wrinkle cream and eye cream
The products were advertised as only paying the shipping which was less than $10, which I was charged for. Two weeks later I have two more charges from them over $100 each. Clearly false advertising and not even close to being worth it. I have sent two emails with no response. It is a huge scam and a really poor way to do business. I really don't think that anyone has ever been happy with there service. I haven't even used the products yet and want to send them back but have not had a response.

I fell for the free sample crap and I was sent the sample only paying shipping but then noticed a $252.95 charge on my MC that was not authourized. I have called them and been hung up as soon as they send me to customer service...then I did get to speak to an agent and she finally gave me RMA#'s and told me to ship them back at my expense and call back with the tracking # which I am doing as i type...I have been trying for over a half hour, been hung up one today also...I am so angery that I fell for this !
I totally feel your pain. I was hung up on three times and even when I spoke with an agent I couldn't get her to authorize a refund. I could kick myself for ever getting involved in this scam – never thought something like this would happen to me. I have certainly learned my lesson. Hopefully, someone out there can help all of us be reimbursed.

unauthorized credit card charges
January 18, 2017, finally got hold of someone with this company. They did send out a "Free Sample" (that is how it was advertised), I paid for the shipping. Received the Free Sample. Then a week or two later I was charged on my credit card for the product. The product is not worth what they charged me. I spoke to one of their representatives and he is telling me that they will not refund the full amount of the product only partial. Because they say it was a "Free Trial" and you are signed up for a subscription where they keep sending you product! They claim that they have taken me off the subscription and in three to four business days I should have my partial refund.
90 day wrinkle cream trial
I ordered the 90 day wrinkle cream as a free trial from facebook. They say all you would pay is shipping and handling then charge you 135 dollars 14 days later. i didn't know anything about paying for your sample your actually paying for some sort of membership until i seen my money taken out of my account and looked up scams. This is unbelievable! I want my money back and will be sending the product back.

I did not receive notice to cancel subscription after a specified time (14 days post purchase). Today is the 14th day and I want all subscriptions cancelled and I do not authorize any future payments. I want a full refund of for the 2 payments taken out of my account his evening and do not want anymore product so please take my name off of every list.

I have just refused your last sending and send back the last package ( attached photo). I ask you to stop the sendings of this product (90 second rapid wrinkle control). This product caused me red patches. When I agreed to receive this sample I did not want a monthly sending or then it was deliberately hidden and it is called forced sale! I thus ask you for the total refund of the sums taken from my account as soon as possible. I have already informed Visa of this fraud.

The same thing happened to me. They make it seem like your only paying 3.95 for a free sample by just pay shipping only to find 135 dollars taken out of my bank account 14 days later.

I am so disappointed in what has happened and I have been directed to your site and I am hoping that you are aware that some of the companies that you are dealing with are scamming the public
First of all I ordered the eye serium and the amassing wrinkle cream for a friend who just lost her husband to cancer. She wanted to go under the knife to look younger..Your product through facebook under a Dragon's Den Ad was the miracle I wanted to help um friend.
Second the p[redact came within two days WOW this a great company right? Needless to say my friend was thrilled and happy to try your wonderful product.
Third... I receive my Visa bill and I have been charged for two orders that Did not order nor give permission to charge to my card.

free trial scam
While browsing to buy christmas gifts, I ran into Abella Mayfair offers for the free trial of their products. I did purchase 4 of them. Today, Jan 17 I noticed multiple charges for ~$100 each for products that I didn't purchase or needed.
I called multiple times, and when finally spoke to the rep, they are not friendly and they don't want to refund my money back.
They offered a $100 as a favor. Which i rejected right away, because it means I give up all my rights.
I told them that I will have my lawyer contacting them today and I am fine with taking this case to the court.
They called me back and issued a conditional full refund. the condition is for me to send them the free trial products.
Spread the info. Don't let your family and friends fall into the same trap

I don't know if this is a complaint. I really love the products (Moisturizer cream and wrinkle cream.) it works great. The problem I have is the price. I just received my order it was not the free I had already received that. I'm on disability and don't even make $1000.00. A month, I just can't afford the price. I wished I could but please don't send me anymore. I can't pay for it and i've cancelled my master card. I hope this doesn't get nasty because for a different free sample I had to report it to the police before they would stop. The second time the clerk asked the same question and got the same answer.
It was very difficult to understand him because of his heavy accent.

He started spelling so fast that I asked him to slow down.

When I ask the clerk ''J'' like what? He answered like Jason. I told him that I was French from Quebec and that the prononciation of the 'J' and 'G' was confusing because it is the opposite in English.

then I said: I beg your pardon? and he repeted it.

On dec.22, 2016, I ordered, on line, a 1 oz. Trial size of abella mayfair maximum moisture cream. The shipping cost was $4.95 usd. I received the trial product. I also ordered and received a trial sample of abella mayfair 90 second rapid wrinkle control, with a shipping charge of $3.95 usd..

After ordering the "free product" i paid for shipping, they waited a could months and charged my credit card over 1 hundred dollars. Then a couple months later i got another shipment sent... Without my approval.
This company is a bunch of scammers. I will be sure to send this unwanted shipment back to them.
To top it off their product is garbage!

In nov 2016 I signed up for a free trail of abella mayfair wrinkle cream, I thought for 4.95 s/h I would try it, along with another cream by beauty skin london for $5.44 s/h. When I received my credit card statement in december, I found they had charged me $122.36 for the abella mayfair cream & $123.32 for the beauty skin london cream. The advertisement was not clear as to the terms of canceling or advising them before they automatically billed for the full amount.
In addition they auto shipped the cream again & charged my credit card for another $124.83
I contacted them, they said they cancelled the auto ship & gave me a return authorization number to ship the 2nd shipment of cream back but they would not amend any previous bill amounts. Okay, I accept that I should have been more careful in making a purchase that was too good to be true. I accept to pay the cost of the two creams ordered in november.
The 2nd shipment of cream was received at their north york location on jan 6, 2016 but they have yet to credit my card. Canada post tracking no. [protected]
I have called them numerous times from jan 13th to jan 16th to confirm when they will be crediting my acct. , & they tell me they will transfer me to their billing dept. , but all they are doing is placing me on hold indefinitely or in some cases they disconnected the call. I also left a voice message as their message says they will call back. I have not received a call back.
I am concerned that their lack of customer care will not result in me getting a credit at all... I request they give me a credit for the full amount of $124.83 charged to my credit card on dec 26, 2016 & any other amounts they may have billed since that date. And confirmation they have deleted my credit acct information from their database.

I asked to have the free trial of their 24hr moisturized and their wrinkle cream and agreed to pay only the shipping charge. Well they charged me for the full price of the product and to boot they sent me a subsequent month and charged me full price again. I am in process of returning their products and filing a complaint to my credit card company. I am requesting a full refund for both as they say its a free trial however they turn around and charge full price. I ordered this on the 16 of dec 2016. Don't get caught like I did.

In Dec 2016 I signed up for a free trail of Abella Mayfair wrinkle cream, I thought for 4.95 S/H I would try it. The cream burnt my skin the first time I put it on, so I immediately stoped using it. I then started researching this cream and found out it is not FDA approved. I should have done my research prior to trying.
In January I received a email from Abella Mayfair that my order was shipped. I immediately called master card to find out what was charged, there was a un-authourized charge of 135.00 from "Pearl Skin Today".
I did not agree to a monthly shipment of this cream. On the website www.abellamayfair.com you have to place your free trail order and give them your credit card information for shipping/handling. There is no fine print and nothing to suggest account and will be charged unless you cancel with-in two weeks of receiving the free trail. I’ve been told it could have been a pop up window, but I’m on a Mac and don’t have pop up window’s.
On closer inspection of the web site, I've brighten the screen on my computer and you can see "terms and conditions" Which is wonderful except the fee on my credit card was charged from Pearl Skin Today...not Abella Mayfair. I've contacted my credit card company and I'm disputing the charge based on this!
90 second wrinkle crap/moisturizer
My complaint mirrors every other complaint - received the free sample on 10 jan 2017 and then on 13 jan 2017 a charge of $134.62 appeared on my credit card. I have contacted my credit card company and am phoning tomorrow, 16 janary 2017 to the company. The credit card company has not responded as of yet but will continue to try and get a full refund from this unethical company by the way backed by kwvin o'leary. I will support any action that will be taken.

And to my huge surprise I am charged again $135.12 at january 12 2017! I did not buy or order anything else!

This is a total scam. Same thing happened to me. I ordered the free sample for a shipment of 5:35 CD and in Dec my credit card was charged $139.14 and 2 days later another 125.22. Same charges in January 135.14 and 2 days later another 121.42. This company is a big scam. Please be aware of free trials sample/products out there where you have to give your credit card information.

I ordered a trial of these 2 items on Dec. 21st. 2016 for $8.90 us/$12.29 ca. They were shipped Dec. 23rd. I received them Jan 4th. I was charged $179.90 us/$258.72 Canadian on Jan.4th.
I tried it for 3 days & my face broke out in a red rash. I started phoning them on Jan. 9th 2017. Got thru on Jan. 13th.
I was hung up on the first call. When i tried phoning back i was put on hold for 10 min before i hung up & called back from a different #. This time they answered right away but transferred me to a line that disconnected me. It said the exchange did not exist. So i called again from a blocked # & got thru again. I was informed rudely that my account was cancelled & i would be credited $100.00 us. That i had no choice but to accept or i would get nothing. I offered to return the product but was told they did not want it. They said because I did not cancel before the end of the 14 day trial I couldn't get a full refund. When I said I didn't receive it till the 15th day, they said they were not responsible for mail delays.
I feel like a complete fool. I have been ripped off for $90.us/$158.can.
