A TOTAL OF 10,000/- RUPEES (LOSS)

I deposited 10000 Rupees into my account using my ( PHONEPE UPI-maheshwararao.[protected]@ibl )and the transaction was successful as well as the bank already notifies that it was already deducted in my saving account, but it was not reflected in my Gaming account.

I have already contacted the support team so many times in 2 days but no proper response from the team and they are completely avoiding my calls, messages, and even emails.

I thought of 1Xbet as a trusted platform now based on this incident I can give bad feedback to my friends who are interested in Gaming.

Please I realize I made a mistake by not paying attention to the rules and regulations of 1xBet.I didn’t know it would lead to the blockade of my account even though it shows that the age permitted to play is 18 above.Its only after that I have gone through all the policies which shows that it depends on your country rules, but I never knew about all that .This is the first time I’m seeing that 1xBet has blocked an account because of under age meanwhile I can see many people on 1xbet who are not up to age but their accounts are safe. 1xBet Deposit hasn't been topped up for 36 hours

Hi, my id is [protected]. I made a deposit of 500 000 VND using MoMo Ewallet in 4:00 AM (GMT+7) and after 36 hours, i haven't received my money. I tried contacting the regional support staff but all they said is please wait while we process your order.

They asked me two times to log out of my account and then made an order again and they'd top up the account but still, nothing happend. Every time now that i asked have you guys resolved my problem, they just auto respond "We will get back to you when we have detail, please wait"

It's really frustrating right now. Not only that i don't receive my deposit, support staff refused to help and there's no compensation after 36 hours

Am really sorry I didn’t know anything about your terms and conditions which made you block the account. My elder brother was the one using the account but unfortunately his phone was stolen so he use my phone to open the account so I used the account to bet because I needed money to pay my mum hospital bills.
