A-Christian Glass forgot what "Christian" means
A-Christian Glass forgot what "Christian" means. They put in my impact doors bad. They not put them in to Palm Beach County Code which makes them no good in a hurricane. The guys who put them in are the worst. Look at the pics. SO BAD. Go away if you care about your family's safety.
I gotta say, A-Christian Glass is the real deal
I gotta say, A-Christian Glass is the real deal. I had them do my windows and they did a bang-up job. They were super profesh and kept me in the loop the whole time. Made it a breeze for me and my fam. TBH, I was a bit iffy at first, but they won me over with their updates and my sales guy was on point. Highly recommend these guys!
This company is not good
This company is not good. The people who put in the glass don't know what they're doing and they don't stand behind their work. I was lucky to have a contractor who watched them the whole time to make sure they did it right. Now, two years later, I have a little problem and they want to charge me $300 to put in two screws (they're not regular screws). Don't use this company.
A-Christian Glass did a great job installing our glass door and foldin windows for our coffee shop in Delray Beach
A-Christian Glass did a great job installing our glass door and foldin windows for our coffee shop in Delray Beach. They were really helpful when we ordered a second installation for another store. They fixed any mistakes and were really easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for window and glass work in the area. Our customers love the folding window design and we get compliments all the time. Thanks so much!
My frend told me to use A-Christian Glass for our patio enclousure
My frend told me to use A-Christian Glass for our patio enclousure. But I red some negativ reviews and was hesitant to go for it. My frend, who used them before, said I should give them a shot. Happy we did. Hernan K. was real professional and knew what was best for us. Now we have a great Florida room we can use all year. We get compliments all the time about our new place. Thanks a lot!
A-Christian Glass was great!
A-Christian Glass was great! I got a few quotes (two were cheaper) but we felt rushed to decide right away. Hernan was super smart and chill. He answered all our questions and we felt good with him. The install took a couple weeks longer than we wanted, but that's how it is now. The installers were super clean and careful. We're really happy with how it turned out! Totally suggest them.
I started my project in September
I started my project in September . They came to install my windows months later. When they sent the crew to install my windows, they put the windows in wrong. They did not match the place where my previous windows were. They left me with a border of wood when they told me they were finished. They were also put in crooked. Several crews came who did not know what they were doing. They did many things wrong and took a long time to correct it with attitude. They made it seem like I was complaining about insignificant things when they had to replace windowsills, scrape the stucco outside, get it repainted, ultimately take out the windows, reinstall windows, and failed the first inspection because they forgot to do something. I would not use them again. When I asked for some sort of credit for my troubles, I was told that I would get a 10% discount. When it came to giving me the discount, it was less than 10%. The commander in chief told me that this is what we had agreed on, which was not true. Find another hurricane and glass replacement company because this one is not worth the trouble to use.
I ordered some Impact windows from A-Christian Glass in Delray Beach, FL in May
I ordered some Impact windows from A-Christian Glass in Delray Beach, FL in May . I paid $4000 and more than half of the order. They were supposed to be ready to install on October 12th, but they didn't show up on time. Apparently, the frame was broken because they didn't check the order before they came. They rescheduled for November 8th, but they didn't show up again. They were in my complex to work on another building, so they came back the next day. I was happy that they finally came on November 9th, but they couldn't bring the windows up to my building because they didn't fit in the elevator and needed a lift. My house is a mess waiting for the patio doors. I gave them time to reschedule from November 9th, but there was no communication from the scheduler. I showed up at their office on Congress in Delray today, December 1st, and asked them to give me a new date and confirm it on email, including the "LIFT" to bring the windows up. Nothing has been confirmed on email yet, just a piece of handwritten "post it" so I remember the date. I will see what happens next. The communication and visit to my place were up to par, but the physical install is not sure yet until it's done. I'm just telling you the facts.
My experience with A-Christian Glass was not great
My experience with A-Christian Glass was not great. I heard some negative things about them after I engaged them, and unfortunately, they turned out to be true. I think they treat business customers better than residential ones. The installers barely spoke English, even though I requested only AC employees. It's impossible to get anyone to give you any details once there is an error. AC just says "not their fault" and blames the manufacturer, even though they did no quality control. I spent over $20K, but they don't seem to value my business. My install was scheduled at the last minute in Feb 2022, but I'm still waiting for a timeline on correcting the wrong glass (not Low-E) that I paid a premium for. They act as if they are doing me a favor and keep saying they are working with the manufacturer. They don't answer the phone or return voicemails. I had to remind them that the building permit was going to expire. There are also some installation issues that I sent pictures for, but no one has come to look at them. Once you start asking pointed questions, they seem to stop answering your emails. I am so disappointed that I have to write this review. I simply want what I ordered, the issues remediated, and the permit closed after passing inspection. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had a bad experience with A-Christian Glass
I had a bad experience with A-Christian Glass. They installed my corner Impact window months later than they promised. When they finally installed it, I noticed that the window was irregular and damaged. It was a window that didn't even open and had water leaks everywhere. They installed it with screws showing everywhere without being capped. The insulations and caulking around the windows were extremely sloppy, overlapping, piggybacking, and loose. I wrote to them multiple times and asked for a call back, but it's been over a week with no response. The installation was in ***, ***.
I went with A Christian Glass for hurricane glass slider doors and front window and door on June 23
I went with A Christian Glass for hurricane glass slider doors and front window and door on June 23. They said it would take up to 3 months, but I didn't get anything until February. I paid $5,525 deposit and had to wait a long time. Finally, on March 5, they installed the sliders, but they ordered the wrong front door and the screens were missing. I paid $5,525 on March 08 for the correct door, but I still didn't have the screens. I had to pay the balance of $2761 for the final inspection, even though the screens were still missing. On June 14, they sent workers to install the screens, but they came for the wrong job and didn't have the screens. Now they have to reorder them from abroad because of the wrong measurements. The company is poorly managed, and the workers are unprepared and uninformed. I still need the screens installed, and I think I deserve some money back because I paid in full but didn't get to use the slider doors for a year. The delays are due to mismanagement, and I'm very disappointed.
I'm a Canadian who goes to Florida for a few months every winter
I'm a Canadian who goes to Florida for a few months every winter. We signed a deal with A-Christian Glass to make and put in two high-impact windows in our condo in December . The guy who talked to us was ***. He said they'd be done by February . But then COVID-19 happened in March and we talked to *** in the scheduling department. She said the windows wouldn't be ready until April. We left Florida on March 23 because the Canadian government said we had to. We told *** we'd get in touch when things got better. But then the US and Canadian governments closed the border and we couldn't go back until December 5. We called *** on December 6 to ask about the windows. On December 20, *** told us the windows were messed up in the warehouse and they had to order new ones. On January 7, 2022, *** emailed us to say the windows would be ready in the middle of March. On March 7, we went to the company office and talked to ***, who's in charge of the residential department. She was nice and said she was grateful for our patience. But then things got weird. I'm attaching our text messages so you can see what happened. She called us on Friday, March 25, and said she gave our file to the CEO. She said she'd let us know on Monday, March 28, if we could get our deposit back or if they had the right size windows to put in. But nothing happened on March 28, 2022. We have emails to back up what we're saying. We paid $*** with our credit card in December .

I gave A-Christian Glass a big chunk of change, $14,000, in December for new windows and doors
I gave A-Christian Glass a big chunk of change, $14,000, in December for new windows and doors. They finally got around to installing them in May and we paid the rest of the bill. But, one of the windows they put in had a crack in it. They said they'd replace it, but they didn't put the screen back on. I asked them about it in July and they said they'd get me a new screen. But, I didn't hear anything from them for 3 months. I asked again in October and they didn't answer. I asked again in November and they said they were still waiting for the screen. I asked again in December and they said the same thing. I'm tired of waiting, so I want a $1,000 refund and a new screen.
