Ordered Dec 10 - dint get any updates till Dec 20 saying my package was being returned to the delivery warehouse. Then link dint work at all.
Lucky vitamin said they cant tell me anything and that I should call the delivery company to ask what happened and to ask if they will be able to deliver the package if i reorder it. For some reason delivery tracker said my order had an incorrect address (though both lucky vitamin & I confirmed i put the correct address.)
Got charged $12 for restocking the item back to lucky vitamins warehouse (still waiting for a refund. (Agent dint send anything to confirm a refund was processed so lets see if i will ever get it.)
If you dont even know if my package will be delivered in my area why say that you can ship it there?
Desired outcome: Apologize & answer questions - dont just explain policies. Be clear to customers that if anything goes wrong they will have to figure things out by themselves.

This company is a scam. It is unacceptable that the LuckyVitamin company does not have a sector to take care of products that have not been delivered, because they have already received the money for the products, and we customers who care about us? LuckyVitamin, the company that hires the transponder company, the LuckyVitamin company has to solve the problem. I made a purchase through LuckyVitamin on 31/05/2022. Until today (20/09/2022) I have not received the products. I contacted the company several times, however they did nothing. I did some investigating myself and found out that someone got the invoice wrong so the products were returned to Lucky Vitamin. However, on return, the products are stopped in Germany. I contacted Lucky Vitamin again, explained the whole situation, but even so my case was treated with disregard. In short, they don't care about the customers, because I wasn't the one who hired the transport company, they were the ones, and as soon as there's a problem they don't solve it. I bought the supplements for health reasons, I am unemployed and lost 200.00 euros (that was the value of my products). It is regrettable all the neglect that LuckyVitamin has with customers. This company is a scam, don't waste your money like I did. I hope I helped someone, I wouldn't want more people to fall for this scam.

Poor Shipping Standards and Lying Customer Service
I placed my very first order with Lucky Vitamin online at their website on Monday, 29 November 2021. My order total was nearly $125 USD.
After placing my order, I discovered that online orders cannot be cancelled after 15 minutes beyond the time stamp of the order. When I called to complain, I was told my order status was PICKED and therefore it could not be cancelled.
The next time Lucky Vitamin communicated was via email on Thursday, 02 December 2021, when I was informed my order had shipped. Watching the FedEx website, my order was not accepted by FedEx until 9:45 PM (over three days after my order was placed, an order I only had 15 minutes to cancel on 29 November 2021. THREE DAYS TO SHIP, BUT ONLY 15 MINUTES TO CANCEL. This is a CRIMINAL business practice, in my opinion.
Friday afternoon, 03 December 2021, the FedEx website stated my shipment was departing Niles Illinois and in route to the shipment's destination - Saint Paul MN - with expected delivery on Saturday, 04 December 2021.
Waiting at home all day on Saturday, FedEx never showed. At 10:35 PM CST, I called a spoke with a Customer Advocate whom explained there was a SHIPPING EXCEPTION and that my shipment was not in route to Saint Paul MN. Instead, my shipment was in route to Lewisberry, Pennsylvania - and added that currently expected delivery is Thursday, 09 December 2021. What I asked what happened, my advocate explained the shipping label was not properly affixed to the package and as a result the bar code was damaged and a new label would need to be created which may require opening the package to verify the delivery address.
ALARMED by this development, I asked if FedEx could re-route the shipment back to Lucky Vitamin's warehouse instead of shipping the package to me. She explained that only the shipper could do that - and suggested I call Lucky Vitamin customer service and ask them to contact FedEx.
Following my FedEx Customer Advocate's suggesting, I called Lucky Vitamin customer service and spoke with a supervisor from Philippines named Rahma. In short, Rahma refused to contact FedEx to have my order re-routed back to Lucky Vitamin's warehouse. Given the added delay and obvious compromised condition of my order/shipment, I requested a refund. Rahma stated I could return the shipment once it was delivered. I asked who pays for return shipping? Rahma's response represented obfuscation - meaning she did not answer my direct question with a direct answer, instead she talked about an unrelated issue. I asked the same question, who pays for return shipping, a second, third and fourth time - each time Rahma's response represented obfuscation.
To confirm Rahma was listening to me, I employed a simple technique I learned from a former vice-president of the United States - I used a simple curse word and Rahma JUMPED ALL OVER IT . . . confirmed by her warning me about profane language. Knowing she could hear me, I asked the same question a fifth time - to which she FINALLY replied, Lucky Vitamins pays for return shipping and once my return is received, my order would be refunded in full, approximately $125 USD.
Next, I asked Rahma to put this FACT in writing in an email and send the email to me while I was still on the phone with her - to ensure the words were correctly written, documenting Lucky Vitamins pays for return shipping, etc. The email I received DID NOT STATE what Rahma said . . . meaning this supervisor, representing Lucky Vitamin, LIED.
Fortunately, the entire phone call was recorded by me - where Minnesota is a one-party consent state.
Given my first experience with Lucky Vitamin, including but not limited to their POOR SHIPPING standards, and LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE, this will also be my last order with this criminal company.
I will be sending a broadcast email (with MP3 recording attached) to all employees, as well as friends and family members - supporting my experience and why I cannot recommend buying anything from this criminal company, Lucky Vitamin.
I hope my experience will give pause to anyone considering doing business with Lucky Vitamin . . . the MOST AGGRESSIVE order processing company - limiting customers to 15 minutes after placing an order to cancel our order - and not shipping until 3+ days after our order is placed - and then when problem in shipping occur, problems directly traceable to Lucky Vitamin POOR SHIPPING standards, their customer service supervisor from the Philippines refuses to resolve the problem, obfuscates multiple times requiring the customer (me) to repeat the same question FIVE TIME, before the supervisor answered my question, but then the supervisor LIES by not documenting her words in the email I requested documenting Lucky Vitamins pays for return shipping and that the cost of return shipping would NOT be deducted from my refund - resulting in a full refund of approximately $125 USD.
I shared the same atrocious experience from ordering online from Lucky Vitamin. I have ordered 3 bottles of NOW Saw Palmetto Extract 160mg /120 soft gel from Lucky Vitamin on the 11/16/2022 but until today, time of writing, still have not received the product despite numerous emails (to & fro) with Customer Service.
Initially, Lucky Vitamin gave me a tracking number to track my order which I found that it was a wrong address they claimed to be sending it to. My ordered address was from Singapore but the tracking number address sent to was in Netherlands, Maastricht. I informed them and they assured me they will arranged to deliver to the correct address. .
However, a few days later their Customer Service supervisor named, Stella C, changed her tune and informed me that they will refund me depending on my "Bank Policy" on oversea refund. I wrote that I prefer Lucky Vitamin to fulfill their sales obligation after collecting customer's money on the sales instead of refund.
Stella C. their customer service supervisor replied that they cannot do a re-delivery even though they make a mistake in delivering to the wrong address the first time. I wrote that it was a ridiculous practice that a supplier cannot rectified a wrong delivery by doing a correct delivery the 2nd time. They persist in refund but at the time of writing on 12/20/2022 I have not heard from Lucky Vitamin refund yet.
I took the time to write this to alert potential buyer to be aware... Lucky Vitamin might be a SCAM set up. It all depends on how they do the refund and what procedures are required for potential buyers to furnish them banking details for the "refunding purpose".

I ordered some vitamins on July 20, 2021.

The package arrived at the carrier's warehouse in St Laurent, QC on July 26. The carrier never delivered the order and returned it instead. I was never told why they returned it. They provided no tracking number for the return and said they could not provide one.
I exchanged several emails with Lucky Vitamin customer service. I was told they could do nothing until the package reached their warehouse. It never did.
Now they tell me the package they returned was destroyed upon arrival at the DHL facility on the return.

The order was never received because the LuckyVitamin made a mistake and gave the incomplete address to the transport company (to Portugal-Europe). They said that the money would be return after receive the package back. Now 4 months later they say that did not receive it, so they would not pay the money. THEY ARE NOT ASSUMING THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A RESPECTABLE COMPANY. I WILL NOT BUY NOTHING MORE.THEY STOLE MY MONEY! Fraudulent company.

If you search on Google Maps for the address of the company you see no signal that it is a real company. FAKE, totally FAKE

I ordered 1 dozen of Now Vitamin D3 5000IU 120 soft gels on February 9, 2021.
It shipped well from Illinois, USA and went to Frankfurt, Germany. And on February 22, 2021, It arrived in Milano ros, Italy (IT). The Package stays there for almost 4 weeks. And until now my package has not moved a bit from Italy. And my destination country is Indonesia (ID) Now is March 18, 2021. I had emailed Lucky Vitamin for 3 times and their answer are the same like automation bot.

Lucky Vitamin offered the D-3 softgels on Amazon.com at a sale price, I ordered some at that sale price and got an order confirmation. The next day, Lucky Vitamin cancelled my order because they no longer wanted to sell their product for that price. They claimed it was a "computer glitch" that caused the price, although I checked the price several times over the course of an hour before I ordered, and each time it said the same sale price.
I think it should be illegal to offer products at a price you have no intention of honoring. I work in retail myself, and even if it WERE "a computer glitch" it should be honored for sales already made and confirmed and then corrected to prevent more sales at the incorrect price. That is what a reputable and ethical company would do, they would fulfill their existing sales and then correct their price, not cancel existing sales and pretend they never offered the product at that price.

item missing from my order
I placed an order LV18496213. Today I revived my order and one item is missing. The Calcium Citrate winch was paid and its on the invoice is not in the parcel. I sent an email but there is no response from the company.
False advertising of lucky vitamin plus program
Lucky Vitamin claims their LV+ program has a 30 day free trial period in which the customer is not charged for the 30 day trial period. This is not true, they charge you immediately and then deduct any LV+ program benefits if you cancel during the 30 day free trial period, effectively not providing a free trial and charging full price for items customers thought they were getting an LV+ discount on. Classic bait and switch tactics once they have your money immediately for the "free trial".
Refund
I live in Brazil and I have not received my package. It has been 98 days and today I found out (www. packageradar.com) that It has been returned to you. I haven't received any notification about the last updates despite the messae of delay due to Covid. I know It was in cleared customs for more than a month. The local service has been on strike since then and nobody is able to solve the problem. Just talked to your support and I was told that you can't give me the refund because of timeframe. Please give me the refund. I need my money back to buy the supplements for my treatment.

They canceled my order and did not honor price when back in stock.
I have given business to lucky vitamin for years - and as of now never will again. In short: placed an order in mid-march, securing an excellent price (using coupon codes, etc.) for 10 bottles of a product. It was backordered. I had no problem with this and was happy to leave the order open until they were able to fill it. After two months they cancelled the order. I have tried every which way to get them to reinstate it and honor the order and price (now that they have it back in stock.) chat, e-mail through their site, and numerous phone calls where you can only leave a message - and never a response. Finally though chat, I was able to get the rep to have someone call me. Bottom-line: they flat out refuse to reinstate the order and honor the price. Would give no stars, if I could! Not so lucky vitamin, as it turns out!
No delivery after 2 months, no response to many emails
I ordered two months ago, about $120 worth of stuff, tracking says it's still sitting in their warehouse. I've been emailing, maybe 40 or 50 times, no response. I've tried contacting their chat online support, but it's just a useless bot. I've never been able to get a refund, my items posted, or any kind of response from customer service.
It seems like this entire site is acting as a scam right now.

The order was going to my old address. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted customer service via email, explaining the issue and asking for help. The order was in transit but still had 3 to 4 days to go until reaching the destination. It has since been delivered to the incorrect address. And i've still not heard anything back from customer service.

I see listed on a Lucky Vitamin message the date 3/23/ 2020 so I suppose this is when I first ordered (so long ago lost track). I ordered 9 of this product items. There was no order confirmation for some time nor was there answers to my inquiries; "Where is my order?".
On (5/2/2020) I get confirmation w/two items on the order I did (not) order and no word of possible delays. On 5/4/2020 I get the quote of 'the Corona-virus delay' w/no mention of whether the items were back ordered, unavailable (or anything). I repeatedly sent the inquiries; 'please let me know (what) is the problem?', etc., there was nothing.
Their order tracking link said my order was to arrive on 5/15/2020. Earlier that week 'one' item arrived w/no mention of the rest of the order (the other 8).
On 5/15/2020 (designated arrival date) 'nothing' arrived.
On 5/16/2020 I receive their 'feedback' link as though I had already received the order reading; "Did your order meet all of your expectations?" I sent inquiry to (that). 'Nothing'.
On 5/18/2020 they sent a response (finally) to my (last) inquiry. "Your request (311172) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff, " and then the following (excuse) quote again;
"COVID-19: We are currently experiencing extremely high volume and things are a little backed up, etc., " but no ANSWER to my questions.
I (tried) to let them know I should cancel the order and that (all) of this was taking much too long even for Covid-19 issues (w/no information as to what the problem was) and was extremely unacceptable and that I would be taking appropriate steps to make complaints to the BBB and to The Consumer Protection Agency, etc., and was obvious they were (also) using the Covid-19 outbreak as an excuse for VERY bad and unethical business tactics.
Finally, today (5/19/2020) I receive the rest of the order; 8 items and two items I did not order (and did not want) and on the invoice was noted a 'gift card' for ten dollars that was (not) even included. There was (again) no mention of why these items took so incredibly long and absolutely no notice they were coming as I had assumed this was a totally FAILED order (other than the '1' item).
Amazing display of an uncoordinated buffoonery in place of a business transaction. At least an acknowledgement of my repeated inquiries would have been 'something' but I was expected to simply 'dangle' on '(their) line while they unmistakably 'proved' their total incompetence
I do still plan on reporting these accounts to the Attorney General's Office, etc., as I needed these items rather desperately due to health problems and did suffer w/out them as I may also relate to my business attorney for possible litigation. This was over-the-top WRONG and (we) are all tired of the use of the Covid-19 EXPLOITATION by so many business' and for that soul-less indiscretion there should be punitive action.
NOTE: I wish to be given a reply as to authenticate this complaint w/ a receipt of some kind otherwise I will suspect this unofficial and would need to follow up on the authenticity myself.

A bad experience.
Bad customer service, played stupid for almost a month. I ordered 2 bottles of Vitamin C. I could have bought it at my local grocery store. You said the product was In stock and it was not, plus you charged mr before it shipped.
I'll find my other Vitamins elsewhere the next time I order.
Please don't blame it on covid19, you did a bad job, accept responsiblity

I filled in my shipping address correctly which I have the proof from as I screenshot it. And they still sent the package to my old address in a different country. I spend hours in their chatbox to resolve this and showing them proof but they won't refund me until that package comes back to their warehouse. Knowing how difficult italian customs is, that package will likely not return and so I lose my time and money due to their mistake. They acknowledge their mistake, yet to won't refund or send me a replacement order till that package returns. Amazing that a company from a first world country in 2020 can still operate like this. Please don't take the risk to order with them, their policy is very bad. They make mistakes, but you are the one that pays for it! Bye bye 130 euros.
