I have ordered from 6pm several times and have always been satisfied with their products and services. However, I recently had the benefit of working with them on a particularly disastrous case and they came through with flying colors.
I was attempting to return several pairs of shoes, which FedEx was supposed to pick up from my doorstep. They wouldn't tell me when they were coming, so I just had to leave the box on the stoop in the middle of the city.
Unfortunately, the box was stolen before FedEx ever came. 6pm managed to refund me the entire value of all the stolen shoes with no questions asked. FedEx was not nearly as helpful, even though it was more their fault than anyone else.

I've been shopping at 6pm for at least 7 years now and I just love their great deals. They also have a pretty darn good inventory and free shipping too. Besides that, I recently contacted them because a pair of slippers I got for my granddaughter were defective and I hoped I could return them with a prepaid label instead of paying for the return shipping as I usually do when I need to return things to them; well, not only did they respond quickly but they said that since they didn't have the item for an exchange they would simply credit my original form of payment and I could donate the item or do whatever chose with it. That is a company I will always return to again and again. I'm happy - what more is there to say.

I found this site a little by accident because I was trying to find a swimsuit I really wanted but at a discount. I found it on 6pm.com for a great price in my size and was super excited. But, because I'm naturally skeptical, I thought this was too good to be true. I checked out the reviews on SJ and saw that pretty much all the reviews were positive. I went ahead with my order and I am so happy I did! Not only was the price of the item great, but shipping was FREE (unheard of for a site of this nature) and it arrived very quickly. My item was in perfect condition.
Also, I had a customer service issue with logging in (which was completely my fault, by the way) so I called their customer service line. I waited a few minutes, but that is to be expected. The girl who helped me was so kind and helpful I wanted to hug her.
The verdict: I am in love with this website.
6pm may be my favorite place to shop online
I've ordered several things from 6pm. There are lots of great deals on men's, women's, and children's clothes in lots of different brands. I am a cross-country runner, so I have bought some running clothes from 6pm. Since it is a discount site, there are many items that do not have many sizes available, but they have great deals to make up for that. Several months ago, I got a Nike swimsuit for $20 that is MSRP $60. I also ordered a Nike sports bra for $10 off MSRP and some UA running shorts for a good discounted price. Shipping is always free at 6pm, and every time I've ordered, it has only taken 2-3 days to get to my house after I ordered. I love 6pm, and I'll definitely shop there again. I usually buy something from 6pm about once a month on average. I highly recommend this site!
***UPDATE: Apparently, shipping on 6pm is no longer free, even though it has been as long as I've used it. I'm disappointed in that, but even so, I've found great deals and I'll still continue to shop there most likely.

I searched high and low for as many reviews as possible for this site, and there seemed to be quite a few customers who got items they did not order, or the shoes were used, or they had problems returning. I've been wanting to try Stuart Weitzman shoes for years and 6pm was the only site where they were affordable for me, with discounts of up to 85% off for some of the pairs I wanted. Now, in my past experience, such discounts, especially at sites like DSW, are too good to be true, and the reason luxury items are priced so low is because they are defective, have scratches, discoloration, or were floor models. But, I thew caution to the wind and ordered 2 pairs of Weitzman boots, which cost me almost 400 dollars. To my surprise, the shoes arrived brand new, no defects, perfect fit - the only defect I noticed, was that one of the shoe boxes was a little raggedy and had small pieces of tape on the side. I don't care about that as long as the shoes themselves were in pristine condition. I was so pleased, I ordered a 3rd pair that same night and it too arrived with no problem. So, whether a fluke or a chance of luck, I had a very good experience. Can't vouch for returns, however, and hopefully will never have to.

I have purchased many items from this company. Their merchandise has always been excellent in quality and in pricing. Whenever I order something, it is shipped out within 5 business days! They provide excellent customer service if I need to return an item, such as a pair of shoes that did not fit. As soon as they receive the returned item, they check it to make sure it is in the same good condition (unworn and/or unused.) If it meets their standards, they credit back my credit card! I have bought products from designer fragrances, too name brand manufacturers such as Hurley, DC, North Face, Ralph Lauren, Sketchers, New Balance, and more, for my family and friends as gifts and for myself. There is NO shipping charge for anything no matter how small and lightweight it is or how large and heavy it is! So far, for the past several years, they have not charged any sales tax. This is my favorite online shipping site so far because of the above AND the variety and quality of their products. BTW, they have Detailed descriptions for most of their clothing and shoes with videos on shoes and boots! If a product is from past season and/or a discontinued style, they tell you right up front! You will not be disappointed shopping here. It is 100% better by far than Beyond The Rack and Gilt and Belk, to name a few

I ordered a pair of Roper brand round toe fringe and studs boots from 6pm for $84.99. I bought them the second I saw the price because they're retailing everywhere else for between 149-186 and I had been just dying for them! Of course I didn't read the reviews until AFTER I submitted my purchase and I became so nervous I ALMOST cancelled my order. I was freaking out since there are so many people who didn't get what they ordered and were forced to pay the return shipping as if it were their fault, and that most of those reviews were people ordering shoes or boots!
Anyways, I tracked the package and discovered it had already shipped. I couldn't cancel! I sat nervous for 5 days halfway expecting to be out $85.00! They arrived today PERFECT! Exactly what I ordered, in flawless original Roper box complete with tags on each boot strap and tissue paper inside to keep them from becoming misshapen during shipment. I was so excited! Maybe I just got lucky. Idk. I don't mean to dismiss the frustrations of other customers, but my transaction was so perfect that it almost made me wonder if some of the negative reviews aren't written by other companies who are tired of losing business to 6pm's absolutely unbeatable prices!
Anyhoo, I love the boots! Love, love, love them! Luckily I already knew exactly how Ropers fit me so I didn't have to worry about a return for size reasons. And even luckier still, 6pm sent exactly what I ordered for free at close to 100 bucks less than everyone else! SCORE! If you know how the brand you're buying fits you, I say go for it! I'm baffled by so many complaints about 6pm, many of which seem to be buyers misunderstanding the nature of the site: It is, effectively, the Zappos OUTLET, with all that implies. You get heavily-reduced prices, but not all the customer-service bells-and-whistles (eg free return shipping). You might get seconds. You might get items that didn't sell, or out of date colors. You're getting stuff that, for whatever reason, isn't being sold through Zappos and has been moved sideways to 6pm.
I have been a frequent 6pm customer for (expensive brand) shoes on the site, and have been consistently pleased with product, service and PRICE (often 75% or more off). I'm a hard-to-find size, and have had GREAT luck getting exactly what I want from them; I usually look there first, in fact, and only move on to zappos or amazon if I can't find what I want or the discount isn't enough and I'd rather have the free return shipping the other vendors include.
The best way to get your money's worth out of them (or any online discount merchang) is:
1. Know the actual retail of the item you want to purchase by checking around first
2. Check the company's return policy BEFORE buying - don't assume that "everybody" includes return shipping (not every vendor does).
3. Check back often for prices (they obviously use dynamic pricing software, as things can fluctuate drastically day to day). It's kind of annoying that prices change SO much and without rhyme or reason, but if you check often enough you can score major deals.
I have had GREAT success with this vendor, and their customer service have actually been great on the one occasion I had to use them; they went the extra mile to solve a problem for me (and the problem was actually my mistake, not theirs).
NB: I'm just a happy bargain shopper, not a paid reviewer or anything else. The company consistently has the items I want at a price I can live with.

I am the pickiest, most efficient online buyer I know, and YES they are owned by Zappos, YES Zappos is owned by Amazon, and NO that does not mean that they, too, will have out-of-this-world quality or service. Think of it as the TJMax or the Ross of Amazon: Their products are likely at a lower price because they get deals with manufacturers-- possibly for defects or "seconds". And honestly, what are you complaining about at the price? You get what you pay for, so stop acting expecting silk napkins at McDonalds!

I ordered on a weekend, I got my order in two parts; the first package arrived 3 days after ordering, the second one arrived 5 days after ordering. Everything was in there. All the brands were legit. I ordered brands such as Steve Madden, Lucky, the North Face, and LRG. All of it fit exactly the way I expected it to on the two people I ordered for--call me skilled at estimating sizes and actually checking charts, I suppose. But, yeah! I'll take a moment to jump on here and let y'all know this place can be trusted.
They don't let people review products. Annoying slightly, but only because it takes an extra few seconds to pull up an extra browser tab and look up the brand for a review somewhere else. I imagine they don't have that available as of now because a bunch of scared consumers who give them hundreds of dollars in a shoe shopping frenzy get a little scared after their stuff takes longer than 10 days (because they didn't know you aren't supposed to count weekends OR the time between order conf. And shipping conf.) and they start to write severe comments all over the place.
And the customer service... what can I say. They're small. You get what you pay for. Want somebody to roll out a red carpet? GO to AMAZON, then. But if you're just looking for legitimate crap to show up at your doorstep and you know how to measure your damn self (or you've already tried it on somewhere else--yeah, that's an actual thing.) Go ahead and order. Your money is going to a real business and you will receive real stuff.

So I called Customer Service and the agent says the box may have gotten damaged and my order may have been put in another box but that should have nothing to do with my receipt. This was not a good experience and I felt I had to do their work in getting a receipt that initially should have been with my purchase.

Last year I bought shoes listed as "genuine leather". Upon arrival they turned out to be full man-made. Later were the pants that were never listed as "maternity". It is only when I received them, it became apparent that they are unwearable for a non-pregnant person. What tipped the point for me is this year's Labor Day Sale purchase. I had searched high and low for a fashionable non-polyester dress. 6pm had a Sage dress listed as "98% cotton". We bought this dress and guess what? It has zero cotton content, and is made out of polyester. I would never buy a polyester dress at this price! I am very upset with the company and taking my business elsewhere. I will never shop at 6pm again.

Customer Service Nightmare
I'm all for supporting upstanding companies with quality customer service, and I believe that one mistake does not define a company, but after my latest experience with 6pm, I can assure you that I will never place an order with them again.
On Saturday, November 19th, I was browsing the site for some new black boots when I came across a pair that I was IN LOVE with! My fiance was kind enough to purchase them for me on the spot, but with thanksgiving just around the corner, we were worried that they would be delivered while we were out of town. Ultimately, we decided paying the 2-day shipping fee would be worth the investment to ensure that they were delivered on time. Fast forward to Tuesday of the next week and nothing. The order still said processing, so I decided to call the company (I would be leaving Wednesday and was concerned that the order was taking so long). The gentleman on the phone informed me that the boots were all packaged up and just waiting to be picked up for delivery. Estimated delivery was to be Wednesday the 23rd.
Wednesday comes along and the order is still processing, so I called again to see what was going on now and to change the shipping info so that the package wouldn't sit in my courtyard over the weekend. I was told that they were waiting for authorization from the bank and that the item was still in stock so it would be sent immediately upon bank confirmation. I thought it was weird that they wouldn't have received clearance to proceed, so I contacted my fiance who informed me that the transaction was not even posted to his account (not on pending charges and not on the cleared charges).
Call #3: When I called again, I mentioned that I didn't think they had charged my fiances account and that it seemed they were waiting for the payment to clear when they had never even charged it. The CS agent I spoke with agreed that it seemed strange, mentioning that the item was still in stock, and said she would rerun the payment if I could provide some security info (last 4 digits of the card number, security code, etc). Of course, I didn't have the info on hand, so I offered to call back when my fiance got home.
When I called for the 4th time, I went over the situation with the new CS agent--by the way, it was extremely irritating to have to deal with someone new each time, but I understand the business and tried to be as patient with it as possible. This time, I was informed that the item was out of stock and that this was the reason the transaction was never processed. After being told that the item was still in stock by numerous other CS individuals, I asked the woman to please recheck this (I thought maybe I snagged the last pair and it was just waiting for me in the warehouse).
The agent then transferred me to a supervisor, who stated "you're right, we have one reserved for you". In my head, this means the item is in stock and set aside in the warehouse, but this was not the case. After another 10 minutes of waiting for her to explain the full situation to me, she revealed that they were waiting for another shipment from the manufacturer and that it would take some time (and patience on my part) before they could fulfill my order. I left this conversation feeling more clear about what was going on, and with an additional 15% off my order + free overnight shipping to compensate all the time I spent on the phone with the company.
Seems like a win, right? Wrong. They lead me to believe that they would be getting another shipment soon but then canceled my order 3 weeks later. You can imagine my frustration at that point, so I called AGAIN and asked to immediately be transferred to a supervisor.
I explained the situation to the supervisor and asked him to please forward the discount and free overnight shipping that was supposed to be used on the boots order to my email account. I also asked him to increase the discount and he offered 30%. I was finally feeling appropriate compensation for my time and energy (not to mention all the times I've ordered from the company in the past) when he informed me that I would need to process the 30% discount with the customer service team. I would have been bothered by this, considering how many times I had already called the company, but I already had some shoes picked out online and asked him to apply the discount and the free overnight shipping to this item.
The second order was processed on Thursday, December 8 at 7:43 PM. Since the timing was later in the night, I had no expectation that it would be overnighted by Friday, but I thought I would receive the shoes by Saturday. Today is Friday the 9th and around 3:30 PM, the order was still processing. Like an ex-girl friend who's desperate for more (the shoes were pretty awesome), I called yet again. The man I spoke with informed me that I missed the Thursday cut-off for overnight shipping (it's at 1pm in case you were wondering) and that I would receive them Monday. Monday? Why wouldn't the order be sent out for overnight on a Friday and delivered Saturday? Apparently, 6pm does not deliver on Saturdays yet they use the USPS carrier, which DOES deliver on Saturday. My question was continuously dismissed with "you placed the order at 7:43PM, so you missed the 1PM cutoff"... irrelevant in my mind considering they had all of Friday to send off the package for overnight delivery. My guess is they thought they could get away with providing free 2-day shipping, which they award to anyone who purchases $50+ worth of merchandise, and never even tried to processed the overnight shipping.
Once again, I was beyond irritated with the entire situation and asked to speak to a supervisor. While I was waiting on hold, I decided to search some 6pm reviews (I fully planned to write one about my experience) and I noticed all the fraudulent warnings about the company. This had me worried about placing the order at all since they were some expensive Paul Green flats. So, I ultimately decided to cancel the order and cut my time lost.
The supervisor answered and I instantly told him to stop the transaction, that I was no longer interested in the item. After asking why and receiving a shortened explanation, he agreed to "try" to cancel the order. He came back after about 10 minutes saying that it wouldn't let him cancel but he would keep trying. 25 minutes of waiting and finally the cancellation went through... although I now have to keep an eye on my account because, as he informed me, the charge might still pop up, which would require me to call the company YET AGAIN.
PLEASE, do not support a company that places so little value in its customers! Especially one that may be selling knock off items at extremely steep prices... it's not worth it!

These guys took my money for an expedited shipping but didn't deliver it on time. You know, if I chose a standard shipping, I would be sitting and writing this reviews, but I desperately needed this item, that's why I needed to get it fast and that's why I paid extra for it.
So they scheduled the delivery 8 days after I placed my order. Is it fair, you think? Is it fast? Nom of course not. I was scammed.

I purchased running shoes from 6pm. com. This was not my first time. The shoes are highly discounted, brand name running shoes. The shoes did not fit my feet and were uncomfortable. Instead of offering to replace the shoes at no cost for me to ship them back, thereby keeping a customer happy, they give vague instructions on returning the product and then I paid three times as much ($11) to ship a product back for a full refund of what I paid for them. Therefore, it is like walking into a shoe store, making a purchase and then deciding the shoes don't work for me and returning them and they charge me $11 to drive back to the store. What a grand rip off! Never again! They just lost me as a customer.

Ordered a small handbag from www.6pm.com website and received an incorrect one. It was not bad but I did not like the color and it did not look good with my coat. So I contacted 6pm customer service and asked for a replacement but they refused and said that they were not able to do that. They said that according to their policies if there was nothing wrong with the product, there were no damages, they were not able to accept any returns. Well, that was not my problem. I ordered a bag and received the incorrect one, that was not my mistake! I wanted to get what I paid for but they said no. Never Again!
It was my first time using 6pm and it was suggested by a friend who told me that they were a great and reputable company. So I ordered a pair of sneakers and a pair of sandals. When I received my order I was very disappointed because shoes were too big. So I contacted the company and told that I would like to get an exchange or a refund. They refused both options. I was shocked because my friend told that 6pm is great and it allows free returns and if there is anything wrong they are giving money back. I am so disgusted with this company.
Won't stop sending unsolicited emails
This company began sending daily unsolicited emails to me a few weeks ago. I unsubscribed, but the emails kept coming. I tried again and was told I had already unsubscribed! Yet the emails kept coming. I emailed them to ask them to take me off my list. I received no response, and the emails keep coming daily. I would not recommend buying from a company with such abusive marketing practices.
Wrong order sent and refused to send right item or allow to purchase at same price.
Ordered my wife a pair of the ugg dree riding boots in black. I received the order, wrapped it for my wife. Upon opening, i discovered they were sent in a dark chestnut, not black. I called customer service, they refused to exchange for the color i ordered. As a courtesy, they agreed to send me a shipping label for a return, and refund of money. Then i may order the black pair at a cost of $219, instead of the $110 sale price i purchased them for the first time. $100 more than what i paid the original order, because they sent the wrong color, thats obsurd. Poor Service
6pm proved to be just about as incompetent as any online retailer can be. After waiting weeks and never receiving an item that was guaranteed to be be shipped in 4-5 days, I finally called UPS expecting it to be an error on their part. They informed that that though 6pm had sent me a confirmation e-mail stating that UPS had received my item, that it was, in fact, still being stored at the 6pm warehouse. I called 6pm's customer care line on which I was greeted by a sheepish customer service rep who informed my that my items had been lost weeks ago and that they would need to process a refund.
My question is: if I had never called, would I have ever received a refund? My guess is: probably not.
I buy the majority of my shoes online and I have never had problems with other sites like DSW and private shoe brand sites. 6pm was unprofessional, and frankly, dishonest. This experience made it clear to me that buying from them is a mistake that I will never make again. I would encourage everyone else to heed that advice as well.

Recieved wrong item
I ordered a pair of boots in size 5 ½ and 6pm.com shipped the incorrect size “5 times”! Each time I received the incorrect size (including 7 ½, 8 ½, 9 ½, 7 ½ again, and a 7 ½ a 3rd time), I called customer service, they apologized, and reordered the correct size to be shipped to me.
Eventually, a customer service supervisor refused to replace the shoes with the correct size, since they had no way of guaranteeing I would receive the correct size. No discount or alternative was offered for a different pair of shoes. To add insult to injury, my refund will take 10 business days – it has been a month since my original order.

I have ordered a D&G dress from 6pm.com When the package arrived i couldn't believe my eyes, it had a Dolce Gabbana hanger and the plastic bag NO DRESS! It was a very nasty experience, i would understand if they would send me a different dress, but to see a hanger and the plastic but no actual item it was disgusting! Please stay away from this site.!

1. outdated online retailing practices, after they send an order confirmation by email. They call you to confirm the order? Hello didn't they just confirm the order by email? and irregardless if you are travelling or out of the country, they insist on a phone call confirmation. This is not service, it's bloody inconvennience.

I am trying to return shoes to 6pm.com. They require a return authorization to be mailed back with the shoes. Their web says they sent the authorization to my email, but I never received it. I sent an email to customer service and received a computer response that it was received and would be answered in 24 to 72 hours. It has been over 3 days and I still haven't received a response or the return authorization. I guess I am stuckm with the shoes that don't fit. I will have to dispute my credit card bill.

I used to order from 6pm.com all the time, because you can find great bargains. Lately, they messed up 3 orders by sending me the wrong size or item. To get in touch with customer service takes forever: 3-4 days by email, and when I called and finally spoke to someone after being on hold for probably 2 hours, I suddenly got disconnected. Unless you want to do "mystery shopping" and be surprised by what actually shows up compared to what you ordered, stay away from them for now. I do hope that they can get these problems solved, because they have amazing deals (up to 90% off on designer clothing and shoes) and used to be very reliable in quality and service, but for now they lost me a customer.
I ordered jeans off of their website. When it arrived, it was the wrong size and style. Not at all what I ordered. The only thing correct was the brand name. Ugh! Now I have to return it and hope they refund my money promptly. What a drag!
Deceptive advertising
This company customer service has much to be desired. They posted an item on sale for one very good price. When i went to purchase this item. The price tripled. I sent an email calling them on this posting and was told "we don't price match" it was their own link! Customer service was absolutely no help. I asked to be provided with a corporate phone number and was told "we are not allowed to give out that information" so people be aware that this american based company will not negotiate in good faith with it's customers or potential customers.
This company is the worst of the worst. I don't know if the workers at this company drunk or on drug. I order twice from this website and both times I get wrong order and both times they wanted me to pay for the return shipping and it was their fault.
It should be on drugs not on drug, see everyone makes mistakes even you. However they should not charge you for shipping for their mistake.
False advertising/bait and switch
I cannot believe how hard it is to buy a shoe! 6pm which is part of your company is doing complete false advertising on a google Ad. To top it off all they do when you email is NOT respond? When you call all you get is apologies with no solution and lies? Apparently their system could not receive the domains @yahoo and @aol? What is this a joke? All I want is to buy a shoe as a birthday present. Wasted my time today for 40 minutes just to be told I would be called back in 72 hours?! I need to speak to SOMEONE WHO CARES NOW. The link is below clearly showing the price and the link takes me to the site and the prices changes. Is this bait and switch? Or false advertising? I spoke to Holly and Vin today who were no help at all. Why would you put someone on the phone that cannot make a solution in the first place. I would rather give my money to amazon which is a machine because quite frankly having a live rep doesn't help anyways. I need a call explaining this nonsense.

BAIT AND SWITCH! I just ordered some Old Gringo Boots online for my birthday.
Paid over $500 which was a huge investment for me.
I called to confirm I was getting the pointed toe, the boot that was in the pic, not the ugly rounded toe that
was shown on their video. They confirmed, the black boots would be the pointed toe.
I have been like a little kid all week waiting for the boots to arrive. I got them late last night, opened the box and
not only were they the wrong boots...the rounded toe and they were scuffed up and part of the heel was missing.
SERIOUSLY...I am devastated. And GUESS WHAT? NO replacement boots exist! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Not only that, part of the packaging was missing and I have to send boots back and wait 2 weeks to get my money refunded.
I agree. They keep advertising the same pair of pants i want and then it's miraculously sold when i've tried to buy it now- three times. You put in your credit card info before they tell you that. This company is a scam.
Broken order cancellation process
I ordered a new pair of shoes from 6PM.com last night at 9:45 PM PST/PDT. On reviewing the order, I realized that I had mistakenly purchased the shoes in size 10.5 UK rather than size 10.5 US. I returned to the site to cancel the order. After thoroughly searching the site, I was not able to find a straightforward mechanism for canceling; instead, the FAQ stated that I should contact their Customer Loyalty Team via the site's Contact link.
I sent them a message detailing my mistake and requesting an order cancellation. The message went through at roughly 10:50 PM. In return, I received an email response providing a ticket number and the following slightly-worrying text:
"Due to some unusually high email volume at this time, our response will take longer than normal, but please rest assured that we're doing everything we can to get to your inquiry as soon as possible in the order that it was received."
The following morning (~10 AM), I called to follow up on my request. I was told that the order had already gone to the warehouse for processing, and that a cancellation was now impossible. Surprised, I pressed for details; the customer service representative instead provided decidedly-vague instructions for returning the package once it arrived. Note that the package was still in their warehouse at this point - they just refused not to ship it.
I took to both Twitter and Facebook and outlined my case again, hoping for a more useful response. I was able to engage with them on Twitter, but was told the same thing: they were not able to stop an order once the warehouse had received it. It occurred to me at this point that this was incredibly strange - were they saying that they were unable to communicate with their own warehouse? Again, I pressed for details. They offered to continue the conversation on Facebook, presumably to keep it private. The last message I received from them read as follows:
"Thanks, [name]! We'll be in touch shortly! :)"
That was well over three hours ago. In the interim, I've received an email stating that the package - which I've now tried to cancel via four different means of communication - has been shipped. I cannot remember the last time I had a more frustrating experience with an online retailer. Perhaps never.
In summary, this business clearly has some serious infrastructural issues. Until they streamline their services to address common issues like these, they should not be trusted.
Order
ordered a pair of shoes from them. . I went and tracked the item on their webiste after it DID NOT showup after 9 days. The item showed that it was cancelled. When I checked with Paypal it showed that the money I paid them was never refunded.
I spoke with customer service and was told it was cancelled because it was unavailable at the warehouse. Here's the problem: (1.) I was NEVER informed they were cancelling the order. (2) I was not refunded (3) when I demanded for a refund, I was told it will take 7 to 30 days! Really? It took them 2 mins to collect money from Paypal, cancelled the order without telling me and now I gotta wait 1 month to get my money back?
Hesitant to order from 6pm site. I would be leery of the positive reviews here, they are such a contrast from the 1 star reviews. The positive reviews must be from 6pm employees.
How can it be only 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews, no in the middle. Bad sign.

"Absolutely worse customer service ever! When I called, I felt like I was part of an SNL skit. I realized that it had been quite some time since I ordered my shoes online and queried the order for the tracking information. The best part of this process was that the tracking number was there. Per the UPS site, the shoes could not be delivered due to lack of suite number (which I had provided when I placed the order). I sent an address correction to UPS, and also sent an email to 6pm.com with the same information, advising that they had forgotten to put the suite number on the package and UPS could not deliver it. I received an email that they would refund my money. Since I do not want a refund, I want the shoes, I called customer service. They apologized for "UPS being unable to deliver the package due to the lack of a suite number on the package" they also blamed Paypal (even though my address is correct my Paypal account), and told me that they would be happy to refund my money. All I wanted was for them to stop the package in route. All they have to do is contact UPS and confirm. They chose not to. I spoke with a customer service representative. After she could not stop reading her script and hear me for even one momen, I then (very calmly) asked for a supervisor. He was no different, and I doubt that they even have supervisors. Both contacts, when I asked "So, what you are saying is that you can not arrange for me to receive the the shoes I ordered" skirted the question and quoted their process, the result of which was: I could have the shoes after they are received back at their mysterious warehouse, go through their complex refund process, are posted back into inventory, are placed back online for purchase, and if I happen to be watching online when this happens and am lucky enough to be able to purchase this one and only pair of shoes in this size/style, I can have them. Actually, I do have a suggestion to 6pm.com: fire all of your customer service people. You do not need them. You have trained them to be robots; to interrupt the customer with their script, explaining your poor return process that has nothing to do with the customer and takes no responsibility for the process, and continually repeats this script regardless of what the customer says. You can do this equally poorly with actual robots, or via an automated phone message that just tells callers that 6pm.com takes no responsibility for their product or service once the box leaves your warehouse. I have no faith in 6pm. The only way I'll get my shoes is by the mercy of UPS. Other than that, fingers crossed that I get a refund without having to call the 6pm.com robotrons."
Much like everyone else, my complaint is terrible customer service, no reply to emails, incorrect items sent, and the customer pays to return the incorrect item. How is this terrible company a part of Zappos? I will absolutely never use this web site again, and for that matter I dont want to use Zappos since they purchased the company a while back and are apparently ok with 6pm being absolutely horrible. I hope this review will keep other consumers from makng the same mistake I did and buying from 6pm. Buy at your own risk. Walt
I won't order from them again, because they are just too unreliable
I used to order from 6pm.com a lot. Earlier this year they managed to mess up 4 orders in a row. I received the wrong items and wrong sizes. One time someone must have even changed the order, so it looked as if I ordered the wrong size. Since they also stopped e-mailing order confirmations, I didn't have any proof. Customer service takes forever to respond - usually 3 days, and then it looks as if the person responding never even took the time to actually read what I wrote. If you want to call them, you need patience too. One time I was on hold for almost 2 hours, only to be suddenly disconnected when I finally spoke to someone. I hope they will get their act together again, because their prices are amazing. For the time being, I won't order from them again though, because they are just too unreliable.
Thief Company
They sell you product which is out of stock then send you a similar item and expect you dont return it because they will ask you to pay for return shipping. When you dispute a transaction with paypal they will immediately disable your login so that you cannot provide any more proof to paypal and under weird Visa laws you wont get refund until you return the item. So buyer ends up spending time and money to return the item which he/she never bought. Useless company and never do a business with them. Instead spend few bucks more and buy it from genuine website like amazon.com.

I ordered a pair of Micheal Kors espadrille sandals in the luggage color size 8 and received a pair of Badgly Miscka sandals size 7 1/2.
This was my first, last and only purchase from this company, even after reading all the complaints I did not believe that 6pm would be capable of deceiving its customers by falsely advertising merchandise they did not have in stock. Upon purchasing, according to customer service the Micheal Kors shoe had sold out and their system had not updated, however, when the item I received (Badgly Miscka) was returned their inventory updated to show they had one pair of Micheal Kors available, which lead me to believe they intentionally are deceiving their customers. And to compensate me for their mistake, it is noted on the record or so I am told by the customer service representative, a free upgrade in shipping would be applied to my next order. There will be NO NEXT ORDER!

Buyers beware! 6pm.com sold me products that were not in stock & it has been over a month with no refund. Reps repeatedly lie.
I purchased $181 worth of products from 6pm.com on 11 / 26 / 10. My three products were supposedly shipped 11 / 27 / 10 and i received a tracking#. The tracking# confirmed the package was never mailed, and there was no tracking information. After calling several times the customer service at 6pm assured me repeatedly that my package was in route. Finally on 12 / 20 / 10, 5 days before christmas i had it. I called the post office and they confirmed that the package was never mailed. After calling 6pm the representative told me the usps had not updated their website they were just telling me that. After spending more than 5 hours on the phone with usps and 6pm, and several lies later blaming the usps, 6pm.com finally admitted my package was lost in their warehouse and was never mailed. 6pm.com lost my package in their warehouse and never notified me, or looked into my order when i repeatedly called. They all assured me it would arrive in plenty of time for christmas. After they finally admitted their mistake, they also notified me all of the products i ordered were sold out. They were offering me a "customer courtesy" to allow me get something else from their site, aside form the original 3 items i ordered. Here it was, 5 days before christmas with no package and no apology for the continuos lies and run around. I refused to buy other items from them and wanted a refund. They said it wold take 2 - 10 business days, which i found ridiculous. When the items were purchased they money was taken from my account instantaneously, but i had to wait until after christmas to recover my money. I just called today 12 / 28 again after my bank notified me nothing was pending and 6pm.com never applied my refund. After talking to the same lying representative, she notified me the refund was already processed. I asked her when and she said last week, but it was up to my bank to process it. I let her know what my bank said and then after being placed on hold for 40 minutes, she came back telling me i was refunded. I again asked her when and she said today. I asked her when today because i had called my bank before i called them and she said while i was on hold. Apparently once again, i will not receive a refund for another 2 - 10 business days. Hopefully they will actually refund it this time. This company has lied to me repeatedly and kept my money for over a month.
