Zyppah The product did not work for me

The product did not work for me. I followed their instructions and eventually sent back on March 2 within the required time frame for a refund. I received no response. I have contacted them on multiple occasions with no refund being processed. Today I called and the phone number has changed.

Ordered Zippah Hybrid Oral Appliance original green on 8/5. Before receiving the product, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and am required to use a CPAP machine. I haven’t opened, or used, the Zippah product at all! Mouth piece is still in original box and intact! I sent a request for return and refund of my purchase ID. wecare@shopZippah.com replied saying that someone was going to contact me for further instructions on 9/8! 2 months later and still nothing! Every phone calls goes to voicemail, and emails go unanswered. Request any assistance I am able to get for a full refund. Thanks!

I purchased product on June 23rd. Product was not used and deemed to small for use. Returned product on 8/11 after email conversation on how to return product. Return date is within my 90 window. Returned product via UPS, tracking number *** which included my RMA # *** to process my return. I have made multiple phone calls and sent emails with no returns, Dates are Sept 3rd, Sept 23rd, and Oct 9th & 10th. The only time I received an email back from this company was on July 24th on how to return the product.

Zyppah I never received the product even though payment was deducted from my bank account

I never received the product even though payment was deducted from my bank account. I gave them three weeks then attempted to contact them by email, which stated a follow up would occur in 48hrs. I gave them a week, but no response and so I called the customer service number and it has been disconnected.

Order this snoring device a couple times with a Full satisfaction of product. Never had a prob with device or customer service. This month I ordered another one & it came apart in a week. They usually last 6-8 months. When I went to call company, I find out that I mistakenly ordered from this fraud company that is copying this product. The “real “company told me that I had Not ordered from them, & that they R trying to shut down this Bogis company. So therefore, this Shopzyppeh.com site will not return my calls or Emails. Paid $80 & now I’m out of a very Important part of my breathing. Please beware of this site. Looks exactly like real company Zyppeh.com

I purchased a Zyppah for my husband on Feb.10-2020,it didn`t work for him so I sent it back March 06.They said in an email that I would get my refund 7-10 days later.It never happened.I sent alot of emails to them,they said someone would get back to me in 48 hours,didn`t happen.I have all the papers since Feb.,of my purchase and ect.They didn`t answer their phone,it was either the mailbox was full or disconnected.I heard they went out of business,but now their back on my email selling it for cheaper.Still no response

Zyppah I ordered this product for my wife

I ordered this product for my wife. She never open or used the product. I called the company and returned in the proper time frame. I have not received a refund. I last spoke to someone on 3/4 after numerous calls and was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 days. I still haven't received it and can no longer get in touch with anyone at the company.

I ordered this product on June 23rd. It took several weeks before I received any sort of communication regarding shipping. After contacting them myself, they let me know there were delays with the shipping. EVENTUALLY, they shipped it via USPS nearly a month later. I received a tracking number that said it was delivered on July 18th, but it was not delivered to my mailbox. I have notified this company SEVERAL times via email regarding the situation and they just kept sending me the same tracking number. They didn't bother to investigate what was going on with the package. There's also no way to speak with customer service as they only have an answering machine. I went to USPS myself and they said my only option was to file a claim. Unfortunately, no insurance was purchased for the package, so that's a dead end as well. The company has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve this problem and doesn't respond to my emails. When they do respond, it's days later and they don't provide any further information besides the tracking number.

I really wish I had ordered this after all the below complaints, but sadly, I am in the same boat as everyone else. I purchased this back in January and it did not work out for me. I returned it immediately after receiving it and well within the 90 day money back guarantee. Here I am, nine months later after several emails and phone calls with no response since the initial return interaction. They have stolen from all of us. They also have no problem spamming me with continuous advertising emails despite repeated efforts to unsubscribe. How are they still in business?

Zyppah offers a return period if the device doesn't work. I purchased it and waited A MONTH for delivery. Wearing the device feels like your choking on your own saliva, it's horrible. Despite this I tried to wear it. Now that I'm trying to return it, they have failed to support or help process. The product doesn't work and their customer service is garbage! Please help!

On July 18, I placed an order through www.shopzyppah.com for a two pack of zyppah anti-snoring devices for $169.95. I paid an extra $6.90 for expedited shipping. They immediately charged my credit card in the amount of $176.85. According to the terms and conditions, expedited shipping means it should have shipped the next business day. I emailed them on July 24, asking for an update on the order at wecare@shopzyppah.com. They responded saying it is being prepped for shipping. I followed up on July 29 asking for shipping information. They responded the next day saying it has shipped and is on it's way. I thanked them and asked them to refund the expedited shipping. They said they would refund the shipping and said my order is being prepped for shipping. I asked why they said it had shipped earlier, and they said they were mistaken, but it's ready to go out. I followed up August 3 and asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. I tried calling their hotline, but the number is disconnected.

I ordered the Zyppah Anti-Snoring device on 3/31 for $99.95 and charged it to my VISA. I received the product and after reading the instructions and the process of using it I decided it wasn't for me. I contacted the company, received authorization to return the unused product for a full refund and sent it via the USPS on 4/29. The tracking number indicated that the return was received on May 2 @ 9:36 AM in Pacoima, CA I have tried numerous times to call and/or email the company, I was told twice via email that I would receive a prompt refund, but it has been months and no refund has been given. The last dozen emails and voicemails have not been returned. They are stealing money!

The company advertises a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. I contacted the company stating I was not satisfied within a couple weeks from purchase. They sent me instructions to return the item. Tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address they provided. They have no refunded my purchase. The customer support number on their website does not work. They have not responded to any of my email inquires.

Zyppah I ordered from Zyppah on May 14th and never received the product

I ordered from Zyppah on May 14th and never received the product. On June 7th I asked to cancel the order since after purchase and inquiries I was informed that it was on back order. On June 22nd I inquired about the cancellation and refund and was told that my refund was processed on June 15th and that it would take 5 to 7 days to show up in my account. It is now July 2nd and I have still not received my refund.

I was two on two separate occasion that item would be sipped that day. I was given a tracking number for USPS. The item has been been sent to USPS yet. I purchased the antisnore device and could not after 3 attempts get it to fit comfortably. I contacted customer service via email and was given a return # and address per their policy. I have verification that the product was delivered to them well within the ninety days. I have not seen a refund after what has now been another 90 days. Now it seems they refuse to answer emails and the phone number on the website has been disconnected. This company should be known for the scammers that they are as I see the most recent complaints on the ComplaintsBoard.com website involve the same issue and have gone unanswered.
