I ordered some items for the first time vide Order# [protected] from Zando site which were reportedly shipped on August 19Th yet the items appear missing.
One of their customer staff, Yulin Arendse advised that he/she was investigating the disappearance of my order yet despite several reminders his/her responses have been intermittent, few and far-in-between. All he/she keeps on telling me is that he/she is expecting an internal e-mail response from their Warehouse as if I ordered e-mails!
All my entreaties both individually and corporately have been ignored.
Appreciated if you kindly intervene and/or reimburse my money if you cannot fulfill my order.
I placed and paid for an order on 24 November. Had emails telling me they have not forgotton about me, upgraded my shipping.. Yet no delivery. No response to the phone. No response to any of their emails addresses.
My order #[protected] was placed on 28 Nov and I have received nothing- I have sent 5 emails and a tweet with no response and have waited on hold with no answer on their customer care line for 20mins - I am absolutely astounded at this service? Has Zando gone bankrupt?
I received my item late. The person birthday was over and I had to buy a new gift. I want to return my item but the site is not showing it as delivered. Been a week now. They asked me to call but I can't get through. Call me or update the order please.

I bought some clothes online and after money was withdrawn from my account I got an email from Zando stating that my order was canceled because payment was not made. I've sent thousands of emails with proof of payment but all to no avail. My money is gone, just like that.

I complained to Zando who indicated that they shipped two.
This is unethical business and I want my money back for the scarf I didnt receive
This bodysuit is not bum padded at all. It's false advisement. There no option on the Zando's online store to request for a return because it's an underware. I want my money back, because the main reason I bought it was the padded bum.

They told me the refund was done on the 27-11-2019 . The Item has been picked up 3 weeks ago already . I want my money back pls this is ridiculous .😡😡😡
I placed an order for a fast delivery and received it after 8 days. Once received i logged a return. Its been a month now. I send countless email and make endless calls still no response and no communication. I dont no what more to do. This is the worst form of customer care
