inadequate amount of food for order
I went into Chipotle tonight at 6:06pm and had the worst experience with customer service. I asked for the chicken tacos but I just requested that my hard shells be put in a separate container. One male employee tried to accomodate me even though he was a little confused. But the female employee just stared blankly like I was speaking a foreign language she didn't understand. I asked for a separate container because last time i got tacos to go, by the time I got home my shells broke in half from the heat and moisture. Total waste of money. So after they finally understood what I was asking for they put my chicken in a small container that will only fit 2 shells. I asked repeatedly if that was a reasonable amount for my shells and 2 employees even agreed with me that it wasn't enough. The manager then comes over and proceeds to lie that they use this small cup as the standard for 3 shells. False. I have seen numerous times that they use a spoon when filling taco shells. there is no way that this small amount of chicken they gave me is enough for 3 shells. I was disgusted and frustrated that she as a manager could allow this. She basically shrugged and walked away while the other employee apologized. I have never had an issue with this restaurant before today. I just want to know if it is standard to give one container of chicken to those who order tacos. The same container they use for a side of guacamole etc. I will attach the photos.

On Friday 12/1 at 8:30pm I got in line at this chipotle by sawgrass mall, behind IKEA. The first thing I noticed was the long line of people and only 2 people on the line and 1 cook. There was 1 worker deep cleaning the bathroom for the whole time I was inside. After 10min, they served only 3 people and someone new came from the back to help. They seemed very disorganized because instead of passing the bowls along they would go around each other. Then after 20 min I get to the front (I'm vegan) and they said they had no more veggies. And most of their food was empty. There just seemed to be any kind of management. I went out of my way to this chipotle because it's the second closest to my house, I stopped going to the closest because of the same issue. I eat chipotle pretty regularly, so I would like to be able to go to any chipotle and not have to worry about getting bad service. I mean it's veggies, they take 10 mins ? Don't wait till everything is empty to start calling it. Then again, you only have one guy in the back. He surely couldn't handle it all on his own. I have seen a decline in most of the chipotles near my house, in food quality and service. I would just like to see that improve.

On 11/30/2017 around 5:15 PM, in Pompano Beach Florida on Federal Hwy off Copans. I ordered my two burrito bowls, as usual, but there were no fajita mix (onions and peppers), no white rice, no cheese and low amounts of chicken. Both burrito bowls tasted like it had vinegar in it and we couldn't eat much of it. We had never tasted that before in the food which is usually wonderful. Coming upon the dinner hour, I was surprised to see that the ingredients were so sparse and not prepared or ready for the customers. A couple employees seemed disgruntled except for two of them, who were nice. I didn't see any management there and wonder if that's why the efficiency and quality control is lost. It was weird. Nothing seemed to be ready to go. I'd like my money back for the bad burritos. Thanks

My son applied to Chipotle and received a email that he had an interview at the Madison Ave location, NY. The email said to bring his working papers. The interview was a group interview with other HS students. The next day my son received a email informing he did not get the job. My son was really depressed. He is only 16 years old and this is second interview. The first interview was a summer youth program where he got the job. I'm disabled and my son said he was going to get a job to help me. Knowing my son was depressed I called the hiring manager to see why he was not hiring. I told my son to apply to other locations and move on. But, I would call to see if Manager could tell me why he wasn't chosen. My goal was to help practice interviews and work on any area he needed to get better at. I was told it is not that my son is a "bad kid" there was just other people that were better suited for the company, e.g, better availability. My compliant is this all the candidates were in High School so I am quite sure there availability was all the same. Second, to say my son is not a bad kid, I( already know my son is a good kid ) but he walked away feeling something was wrong with him. He does not have the level of experience interviews to not take it personally. He was told maybe the whole group would be hired. I think you need to take inconsideration, calling in very young people for interviews and not choosing them and giving them no good reason, why they were not hired. I think the Hiring Manager is discriminating against people, and that was the real reason he was not hired. He couldn't give a reason because it wasn't him it was your hiring manager who is probably a racist. I patronage the Chipotle on a regular basis, I support your brand. But as I look at the Fordham location there are only Hispanic people working there, and that is the real reason my son wasn't hired

On 11/29/17 at approximately 3:30 pm, I arrived at the store located at 1000 S Commons Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588.
I ordered 2 salads with dressing and was told that there wasn't enough dressing or salad. They made me one salad and gave me one dressing. Because of this I had to order 2 bowls. This exact thing happened previously this month. Nobody seemed to care. I was in a hurry and was taken aback by the lack of empathy, that I neglected to get my receipt.
I am requesting a refund or gift certificates.

In Richmond, VIRGINIA Chippenham is the worst Chipotle in America.The management is very rude and speak Spanish about you like you are dirt.I recommend that you dont eat there because the food is never done.This store needs new management. FAST! They treat the guests like as if the guest don't come there they will still get paid FYI in order for a company to survive the guests keep the company going you cannot get paid if noone is eating in the restaurant.

I have been complaining about crew members speaking in Spanish while I'm on the floor & thats is against the law I am an African American... He has been giving me 12-24 hours a week but the Hispanics get 30 / 37 hours a week which I feel is very unfair, I just tired to call his phone & I asked him about my hours & he hung the phone up on me, I tired to call back I did not get a response, An Hispanic girl was hired last week & she has 30 hours while I'm still at 20 hours... He very unprofessional, he is always late to work, he will schedule himself & not come in this is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life

I actually entered the store at about 1:05 PM. There were about 6 people in front of me. I waited for what seemed longer than usual, but still didn't mind as I have been out of the area and not been able to get my dose of Chipotle in a while. I order the bowl then find out there's no steak. No worries I'm told, it just needs to be cut. Yet there is no one working on that. No one at the grill or cut station. I'm asked to finish my toppings and she'll just add the steak. OK! Now I'm standing at the register, I let another guest go by me that has her completed order. I'm watching the "manager" taking temps everywhere as a line is building out the door. The steak cutter has now appeared and is dicing it up. It goes right into the pan and, yep, I'm still waiting. And so is the person that placed their order before me. Finally someone speaks up and says to change out the steak pans and I have my order being finished and I'm on my way. The wait time was frustrating but I can bear with that. I finally get back to my store, 2 miles away, and wouldn't you know it? Not only is the bowl cold but I must've gotten the kiddie portion of steak. Four ounces? No Way! It's slightly over 2. Now the overall experience is terrible. The wait you can bear, but cold and small portions? Unacceptable. I've noticed that each time I've gone to this particular Chipotle that the staff is forever changing and gone are the friendly staff that use to be there. Sad, it's not even been opened very long and the customer service is going down the toilet. Vestal Parkway, Vestal, NY. All these SUNY kids too, no wonder why Core Life is busier. The short black girl on grill at the time spit on the grill and sneezed several times and when I ordered meat they were out of she yelled at me to leave. I asked to speak to her manager and she called me a d*ke and my friend a f*ggot. Someone needs to talk to her because her behavior is inappropriate. While making food another friend told me she would whisper to her self and said she was a witch and could curse you.

I have been a loyal customer to Chipotle for many years but recent experiences have made me reconsider where I am going to eat when I am out. The past three times I have gone to Chipotle I have been disappointed.
On Nov. 13 at 5pm, I stopped into Chipotle to get dinner before class. When I was next in line I heard an employee behind the counter tell another employee, "start giving them smaller portions because we keep having to refill." So, when my turn came to order my veggie bowl, the employee gave me barely any lettuce, brown rice, or black beans. My friend told me that I should have just told him to give me more but it was too uncomfortable because he would have been scolded by his coworker again. When I went outside to eat with my friends, they laughed at how little food was in my salad bowl and I didn't even get full. Needless to say, that little bit of lettuce did not hold me over for the night and I had to make dinner again when I got home.
This was an upsetting experience for me and I hope that it can be rectified somehow.

Overall I'm really unhappy with the products that I received here at Chipotle. The customer service was great! However the barbacoa i received was extremely spicy. my queso, I'm not sure it tasted sour or something and the fajitas tasted like there where large amounts of jalapeno peppers. The bowl was so spicy i could not eat it and my throad is still burning. For a customer who eats at the chain often and have even worked for a local Chipotle am very familiar with the food. I will not be returning to the location 1418 66th street north st. Petersburg fl if i return to the chain any time soon.

I bought a chicken bowl from the Chipotle on Fulton Ave in Downtown Manhattan. I normally do not have any problems here and I love getting chipotle, but on this particular day the rice was extremely salty. The salt taste completely overpowered everything else in the bowl and I was unable to finish my meal. It was disgusting and I was very disappointed. I had been looking forward to eating chipotle that day and it was a complete let down.

I went to your Cherry Grove restaurant which credited me a bowl for again ruining my order and experience. I have have been served food on the edge of edibility more times than I can count. I try to steer clear of that store in particular but do to my job and my busy schedule, unfortunately sometimes I have no other choice. I'm trying to be more healthy which is why if I eat out I will eat at chipotle. I called up to the Cherry Grove to ensure my credit was still in your system to claim it because it has been a couple of weeks . I spoke with Cassidy White who not only made me question if she had even looked my name up she didnt ask how it was spelled or anything and my last name is Beysiegel. Then refused to credit me my food or apologize for the inconvenience of somoene either forgetting to right my name down. When I called, whoever I spoke with even apologized because it took so long for me to be able to give them my name and told me it was because of how busy they were at the time. Now, I have been loyal to your restaurant for a decade never even trying your competition even during that e coli scare. When someone has scewed up on your end under the children you put into management Those children then, insult me questioning my competence in tone alone by telling me I should hold on to a reciept for two weeks after my name was supposedly taken down. Cassidy White will be the reason I will never got to that store again. That store has screwed up and made it right in the past. Cassidy is so sure that there is no way that anyone at her store could have made a simple mistake because of the tight ship she runs that your company's veterans are being driven away. I am not the only one. Aside from filling this form out there is no one else to report her arrogance and subtle rudeness to and I do not appreciate that as well. Please redeem me my food that is owed and get you company and individual stores on track before you destroy one of the most inspiring mission and goals set out by any restaurant chains.

I ordered online and payed for my order online and went to go pick it up and they said they didn't get an order. So I went back to my house and tried to order again and called before I left this time to see if they even got the order but they did not again. I payed both times online so I got double charged and did not receive food, I need a refund.
It sounds like there was an issue with their website. Did you review the location on your order confirmation? When you went to pick it up, why did you leave to re-order online instead of just ordering it in person? Either way, you will need to contact Chipotle directly for assistance. If they cannot help you, you could always try to file a dispute with your bank, though that would be a last resort.

I went to Moreno Valley location on Frederick st. They were out of steak, chicken, carnitas. no sign was put up until you ordered. my kids didn't get to order anything because they were out of the meats they only eat. the employee explained that the grill wasn't working and that they only had barbacoa and soyrizo. so I asked then why do you guys have 8 employees on the floor ? there were maybe 3 costumers inside dinning in and I was the only one in line, the restaurant wasn't clean, the food bae should have been stocked and cleaned, there was too many employees for that restaurant not to be clean . I ordered a barbacoa bowl white rice ( which was hard) pinto beans, red hot sauce ( not spicy and very liquidy) sour cream, guac... extra cheese, first of all we all know that they are extra stingy with the meat, the only meat they were offering was cold! like why?. when I started to the bowl I was immediately disappointed. chipotle get your life together.
bad management and inappropriate relationships.
I am a former employee and I have been treated like crap there. The general manager lied to me about helping me become a manager, she never gave anyone proper training and would get mad when they didn't know what to do, she would blame it on the others crew members when her managers were the ones who had to train them. She has favorites her apprentice, kitchen manager and the apprentice's brother in law. Everyone who works there knows she is hooking up with the KM, they don't even care to hide it unless Steve or someone else goes to the store. She and the apprentice threatened the morning crew with firing if they didn't do everything perfectly which is crazy because they already do everything they need to do. They think that since they pay good and they've been there for a while that they can get away with being rude and saying want the people won't leave. Whenever someone is sick they don't care, they make them work anyways I know because when I was pregnant they made open tortilla even though they knew It was too hot for me and i would through up every time. Since it's such a busy store they don't care and they feel whoever is sick that they need to find someone to cover their shift when the managers are supposed to do that. Sexual harassment is also a huge problem there, as I mentioned the general manager is hooking up with the KM, the apprentice's brother in law who works in the back is always touching the girls and making sexual jokes. One of the girls who quit chipotle left because of him, because he would try to touch her and made her uncomfortable. I always new how he was but rearly worked with him so I didn't think much of it. The apprentice so disrespectful to some workers she also has her favorites and makes others do more so that her favorites don't have to do anything. I could go on and on about this store and their management. I honestly don't know why they rehired her she's not a good manager if somebody doesn't do something correctly she doesn't talk to them directly she goes to somebody else and tells them to tell the other person that what they did was wrong. She doesn't communicate with her workers. She's so bipolar and transmits it to the whole crew, if she's having a bad day she'll take it out on everyone. She always complains about being at work. On her social media she always says that she'd rather be anywhere but there. I could go on and on about this. I hope someone considers this and does something about it.

I went in to get dinner when it finally came to me the guy at the counter was joking around with the other employees the entire time. None of the employees were paying attention and almost gave my food to someone else. I will never go to this location again it was very unprofessional, and if I wasn't in a hurry I would of left. I was at your ontarîo Ohio location on 11/12/17. We ordered 3 burrito bowls and all 3 were served ice cold. The rice was hard and clumped together and there was almost zero meat in any of them. I will never order online again as this is the second time this rediculous behavior has occurred. However, this has prompted my to try out another Mexican place which my family loves. Looks like greed has cost you a few more customers.

Called the store where my order was received. First the employee who answered the phone told me that the manager was too busy to answer the phone. After holding for a few minutes the manager answered the phone, I advised him that employees with accurate customer service training should be aware you don't answer a phone in that matter. I briefly explained to the manager my meat was cold and rice was hard on my bowl. He quickly rebutted that the meat shouldn't have been cold and there's no way the rice could've been cold! I explained to him again that in fact my meat was cold and rice was hard, he advised that I come back to the store but I informed him that I was 20 minutes away from their location and that my lunch break was over. He explained that my only option was to come back immediately then hung up the call on me! Not only am I extremely pissed off about the situation I'm irritated that a place I really love has people in management who have no respect for others or business etiquette!

I just visited your Euclid Ohio location on Lakeshore blvd. I ordered online and when I went in they lost my order. I had to re order then they made me wait 30 min past the new time I was quoted. They totally screwed up my order, charged me on my credit card twice, and were extremely racist. Terrible management and rude service. Chipotle is the worst!
