1xBet My 1xbet account blocked

I am using 1xbet last 2 years. Today security department asķed me some documents. I sent every details. Then they replied that my account was blocked due to make multiple account. Actually me and my cousins open the account. So that make what issues. I didnt get. 39600 rs in my 1xbet account. The amount was gone and They blocked. I want to know why they where blocked. No idea about that.

I tried to withdraw 8 months ago and at this point they then asked for documents etc. I sent everything they asked many times. In the end they now ask me for such ridiculous things like which printer I used. He is some of what they ask...

'If any document was modified, please provide a list of amendments and state the purpose of your actions.

When printing the photos, did you use the same photos that were sent to us by e-mail? Or did you edit the photos before printing them?'

I am waiting for a big withdrawal (12000 Euro) and it feels they are trying to steal. If I do not soon get it will take legal action. Please help and advise.

1xBet My account is blocked for no reason.

Dear Complaints Board,

I don't know if you'll be able to help me or not, here's the details of my case..

I try to make a withdrawal they rejecting my withdrawal request automatically and asking to email the security team..

When I contacted their security team regarding my withdrawal request, they asked me for Identification Documents, I provided my NID photos, my selfie holding my ID card next to my face and answered their questionnaire,

After a long conversation and providing all the documentation they said my is under verification, and few hours later they send me following email.

"Good Day.

We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:

Upon completion of the investigation, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable:

1. to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts), which may entail:

- all bonuses, free bets and winnings received from those bonuses and free bets when using this duplicate account becoming void and lost to you

- at our sole discretion, to cancel all winnings and refund the balance of your account at the start of the investigation (minus any canceled winnings) made from your main and duplicate accounts. We also have the right to refund any amounts that are owed to us in connection with this duplicate account, directly from any of your accounts (including any other duplicate account).

2. At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases), to allow the continued use of the main account and recognize it as valid, while all bets placed by you from the duplicate account will be void, the duplicate account(s) will be blocked and/or canceled by decision of the company (the decision is made for each particular case individually, according to the extent of the violation).

The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.

We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company.

Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.

I'm a permanent user of 1xbet and I never create any other registration on 1xbet I have only one account on 1xbet.

1xBet Withdraw problem

I am writting to express my deep concern regarding the delayed withdrawal transaction of 2000 bdt that was initiated on 20-05-2023 at 10:44 Bd local time. Despite multiple attemts to resolve the issue by sending emails, the problems still remain unresolved, and I have not received the funds in my account.

On 24-05-2023 I received a response from the support team stating that my case has been forwarded to the technical Department. They instructed me to reach out again after 5 hours. However, it has been more than 7 hours since I sent the follow-up email, and I have yet to received any update or resolution regarding the status of my withdrawal.

Please, investigate the withdrawal transaction and provide me with a detailed update on the progress made in resolving the issue.

I have been a loyal customer of 1xbet, and I have always had a positive experience with your services. However,

It is now asking to mail my details

I sent twice and the package was returned for the reason that there is no company or person name and no phone number for the recipient

I sent it to you by mail, so that I can send the parcel to the mail, and you repeatedly reply to the same message

Since May 8th, my account has been closed for an identity request, and everything has been submitted more than once. A selfie has been submitted, and a photo of the ID with the computer and me, and other requests for deposits, everything has been submitted.

After presenting everything with questions and requests from them, it is not convincing at all

I deposited 10,000 tk. Through Fast Nagad (BD).

But i didn't receive the money. I send an email to 1xbet with screenshot and video recording. But its long time i didn’t get a single response from them.

I need a solution.

I deposited 10,000 tk through FAST NAGAD. It's deducted money from my Nagad account but has not been deposited into my game account.

Thanks for your reply. I just sent the email with all details, including screenshots and video proof.

My other 4 deposits missing besides this one. Which has been missing since Feb 11, 2023. And as expected no reply from email at all even after sending all proofs.

1xbet support was faster here before. But in the last few months not been a single replay. However, just sent an email with all details.

1xBet Scam/no refund

Today I tried to deposit using Maya instead of my usual Gcash since it says that the number shown is not able to take more money. 12:50pm I payed for 200 pesos and was greeted by a mail few minutes later that says my payment was rejected with no reason attached. I complained to customer service, sent all necessary proofs but still yet to have a response.

So I payed with my maya account for 200 pesos on May 26 around 12:50pm and a mail says that my payment was rejected this would be no problem if they offered to refund but NO! Just flat out doesn't care which made me doubt the credibility of this site if it's even legit. Tried contacting the customer support and been waiting for 2 and a half hours and there's yet to be a response.

Recently, I deleted my 2-factor authentication on my phone and was unable to log in. 1xBet Unable to withdraw money from my account

My name is Ziad Eldessouki. my account number is : [protected]. I sent an email to the security department because I was unable to make any withdrawals. I sent a picture of my passport to them and a picture of my bank card covering the last 4 digits. Then they told me to send them my bank statement in pdf format of the month of (27/October/2022), so they can see the transaction deposit connected to my gaming account with the amount of (5.07$). When I sent them my bank statement of the month of (October/2022), I explained to them that I was charged (0.19$) from my bank for an international transaction fee, which they can see from the history transactions of my bank statement. That's why they will see in the transaction history that the total amount is not (5.07$), but instead its (5.26$). The security department replied to me by saying without providing the requested files any further actions are impossible. All further messages will be ignored.

1xBet User account blocking with the amount of 6000 dollars

Hi, I am "Fatimeh Mansoorian". My account number is [protected].

One of my friends introduced me to a website for betting called 1xbet.com. And I deposited all my annual savings. And after a few bets, my account was blocked and they asked me for my identity card and documents. After sending them, I got a message: "Your account is under verification. Please log in to your account via a desktop computer to view the instructions."

Then when I log in with the computer, just see a red window. And I was asked to send them the physical documents.

I sent them the identity documents through Iran post. Although the cost of international post is high for our country.

The website agents claim that they have not received the documents. I know that if I send them again, I will only have to pay a fee and it will not be useful.

When I send an email to the website support, they just say:

"We have not received the documents."

I have sent the documents about 3 months ago by post office, considering that Iran is under the international sanctions of the United States and Ukraine is a war-torn country, I have no hope of sending the documents again.

It should be mentioned that all my identity documents have been submitted to the website's security team via email.

I am very worried, I need funds for my university education and the loan money I have taken from my brother, as well as my old father's medical expenses (documents are available). I am sincerely thankful.

Desired outcome: Open my account immediately and release my money.

Hi, I have already posted the requested items to them before.  The problem is that due to the Iranian sanctions of the United States of America, the parcel has not reached them.  I send an email as you said, but they request to post my documents again. What do I do? Please help me. I can send every document that they need by email.
