Their sales team is deceptive, incompetent and unaware of their own softwares capabilities. The software is outdated, slow and doesn't have the basic capabilities needed to run a successful gym. They've double charged and overcharged over 100 of our members. They've forced us to purchase their antiquated hardware at steep markup. We've lost over 100 members and spent 10s of thousands of dollars making the move to and now away from ABC. Worst business decision to date. STAY AWAY!

Reporting:
Reports take 5 minutes to load
Inability to have KPIs in one place
Inability to see accurately forecasted PT (recurring services)
We can’t do something as simple as see how many paying members we have without selecting the different memberships, uploading a CSV file that takes 5 minutes or more and then opening the CSV to see how many line items there are…
Others:
- Day Passes sold online
- Ability for non-members to book a class through our website
- Prorated Cancellation (automation)
- Ability to use Mac/Apple
- Ability to bill personal training clients every 4 weeks
- Ability for personal training clients to to cancel within 15 days of their next billing
- Ability to expire sessions after 5 weeks of purchase
- Ability for the system to check in PT clients when they check in the door around their training time, (just like what happens with classes).
- Ability to unlock the door remotely through app (not the button on the front desk we had to install)
- Ability to see check ins from Staff app, Apple watch etc. (we've used this to call our members by name when they walk through the door, pretty important for a brand like ours)
- “Club Account” or ACH, only bills once a month, which means we have people getting charged for something they purchased a month ago complaining to us, taking up more of our time. Again, we stated ACH was going to be our only payment form when we switched over, so this is big.
- Ability for trainers to manage their schedule using their app (not the front desk workstation)
- Ability to refund members on our own without calling in
- Ability to issue a credit members on our own
- Ability to refund ACH transactions. As stated, we planned on moving everyone to ACH
- Debt collections are totally automated, you don’t actually have a debt collection team as stated. This was a HUGE selling point from Omar - so far our collection is way off from what Omar and Aaron quoted
- No capability for automated cancellation and no show fees.
- Ability for trainers to check their clients in via the app
- THE ABILITY TO REQUEST AN IMPROVEMENT/CHANGE AND GET IT DONE (EVEN IF THAT MEANT PAYING EXTRA)
