1xBet my account on 1xbet blocked and I doesn't access to it

Hi,

Once I created my request on this website. My request was that I deposited an amount on "1xbet.com" website, and after requesting to withdraw money, after several bets, they asked me for documents, which I emailed, and then my account was blocked and they told me to post the documents.

After I posted, they claimed they didn't receive the documents and stopped replying to my messages.

Later I came across this website and register my request here.

And then from the website "1xbet.com", they told me "The latest you got from security department is from march, are you sure about that? and I said yes I'm sure. and then they didn't say anything. Please follow up until I get my money. Thanks

I was first of all asked to verify my account then I summited the required documents then instead of allowing me to withdraw my funds after summiting all required documents my account was Instead blocked. Then I was asked to send documents to Mexico of which I did but the documents arrived mexico on Wednesday but have not still been dilivered to Thier office

1xBet Account verification

10 days ago, my account was frozen by the security department due to document verification. The account had 30,000 rupees in it. I contacted them and provided all the requested documents, but despite the time that has passed, they keep telling me to "wait" and that they are "reviewing it." As a result, I am unable to place bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds.

Out of the blue, I received a reply to my email stating that I can withdraw my money by creating a withdrawal request. However, every time I try to withdraw my funds, it gets rejected repeatedly. I provided them with proof of my rejected withdrawals, but they have not offered any solution. This is why I am submitting this complaint regarding my account verification.

I kindly request you to look into my account and complete the verification process or enable my withdrawal option so that I can receive the funds in my bank account (game ID: [protected]).

I have a great deal of trust in 1xbet, but problems like this have a negative impact. Therefore, please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

May 19, 2023 (11:14AM) I deposited via GCASH DIRECT method sent PHP500 but nothing credited on my account I tried to reach out through your emails & customer service but no one approaches me, I also filed a complaint in ComplaintsBoard but still nothing comes into my account this is the proof that I sent my PHP500 to one of your agents. You guys emailed me and told me that my transaction was successfully credited. If it is successfully credited as you said why there's no balance in my account? Can you tell me what is the account number that credited my deposit? And also you guys provided another email but no one responded into one of my emails

1xBet Didnt recieve the funds because of deposit malfunction 505

First I transfer the funds to the g cash number that they provided and then I before its will be processed you need to send the funds first the fill up the form but after I cant fill up the form because it keeps disapearing everytime I click it and after I refresh it the number they provided changes so I didnt get a chance to fill up the form bacause the name adn number of the account change. Malfunction of the app its said 502 bad gateway and still now I cant click to anything because everytime I click the form it disapear now im sending email to them and not yes responding. Please respond need my funds back

1xBet Never received my money// blocking account for no reason

In March 2023, I decided to try my luck with 1xBet and, to my surprise, I won $4000. However, my elation was short-lived as I discovered that my account was blocked due to alleged 'duplicate account' issues. This has led me down a frustrating path that has lasted months, filled with numerous forms and the shipment of personal, confidential documents like bank statements and passport information to Mexico, all in an attempt to prove my identity and ownership of the account.

Despite providing ample evidence, my account remains blocked under appeal. The reason given was that I had a duplicate account, which I have vehemently disputed. In fact, I had even previously requested back in 2020 for any account with the same name as mine to be deleted. Oddly enough, they verified my account just three days before my win. Logically, if they believed I had a duplicate account, why would they have verified it in the first place? It feels like they verified it just so they could later claim there was a duplicate and refuse to release my winnings.

The documents I sent to Mexico took two months to arrive. Yet, last week, they asked me to fill out another form, this time asking irrelevant questions about illegal gambling activities. I found this absurd, but I complied, filled out the form, and sent it off. To my dismay, they're now asking me to fill out the form again and send it back to Mexico. This back and forth is not only time-consuming but also discourages me from persisting in my claim. Moreover, the logic behind asking me to send physical forms when they have already confirmed my identity through the documents I provided earlier is baffling.

This experience has left me extremely frustrated and upset. I've ended up losing more money than the $4000 I won, due to the costs incurred in this process. Winning shouldn't result in an account closure. It's a completely unfair practice.

Based on my experience, I can't recommend 1xBet to anyone. I'm now looking for a solution and sharing my story in the hope that it helps others avoid similar misadventures.

Hello, it’s been over 8 month now since 1xbet blocked my account with over (about USD 6,000).

I’ve checked online and seen lots of users with this problem. Noticed 1xbet responds claiming their rule 2.26 on multi-accounting has been violated by the user and refunds their deposit. I don’t have multiple accounts and wonder why after following all their KYC instructions and sending all required documentation for over 1 year now, they haven’t unblocked my account and refunded my deposit. Are they trying to shamelessly defraud me?

Here’s a rundown of all the verification process they’ve done so far:

I tried to make a withdrawal from my account and noticed it’s blocked. They ask me to send basic verification documents (photo of ID, photo of me holding ID and phone with mail from their security team, screenshots of cryptocurrency account used to make deposit, history of account and account details, etc)

My account is blocked and i’m asked to submit an appeal claim

They ask me to send by postal service: notarized copy of my national ID, screenshots of my cryptocurrency account and a copy of my bank statement to their address at P. O Box 856, Lviv, Ukraine, 79008. Note that the war in Ukraine had just started making it very difficult and expensive to send documents by post. I however sent the documents and notified them.

1xbet says the are looking at the documents

They ask me to complete a questionnaire with questions on if I modified documents that were sent to them (I didn’t) and also which device I used to get screenshots of what I sent.

They ask me to take a picture holding a code they shared with me and upload.

I’m asked to do a skype video call with them. It’s done and I received a mail saying I passed the skype verification.

I’m asked to fill a very long questionnaire with questions like what’s my favorite sport, my gender, nationality, if someone influenced my betting strategy, etc.

I’m asked to download a questionnaire with the same questions asked above, fill it out by hand and send to their address P. O Box 856, Lviv, Ukraine 79008

I’m asked to do another skype video call with them. It’s done and I receive another mail saying I passed the skype verification.

I’m asked to upload a copy of my birth certificate, driver’s license or utility bill. I uploaded my birth certificate.

I’m asked to send a notarized copy of my birth certificate to their address P. O Box 856, Lviv, Ukraine 79008. This is the third time I'm being asked to send documents by postal service to Ukraine. Which is very expensive.

I’m asked to send a copy of a mental capacity certificate. I go to a specialist center on this, get the tests and submit the certificate to them.

I’m asked to send a notarized copy of the mental capacity certificate to their address in Ukraine. Fourth time i’m asked to send documents by land mail.

I'm asked to send a notarized copy of no Gambling Addiction Certificate to their address in mexico. At that time i was broke that i borrowed money from someone to sent the document to mexico. After i sent the document in January i was told after 3 weeks that my documents were regected after i followed clearly what 1xbet told me to write as the description of the certificate but then my document got rejected at mexico

I don’t know when this endless verification process will end and I think they are trying to defraud me of my funds. Will like them to unblock my account and give me access to my funds.

most people on this Complaint board complaining about 1xbet account verification are all saying the same thing about how this big organization is trying to defruad us all about a huge amount of money and the whole world is seeing this

When will this whole be a better place!

As per their instructions I installed “Telegram” and he given me a link to contact Betting Help Center +[protected] accordingly I knocked them to this number and they converse with me in my native language (Bangla). They ask me to deposit same amount. I deposited of taka-10000/- to this number from your automated system +[protected] from my bkash wallet number +[protected] but they immediately reject it but I don’t know why. Screenshots are attached

They again given merchant numbers for redeposit of the same amount of TK-10000/- and I do accordingly to this number +[protected] (Cashier agent) from my Bkash wallet number +[protected] and they said they will top-up my account by all amount at a time (10000+10000+10000)=Tk- 30000/ thousands within few minutes but still I am waiting.

After that I knocked them for several times but I could not get any response from them.

1xBet Blocking my account after winning some bets on "1xbet.com"

Hi,

1xBet Withdraw found problem

I wanted to withdraw funds, I was asked to confirm my identity. I have sent photos of my document. a document and a phone on which the mail would be opened and a dialog with the support service would be visible. I sent this photo. After that, I have not been answered by mail for more than a week. I tried to communicate with the support chat, but they didn't help me.

After I contacted the public relations and they talked to me, and i told them everything and they told me to send my documents to the security team. I shared with them even the bank money operator phone connected to my account , and I sent it and they replied to me, wait for the verification process, after hours later this massage they replied to me this massage "there is no reason to believe this account". 1xBet Withdrawal problem

On the 5 January I was denied a withdrawal from my 1xbet account. It has happen to me before and I went back through the verification process and the account open and I could withdraw my money. So I recently changed my bank card from verve to visa with the same name from the same account. On the 5th of January I tried to withdraw from my 1xbet account after making deposit with my new card but the withdrawal was denied so I got in contact with the security. They ask the following information

ID picture and the security email nearing my face

Bank card picture both side

Bank card statement

A picture of my gaming account connected on my pc

A code was sent to me they asked me to write up the code on a piece of paper and get it back to them

I have given all the information requested

But now they blocked access to my gaming account. I can not connect on my account

For over 5 months they keep telling me the security is still waiting for my package

Is actually unfair and I need help please
