I was using a Mastercard (Gcash ***1757) for deposit and withdrawal until the system declined the Card. I called CS and they provided an email to reach out to email team. I provided the photo of my passport and I followed the instruction they provided for the troubleshooting. After all, I contacted the security team for verification but until now they still turning me around by asking identity.
