24-7 Ride Terrible customer service!!! unethical, fraudulent business practice and fraudulent charges!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNETHICAL, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES! DO NOT BOOK THEM! They charged $116 at initial reservation. THEN they charged me additional $1.50 per MINUTE for supposedly waiting to pick me up at my house. They charged me 8 extra minutes stating driver arrived at my house (OC area) 8 minutes earlier than my original scheduled pick up time. Pick up time scheduled 8:30am, they said driver came 8 minutes earlier then 8:30. So charged me (8 x $1.50 =$12) HOWEVER, I was waiting outside for the driver at 8:29am and he arrived at 8:34am! So fraudulent charge right there! Then, driver dropped me off at LAX (at the arrival terminal when I am supposed to be at departure terminal) at 9:35am, and they charged "traffic minute charge" 32 min x $2 (=$64). Traffic charge? 32 minutes? WHAT! OC to LAX should be assumed when I booked for $116. But they charge additional $64 for traffic minute charge? THIS IS CRAZINESS! So on top of $116, they charged additional $76. I never write reviews/feedbacks good or bad in general, BUT this warrants a review so no one uses this company. I will be reporting this company and will sue.

I cannot believe I didn't think to check the reviews before I booked this company! I hope people read the reviews. I am regretting that I didn't see the reviews.

Recommendation: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

24-7 Ride Worst experience

I booked 2 transfers to and from the pier for a cruise. Both transfers were cancelled at the time of the ride. I had confirmed the first transfer just 15 minutes before. Later I was told they had trouble getting drivers. I was told I would receive refunds within 10 business days. I didn’t. When I called the company, they said were sorry there is nothing we can do.

Recommendation: Best to take a taxi or Uber!

Follow up with 24/7 Ride by sending an email or a letter formally requesting your refund, including details of your bookings and previous communications. If they still do not respond or issue the refund, consider contacting your bank or credit card company to dispute the charges due to service not provided. 24-7 Ride Service provider cancelled their service

I received an email on the 3rd April advising me that they are unable to fetch me on morning of the 4th April to LAX. My confirmation number is 70537. They further informed me that the refund will be processed by the 16th April however to date they have not processed same. My emails are currently not been responded to by 24-7 Ride.

Claimed loss: $72

24-7 Ride Airport transfer from LAX

I booked transfer to and from the airport in June 2023. While our pick up from home to the airport was on time, they left us stranded with no pick up from LAX on July 1st returning from international flights. They sent a confirmation email, but never sent any driver information. I have sent the 2 emails and called 3 times, but they do not pick up the phone. This caused a lot of stress. We waited 2 hours after our scheduled pick up time as We had a lot of luggage and had to scramble for a new transfer home, costing double of what was paid.

The next day they sent a text of of “ regret “ and offered a refund. They should have let us know ahead of time and should also pay for the additional cost of obtaining last minute transfer.

24-7 Ride Airport pickup

I had the unfortunate experience of prepaying for a pickup with 24-7 Ride at LAX, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. This company not only wasted our time and money but also left us stranded at the airport, causing us to lose precious hours of our Disneyland visit. I would strongly advise against using their services if you want a reliable and stress-free transportation experience.

When we arrived at LAX, we eagerly anticipated our prearranged pickup from 24-7 Ride. However, to our dismay, no driver showed up at the designated meeting point. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, we decided to call the company to find out why our driver was missing in action. This is where our frustration escalated.

The customer service representative we spoke to seemed indifferent and unapologetic about the situation. They nonchalantly informed us that they couldn't pick us up due to some "unexpected reason." Seriously? We had prepaid for this service and relied on them to transport us safely to our destination. The lack of professionalism and accountability from 24-7 Ride was truly appalling.

As a result of their negligence, we were left stranded at the airport, unsure of what to do next. To make matters worse, we lost two precious hours of our Disneyland visit. The level of inconvenience caused by 24-7 Ride's failure to fulfill their commitment is simply unacceptable. We trusted this company with our transportation needs, and they let us down when we needed them the most. I strongly urge anyone considering using 24-7 Ride at LAX to reconsider. Don't make the same mistake we did. 24-7 Ride Pick up from LAX

I booked a Luxury Minivan to pick up myself, my wife, and our married friends. I picked this vehicle because of not only the four of us, but with our luggage which we needed for our 3 weeks of travelling around LA and San Diego. Our flight came in an hour early, and when we landed I was happy to see that we would be getting a call/email from our driver about the earlier arrival. I was impressed that they had monitored our flight and seen the early arrival. We stood outside the arrivals at terminal 5 and patiently waited to be contacted, After half an hour, I tried calling 24-7 Ride, and after 10 minutes of waiting to talk to a human, I hung up. Another 15 minutes passed, and I called again. This time I spoke to a girl, and after giving her my story and booking info, she put me on hold. After 5 minutes on hold, I was suddenly disconnected. A few minutes later, I tried calling again. Same girl, and again she put me on hold. By this time, I had to move into the terminal because of the noise from the traffic. When the girl eventually got back to me, she just plainly said with no reason "Your ride has been cancelled". As she hung up, my wife came to find me to tell me that our Visa charges has been put back on our card. This now got frustrating, as we were heading to Long Beach, and now with no ride, we would have to get a taxi. Now for those that don't know LAX, to get a taxi, you have to get a special bus to take you to to the taxi's. All four of us are in our mid 60's, and it was very difficult/frustrating/tiring getting all of our luggage to and on the bus, and off the bus when we got to the taxi's. Not a word of apology or explanation of this debacle. I will be telling many people about this experience, with the intention of not having them go through the same.

24-7 Ride Drivers and vehicle Cleanliness

My wife and I used 24-7 Ride from LAX to the Cruise terminal on Friday and then back from the Cruise terminal to LAX on Monday. We got a disgusting white minivan and an employee that complained about his job the entire trip.

When I say disgusting, he was eating lunch (Which I understand) but his consoles were covered in spills, his seatbelt release and latch were covered in Ketchup.

On the return trip, we got picked up in a ford transit van, better, still not what we expected. Much cleaner, much more professional Driver - So we thought. On the freeway, there was a Cal-trans truck working on the side of the freeway. He never slowed or moved over, the mirrors of the two trucks were 2 inches apart when we passed at nearly 80 mph.

Desired outcome: Hopefully drivers that act more professional, take pride in their vehicles cleanliness and operate safely without concerning the customers safety.

24-7 Ride 24-7 ride

I booked a ride for my daughter to LAX airport and they charged my credit card and just minutes before the arranged time, the driver sent a message saying that he has no car to do the service.

Conf # 184497 Yutsil Sangines, $79 dlls

I tried to call the company and they don't open until 9 am. so it was impossible to book a new ride. So we lost hours of work driving her to the airport.

24-7 Ride Car service from Long Beach airport

I put in a request for car service for Dec 31 from LGB to my house in Redondo Beach. I made the booking request on Dec 30 and the company policy (and their email response) said they would confirm the ride by 7pm the night before pickup. That never happened. I tried contacting them a handful of times by phone but there was no answer. I had no choice but to make an alternate arrangement so I then emailed 247 canceling my booking request. Immediately after sending this I received a confirmation email for my booking (way after their 7pm night before policy). They charged my card and have ignored my many requests for a refund.

We reserved a ride for two days from now. Then our plans changed and we have to leave earlier.

There's NO way to contact them on their site, and the phone number only has a recording that repeats again and again.

24-7 Ride Cancellation in middle of night

They did not reach out to me by 6pm the day prior to my pickup at LAX. Only after me reaching out did they tell me they could pick my family up at LAX 6 hours (middle) of the night) prior to flight. Left me scrambling to find another ride. I don't think they ever intended to pick us up. I think they just take peoples money an night show… they say they will refund 3 weeks later?! Stay far away!

24-7 Ride Ride canceled

I had scheduled a pickup from my house to LAX, 12 hours before they were to do the pickup they canceled it. I have seen a number of complaints and it appears this is a scam as a number of people are reporting that 24x7ride.com is not refunding their money. I am filing a complaint with the PUC and BBB. I have also disputed the charges with my credit card company. This company is committing fraud and it needs to stop!

24-7 Ride Transportation

I booked a ride to and from LAX before our trip of 08/06/2021. They gave me confirmation and charged my credit card. 24/7 canceled our departing pick up at night when we were in another country on less than 24 hours before our flight. No explanation. No way to contact them. We still have not received our refund. Their website still shows available rides and will allow me to book a ride for the exact same date and time. If they canceled my ride why are they still booking new rides for the exact same date and time? Finally after long hold I was able to talk to a lady and asked her why did you cancel it? She said we couldn't find a driver but I said you still advertising and I can book again! Then she hang up on me. This happened to me two years ago but before I leave the country so I thought may be something out of their control happened and I just booked with another company. I shouldn't trust them but this time they picked us up and I thought everything should be ok. Now I am searching on people reviews, I see that they are doing to alot of people!

24-7 Ride shuttle service

I had booked 24/7 shuttle service several weeks before my travel to provide service from John Wayne airport to my aunt's house on 30 Jul 2022 and from said location to John Wayne airport on 17 Aug 2022. On the night before my 30 Jul travel I received a text at 10:30 that the ride was cancelled. It was not possible to rearrange any other shuttle at that late time so ended up having to take a taxi that day. I could understand this happening once but then when it came time for my return trip on 17 Aug, I AGAIN received a text at 8:30 at night cancelling my shuttle for the next day and AGAIN had to resort to taking a taxi and pay taxi prices. I am very disappointed in your services and do not feel that I can rely upon your shuttles again. You have caused me a great deal of inconvenience and will not be using nor recommending your company to anyone.

24-7 Ride This company refuse to refund me!

July 18, I make a reservation with the company 24-7 ride, for my trip and ask to bring me to the airport. July 23 I had serious complications with my health or I had to be hospitalized. My doctor advised me not to do my trip for the moment and to put it back for later. Therefore, on july 24th, I tried to reach the 24-7 ride by phone, but no success. So I left a message on their voice mail to ask to cancel my pick up and also request a refund of my payment of $ 127. To be sure he received my cancellation request, I sent a message through their website to request cancellation of my reservation.. Several days later, I had not received a response from this company and my refund had not was done. So, once again I contacted them by phone and through the website to ask them to cancel my reservation and reimburse me... But after 6 days of waiting still no response from this company... For a third time I redo the same procedure.. And still nothing. Due to a medical problem and not having the possibility to reach customer service by telephone. I had to leave many messages on their voice mail and also I went through their website, to leave 6 messages in 2 weeks, to ask to cancel my pick up. I never received a response from this company. The day before my pick up, I receive an email to tell me that the driver will show up at such time in front of my house the next day. Furious, I desperately try to reach customer service and after dialing the number of this rogue company ten times, I was able to speak with an antipathic person, cold as ice, rude, not at all professional and stupid. I explained the reason for my call and that for several days I had sent a cancellation of my pick up and that I wanted my refund. This vulgar, unfriendly person told me that she had not received anything and that she will cancel my pick up without refund... I told him that I had to respect the rules and that I had to receive my refund... The person hung up on me like a rude person without education!
This company is a scam and a crook gang

Desired outcome: i just want to have my money back so $127 that this company stole from me !

24-7 Ride Ride dependability

Booked a trip from North Hollywood to LAX two weeks ago today. This evening I received a last minute cancellation email stating they have no drivers. I called the customer service number at approximately 7:04PM PST and a rude rep by the name Alexandria carelessly hung up on me twice in a row. She refused to escalate my call she just hung up.

They take no accountability for their last minute cancelation. And if you try to escalate or rightfully get your money back they ignore you. This is thievery.

Desired outcome: Fire Alexandria, compensate me for my loss of time, money and for placing my trip at risk with there unreliability.

24-7 Ride 24/7 canceled with little notice and refuses to refund.

24/7canceled both are drop off and pick up via email a few hours before the scheduled pick up time. However, going on their website I could rebook at this as soon as they canceled. If there are no available drivers then why are they allowing me to book the same ride for the same time same airport same pick up? I have requested refunds. I received an email stating that I would receive an email 24 to 48 hours ghat time frame has long since expired. They've taken my hundred dollars no services rendered and I want the money back. He refused to help me and are very rude.

24-7 Ride A pick up at the airport

I am trying to cancel a pickup at LAX, Alaska Airlines. I have e mailed and called their number, I have gotten nowhere with this company. No return confirming my cancellation and was hung up on after waiting an hour. It is a week away and plenty of time according to their cancellation policy. The worst customer service. And will give them a horrible review also, not saying, but I have 2.5 million followers on Facebook and will post this [censored]ty company on that hoping they get no business from my followers. Just give me credit and cancel my reservation. [censored] it's not that hard unless you're planning to [censored] me. The next thing is my credit card company. I will file a claim

24-7 Ride ride service

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking.
Booked a ride to LAX airport 2 weeks prior to my trip. Was charged immediately.
The night before (9 hours prior to pick-up) received an call that they cancelled! Left me scrambling for a ride to catch my flight!
Tried contacting the company the next day regarding a credit for my payment.
Did not answer the phone. Sent an email and it came back undeliverable, and also filed out their form on line.
Have not heard anything from them, and no credit posted yet on my credit card.
This so called company does not even deserve 1 star!
