1xBet Rs 46000 is deducted from my account but not added to my 1xbet account

I have added Rs 46,000 on April 2nd 2024 at 10:03 PM but it is not added to my gaming account. I have been calling customer team they are telling me to wait 3hours or some time in every call. I have sent the screenshots requested. now they say that they have got money but take a few hours to deposit the money. I want my money back otherwise I will file a complaint to the police

Hi Alex, your customer care agent told me that I will get my refund by today end of the day as you got reply from the payments team and now you are saying that you need to hear back from them which is true! Sometimes the payment takes 15-20minutes .. sometimes after 24 hr get failed I don't know what's happening I requested a withdrawal of 1000 on 2 April 7pm it's around 5 and after 7 it will say failed and the payment deposited into my account of 1xbet

Date of incident: Jan 13 / 2024

Reason of late submission of complaint: just today I came to know about this service.

Description of event - I successfully wagered the bonus as per company rule. When I tried to withdraw the amount , they asked for verification by submitting identification documents. I complied to it and even after submitting proper authenticate documents my bonus was revoked.

They claimed I violated their rule. But I didn't do any of those they claimed. I was robbed of my won money.

I deposited 200 EGP couple weeks ago through instapay app despite it was deducted from my account your app declined the process.

And when i called the customer service they said wait for 3hr. I waited but guess the money didn’t come back. I called again they told me wait for 48 hr I waited but nothing. Then they told me to send for a specific email address but each time i send they reply back that i have to activate my email. And once i get to the app to activate. The app is not sending me an invitation to activate.

So is that your way to not sending money back, actually by that way you will lose me as a user cause i’ll be afraid to deposit any money once again and I’ll tell my experience to any one who will ask for my review

1xBet Deposited still not reflecting my wallet

I made my first deposit when the problem start occurred on March 3, 12:05 AM PH time, my deposited amount amounting to Php500.00 wasn't reflected in my e-wallet. I've waited until the next morning and went to check my wallet and the funds is still not reflecting. I went to their customer service this and they said that the it still in process but In my opinion, such things won't last long up to this date. I tried to deposit again with a small amount March 04, 8:56 pm amounting to PHP 250 by their propose means and again, it does not reflect in my wallet.

Claimed loss: PHP 750.00 (roughly around 15 USD)

Desired outcome: If they can't process those transactions, just give me back my money.

For the past month and a half i have been trying to contact the security team, without success.

So I reach out the info team in order for them the assist me, no success there either.

Now i reached the info team once again in order to file an oficial complaint due to the lack of action and the extent of time i have been waiting for an answer, again they refuse to assiste me .

In my case i have a very small amount that i can afford to be STOLEN by this company, but i highly recommend everyone to stay away from this company.

Promote her, she deserves.

After two months of being ignored ( still haven’t heard from the security team) , the solution was simple but what made this issue soo hard was the lack of support…

The current method I’ve used was Skrill and I have done withdraws with that method.

Any how if for some reasons it defaulted to AstroPay, since I have done everything you asked, and since security team has never answered me, can I ask you to change the method of withdraw to Skrill ?

I have done the deposit and I believe I did the rollover as well.

The specific issue of this complain circles around the fact that the security team for two months has ignored my emails and the info team has clearly refused to provide me a substantial form of assistance, ignoring the content of my emails and not providing me an official form of complaint.

I assure you I will not stop and it’s not for the money. There’s a total lack of respect from 1xBet to their customers.

I'm Bettor from iran, through 15 years of my betting journey never experienced something shady happend this week on 1xbet. I used to deposit/cashout using perfectmoney there. Lately cuz of pm restrictions for iranian users site support suggested me to use pm vouchers. The way vouchers work is with 2 identifier. 1. Voucher number, 2. Activation number Basicly owner is the one who has these 2 identifier of voucher. This week I requested 15$ as a voucher (funny considering the amount I deposited there) Request approved and I received completed msg in app, But never got anysort of voucher code in my mail. Funny part begins from here. When I open support section gives me persian operator that I dont need, I totally prefer english support for problems that im getting They asked me to sent documents to resend the voucher (they never realy send though) How legal it is? It is not, Cuz they are not responsible party and not even reliable to have personal documents, they are just section to handle payments with iranian banks. (that im certaily not part of) im using international banking systems for the job.
