In June this year, I went and put a deposit on a Mazda
In June this year, I went and put a deposit on a Mazda. I gave $250 to Timio. Unfortunately, the financing didn't work out, so I had to cancel the deal. It's now almost October, and we still haven't received any refund. I was told that Timio doesn't handle refunds and that we need to talk to the manager. However, nobody has bothered to call us back since June.
I buyed a car
I buyed a car. I payed $5,000 down, and instead of paying $5,000 less in the final payment of the car, they added $5,000 more to my payment. They also told me that the payments were gonna be for 5 years, and in reality they are 75 months more than 6 years... (if you can answer me in Spanish it would be better, I don't speak much English)

Me and my boy wanted a car from 112 Certified
Me and my boy wanted a car from 112 Certified. We tried it out and decided to buy it. But then, after we signed the papers, they said the car had some mechanical problems. They said the deal was off and gave us back the money we put down. But guess what? A week later, I got this loan payment info from *** They went ahead and processed the loan even though we didn't actually buy the car. I've been calling them over and over to get rid of the loan account, but those folks at the dealership haven't bothered to call me back or fix the situation. And here I am, still stuck with a loan for *** in my name, all for a car I never even bought.

I went to trade in a vehicle and it turned out to be $13,000 more than the price in the ad
I went to trade in a vehicle and it turned out to be $13,000 more than the price in the ad. I didn't realize this until after I bought it. They gave me dealer plates and kept my old plates. They handled the insurance and DMV paperwork. I got a notice saying my license would be suspended because they thought I still had my old vehicle without insurance. I called and they told me not to worry, they would take care of it. But I've called and left messages with 7 different people because I got another notice saying my license is suspended. I went there in person instead of calling and I was really mad. The salesmen asked why I didn't call them. I explained that I called 7 times and waiting 2 months for the registration and title is ridiculous. If my license gets suspended, it's their fault. They said they can't do anything until Monday. So now I have to pay to get my license back, even though it's not my fault.
On 8/21, I bought a car from 112 Certified and before I left the dealership, I calculated the amount I would be financing
On 8/21, I bought a car from 112 Certified and before I left the dealership, I calculated the amount I would be financing. The dealership agreed with my calculations, but unfortunately, the paperwork told a different story. So, on 8/24, I called the dealership to talk to the finance department, but the conversation quickly turned hostile. I simply wanted an explanation for the extra $5k, but the finance guy started gaslighting me, yelling and talking over me. These tactics usually overwhelm people, you know? He told me that my APR and finance charge were added to the finance amount, and that I needed a special calculator to do the math because a normal calculator wouldn't cut it. Frustrated by the gaslighting and his behavior, I decided to reach out to my bank on 8/25 and the morning of 8/26. Thankfully, the bank allowed me to record both conversations where they clarified and confirmed that the APR is not added to the finance amount. Let me tell you, this whole experience was absolutely disgusting.
Two and a half months ago, I bought a used Honda HRV
Two and a half months ago, I bought a used Honda HRV. I got it in a hurry, so it wasn't properly cleaned, just washed. When I handed in my car, I noticed there was no cup holder. They said it wasn't their problem, so I had to spend $80 on a new one. On top of that, the truck cost me over $18,000. Now, my seat is squeaking, and they told me there's nothing they can do about it, which is not true. Every time I call them, they rush me off the phone, sometimes even hanging up on me. They are unprofessional, unreasonable, and very rude. They don't care about the customer, only about selling cars. I spoke to them again yesterday, and like I said, they basically told me there's nothing they can do about the squeaking seat. My mechanic disagrees and says that's not true. I've left my phone number with them multiple times, but no one has ever called me back. And when I call them, they seem annoyed instead of helpful. Their service is terrible. All I want is for my seat to be fixed. This dealership never responds.
I bought a 2016 Kia from 112 Certified on February 28th, 2022
I bought a 2016 Kia from 112 Certified on February 28th, 2022. They assured me the car was in good condition. However, on March 2nd, 2022, my mechanic advised replacing the two rear tires due to worn tread. After getting new tires, I informed 112 Certified and, following persistent communication, received a refund. On March 12th, 2022, the electric power steering light activated, and by March 27th, the check engine light also illuminated. Autozone diagnosed code p0562, indicating a battery replacement was necessary. Additionally, on March 28th, a body shop and my mechanic both identified a severely faulty alternator needing replacement. When I contacted 112 Certified about the alternator, they denied responsibility, citing the expiration of the Used Car Lemon Law deadline. They offered to inspect the car, but I declined, lacking confidence in their service. The car, costing $17k, required significant repairs shortly after purchase, leading me to question the dealer's 'certified' status and their transparency regarding the vehicle's condition.
