EverDry is unfortunatly not a great orginization to do bussiness with
EverDry is unfortunatly not a great orginization to do bussiness with. They offer poor repairs, poor judgement, and poor quality of work overall. They tend to take many shortcuts, and create excuses for labor practices and tell the customer he or she is in the wrong. I do not recomend you to spend your money with this bussiness. They do not fix the solution. They only put a bandaid on the issue. Please consider other alternatives before wasting your money on them.
Don't use this company
Don't use this company. I've had nothing but problems with them. First, they didn't tell me I had to remove the hot water tank. Then, the foreman said they didn't have to do a wall because it wasn't exterior, but it actually was. They claimed they called the gas company to remove a line in the way, but after waiting six months, we had to call them ourselves. The gas company said they had to work around the line. We removed the hot water tank for them, but they didn't show up or even call. We got rescheduled and removed the hot water tank again, only for the foreman to not know about doing that wall. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any construction company. Don't use them. I spent $19,000 for a terrible experience. DON'T USE.
The reps and service people are very polite and personable, and they took pains not only to explain what they planned to do, but also walked me through to inspect everything after they had finished. When a problem arose a few months later, they responded quickly to my concern and sent a crew out to make adjustments to their original work (which took 2 hours!) to correct a problem at no extra cost to me!
Crews arrived on time. The job was completed on schedule.
Tim was very professional and showed up on time. He provided good suggestions for a plan forward and assured that I did not have any questions concerning what we discussed and what he proposed be done to make the system even better than it already is.
I had this company come in to give a quote
I had this company come in to give a quote. The good thing is that they responded to my estimate request quickly and efficiently and sent someone over quickly. There is more bad however: The person who came acted like he was being very thorough with setting up an air particle tester and such. He proceeded to check for mold in my basement and said he found some. I confirmed that what he found was NOT mold at all. I also feel his air tester and elaborate results were nothing but a show to justify the extremely high costs of the repairs that he proposed. He was more than double other estimates I received and wanted to make repairs that were unnecessary based on other contractors. I would not recommend this company at all as it seems to be a high pressure and gimmicky approach to business.

We have a hundred year old basement with several issues. *** and *** did well when the unexpected happened. They were great to work with. Kept me updated on what was being done and alerted me to a small problem with the furnace. Would have them again but would ask more questions to be better informed.

Markie Hernandez and his crew that did the work to my exterior foundation and crawlspace were very professional and courteous always on time and letting me know when they left for the day what time they would be back the next morning and answering any questions I had along the way and explain to me what they were doing or what they would be doing before they did it. Very excellent service

They set an appointment up with you then never show
They set an appointment up with you then never show. They then proceeded to call me repeatedly for the next 2 weeks. I finally answer them and the guy says I'm not sure why we never came to the appointment, cab we reschedule. I then told him no that I work crazy hours and that it was already extremely unprofessional to never show up to the appointment nor call to let me know no one was coming. I wasted one of my days off staying home and waiting around for someone to show up. Clearly they don't value you or your time.
The Installation department made multiple mistakes when installing the waterproofing system but Tim and his crew from the Service department were very professional and did what was needed to fix the original problems all at no extra charge to us.

In September , me and my husband decided to get EverDry to fix our crawl space issues
In September , me and my husband decided to get EverDry to fix our crawl space issues. It was a pretty expensive job, costing us $18,000. The paperwork we got from EverDry promised us a mold-free and dry crawl space, which would help with selling our home. However, EverDry had to come to our house multiple times to fix the equipment they installed. The pipes kept coming apart and spraying water into our crawl space, not good at all. We're actually trying to sell our home now, but the inspection showed mold and water in the crawl space. I've called EverDry several times about this issue. They did send a service man, but he told my husband that they don't clean up mold. I called the receptionist, actually two of them, first it was *** who then passed me on to ***. After the service man's statement, I called back and spoke to ***, and then to a higher-up guy who said they would call me back. This happened on 5/05. All of them told me that, despite what my paperwork says, they won't clean the mold.
They messed up my sewage line in two places
They messed up my sewage line in two places. They dug up the ground for a plumber to check it out about 3-4 months ago. But guess what? They still haven't fixed it! And now I'm stuck with a huge hole in my foundation.
When they first put in the drain tile under my foundation, they broke my sewage line in two different spots. It took them a whole week to even attempt a fix, and during that time, we didn't have a working toilet. And when they finally did try to fix it, they attached the wrong-sized pipe to my line. Can you believe it?
Fast forward two years, and I'm dealing with raw sewage water being pumped into my yard from the sump pump they installed. I had to call in a plumber to inspect my line, and he told me that they used the wrong-sized pipe between the breaks. So, I reached out to them, and they sent their own plumber to inspect the situation. They ended up breaking the foundation around the line in late August or early September, just for their plumber to take a look.
They were supposed to come back last week, between the 11th and 15th, but guess what? They never showed up, and they didn't even bother to give me a call. So now, I'm stuck with this massive hole in my foundation, and no sign of them coming to fix it.
And let me tell you, even before all of this mess, I had them over multiple times to fix the paneling on my foundation walls. The panels were bubbling out and not properly attached to the wall. And you know what their solution was? They just slapped some silicone on the cracks and called it a day. Can you believe the audacity?
Overall, my experience with EverDry Waterproofing of Findlay has been nothing short of a nightmare. They've caused more problems than they've solved, and their lack of communication and professionalism is absolutely infuriating. I would strongly advise against using their services.
On Feb 22, 2022, a rep from Everdry Waterproofing came to our crib 'cause we had water leakin' in our basement
On Feb 22, 2022, a rep from Everdry Waterproofing came to our crib 'cause we had water leakin' in our basement. After mad hours of the sales pitch and the rep tellin' us we ain't gotta continue the project if we change our minds later, we dropped a $250 down payment. The rep promised they'd send a contractor to fix the leak in our basement wall for $1,000. They also said they'd hook us up with a waterproofing system for our basement for $27,289, spread out over 10 years. About a week later, they sent a project manager to peep our basement and talk about the job details. During that visit, they said they wouldn't have to do as much work as they originally said, but they didn't mention nothin' 'bout adjustin' the cost. We waited for weeks for them to schedule a contractor to fix the leak, but they never did. So, I took matters into my own hands and fixed the weak wall myself. Since I did all the work, we decided there was no point in goin' ahead with the waterproofing project. When the project manager called a week ago, I told him we wanted to cancel and explained why. Today, July 8, 2022, the company's big boss called. We told him why we canceled, and he straight up demanded over $6,000 from us to cancel the project. He even threatened to put a lien on our crib.

Bottom line
Bottom line. Get an electrician to install two electrical boxes in the crawl space and finish the job from December. Both *** and *** said electrician would come out and we would not pay anything out of pocket. The job was "completed" on 12/20 but after repeated calls to manager *** from me and my wife, and after he called back and said someone will be contacting me, no one ever has. I went to the office on 2/18/22 and receptionist left a note asking *** to call me asap. I have not heard back. Currently we have an extension cord running out from our crawl space and laying across the laundry room to an outlet. We think it is powering the EZ Breath. Got the same story they use a 3rd party and they fit EveryDry customers as they have time in their schedule. I offered to find my own electrician and bill EverDry. No reply from EverDry. Also reseal around foundation under kitchen window where adhesive has pulled away. Check if sump pump working We hired EverDry of Findlay to fix the moisture problem in our crawlspace. On November 3 salesperson *** stayed 3 hours selling us the Multi-Step System at the cost of $19,703. He took pics in crawlspace and outside to produce a report of trouble spots. *** told us EverDry will 1) replace blocks that need replaced (on site Project Managers *** and *** said they've never done that), 2) work under the deck and told us to cut an access hole (we did and now we have a hole we can't fix only to be told the access was too small and that we could rip up the deck for them to gain access. EveryDry would come back to complete exterior portion of the house if we did), 3) *** said they will not drill holes into the foundation walls (there are PVC pipes allowing water to come into the crawlspace to be sent out by the pump. 4) *** said they can address my concerns of sloping floors by installing floor jacks under the house (was told EverDry does not fix floors but did install 2 or 3 floor jacks in the crawlspace.
I was promissed that Everdry would fix the water problems and smell in my basement
I was promissed that Everdry would fix the water problems and smell in my basement. I do not believe they did everything shown on the contract. Everdry was called because we had water leaking into our basement from the floor, walls, and tile in the floor. There was also a sewer-like smell. The reps who inspected the basement, which is really a dug-out cellar, said the problems would be fixed. I was given three choices of packages. I chose the one that included a trench be dug around the outside of the house, lined with gravel and drainage tile installed which would transport it away from the house. I was told the walls would be fixed to stop leaking. A sump pump was also to be installed to pump water from the drainage tiles on inside around walls should any water come up from floor. The tiles in floor which were leaking and causing smell were to be reconnected. After work was finished, supposedly, I was shocked to see a big white tarp-like material covering the walls and floor help up by screws. It was bunched up on floor and held together by white duck tape material. The sump pump pipes went through a basement window and onto the lawn outside. When the pump ran, the water ran down to the sidewalk and froze there creating a safety hazard for pedestrians. The smell was still in the house and everytime we ran the washing machine, dishwasher or took a shower, the water came back into the tile into the basement and into the sump pump, so we have water being pumped out a lot. Service people from Findlay have been here 3 times and can't figure out why the sump pump has to pump out so much water. They said the outside tile must be broken. Two plumbers with cameras checked the outside tile and said there is no break and it is not plugged anywhere. But I asked the head person in Toledo how water is still getting in my basement from outside since the tiles were supposed to stop that. He said they don't do waterproofing and it depends on water table, blah, blah, blah. So my son-in-law dug 30 inches down and couldn't find any tile or gravel on the outside of the house. Supposedly a waterproof substance was to be on the outside of the house also, but when one of the service people came to make sure they hadn't broken any tile on outside of house, he discovered they hadn't even covered part of foundation and slapped some black tar-like substance on it as shown in pic. When I told the Toledo person about smell and water he said they weren't responsible for that because they didn't do plumbing. Well, duh, yes they did! There were open tile there before they started. So now I have bulky, bunched up tarp that is coming down in places and can't be cleaned that can't be moved to see if there is standing water under it that is causing the sump pump to be running A LOT. Anything I would have a plumber check would negate any contract because it would interfere with their work. I have a service contract with them which doesn't do any good as I was told they have fulfilled their obligation. Not. While I'm grateful my 78 year-old husband isn't carrying 5 gal buckets of water up the stairs and out of the basement, the problem isn't solved. And to now tell me they don't do waterproofing and I don't understand the water table? My lawyer said to report this to you and his opinion is that the company should have known what they do doesn't work on dirt and rock foundations of a dug-out basement. I had to borrow $14000+ from our life insurance policy to pay for this. The problem isn't solved and I can't afford to have someone else finish fixing the problem. If water is still coming into my house, obviously the walls haven't been waterproofed and are still open to damage.
