1xBet Poor Customer service on Email based platform.

I am facing a problem in my deposit for last 5 days.

Still now not getting any solution even they are just ignoring my mail.

Hi, These people are fraud they dont deposit your amount. I have made deposit of 46,000 on april 2nd and till now there is no reply and everytime I call them they ask to wait 2or3hours, or wait till morning, till end of the day. They are scamming us and stealing our money. Only one person will response saying that my name is Alex, We will look into the situation and later he will respond forwarded to the specialists. Hi, I have tried reaching out customer care through IP call, sometimes they say the amount is received by their agent. sometimes they say the server is slow and it has error. Is this a some kind of scam.

Hi, Is there any update. You have been telling me the same thing from the past 2 days. This is not a small amount to sit back and relax. I have even checked from my bank end and they said money has been deposited to the agent. I would like to logde a complain against you if I dont receive money by tomorrow.

I have reached out to customer team using IP call and some times they say money is deposited to Kishana ram agent and sometimes they say the amount is not credit due to bank issues. sometimes they say Ill get money in 2-3 hours. I am very confused and Inam afraid that my money is looted.

Hi, I have deposited 46,000 INR to 1xbet account on 2nd April 2024. Money is debited from my account but not added to my 1xbet account. I have been trying to contact customer support but they are responding and asking me to wait a few hours each time I have called them. I have even mentioned this in the email and they say that cannot provide time frame to return the money. I feel like I am scamed. please help me
