Absolutely terrible experience!
Do yourself a favor and seek these services elsewhere. They promised and guaranteed to be on time, they were totally late, screwed up my entire schedule, and then had the nerve not to refund my money. So much for their "guarantee"

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever seen in my 61 years of life.. They flat-out did not show up I missed my flight on southwest had to cancel my hotel reservations missed out on a business opportunity.. When I called their customer service I waited 25 minutes and the girl who answered the phone was a complete [censored] oh well we're just going to refund it for you and we deal with lawsuits all the time so just go ahead and file it.. That's what she told me so guess what that's what I plan on doing.. Do not use this company ever... Steer clear they are rip-offs, incompetent, rude and just complete [censored]
Worst Experience Ever! In September 2017 I scheduled a ride, for me and 8 other of my family members (including 3 children) to be picked up at 4:30 a.m. (the day after Christmas) and taken to LAX. And then, to be picked up from LAX 5 days later, at midnight, and brought home. On the morning of December 26, 2017, at 3:38 a.m., I received an EMAIL, advising that my ride was cancelled! No call, no excuse. I was given the numbers for a couple other companies (which of course were all closed at 4:00 a.m.!) and told I would receive a refund. After not finding another ride, of course, my family and I all drove to the airport, and paid for parking. THEN, on the date we returned to LAX I got a call that my ride was there to pick us up! I, of course, told them I didn't need it (as we had our cars there) and wanted a refund immediately. I was told that would happen, but did it? No! I called and spoke with 3 separate customer service agents, in the following 3 weeks, and was told, each time, my refund would process. But it never did. I was told a manager would call me. But one never did. Eventually American Express (the card I used to book the service) got involved in handling the refund. If you want a dependable ride, DO NOT use this company.
This company should be close as soon as possible. I booked a reservation 4 days ahead of time, & the night before our flight, the manager called me saying they had to cancel the reservation without giving me a valid reason, very rude and unprofessional. Very bad service!
I booked a round trip with 247 Ride. The driver was a little late picking me up, but I had allowed for additional time. He knew his way on the side streets and got me to the airport on time. I enjoyed the ride. The return ride however was a no show. Yes, they called. However, I was out of the country and was unable to receive it until I got to LAX from Australia. Yes, a long flight and I was exhausted. I called and they said they would pay for a similar ride. I do not fly into LAX often and was unsure how to get back to OC in the we hours of the morning. Well, I had the car to myself when I booked 247, so I call Uber. Well, they don't cover Uber. I had to eat the cost and at that time it was 2 1/2 x what I had paid. I certainly wouldn't recommend Uber out of LAX either.
I made my reservation for round trip from pasadena to lax for a trip to beijing, cn. they never called or emailed me the night before I was to leave at 0530 the next morning. I got my car prepared just in case, but the guy did show up to take me to the airport. however on the return trip, after 16 hours of travel from beijing, I went out to the pickup area to wait for them. after about a half hour I decided to call them and they said that one of their drivers did not come in that morning. so I asked if that meant they would be a bit late picking me up and they replied that, no they would not pick me up at all. they said they would refund my money in a few days (they took it in seconds). I have not received it yet. is this a way to run a business? these people should be run out of town! I intend to report this to the better business bureau and anyone else who will listen. do not use this service under any circumstances!
Our booked transportation to the airport with 24-7 ride was cancelled thinking might be the first, kept the return bookings with them for the return home only to find out, while at the airport that they cancelled it too, left us to suffer calling friends or limo for a ride. worst company, they should be banned!
I reserved for a van, got an uber compact car. pick up for 4:17 pm, got picked up 5:10pm, almost missed my flight, arrived 6:45. they sub contract uber drivers. I was suppose to pay $80 for me and my wife, advised we will be getting 30% discount for late arrival. better call uber directly.
Omg I had ok service from 24-7 ride over the past... then because of weather issues in atlanta my flights were delayed, I called 3 times to keep the updated and each time they did not have the information I had previously given! when I arrived at lax I had a voice mail to call my driver. he told me and I quote "I waited for you, i'm now in bed you need to take a taxi!" they had the updated info for my flight yet they told me to take a taxi! two weeks later and not holding a grudge I wanted to use them again! well this time after taking my payment they called and said "due to a oversight they could not send a driver" that was on july 24th and I still have not received my refund! good luck with this outfit! you have been warned!
I want to comment on my experience. my daughter travelling alone from ireland via toranto. book a car. gave incorrect arrival as I forgot she needed to clear emigration. she landed called the number. driver was with her within 15 mins. fabulous man who safely and professionally delivered her to huntington beach. our only regret is she was so shattered having travelled for 23 hours and excited to join her friends she forgot to tip the wonderful driver. thank you 24-7 lax
Never again will I book with 24-7.
I received a call at 10:30 pm regarding my pick up at 5am saying they had to cancel my ride, so at 11pm at night i'm on the internet looking to get a ride from fontana to lax. thank goodness for super shuttle. they made arrangements to pick me up and even do it for a cheaper price.
