company bogus claims
I ordered a hoodie on jan. 5, 2024. The hoodie was $50.79. After a couple of days, I decided to cancel the order. Sent them an email. No reply. Sent them two more emails and finally got a reply. They said that they have my order and was being processed. I said again to cancel since it wasn't made yet. Two days later, they said they were making the hoodie. They totally ignored a person's request. I filed a claim against them with discover on jan. 13, 2024. I went to their facebook page and posted to them, their face book page is now gone. I tried to go to their website which also gone. They haven't heard back from them. Today, 2-5-2024, I received an email from the company saying my order was shipped. I called discover back and was told nothing can be done until [protected]. The company is a rip-off. And if you return the product, you still can't get your money back, you get a credit. They company needs to be shut down.
Claimed loss: $50.79 refund
Desired outcome: A refund and someone goes after this company for fraud.

Never Received my Order
June 7, 2021 I bought 5 shirts for my son who is in the military. He found this website and loved the shirts. The shirts took over 6 weeks to arrive even though they told me at the longese, 12 business days. What I received was NOTHING that I ordered. I received 9 shirts with very crude images on them. I contacted American AF sending them pictures of the shirts I received and they did nothing!
I tried to challenge my credit card charge but this company lied to my CC company, telling them I received my shirts in good order. These guys are a total joke. I cant believe they portray themselves as patriotic veteran's and yet, they treat the American public this way and deal so poorly in business.
Desired outcome: Either send me my shirts or refund my money.

Tshirt size large
I ordered my nephew a funny tshirt that said
Back to back world war champs. I was excited to order it for him he is a officer in the 75th regiment of the United States Army Rangers he travels very often to other countries and I told him I want you to wear this shirt next time you go to Germany ha ha he never received it and now they're reaching out to me tell me that if I give them an extra six dollars I'll resend another one wall what about the one that I already bought and then they replied with well this is your fault because I should be address is incorrect however I have sent my nephew many things to that address and I've never had an issue it's in Georgia my nephew is still based at Fort Benning, Georgia…
I just don't understand Why they wouldn't deliver the shirt that I paid for… And I almost hope that the owners are not really veterans because I would hope that they wouldn't treat each other this way
Desired outcome: My purchased and paid for item
Quality/Customer Service/Scam
I ordered an ugly sweater featuring the Golden Girls as a gag gift for my brother in-law. I never did give it to him. Although I was aware that the "crewneck sweater" would be printed to look like actual knit, what I received was far from a sweater. The material is the worst I have ever seen. As I repeatedly messaged them, it is basically a vinyl tablecloth.
No matter what I write to customer service, I get a response stating they do not accept returns due to each piece being made-to-order and not keeping backstock on such items; They're website suggests otherwise. If you go to the page there are stock quantities listed presumably to encourage quicker decision making.
I have sent multiple messages and left a voicemessage on their answering machine. I am beyond frustrated that I spent $50 on this trash. I'm not done pursuing them and will become more aggressive as time goes by. They are scam artists. Steer clear.
Desired outcome: Refund
Entire experience
100% ringspun cotton Shirt is 50% polyester Nylon and Cotton. Reminiscent of Burlap. No customer service. Cannot cancel membership which is a term I haven't been able to dig up. The way to get satisfaction or money back is through a charge back and to get new card to avoid 4 more months of unwanted charges and merchandise.
Not sure which America this company is referring to.
defective fabric on my ordered hoodie
Hello AAFNation. My name is Carlos Eger and I recently ordered four hoodies & received one of the hoodies slightly defective. My order# is AAF727774. The hoodie I am referring to is the large black with design "America's Offended Flakes ".
I don't know how to proceed with this since I have no way of emailing customer service. I guess my complaint is that I have a problem with my order and I can't find an email address to forward my issue.
Regards,
Carlos E
purchased a baseball jersey that is too small
Purchased a baseball Jersey size 3X, it is too small, how do I return it and get a 4X
#order #aaf539494 date 10/10/2018 item #J-2WHT-13-3XL Satisfied with everything but the size. I do not need to expand the complaint, your web site needs work language and attitude is not business like. Just let me know what I have to do to switch shirts Gary Cravens US Army 1SG Retired
item # c-j-lera1-1l custom red usa baseball jersey size:large printing on upper back u.s. army cost: $65.98
I have now sent message four times in regards to my received order of the USA Jersey with my printing on the back. When I received my jersey I noticed that you didn't spell what was ordered. I ordered U.S. ARMY That consists of six letters two periods and one space. Total allowable was 10! I only used nine spots by adding the 6 letters plus 2 periods, equaling 8 spaces and add 1 space to total 9 spaces used to print
U.S. ARMY Not U.SARMY as you sent it. I have two pictures attached to this to provide you with all the information you need. Please respond ASAP as to replacing it as your site indicates.
I have tried for the last four days to get a response from you on replacement of the jersey I purchased from you. I had U.S. ARMY printed on the upper back and I got U.SARMY on the jersey you shipped me. I am a Disabled Veteran and you are a company made up of veterans and I would expect to see better service to a brother in arms. Your site says you just redo the job and ship it out. This is my seventh attempt at reach you and get some reply and I only received a questionnaire on the service! Please contact me in regards to the jersey. I will again send pictures showing the mistake that was not mine by proof of the packing slip. I ask you please help me in resolving this issue.
custom red usa baseball jersey, large. order #aaf531807
I ordered a custom red USA Baseball Jersey on 9/22/2018, my user number is: [protected], and was shipped 10/5/2018. When I opened the package and looked over the Jersey I noticed that you have made a mistake on the printing on the back. As you can see the package slip shows the spelling on the back to be U.S. ARMY. What is printed is U.SARMY. I made it clear and your package slip shows that I did request for the spelling to be U.S. ARMY. You offer ten letters and I have only used 6 letters, two periods and one space for a total of nine spaces. I have paid $65.98 for a shirt I can't wear as it makes no sense in the back. Please contact me with your actions to correct this. The size was Large. Will be awaiting your reply.
I would appreciate a reply ASAP as you don’t have a phone of which one can speak with another person and am wondering when you will get around to reading them. I just ordered a Custom Red USA Baseball Jersey with U.S. ARMY and the number 78 in a size large. Here’s the information.

solid products, terrible execution & support
Solid products, terrible execution & support. Spent ~$100 and I feel like I got scammed out of my money. Here's the timeline of what happened to me:
- June 21: ~$100 worth of merchandise ordered for the 4th of July.
- June 28: I reach out to AAF support as I'm concerned my items won't make it in time (for the 2nd consecutive year). AAF support says, "I can say that you'll definitely receive [your items] by the 4th of July. That I can promise you."
- July 2: I reach out to AAF support when I finally receive my tracking info which says my items will arrive on 7/6. AAF support says they will respond in 24 hours.
- July 5: After 3 days of no response I again reach out to check in on the status of my request and request for manager assistance
- July 7: AAF support responds and lets me know that they will escalate to a Customer Support Manager and will respond in 24-48 hours
- July 11: Emailed again after 4 days after to see what is going on as the 24-48 window for a response has more than passed.
-July 12: Stopped responding to all support emails from me
Happy to share screenshots of these email exchanges if desired.
received product not as advertised
Ordered sweater seen here: https://www.aafnation.com/products/patriotic-santa-sweater?variant=1049143509002
received instead: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JOY7SRU/ref_=cm_ty_dp
$36 markup on Amazon product, 2 week shipping delay, and the added bonus of "Merica F*ck Yeah" emblazoned on what would have otherwise been a very patriotic & family-friendly Christmas sweater. Literally received an Amazon gift receipt with delivery. Remains to be seen if I can reclaim the $36 markup pocketed by AAFNation.
horrible customer service and promo not working
Monday night I check my email and saw AAFNation is having a 15% off promo. One of the shirts shown on the email I loved. Go to website to order it, begin checkout and promo code will not work. Tried upper and lower case. Screenshot it. Decided I would order anyways and contact
customer service for a refund of the 15% since it was their "glitch".
That's when the fun begins! Tuesday morning starts with the conflicting stories. Has to only be a classic shirt oh wait it is the classic sure. Sending this over to my manager to have refund approved. Here nothing for two days and then I get an email saying only, has to be a classic shirt. OK we had already resolve that it is the classic shirt. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. I was nice with every exchange and asked for my order to be canceled if this cannot be fairly resolved. Dead air. You can find their shirts elsewhere cheaper. Take my advice and do not give your hard earned money to support such poor relations.
Never received items paid for
Ordered two items and never received. When I tried to contact, they did not have a valid phone number and no address listed on website. After researching this company it turns out it is owned by Shawn Joyce aka Shawn Wylde who is a felon...he received a dishonorable discharge from the service after committing fraud and was imprisoned. He also runs other scam clothing sites such as Holiday Fury and Semper Silkies and others who also have same reports of taking money and never delivering products. He pads all of the review sites with excellent ratings and when people complain on his sites, he deletes and blocks. He needs to return to prison!
Horrible scam website!
This website AAFNation is just another scam! Ordered a shirt from them and they took my money very fast but never shipped my order and when I contacted and asked them about my order they said it was cancelled. I asked about my money and they said I'll get a refund but I'm still waiting and they don't seem to care. Recently I contacted them again and they said they remember and told that I need to be more patient. I know they are not giving me my money back and I regret I bought from this scam site! Stay away!
Worst ever!
Ordered a few of AAFNation shirts for myself. It took them forever to deliver my order and when I finally received it I was shocked. There was only one shirt and it wasn't even the one that I ordered! I contacted customer service and demanded my money back.
They actually admitted they made a mistake and send me someone else's order but I never got my refund! Worst company to deal with.
Not to mention that shirt which I received looked ugly and very poorly made. Definitely not worth the price!
nice design, but very poor quality
My brother really wanted one of AAFNation shirts and decided to order one for his birthday.
I ordered weeks in advance to make sure it'll arrive on time, but it didn't and I received the shirt after my brother's birthday. When it arrived I was very disappointed with the quality of material and print. So I contacted AAFNation and asked for a refund and they asked me to send them pictures.
Then they said that quality of the pics was very poor and that they can't give me a refund because they did not see what was wrong with the shirt.
I sent another picture and they still claimed that there was nothing wrong.
I'm very disappointed with AAFNation!
I ordered a sweatshirt for my son, check was cashed by you on 12/09...Transaction # 81X076961Y4556141...I have not received my order and it was a Christmas present. Rebecca Saunders, I believe I paid with a mastercard and I called the bank and was told AAFNation cashed the check for $51.98. Please let me know
Since when is it "american as # to literally steal the art work of other actual american companies. parody is one thing, but winnie the pooh, various disney characters, clorox logo, faces of numerous celebrities... the list goes on and on. I mean I though american as # meant you worked your # off to do something original. not to mention the"american as # partner "inked icons" is not even from america. doesn't live in america. that doesn't sound very american as # at all. but then again what can you expect from unoriginal thieves just hoping to fly under the radar long enough and most likely cut an run once all these companies realize a class action law suit would be the cheapest option.
They are a joke. Canned message responses. Website does not clarify shipping info, not until after you pay. They are a poorly run business and do not deserve a dime of your hard earned money. American As F*?... More like "Lets F* Americans" with our shotty business practices. Youve been warned fellow consumers
