A1 is a fabulous company. Only 1 thing I need to complain about, time frame given for the work was only a few hours ahead of time and they got to me about a month late. Otherwise, they worked their butts off. They had to climb trees (5) on a windy day next to my house. They cleaned up everything and hauled it all away as if I never had trees on my property.

A 1 Professional Tree Service looked at my trees on Tuesday and the guys were here Thursday to do the work. They took down 3 dead or dying large maple trees. I asked for the wood so they cut it up into fire-pit size chunks! They also cut dead limbs off other trees even though I didn't ask and they cleaned up the debris. A 1 Professional Tree Service and the entire crew was friendly and I am very happy with their work. I highly recommend this company.

It?s been over two since the A-1 team worked an entire day at my home?and I?m still amazed at their excellent work and unbelievable work ethic, while still maintaining safety! The team removed roughly fifteen trees, but when they left the yard was completely cleaned. They did exactly what was asked and then some areas I had missed. You will not be disappointed! Thank you again for doing such A phenomenal job!

A-1 tree service did a job for us at Lake Leelanau. We were called a day in advance and again the morning of the job. Crew arrived on time. Workers were friendly, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up all debris and used a blower to clean sidewalk and driveway. I have used several tree companies in the past and A-1 was the best. I would recommend them to anyone who has tree work to be done. Just an excellent company.

A-1 Professional Tree Service is just that PROFESSIONAL! A six man crew came and did all the work in about 3 hours. They were thorough, efficient and friendly. They were very accommodating, allowing my input as to what I wanted to be done. They cleaned up so well that you hardly knew they were there. And the trees look fabulous and healthy and they didn't break the piggy bank. I highly recommend A-1 Professional Tree Service.

Henri, the owner of this family owned business has been doing work for us for over 25years. His family works with him now and they have always been friendly, reliable, professional, reasonably priced, and do great work! They are the hardest workers and their team is very efficient. We have referred them to many people and all have been pleased and thanked us! Henri's knowledge has prevented many dangerous trees from damaging our property or our neighbors. We will always use A1!

A One tree service exceeded my expectations. The crew worked hard, the team worked to clear out marked trees then removed others that needed removal. Clean up , superior; they raked the wooded area and blew the yard clean. There was still time available so additional tree trimming was done. I was completely happy with the work. I had a bunch of twigs needing burning ; the young man asked if he could shred those too. How nice to see something that needed to be disposed and take care of it.

A-1 Professional Tree Service is a first rate company. I have used them twice now to remove some very large trees from my property, 80 foot tall maple trees in particular. Their pricing is very fair, the crew is friendly, and they are very precise in how they dismantle and drop the trees to avoid damaging anything else nearby, including other trees. I can't say enough good things about them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again if and when the need arises. Five gold stars all the way.

I chose A-1 Professional Tree Service to remove a huge tree that was uprooted and blowed down by a severe thunderstorm this month of July . Their crew was very polite, courteous, and did a beautiful job of removing the tree and cleaning up all the fallen debris. After they left, you would not have known what had happened here on the north side of Suttons Bay, Michigan. I give their company a 10-Star rating for the professional job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a tree issue.r

The crew of eight workers were punctual and hard working. Everyone had a job to do and the team worked smoothly together. No wasted time. It was a big job of removing four trees, grinding stumps, and cleaning up all the debris. All the equipment was at the site. Lift bucket, five chainsaws, chipper, stump grinder, trucks, and trailers to haul away all the large cut wood. Very pleased with the job and the cutter's expertise to drop all limbs and trunks safely without hitting the house. I highly recommend A-1 Professional Tree Service, INC.

A 1 Professional Tree Service is the BEST! I have used 3 other tree services in the past, but none of them can compare with the professionalism and superior job performed by A1.The guys came on time, worked quickly and safely. They not only kept me informed of what they were going to do but also made suggestions to keep my trees healthy and my yard looking great. Before they left, the crew walked my property to make sure any remaining branches or debris had been removed and checked with me to make sure the job had been done to my satisfaction. A1 Professional Tree Service went above and beyond our expectations. They were communicative, punctual and provided expert service at a fair price. We tried 5-6 other companies, all of which were either too busy, declined or simply never showed up- even though the tree posed a threat to property and personal safety and wellbeing. A1 understood this danger and prioritized jobs to fit us in as quickly as possible! Even their receptionist went above and beyond to communicate the prospective danger. I?ll be passing on to friends and family in the area - there is only 1) tree service for us and thats A1 Professionals.

I had thought about removing some of my many oak trees for about 20yrs. I had several estimates previously and knew it was going to be an expensive endeavor. A1 had done my neighbors trees and it was quite impressive. I finally called them one day and Henry came out shortly after.He told me exactly what he would do and what it would cost.What he proposed was alot of work at a fair price. Henry and his team came out the following weak and they were very impressive to say the least. His team of about 12 guys, and 1 girl got the job done in a day and a half. Everything that Henry said they would do was done including stump grinding ,chipping and taking the fencing down and then back up. Now I know why they are called A 1 Professional! Thank you guys.

I was referred to A-1 through a friend and I'm very glad I reached out to them. The owner, John, is very knowledgeable, genuine and easy to work with. His crew that came out, they were amazing. I'm an estate manager and I take care of some very big estates that have pristine landscaping and grounds. Not only did they clean up after themselves, they protected the grounds, the driveway, were polite, checked, re-checked their work. Basically treated the property as if it were theirs. And their office staff are amazing as well. Sarah and Emily were very accommodating in setting up appointments to work around the homeowners' schedules and answering my million phone calls. You can't go wrong if you go with A-1! Hands down the best tree service company around. (And I've worked with quite a few) â€" John

We have a fair amount of very large cottonwood trees on our lots. Unfortunately as they get taller and we have heavy winds we have a few that needed to be taken down. I had several tree removal companies come out and shows A1 professional tree service. It was definitely the right move they did an awesome job of not only taking the trees down but removing all debris and making it look like they were hardly even there that said it was about 12 years ago. In The last several years I had a one come out and take down a couple of more and a real special job of removing one off of our roof. They used a special Bucket tractor and saved our roof from nothing more than a few shingles to be replaced. A week ago with heavy winds and snow A1 was back out again took down three trees and did an awesome cleanup in the cold weather and the snow but once again made our place look great. Recommend them very very highly.

Received a verbal quote to take a tree down, grind the stump, and mulch. Told them where to leave the mulch. When the work was done, I had almost no mulch left for me (must have needed for someone more important), stump was not ground down. I posted a review. Their office manager attempted to intervene, she was friendly and helpful. The thinking was they would drop mulch next time they were in the area and I'd let the trunk grinding go. I was happy and deleted the negative review. But she wanted their owner to call me to work it out. The owner lead with how he was upset that I gave a bad review. He was giving me a deal, how could I be upset? Not "Hey, we screwed up, I'll get you some mulch and we'll be good to go". Takeaways - 1. Pay by CC and only pay after they do the job (I gave them a check when they were half way through the job, big mistake) . 2. Get a written quote from them, because they may or may not do what they say at least then you'll have their paperwork to show them when they screw it up. 3. Be there when they do the work so you can ensure you get what you asked for. 4. If you write a negative review, expect a call from the owner. He will be unapologetic and full of excuses. All in all, a JV operation. My advice is find another tree company. You can do a whole lot better and find someone professional.
