Business won't issue refund after saying in writing they would
Business won't issue refund after saying in writing they would. Booked vacation rental with the business. Travel bans due to COVID forced cancelation. Email from business 3/24 stated a refund would be issued to my card on file as they did for other customers. New email 3/31 said no refunds will be issued, only credits for future rentals. I want a refund like they said I would get.

360 Blue is refusing to honor a refund obligation associated with our reservation which was canceled due to COVID-19
360 Blue is refusing to honor a refund obligation associated with our reservation which was canceled due to COVID-19. My wife (***) and I had a reservation for rental property for April 4 to April 11. We promptly paid the full charge for the rental in advance. As the COVID-19 crisis escalated, on March 19, 360 Blue sent an email to us offering cancellation and full refund, which we accepted in accordance with their instructions. Subsequently, a shutdown order was entered which would have prevented our stay in any event, which under the rental agreement would entitle us to a full refund as the unit was unavailable to be rented on that date. 360 Blue now refuses to honor the refund obligation and insists that we accept a credit for a future stay as our only remedy. We are entitled to a refund and expect 360 Blue to honor its obligation.

360 Blue Owner and CEO, *** offered a full refund for stay beginning 4/11 and then did not follow through
360 Blue Owner and CEO, *** offered a full refund for stay beginning 4/11 and then did not follow through. I made reservations to stay at a 360 Blue property for dates 4-11 through 4-17 . *** (CEO and Owner) sent email communication informing that due to COVID, she was offering a full refund for those interested. I followed the process as outlined in the email to obtain the full refund. On 3/24, 360 Blue rescinded the offer and in lieu offered a 110% credit towards a future stay that must occur in 12 months. Due to challenges too plentiful to list, a rebooking/credit is not a desired resolution and not what I agreed to. Several days later, Florida vacation rentals were closed by Governor's orders making it impossible to stay at the 360 property. The person, not only in the most senior level of the company, but also the owner, made me an offer to refund all my money and I accepted. 360 needs to uphold this agreement.

I paid 360 Blue for a rental ($2,466.89) that was sold before my check-in date
I paid 360 Blue for a rental ($2,466.89) that was sold before my check-in date. 360 paid Diamond Gulf $1,964.73 and refused to refund me the balance. I booked a rental property at *** Court, Miramar Beach, FL XXXXX, on 10/24 with a deposit and paid the balance 10/25 ($2,466.89) for a 12/24-12/27 rental dates. *** (360 Blue) called and emailed me on 12/11 informing me the home was sold, and Diamond Gulf Rentals (DG) manages the home and they will call me. But stated the reservation is fine and I didn't have to do anything, as it was already handled. I called Diamond Gulf (***) 12/14 and learned they were unaware 360 Blue had rented the property and he would contact 360 Blue, adding he was removing the home from DG website to prevent double-booking. On 12/18 *** called back saying he was having a hard time making contact with 360 Blue and asked me to forward any statements or receipts regarding the rental. I submitted those items 12/18. I spoke with *** on 12/19 and he advised 360 Blue were sending the check via mail for payment and he should receive it by Saturday, but he would go ahead and draft the new rental agreement for me to sign and I completed it 12/20, which reflected the total rental cost due of $1,964.73 ($502.16 less than the amount paid to 360 Blue). 12/21 *** called to inform me that DG had not received the payment from 360 Blue and advised that payment must be received before the scheduled arrival 12/24. 12/23 I called DG to check the status and spoke with *** as *** was out of the office. I explained to Molly the dilemma to her and she asked me to call 360 Blue again. I called and left a message for ***, who returned the call while on with *** and I connected the calls. *** explained to *** the issue of they must receive the check before I can check in and offered to pick the check up. I also asked about the $502.16 price difference. *** contacted someone in accounts and said *** in Accounts advised that those funds would be reimbursed because they are booking fees and it would be divided with DG. *** explained she didn't understand that but stressed the need to get the check from 360 Blue so I could check in 12/24. I received confirmation from DG 12/23 (less than 24 hours before my travel check-in date) that they received a payment from 360 Blue for $1,964.73. I reached out to DG (***) 2/20 to verify if 360 Blue submitted an additional payment as mentioned in the last phone call with 360 Blue and he told me no and he forwarded a payment confirmation email.
