Last Friday Ms. Kesha and Letty give me some Bad check that I couldn't cash so print those in the office. Tell me it's not there fault and we can canceled them so im like why cancel something that u can't cash really. They were rude to me and ask me How we suppose to know u cash them already im like really?!

U all jut gonna put the blame on me but treat me like a prisoner when I came up there SMH

I will not wrk there again 😤 😒 plus I will tlk to Kyle and John

KeHE Distributors Workplace discrimination unfairness bias

As stated before on June 2nd I was verbally harassed by an employee suspended then terminated. Why would the victim of harassment get such a harsh consequence. Well the answer to that is workplace discrimination. Upon status color, race etc Kehe has discriminated against employees when it comes to certain policies and the action taken place. A week prior to my altercation where I was verbally harassed then penalized and terminated for being apart of a incident occurred just one week prior where a coworker (caucasian) I shall remain anonymous cursed a manager and refused to do the work. What action was taking a write up a written warning the next night (no suspension either) Another example the sr director Everett Summerville gets to make a mockery of mental illness and what action was taken a conversation and a apology on his wrong doing. But when Two African American females get into a altercation the co worker (aggressor) and me (victim) gets suspended then terminated. The victim doesn’t even get to write a statement as well). Kehe has discriminated upon color, race, disability, even status etc when it comes to policies and who gets what consequence.

Desired outcome: Policy to be upheld for all employees regardless of race color status or disability. For victims of harassment to be protected in situations as so and not penalized .

To whom it may concern

My Name is DaNaya Williams former employee of KeHe employee number 56601. I am writing this letter to you because in trying to receive assistance and help in an altercation i received i have experienced unfair, bias ,and just a horrible experience i received from my former director Everett Summerville at the Northeast distribution. On June 2nd i was harassed and verbally assaulted by a co worker Chantol Battiste , i was suspended for engaging with her and then terminated, when in fact i tried to avoid and walk away from the situation. I was never given the opportunity to write a statement . So today June 6th i went to Kehe called the employee number because i no longer have access to the building and said i would like to speak to Human resources or Senior Director Everett since HR was not available to explain why i feel as though i should not have been terminated being that i was the victim . I was told he was in a meeting and replied saying i could wait they didn’t want that. So i asked for Human resources number Corporate number , they would not divulge this information after some time of explaining my situation i then was given a fake Human resources email and numbers as well. After leaving the property to go home to write my email finding out it was fake not working i tried numerous times calling leaving voicemails no response . Again i still feel as i am being silenced on what has happen to me . I then Return to KeHe ask to speak to Senior director directly he finally agrees to meeting with me. This first thing i said was Thankyou for taking this time in meeting me his response was well dont thank me because this won’t be long .I was appalled at how rude he was in the first 2 minutes of finally meeting me but i still wanted to have this meeting to get justice for myself being that this termination was not warranted. I then go into explaining what has happened that i was verbally attacked that this girl went around even harassing our mutual friends on where my location was so she could start this altercation with me . I began explaining the back story Everett’s response was i do not care i tried explaining that i was called a homewrecker hoe [censored] and much more provocative things his response was still he does not care . He kept stating the fact i engaged which unfortunately i did to protect myself after walking

away the first time his response was well i didnt try hard enough . Again i am so appalled at how rude, non compassionate and distasteful his choice of words and his reaction to me explaining the event that has happened on June 2nd . At this point i start to break down get emotional as i do suffer from depression and anxiety i then try to open up to senior director Everette explaining the trauma i experienced that day on June 2nd and how much pain an anxiety this has caused being that i lost my job was attacked my car is up for Repossession and i could possibly get evicted his response was once again he did not care that there was plenty of other jobs and that i should have thought about that before engaging with this co worker . After opening up about my mental illness Senior director Everett Summerville dismissed me , and made me feel humiliated ashamed and even embarrassed . At this point he did not want to talk anymore he said i could write my statement and leave. Upon me about to leave i asked for the paperwork to write me statement he said NO . i was shocked . Again i was being silenced for what has happened to me . He would not allow me to write a statement for the incident on June 2 dismissed me and made a a mockery of my mental illness. I asked for corporates number he would not give me anything again. I left distraught embarrassed humiliated in tears for being kicked out in such manner. I called my former manager Robert Hottest hysterically crying of this experience . I have never been treated so poorly and felt so embarrassed in my life by someone of such high position which lead to me having an anxiety attack after ending the call .For someone of high status to make a mockery of Mental illness , to dismiss my claims , to make me feel embarrassed and ashamed that it was my fault for getting into a verbal altercation where i refrained from insults and violence of any sorts i felt defeated. After collecting my tears and my last piece of dignity ANd my breath i motioned the courage the write my senior director of how disappointed i was in his actions, poor choice of words and dismissive nature. Anyone that is suffering from depression and anxiety i do not want them ever to feel the experience i have gotten from Senior director Everett Summerville i have been silenced but i have to speak out and let whom ever it concern of this horrible gut wrenching encounter i had with him on June 6th. In speaking up defending myself and trying to receive assistance help i left more embarrassed and ashamed than ever by this final encounter with senior director Everett and not given the proper information . After being dismissed by him , made a mockery of my mental illness by senior director Everette I then spent hours on google trying to find the write corporate information. I am very sad and distraught by this experience i have received by the company and most of all Senior director Everette Summerville. To whom it may concern My name is DaNaya Williams former employee of KeHe distributors in Northeast Maryland. I have been employed at Kehe for almost a year now and recently I was wrongfully terminated. On June 2nd I came to work as a normal shift went to my start up meeting got my equipment and headed to my department. I then was aggressively approached my Chantol Battiste a former friend yelling at me what the F did i tell Zach. Prior to her first approaching me and yelling at me she went around my department looking for me to start an altercation she went around asking multiple people where i was Alana Mike Maggie and a few others that i don’t know the name. I had no idea but something told me to stay away from her prior to work because i had 6 missed calls and messages from her and Joy King. Apparently her boyfriend Zach broke up with her and she blamed me for that when i had nothing to do with it. So i was grabbing my work when i finally got back to my department i hear my name being yelled and what the F did i tell Zach i turn around to see who it was it was her walking up on my order picker. My response was i can’t confirm or deny the allegations of her cheating i did not tell him that she cheated on him . She then calls Zach on the phone cussing him out now and wanted all of us to talk and she wanted to confront the both of us. He doesn’t come . I start to drive away when i then was called all types of [censored]es miserable [censored] liar hoe home wrecker all types of names.. This coming from someone i thought was a friend me defending my character i then engage calling her the liar and saying she needed to admit the truth and leave me out of it. We argued briefly which i tried to avoid multiple time a dock manager comes towards the end as i and driving away. I rode around looking for my friend michelle or Mike because i was so upset and to help calm my nerves. Then i was called into the office before i even got a work out the dock manager already had assumptions and made acquisitions therefore i felt very uncomfortable telling what happened especially still being in shock.I was not given the option to even get my composure together and to write a statement. Being that i wasn’t given the option to write statement immediately wanted to speak to HR the following morning. Although i was scared nervous and uncomfortable in speaking in the moment i was still willing and wanting to tell what happened to human Resources because although that was my friend i was verbally attacked and still had to protect my Job. i was told i was suspended until monday while an investigation undergo They did not take my statement which i felt was odd the next day friday morning i received a call before i even had the opportunity to go to HR that i was being terminated . Unfortunately i feel it was very bias and that because of the standings i’ve had in the company i was terminated for bias reasons . Even still i am being silenced and was not given the proper names emails phone numbers of human resources regarding this matter . Again if something can be done that would be greatly appreciated my contact information will be listed below.

Update Multiple witness attest to me not cursing, being provoked entirely before the incident occurred , as well as stating i was in fact just defending myself when be called all types of names and being over talked .

KeHE Distributors product refund never received

I attempted to order cookies for our vending machines and they were sent to the wrong address twice. I was very frustrated at having to waste time and call only to be placed on long holds and be transferred from department to department.
So FINALLY I cancelled our order and wanted a refund. Kehe reps promised this refund multiple times and I never received it. When calling back about our refund I was AGAIN transferred from department to department and ended up wasting hours on hold. Now after my fourth call and numerous e-mails to my sales rep Alyssa Wickham I am finally to the point that the only effort I am going to make with this issue is to warn others to NOT do business with them.
