Warning: PipingRock is a Scam - Don't Use Your Credit Card!
I placed an order on November 18th and I'm still waiting for my shipment. It's been a long time and I'm starting to get worried. When I contacted PipingRock, they sent me some email texts that looked like they were copied and pasted from somewhere in India. They kept giving me excuses and telling me that I would get a refund once their product reaches their warehouse. But there's no time limit and their customer service is zero.
I think this is a complete scam and I reported them to consumer fraud in NY. I also asked my bank for a charge back. But you need to do this before 120 days have elapsed, otherwise you won't get your money back.
Whoever is running this outfit should be locked up. They are thieves and I just can't believe that they are operating from Long Island with impunity. It's really frustrating and I feel like I've been ripped off.
So my advice to you is: DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO BUY FROM THEM. It's just not worth the risk. There are plenty of other online stores that are more reliable and trustworthy.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with PipingRock. I mean, I shoulda known better than to trust a company I've never heard of before, but I was really excited about their products and decided to take a chance. Big mistake.
I live in the Philippines, and I placed my order back in July. They told me it would take 8-10 weeks for my stuff to arrive, which seemed like a long time, but I figured it was just because I'm so far away. Well, it's been 10 weeks now and I still haven't gotten anything. I checked with our local customs office, and they said they haven't received any packages from PipingRock. So where the heck is my stuff?
When I contacted customer service, they basically told me tough luck. They said they're not responsible for lost items, which is just ridiculous. I paid for my order and the shipping costs, so the least they could do is make sure it actually gets to me. But nope, they don't seem to care at all.
And it's not just me - I've seen a ton of other reviews from people who've had the same problem. It's like there's some kind of black hole that PipingRock packages disappear into. Honestly, it feels like a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order, because I definitely wouldn't have bothered. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this company.

But it gets worse. I placed my order on May 22nd, 2019 and as of today, July 24th, 2019, I still haven't received it. I've contacted customer service multiple times and all they keep telling me is that the maximum delivery time is 8-10 weeks and to just wait a few more days. They also said that my order has reached my country's customs and is waiting to be delivered. But when I contacted my country's customs, they said they don't have my missing parcel. So where is it?
I'm pretty sure it got lost somewhere, but PipingRock refuses to give me a refund. I lost ?33 for nothing and I'm super disappointed. To make matters worse, when I tried to share my story on their social media pages (Facebook and Instagram), they just deleted it and blocked me. Talk about unprofessional.

PipingRock's Poor Customer Service: Refused to Refund Shipping Fees for Their Mistake
I recently made an order on PipingRock's website, but unfortunately, I made the order after their cut-off time. I was informed that my order would be shipped the following day. However, it's now been three days and my order has not yet been shipped. I reached out to their customer service department and they admitted that it was their mistake. But, to my disappointment, they refused to refund me the shipping fees that I had paid for the order to be shipped on Monday.
As someone who works in customer service for a shipping company, I know how important it is to make things right for customers when we make mistakes. We want our customers to be happy and satisfied, so they keep coming back. However, PipingRock did nothing to rectify their mistake. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I have decided that this will be my last order with them.
I received multiple emails from PipingRock after I told them to cancel my order if they couldn't ship it. However, their responses felt like a recorded message, with phrases like "Sorry, No, Very Sorry, We Understand, Sorry Again"... It was frustrating to receive these responses without any real action being taken.
In an update to my situation, my order still had not been shipped and PipingRock offered me $10 off my next order. I declined this offer and told them that I would not be placing any future orders with them. I also requested that they credit my shipping charges as a gesture of good customer service. It took many emails and requests, but I was eventually able to get them to credit my shipping charges.
Overall, my experience with PipingRock has been disappointing. While their products may be of good quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I hope that they take steps to improve their customer service in the future, as it can make all the difference in retaining customers.

Undelivered Item
Purchased a product from this company in the month of May, item was never delivered. Per the company, the item was lost by the courier company. Requested on several occasions a refund, sent required faxes and to date the company is only referring it from one person to the next and delivering nothing but poor excuses for poor service.
I was advised that the refund would be processed withing 4-10 days, it is now 14 days of such. Only receiving constant request for patience and taxing banter for its companies terrible service.
Desired outcome: Immediate refund

I have got very similar poor service from the Piping Rock customer service team. They keep changing from one person to another ask for patience, will proceed the refund, cannot with their technical issue, ask to place new order to settle bla bla bla. After more than 10 emails correspondence they still not proceed the refund and asked for patience. Strongly recommend NOT to order from Piping Rock!

I have been contacting many times with PIPINGROCK for my order. Now they saying they lost tracking records and my product may be still on custom clearance. They refused to refund my product claiming they have written something in their website regarding no refund until product reaches back to them, that means even if product lost in transit customer loose money. As soon as I had ordered I contacted you and notified that I had ordered b12 by mistake instead of B2 so could it be changed.
Also sent email 8/12/17.
No response and didn't happen.

The main package arrived with insufficient postage. I emailed again 28/12/17 to notify and ask for postage reimbursment.

One bottle missing
I've ordered several bottles of essential oil from www.pipingrock.com website and one bottle was missing. I tried to get in touch with customer support regarding the missing product but I haven't heard anything yet. I sent them a message about two weeks ago and they did not reply. However, when I checked the account, it turned out that this company took full price for the order from me.
