return my items and be refunded. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours. I never heard back.
This is when I emailed them again and the same exact thing happened. I then decided to try their live messenger, but that was just as useless. They told me to email support and get a ticket. Once again I never heard back from them.
Frustrated I decided to finally call customer service. Turns out they were closed for a week for training. This was infuriating because I've had my items for over a month now because of them.
Today was the last straw. They are now back in office according to the dates provided in their voicemail. Tried numerous times to reach them and call continued to fail on their end. I will never again shop with Zaful because this is outright ridiculous. I'm hoping I can get a hold of them and return my items since it is their fault that I haven't been able to return my items!

I ordered the package on the 9th of January 2018 and Zaful sent me an email saying that it was shipped out on January 10th 2018. The estimated delivery date was 8-12 days from the 9th of January. It is now the 29th of January and it still hasn't shown up in my mailbox or front door.

This set a bad impression considering this is the very first package I have ordered off this website. I am personally shocked at the outcome and result. I have waited for weeks n weeks for this parcel hoping to wear the accessories on special occasions but I have missed my chance due to the late arrival of the parcel.

I ordered 3 things off the Zaful app and received an email saying my order was waiting for payment. I went back to the app and reentered my card info, but for some reason there were only two of the three items in that order. I didn't receive the email saying my order was completed until after I had already reentered my info. It could have been a lag in internet service, but either way the second order was not supposed to be paid for. I issued a ticket with zaful the day that this happened and was told that they would try to stop the order. It is now over a month later and I received the order I didn't even mean to process, and the order I actually wanted was cancelled and not refunded. I don't need the third item in my final order, I would just like to be refunded for what I didn't receive. Please get back to me.

I ordered a Hooded Color Block Corduroy Jacket and it arrived wet and moldy inside the package with the dye bleeding, and it took longer than 15 days to arrive, which was the expected shipping time. The dye from the red on the sleeves has bled onto the yellow. The corner of the packaging that it was in was left unsealed so moisture got in and it sat like that, for over a week and developed an awful mildewy smell. I could not get through to the customer service via phone, I tried on multiple phones, but I would like a replacement, seeing as this one is ruined.

I ordered a high cut racer back sporty bikini in a yellowish color on December 23 and I still haven't gotten in the mail and I'm thinking it was sent to the wrong address. I ordered another bikini and got that one but not this one and it's already been more that a month and a few weeks. It's already January so I've been expecting it and still hasn't come.

I ordered two dresses on December 16. When I received my package a month later it did not contain the two dresses I had ordered. What was in the package was a big black trenchcoat that I never ordered. I have no way of contacting them and when I try to fill out is Zaful support ticket the website is broken and doesn't allow me to fill in a valid email, so I can't even submit my ticket.

I ordered a jacket that was on sale on December 15th. The website claimed as I was ordering it that it would be shipped in 5-10 business days. It is January 3rd and it still says processing. I tried submitting a report on support center and it would not let me enter in a valid email even though it was requiring a valid email! I tried multiple times on multiple devices. I tried calling the phone number and that didn't work either. I messaged them on Facebook and they said the item wasn't in stock, it was backordered and they couldn't send it to me at this time. I sent follow up questions and was ignored. I said "Hello?" and they started over the message with me as if I had never started talking to them already. I messaged on live chat with an employee through the website and he told me the same thing. However, the jacket I ordered is the first item under the "jackets and coats" link and is still on sale and marketed as a "HOT" item. It also still says it would be shipped in 5-10 business days. If this item isn't in stock and people who have already ordered it are on back order, why would it be the first item offered under that link?! Why would there not be a warning that it was backordered. AND why didn't I, a paying customer, receive an email or warning about the status of my order? This was my first time ordering from Zaful, and I was excited as there are many cute things. However, after this experience paired with awful customer service, I will never order from here again and will be telling everyone I know not too as well.
loss claim
My shipment of clothes that I ordered during black friday weekend never reached me. DHL, the delivery service, claims it was delivered on 12/24/17, while I was out getting lunch, and the package was not there by the time I returned. I am upset that I have lost a lot of money in clothes from this, and I would like a refund or another shipment of clothes.
drawstring hooded field jacket
I haven't received my order yet, I looked up the tracking number and don't nothing pop up saying it's on the way or nothing. I need my jacket soon because it didn't say in the description that it would take this long! The standard shipping range is from 8-15 business days and that has almost passed over so it should be saying it's on it way or something, right?
i have tried to track my order and it will not work because the tracking number is invalid and i dont know what that means. so has zaful messed up the tracking numbers? has your order arrived

I am absolutely furious about the amount of shipping I have had to pay. I understand that I need to pay some importation fees however, I received my order in four packages... FOUR! So rather than pay £25 for one package... I now have to pay £100! Not to mention they have been dispatched weeks apart! No wonder the clothes are so cheap.. the extra payment is ridiculous!

I had made a purchase last night 25th of November and realised that i have been overcharged by the company. I did the currency change straight after purchase only to realise more money has been removed from my bank account. My order number is attached in tbe photos as confirmation too. I made an order on the 28th of October and on the 8th November I got a notification that my order has departured to me, now it's the 21st of November and still no update when I track my parcel My TRACKING NUMBER : RG989168106BE My ORDER number : UM1710260235338306 Standard shipping method . It's suppose to take 15 to 25 days to receive my order I know but it's hard to track your parcel when it hasn't updated in 10 days

I placed an order ordering 2 jackets from your site not knowing i should've read the reviews first. First of all my 2 items took over a month to actually be delivered and when they finally were (today) they are both way too small even though i went off the sizing chart you provided. I tried calling and the number is out of service. I sent in a ticket and got no reply. I just want a full refund for my items. But I'm not sending anything back until i know that i can get my money back. This is my last time trying to reach you guys. After this I'm filing a lawsuit.

Dear whom this may concern,
I am writing to you as an an offical complaint, since my last few emails have been ignored.
I ordered from your site, Zaful. I ordered a number of items on 5/10. You took he money from my account on 6/10. Despite the email informing my that my items will b shipped with 5 working days I am yet to revive 3 of them, the others took over 3 weeks to be delivered.
Upon arrival, one dress was damaged which I repaired myself. (see attached photos) The bag after two days usage (carrying a book and sun lotion to the pool and back) then broke. (see attached photos)
The bikini that I ordered is poor quality, I'm yet to receive the other which is exactly the same, just in a different colour.
I accidentally ordered 2 of the same outfit, I am aware that it is my mistake.
Therefore, I am asking for a refund for the broken bag, the items that I haven't received and to return the extra item, free of charge. I believe that this is the least that you can offer considering- late arrival without any offical updates, 3 items not arriving and broken items.
I have never dealt with such a poor company. I am very frustrated and appalled zaful service.
You were quick enough to take my money

I ordered five pieces of clothing from Zaful and ALL of the items didn’t fit even though I went by their sizing guide table. It was a huge waste of money since I wasn’t able to wear any of it and an even bigger disappointment. The product was also horrible quality and the shipping was very late. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone in the future.

delivery!!! operation says “delivered” but it’s not
Good evening, my order number is UM1709021502366552. I’ve reached out to you guys before and was advised on waiting for 11-25 days after the last shipment. That I did AND STILL MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. To add insult to injury, the ‘operation’ thing in my Account states that the order has been delivered. Please provide IMMEDIATE clarity! I’m beyond upset! I’m due to leave for Zanzibar in a few days and delivery of those swimsuits is non- negotiable.

I ordered three bikinis on September 15th from Zaful and the payment came out of my bank account on September 19th. I am yet to receive my order. I looked at my order status online and under the operations column it said "order received" the order was not received! I submitted several tickets inquiring about my order and all I got back was an automatic response with invalid tracking information. I attempted to use the tracking number and it said it was an invalid number. Where is my order? You got my payment- now I would like my order or a complete refund.

I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of contact, help and sufficiency of your customer service.
On the 18th September I placed an order. I PURPOSELY spent over £100 to receive free worldwide express delivery as promoted on your site.
The order was placed for a holiday. Bikinis, sunglasses and shorts.
It's now the 9th October!
Not only have I had NO indication of when this will be delivered, I have tried to contact Zaful via telephone and email and had no help. I responded to an email '[protected]@zaful.com' and had NO response even though 48 hours is promised.
I am looking for an explanation as to why all of this has happened and some compensation.
When and if the package does arrive I will be returning it immediately as I have no use for the items. Summer is over and my holiday has passed.
