1xBet Blocked account

I have created account on 30 November in 1xbet app. First filled all information and deposit 5000 INR.then after 1 min. They blocked my account. I raised complain on email but they haven't replied yet my all mails. When I have reached in call they said that I have multiple accounts that's why they have blocked me. I complain is why they blocked after my deposit why not before? I didn't do wrong with your app. Now I just want my deposit money back nothing more. If you don't want to unblock my account the just give me my money back.i have attached my deposit screenshot in the below. My gaming I'd is [protected]

I mailed at block@1xbet-team after they replied me to they want my National I'd photos. I sent him my I'd photos on 5 December. It has been more than five days but i haven't got reply yet.

Please chek into this.

I hope my problem would have been solved as soon as possible.

The security team they told me there is unspecified problem of my account they can't able to unlock myh accoun the he told me the only option they can withdraw my money is for bitcoin i don't hve previous time bitcoin but i told him he have wait me i will make it new ccount but after that i will send you when i try reach him his telgram already is not working the link .

I have my account from 2018. First deposit I made in middle August this year, before that I had MFA as maximum security level of account.

One of deposit was not from my card, but my friend who provided me mony since I did not have on my card. After that.

Played for 3 months with lots of wins and losses, then demanded withdrawal.

Hell started with that, they blocked my account, even I provided all documents.

They say like I have multiple accounts, but I do not I have only one with MFA.

They soon will be in bankruptcy since they lost on court. They stole 3600e from my account.

I played for 3 months, when I requested withdraw the erase mony from my account and do not answer emails

1xBet Deposit not received in player account but deducted from wallet

Hi,

I requested deposit BDT 3850 on 10/11/2023. But not received. I tried to reached with all evidence trough email no response only one response that they say issue transfered to technical team. As per their instructions, I mailed for getting update, no response! Meanwhile, I tried several time to their customer support one of their operator told that e-wallet agent didn't get my payment. To solve the issue customer support operator asked video evidence by recording other mobile So on I sent them the video of my wallets transaction. After maintaining all instructions, Still I didn't get any support to solve this isssue. Details below and all screenshot attached.
