Bad customer service response
I got 3 bottles on March 29,2024 ORDER #66060DD769275 was shipped and delivered 5/29/2024.
My next order #6606B46EB82FA for $108.00 scheduled for shipping July 28,2024, I am traying to cancel but I had No LUCK, I stayed online for 20 minutes on 5/28/2024 at 9:18am then called again at 1:53pm, but no one answered, tried online but did not allow me to cancel.
Action is needed to cancel it please. Process of cancelling shouldn't be that difficult for customer to do online, I don't have that free time to keep calling.
Desired outcome: Cancel up coming order on July 28th for $108. I DO NOT NEED it.

Surprise, the bottle had 27 caps in it instead of the 30 on the bottle. With that count it would take 2 extra bottles to cover the others short count. Three days have past since I contacted 1md and no response.

Their products do not work. They are expensive and they promise to refund your $$ even if the bottle is open or empty. I they LIE! I returned 3 unopened bottles and They just refunded 1. I have been talking with several customer representatives and every time they promise to credit the amount to my credit card immediately and guess what, they just lie to you. Do not buy anything from them. They will steal your $$$$

I wish to cancel my subscription, however, no one is available by phone and there seems to be no way to cancel on line. It was very easy to sign up for a subscription, but seems highly difficult to cancel one. I would like to cancel and receive a refund for the most recent shipment which will be returned as soon as it arrives.

I told the CSR I was very disappointed in the company, as it appears they have a practice of automatically enrolling customers into a renewal program without their knowledge, and for this reason, I would not recommend doing business with them.
I've had excellent experiences with 1MD customer of 3 years and I've never had a problem. Every bad review on here was complaining about getting more than they wanted well if those people would read and uncheck the auto refill and buy 3 instead of 1 they wouldn't have all these bad reviews.

These people are totally ripping people off with their 1MD balance product! First of all the product is not some ground breaking formula that they claim! The ingredients is the exact ingredients of another product with a different label! And they are selling their product for more money and falsely claiming that their product is a break though product! There should be a class action suit brought against this people for what they are doing to people! Its totally wrong! I found out that this product was the same because it made me sick like the first product did! 1MD Balance is an overpriced false advertised fraud!

This company's website is misleading. When you try to call their customer service you get the answering machine: "The customer service is closed today due to a company event." When you email they don't respond until you complain. Their reply is rude and offensive. Let's see if I will get a refund for an order I made. Due to their confusing website, I ordered the BoneMd three times by accident, but ended up ordering only ONE instead. They claim I ordered THREE, that I had ordered TWO and ONE. I returned TWO bottles. Do not order from this company. Run! If every company would do business like that it would be very disturbing.

This company has a bad, bad habit of auto-renewing orders without giving the (now former) customer an option to opt-out. I am furious with them because I sent 2 emails and a message through their on-line portal to cancel the order immediately and not send it. They never responded back to me and I had to go to my credit card company and place a dispute on the charges. THEY HAVE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not one response from them. I am returning the product (at my own expense because they do not offer postage paid) and have instructed both 1MD and my credit card company to NEVER accept a charge from them again. I hate companies that do business like this.

This company does not want your business. I had 6 month subscription and my credit card was cancelled due to fraudulent charges. My next shipment was held because the charges didn't go through. I tried calling customer service several time, waiting for more than 15 minutes (no one answered) and then taking the option for a call without leaving my place in line (no one called back). After navigating their website to update my payment method to PayPal and reschedule my subscription ship date, a confirmation popped up saying it was updated. But when I did not get a notice of shipment, I checked website and it did NOT update. So I sent an email. I want their product and it's impossible to communicate with them. I give up, not worth it.

They never answer the phone nor return email. now trying to get Amazon Pay to stop it and my credit card to cancel the order. I know for certainty I didn't enroll in monthly subscription. I've now tracked down the company which is actually making the product in Salt Lake City called Infiniti Creations and asked why they these fraudsters are doing this. They said they would take care of it but haven't heard from them either. Next step is try to call ***, the CEO or Dr Shenkman, one of the owners in Tarzana CA. Hard to tell yet whether this all just a huge fraud operation or just horrible management.

I went on line last w/e looking for liver health vitamins. What a mistake! I tried to order 1 bottle of 1MD's LiverMD. What they said I ordered was 3 bottles of it, AND a bottle of something I have never heard of before! $135! AND, they said I ordered a "subscription" for 3 bottles every three months! I called about 3 times on Monday morning, and got no answer. They had already billed my account! So I emailed them to cancel my order. Days later they emailed me back that they had cancelled my "subscription!" This company should be put out of business! Now, I'm pretty sure now that the pills are just garbage! Please do NOT contact 1MD about this. I'm deathly afraid of retaliation! They have my card number and that scares the h-- out of me! Just make other people aware that they shouldn't have anything to do with this company!

Horrible business practices for a company whose products actually work. Used the prostate product over a year w/o issue. Got an email suggesting I could save more by ordering a 6 month supply. updated my order and was charged double (over $400 originally) order and after advising them before shipment and told it would be corrected they shipped anyway and expect me to do w/o my funds until I return and they process. After complaining and advising I will cancel future orders if not corrected to satisfaction they canceled me. Hi, I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription. You will not be charged any additional automatic payments or receive any additional product shipments. Thank you for trying our products. Take care :) That's the best they could do? Horrible customer service! Do your self a favor and find another product or end the same way.

I just do not care for their sales gimmick! Currently, they are pushing hard to sell their BiomeMD. I had wanted to purchase their OsteoMD. I used a promo code that I had gotten from them and used that on checking out. Unbeknownst to me that code was for their Biome and so I ended up inadvertently placing an order for this product which I do not need! I was able to reach their customer service by phone. They refused my request for an exchange of products. I have to return the 6 bottles of BiomeMD at my expense. They refused my request for a return postage label! And I have to wait till they receive the unwanted items before they would issue a refund! That could possibly take a month! Also, the check out process was a real pain in the behind! They kept pushing me to buy more with their "special deals". Not once but half a dozen or more times. I found that experience very off putting.

Purchased a product of 6 bottles for 245.94. I had no positive effects from it after about 30 days, and wanted to send it back for a refund, as is their 60 day-GUARANTEE. I let them know, and they encouraged me to use it for the full 60 days before returning. So I did, still nothing, so I again asked how to send it back, mainly empty bottles by then. They gave me the 1MD address to send it to, I did everything they asked, jumped thru all their hoops. I did not receive any refund. I emailed them several times, their first response was "wait 21 business days, then 2-3 more days for it to show up on my credit card account". So I did. Still no refund. I emailed them again, and was told I would see my refund no later than Sept. 8, 2020, It is now Sept. 14, and still nothing. It is now too late for me to file a dispute with my bank, as their standard policy is 60 days for disputes. Had I sent it back when I wanted to, there would have been no issue. But my bank did say they have made exceptions if there is fraud, and dig into the company. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE - you will get ripped off by this company. Do NOT buy from them. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could.

I watched the 25 minute video. I took notes and placed my order (3/$116) on the link. That is until it rejected two of my credit cards. I called customer service. The guy says the He can help me with my "subscription offer" 3 bottles for $106. I told him I didn't want the subscription. He told me how convenient it was for me to get my orders of 3 bottles every month. I told him I'm not interested in a subscription. I asked if that was why my credit card was rejected-do I had to call in? I told him about my bad experience with a probiotics company years ago that kept charging me money and wouldn't give me credit. I finally drove to the warehouse in Chatsworth and gave them the stupid bottles and ate around $80. This 1MD is in Encino. 5 minutes from my house. It's probably the same company. The guy was eager to place my "convenient" order for me. I told him "never mind" and hung up. I don't want to travel down that path again. It seriously raised my heart rate and gave me a stomach ache. They tell you one thing on the video ad and even the order site is misleading! The customer service people want the sale but we shouldn't be tricked into calling. That's what they want you to do so they can bump up the sale for more commission. Alert! 5/17 I gave this company two of my credit card information online before it rejected me. If I see any funny business with fraudulent charges, I'm coming after you hard. I have access to the mayor of LA and our City Counsel in the West Valley. The California District Attorney is from my home town and we talk so be careful how you try to trick people. I'm tired of these schemes that waste people's time and steal your money.

I am disgusted. I have been on hold all day long. Someone please cancel my subscription NOW. I am truly horrified. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. There are so many other companies out there that will actually answer you. Please do not waste your time ordering from this company. I responded to a Vision Supplement ad for 6 mo. recurring charges as I have chronic dry eye & other eye issues. Numerous other products were offered all of which were declined. Probiotics were sent. Unfortunately, I never looked at the invoice watching only the tracking info as I anticipated some relief as others had commented they'd received from the supplement. Had I looked @ the invoice b4 delivery, I would have cancelled as Jay did in the Complaintsboard.com Company Review section. I received the RMA to return for full REFUND of $179.94 & sent pkg to Lindon, UT Returns. All tracking stopped for the pkg on the day it was supposed to be delivered 5/27; USPS stating only "in transit" & delayed delivery. Submitted a PayPal dispute to recover my $179.94 REFUND.

I can't get through to this company to cancel my subscription. I have tried various modes of communication for a week and still nothing. I purchased a probiotic from 1MD to be sent to me monthly and automatically charge my credit card. I have used it for a few weeks and have decided to cancel my subscription going forward. I have called many times, left messages, and opted into a callback service and have never been called back. I have messaged them on facebook, left comments on facebook, and have emailed. The only correspondence I have received were generic facebook and text messages giving me the same number I have been calling and the hours they are available. I need to cancel this subscription and would like confirmation that they have done so. This has been a very stressful and complicated process. I am not asking for a refund, I only want the subscription to stop. Thank you.

On *** 1md charged my account *** 3 times in error. I did not even visit that website that day. They are not responding to customer service tickets or answering their phone. On *** they sent a mass email explaining they were aware issues like this have happened but it would take them two weeks to fully resolve this. This is an erroneous $*** charge, this is a financial burden! I tried opening another ticket to let them know I was affected and asking if they could refund me sooner than two weeks. I do not want these, so I went through their instructions how to cancel this "subscription". On line it gave me an option to cancel, then said I could not cancel after an order had been shipped. However, their email to me said the order was to be shipped on 12/07, 7 days later and I could call a number. The number said they were experiencing a high volume of calling and I should write their customer support email, and my cancellation would be handled in 72 hours. You have to call "customer service" which means you are told that there is "higher than usual volume" and that you need to email your request to cancel. And then. . .absolutely no cancellation happens. Company shipped a 90 day trial of eye supplement with satisfaction guaranteed. I haven't tried any yet. Two weeks after shipping a 90 day supply, They have now charged my *** account for a second unauthorized shipment. I was recently billed a fee from 1MD for an alleged agreement they claim I set up with them through PayPal. I never entered an agreement with them. I don't know how they obtained my information including access to my PayPal account. I filed a complaint with PayPal but they offer no protection or complaint resolution. I have closed my PayPal account so they can no longer access my funds, or allow PayPal to pay them. I've also informed my bank of the fake agreement in attempt to block PayPal and 1MD from further access. I want to complain against 1MD for setting up a fake agreement and illegally accessing my PayPal account and my funds. I would like my money back as well.

On August 26, I ordered supplements from 1MD. The amount spent was $179.94. Within an hour (I read all the negative reviews too late) I cancelled. Their website says that cancellations can be made within the first 24 hours after orders are submitted. I reconfirmed again (so twice within 24 hours) that I wanted to cancel. The business still shipped the supplements and billed me that same day. Eventually the product came but I refused it and brought it immediately to the post office to be returned. I did not open the package. I have since emailed and called (on hold for 20+ minutes or simply cut off). I have not received a response or a refund. Please help me get my refund of $179.94. I did not even try the product but they advertise full refunds even if you return only part of the shipment within 90 days. It has been very frustrating communicating with 1MD. I paid for 3 bottles of GUTmda o Feb. 26. I received the package on March 3 I tried taking it for a week, but it was not working for me and actually made my stomach hurt worse. I thought I would wait a couple weeks and try again, only to find out it wasn't working for me and still made my gut hurt. I tried calling numerous times on several different days and different times of the day for a week. I only got a recording. The recording said that they were experiencing a high volume of business and please call back later. I emailed them saying that I was returning 2 unopened bottles plus the one I had opened. I mailed the package certified mail on May 11, which was within the 90 days they stated. I have not received the certified receipt. I know it was delivered May 14 by checking the tracking number. I would like a refund for the $119.97 that I paid. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

I placed an order and accidentally bought the wrong item. I immediately, 10 minutes later, sent an email to cancel my order (see attached photo). Seller's Terms state 'You can cancel your order by contacting us at our email or call our phone number, within 24 hours of your order.' First, I sent an email to cancel as stated. The next day, without a response, I called on January 31st at 8am to cancel. I was informed the item had already shipped, which was not true as it didn't ship until 9am. They could have canceled and refunded, but refused. I was billed $26.99 and received an email stating the order was canceled on January 31st (see attached photo). Despite this, the item was still shipped to me. I attempted to return it, but they wouldn't provide a return label. I didn't want this item and I canceled it within the 24-hour terms, yet I never received a refund. Please see the attached documents provided.

I have called and emailed twice without avail. Want credit back to my account as I couldn't get help. The amount is *** I am recently retired High School teacher who buys many things on line, but the company 1MD has made difficult to deal with. Bought a supplement for my fatty liver on Feb. 21, 2021. I received the WRONG supplement on March 2. Then, I e-mailed the support center and got and auto reply twice. In addition, I called today March 15 and wrote to: support *** to no avail. Their email has a *** box to identify items on squares in order to send the message, but they will not let you send it. Tried 3 times! I have to called them first in order to receive an authorization number otherwise I forgo the right to a refund. So, they are too busy to pick phones and do not accept emails. Other companies let you leave a message or respond to message within 72 hours. 1MD makes it impossible for customers to get help and/or get their money back.

Ordered from 1MD on July 1 but received an incorrect product. I returned the item, unopened, on July 23rd. Waiting for refund of *** On July 1, I ordered a product from this company via my debit card and PayPal for help with Liver problems (LiverMD). This is from my bank statement where they took the money on July 14th: 2020 CONSUMER DEBIT 1MD XXX-XXX-XXXX CA. They sent me a box of Probiotics. I did not order this. On July 23rd, I returned the box unopened to a distribution center located in *** XXXXX with my name, order number, address, phone number and a request for a refund. I also had to pay postage for returning the product..Order was made on July 1, I made the return on July 23rd. I want my money back. *** plus money I spent for shipping. *** The confirmation order number was: *** I tried contact their customer service and could not, I tried calling their customer service but could not reach a person.

On Mar 27, 2022, I considered purchasing a product from the 1MD website. As I got into the ordering process, I realized the order would be a SUBSCRIPTION. I NEVER processed the order. Instead, I ordered a similar product from another company. On Apr XX XXXX, a month later, I received an email from 1MD stating my 'order has shipped' - an order I never placed. I checked my credit and found 1MD had charged my card 3 times, without my authorization. They immediately provided a credit for 2 of the 3 charges but went ahead and shipped the product I never ordered and charged me for it. I called 1MD multiple times but only got an automated system no matter which prompt I select. 1MD has essentially committed credit card fraud with my credit card by charging my card for an order I never placed. Note: I never received an order confirmation from 1MD. I only received a shipping notification. That, in itself, is suspicious behavior. How is an order processed without an order confirmation?

Received another order of 6 Probiotics Platinum bottles from 1MD Nutrition without prices listed.
I received yet another order from 1MD Nutrition for 6 bottles of Complete Probiotics Platinum, but the amount charged was not disclosed. My initial order, which I thought would be my only one, was placed without a specified start date. Despite my request to cease further shipments, they sent an additional 6 bottles without my consent, again without disclosing the cost, and shipped them to an undisclosed email address and location, providing only a partial confirmation number. I was unaware of recurring charges and still have 4 unopened bottles from the previous order. With rising living costs, I can't afford these supplements and would like a refund to my credit card. I'm reaching out for assistance to resolve this matter and obtain a refund, as I need the funds for essential expenses like groceries.

Back in December I returned a bottle of curcumin which they received somewhere around the 21st. I have been in contact with them so many times that I have lost track. I have talked to several customer representatives and have just gotten excuses and have had no luck getting to any supervisor to discuss this issue. I have emailed several times still no luck. I was told that someone would call and never recieveda call. Basically I've have wasted my time trying to get my $36 dollar refund. I was last told that a check was mailed on March 8th and as of April 3rd have not received any check or any call back. I emailed twice in the last couple weeks stating that this check has not been received, still no call, no email with information on this check and no check. 1MD states that the offer a return when I called to get the return information there was no problem getting the return authorization. I was told that the only way they could refund my money was either through PayPal or a check from 1MD. I do not have a PayPal account so was told that a check would be mailed in 30 days. After that time I started calling as to where this check was. I also asked numerous times as to why they couldn't simply refund my money back to the credit card I used to purchase the curcumin. I was told they can't do that. At this point I just want my refund and do not want to deal with this company in the future. I'm hoping I can get some help with this. I don't even know a number for any corporate headquarters because someone there has said they were all working from home. Thank you

I returned a product after talking by phone with a company representative. This was done in December and as February 11 there has been no refund. My initial purchase was in August for a 3 month supply of"Prostate MD".i received a second order on December 4 not realizing that I would receive a 3 month supply indefinitely unless I requested to discontinue . I called the number provided, received a RMA number and returned the product the day I received it. It was mailed certified with return receipt ( which I have). There is no dispute with the supplier as to their having received the product. No credit for the return appeared on my MasterCard account for the month of December. I contacted *** and requested that they reverse the charge ($116.97). When I eventually got in touch by phone with customer service I was told 1MD had attempted to issue a refund in late December and that their credit attempt was blocked due to a "charge back" on my credit card account. The 1MD representative I talked to on January 8 told me to contact *** card and have the "charge back" removed and they would issue the credit. I did contact *** card , they removed the " charge back" , My last contact with 1MD was the last week of January (25th or 27th). I was assured by the rep that all was in order and my refund should appear on my credit card account in 7-10 days. As of today, February 11th, there is no evidence of a credit. I have called several times this week ,waited on hold for over an hour and yesterday left info to get a call back but they have not responded. Your assistance in this matter is appreciated.

They owe me 300$ for products I tried to return. Still months and months later nothing I order $300 worth of products 6 bottles of the Krill oil and 6 bottles of the enzyme. I tried both did not like them, now I have been a long time user of their probiotic, fantastic product. Anyways they send me a link to print out the label to return the products for a full refund. I did so, they were placed in a box with lable and mailed. Come like January or February a few months later the package ends back at my door and says return to sender. I call 1 me there as puzzled as I am. They tell me now it's been beyond the 90 return policy let's see what we can do. They said the manager agreed to giv half back 150$. Not fare but now what do I do. So I very reluctantly agreed. We are now in the end of July and no refund at all. I have garbage products and out 300$. I have made numerous calls and they say we're so sorry we'll get this taken care of right away, mind you they are very courteous j will give them that, you don't find any more. But at 300$ most people would. I want my money back I have been more then nice about the entire situation. And to adds insult I didn't even order the enzyme I ordered the probiotic so I got screwed there and spent another couple hundred to replace what I needed. And they wouldn't give me an instant credit so I paid in full for them, while I wait for my return to be processed and my money returned. Nothing has happened I call I get an apology and we'll get your money to you withing a few business days. Months and months just pass. Sad because now I won't even buy your probiotics that are amazing and actually the only product that works for me.

The order became complicated because they were offering many other items for sale (I found out later that the book was free, but it required you pay for a subscription to their Newsletter.) While I was trying to understand what I needed to do to complete the order, without my knowledge I am placing orders for supplements with a different Company1MD Nutrition. When I was not given the opportunity to view my order and then place my order, I realized something was wrong. A few days later I received a call from Natural Health Response advising me I had been double charged for my order but they were issuing me a creditwhich they did. However, I was never successful in reaching anyone at 1MD Nutrition. They do not answer the phone, regardless of what extension you choose, and regardless of how long you are on hold. I did not have an email address to contact them with and was unable to get any information from City Visa. Today I realized Citi put the charge back on my account for the third time and closed the case. I sent an email to City Visa advising them that I received one package from 1MD Nutrition which I did not open, and which I returned to UPS to return to sender. UPS did not charge me for that return, even though the shipper had not supplied a return label. I refused delivery on three other packages. Citi Visa has this information from me in the form of an email. Today Citi Visa told me some of their customers have been successful in taking their issues to Small Claims, but they have closed my dispute file. I also found out from Citi Visa's Customer Service the website for 1MD Nutrition: https://1MD.org/page/return. I cannot fill out the information they request because there is nowhere to send it.

Several issues concerning my attempt to cancel an order. On Sunday, March 7 after 11:30 am Eastern Time, I placed an order with 1MD but requested that it be shipped to an address in Canada and accepted that I would be charged $29.95 for international shipping. Order number is: ***. When I received an e-mail confirmation, it indicated that the product would be shipped to my address in Maryland which I did not want. Since the 1MD policy states that any cancellation had to be made within 24 hours of placing the order, I immediately called but they were closed because it was Sunday. I called the following morning and was on hold for 3 hours, but no one answered. I also sent an e-mail that morning to ensure that my request to cancel met the 24 hour deadline. I tried several times to reach the company, but no one ever answers the telephone. Late that same Monday night, around 11 pm, I received a response to my e-mail that stated that because I was too late to cancel the order, it will be shipped, but that I would not be charged for the product, only the shipping. I replied to that e-mail on Tuesday, thanking them for reimbursing the cost of the product, but asked to have the shipping charges reimbursed also since they were shipping to Maryland and that I should have qualified for free shipping because of the location, and not be charged $29.95. I never received a reply. On March 13, I did receive a shipment from 1MD but it was not for the product I had ordered - I had ordered 3 bottles of a certain product and I received 1 bottle of another. Since I was not charged for the product, this is not relevant to the issue, but indicative of how bad things have gotten with that company: 1) they never answer the phone; 2) they do not honor their cancellation policy (I cancelled within the time limit set by the company - they are the ones that were late in opening my e-mail so I should not be penalized because of this); and 3) they could not even get the order right - I'm assuming that I would have received the wrong item even if I would not have cancelled the order.
