Customer Service
Poor Customer Service. Membership is easy but almost impossible to CANCEL a membership. Very little help at the office if you can reach someone and NO PHONE CONTACT INFORMATION. I have two memberships. One vehicle has been in storage for 3 months and I have been paying for three months because I've been unable to contact anyone to cancel this vehicle.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.
My dodge caravan
I went to the Zip Car Wash, cane Run Road, Louisville, KY back in April 2022, after the staff had taken controll of sending my van through the car wash. I felt a hit and before I knew it I felt another hit. I then turned on my wipers cause of the suds I couldn't see what was hitting my van when all of a sudden my van was literally pushing a black escalade truck out the car wash all the way out the exit. I am still in shock at why the guys that was controlling the bottoms used my van to push another large vehicle out the exit. We both filed report and was told when to come get a copy of report and someone from corporate would contact use, but to this date which is now August no one from corporate office have never attempted to contact us. The guy in charge said it was their system fault that caused the accident. Zip owner this is no excuse not to contact use back. Vacuums
The Zips Car Wash in Halls, TN on Maynardville Pike might as well not have vacuums. Only half of them work and the other half? I could suck air through a straw faster and better than them. I tried 3 different stalls and all of them had the same issue. What a waste of time. The car wash itself hardly cleans the car and doesn’t even rinse the soap off so...

We are getting billed more than once a month. I thought it was just a mistake however after complaining a couple of weeks back and waiting to hear back, I have received no response.
While writing this just now my son came in my office and said he is getting double billed as well. Sounds like a scam. If this is not resolved soon we will take further action and give Zips some free advertising.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I bought an unlimited car wash package around Christmas or maybe a little before. It was a $10.00 special to get people signed up. After that special was over I bought one package for unlimited car washes for $35.00 a month, however we are getting charged for every time we use the services. Was I miss led or is this just a mistake in your billing department. Could you please contact me so we can get this matter resolved. For the most part the car wash does a pretty good job although we have had a number of problems with the soap not being cleared off as well as it should.

Carwash
My mirror was broken because the sensor wasn't working properly and the manager Chris viewed the video and admitted it was there fault and filled out a report! He asked me to get estimates and I did! Then I patiently waiting to hear back and I ended up having to go back and ask what was going on and he said he was waiting for a check from corporate in Arkansas that's been over a month and now he is ignoring my calls and his staff will say he isn't there! My next step will be filing a insurance claim and I will cancel all three membership

On sunday july 17th,2022 at 6:53 I went to the Zips car wash that is on Cane Run Rd Louisville Ky. I paid for my car wash and entered. The man began to pressure wash my tires and car and after the car wash We went to vacuum my car. All the vaccums were turned off so we left. When I got home I realized there was paint missing from the front of my car either from the pressure wash or the car wash itself. We took the car back up there later that week when we were free and filed a claim and we have not heard anything back
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and to get my paint on my car fix. It will start to rust.

i have contacted zips car wash at the 510 number and spoke with a guy who was not very knowledgeable but was doing his best i suppose. immediately after coming out of the car wash my dashboard was displaying that my PSI was off and i needed immediate attention with the little horse shoe emblem lit up. so i go to 2 different discount tire placed and thats when i understood from both places that nothing is wrong with my psi except it had been damaged by the zips car wash. i didnt need air at all i needed my tire psi controls replaced because the car wash damaged them.

Car wash
I went to my local zips car wash today. After my car was done in the wash it looked as if nothing had been done. I had to use the spray bottle and rag myself to make it look at all clean. On top of this another customer approached me and told me to check my bank account because they realized they had been charged more than the wash they requested. Lo and behold I too was charged for a higher level wash (that I certainly didn’t receive) after clearing stating and having the attendant repeat back to me the wash I desired. I do not plan to return to this location.
Desired outcome: Complete refund ($20)
Damage to car during carwash
We had our car washed on May 1, 2022 at the Rock Hill, SC location. During the wash, the drying roller broke our factory mounted roof rack, actually ripping off one of the crossbars. We filled out an incident report with the crew on site. The form says a manager will contact us within 72 hours. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS! I have returned to the location 5 times and asked when I could be expected to be contacted. All 5 times, the crew said they would let the Regional Manager know and he would contact me. I am extremely upset that they have not even bothered to contact me. I am now considering legal action, because it may be the only method to get any action. And, the wash was adequate, but not great.

Zips car was damaged my truck almost completely ripping off the fender AND ITS ON CAMERA .. THE DISTRICT MANAGER LIE AND SAID THEY COULDNT MAKE OUT THE DAMAGE ON THE CAMERA. BUT CAN CLEARLY SEE FROM THE TIME I WENT IN NO DAMAGE.. COMES OUT MY FENDER IS RIPPED .. I was told to file a report and get 2 body repair quotes .. I did .. after waiting almost 2 months this is what the District manager tells me. This is the zips car wash in SHREVEPORT LOUISIANA ON NORTH MARKET ST.
Desired outcome: I want to be compensated for the damages this company has done AND ON CAMERA IN DAY LIGHT .. THE COMPANY AND DISTRICT MANAGERS WILL LIE SAYING THEY CANT SEE IT ON CAMERA.. THIS IS WHAT ZIP CAR WASH DID TO MY TRUCK

Took my vehicle to zips car wash located at the Meramec Bottom in st louis mo 63129.
I was told by the young man who gave his name as John that he was not opening up the car wash until he was finished picking up the trash my you this location open up at 7 a.m. there were six cars behind me and neither of those customers was please that they could not get the early bird wash I will like to know what will be done about this issue this is the second attempt that I given as a complaint with this location without any contact from the manager our ZIP Corp

I used Zips Car wash back in May, I was putting my debit card in to get an $8.00
car wash when I was approached by a man that offered me a deal for $15.00 for as many washes that I wanted for 30 days. I thought this was a good deal. I did not know that I was signing up for a membership, this was misleading and I do not need a membership.I want the membership stopped.

on sunday 07/10/2022 at 4.15pm i went to have my car washed and the person working there did not want to prewash my car b4 entering the tunnel,i,m referring to the pressure hose,when i asked why he did not do it another employee who is spanish said sarcasticly that is optional.this is in greenacres fl or lake worth as is the most familiar.i have had runins with this particular black employee who seems to have resentment toward white people,he did not say anything derogotory,but his constant attitude infers bitternes.if you don,t want me as a customer i will go to another carwash club,the manager you have at this location is not very helpful.plz talk to these people,or replace them,i know that the pay is not great at these level of workers&they hate their job,but they agreed to take the job&therefore they need to do the job. thank you so much

Tire was damaged
I just went through the car wash and soon as I came out my tire light was on. I pulled to the vacuums n seen the back left driver tire was instantly on flat. The machine broke my valve steel off the car and the top where I am unable to put air in the tire n roll I have to get a new valve stem on car. I am now sitting at the quick trip waiting for help.
Desired outcome: I would like the cost of the replacement to fix
Zips monthly charge and being able to cancel should not take an act of congress
I have made trips to the actual car wash on Cherry Rd in Rock Hill, SC and been told I can only cancel online. This has been going on since March of 2022. Yet when I have tried to cancel online multiple times, I never receive the confirmation of the cancellation and continue to be charged. This is insane! Get your act together ZIPS.
Desired outcome: Please refund and cancel any future payments.
Recurring charges
Signed up for a one month membership in April 2022 at $15 at the Zips in Weaverville, NC. Guy was hanging out at the card reader pressuring people to sign up. Never mentioned a recurring charge, never mentioned that $15 was an introductory price. Been charged $35 every month after that initial charge. Just straight up theft. No other way to look at it.
Desired outcome: Give me my money back, remove my card from your system and stop stealing from people. Should be pretty obvious what the desired outcome is ffs.
Repair to Vehicle
I have had numerous conversations with the "GM" at the Cartersville location car wash in regards to a repair after a light bar fell and damaged my car. I am told repeatedly that "corporate is sending a check". I have given them quotes and waited for responses, This is 6 weeks of waiting with little response from the GM or corporate except that they "do not control the mail". A last effort is given before contacting or processing legal entities. This incident occurred on May 20th, 2022.
Desired outcome: Pay what is owed immediately.
Car wash
The car Wash on Wellington in Fayetteville, AR just broke down. 4pm Wednesday 6/29/22. After waiting 30 minutes for them to try and repair the problem, in which case I was in a line of cars that were trapped, they finally had us pull through one of the openings to be able to leave the area. I was given credit $10 for the wash that I did not receive but nothing else for all the inconvenience, I was very disappointed in the customer service that I received.
