I agreed to a trial of Abella Mayfair for cost of AU $5.09. I received the item in August 2017. When I saw that I was going to be billed a fee of $140.00 I straight away emailed the support address on the product saying that I wished to cease this contract immediately.
I received no more products and my email was lost (strangely). I was told that I would be sent an option to cease the contract but none was forthcoming. When I didn't receive anymore products, I was led to believe that they had ceased my order as I had requested.
Now I have only just found that you have been charging me $140.02 every month since.
No products ( as I said that I didn't want to proceed)
$140.00 every month since.
Please refund the amount shown in my statement print-off minus what I agreed to pay for the trial ($5.09)
this happened to me and i'm trying to figure out how to get my money back. Were you sucessful?
This happened to me too.theses people are fraud.I called them again and again but they did not refund my money and said that you agreed on the package and now we can do nothing and after that call they charged me again
For me, I had to through the bank to stop the further charges.
I click on an ad for Angelina Jolie to read about her magical wrinkle cream. I found myself with a website for magical wrinkle resolving cream with the free sample request click, I clicked on and went to a page to fill out the shipping info. After I auto-filled the fields for address, I found out the fields for credit card info below. I did not submit the request and hit no button because I said noway! why those credit card info fields are here for a free sample. I just closed the page with being sure not to submit any request. After 2 weeks, all the sudden I received a package for Abella Mayfair containing a rapid wrinkle control witch is a make up primer basically and a 24-hour day/night cream and both expire within 2 months. Then after 3 weeks I received the same again and agin for the third time, I said there is something wrong and weird because I 1000% sure I didn't hit that request page and didn't send any info. The worst, I checked my credit card and I found out I was charged for those creams that expires within2-3 months of arrival and none I really requested. I had to root to find the ad page and find a way to contact the ad people. I emailed and (luckily) I received an answer claiming I made a subscription to these two products and I have to request a cancellation but I cannot refund the amount I was charged for 3 months + I will be charged for one more month which is the subscription cancellation month (in total 4 months). I felt too bad and was saying how come they could obtain any info from a page I did not submit any request. After this, I even disabled the autofill feature because it seems clearly people can steal your address and credit card info from non-submitted request pages online. Coming to the creams, I through the rapid control right the way because it is not good at all and I have no wrinkles to need to use it even. The maximum mustering creams (4 bottles with 30 ml each received 3 weeks apart with an expiration date less than 3 months of receipt went to the garbage as well). I cannot trust creams came through a fraud. That happened to me the end of 2017-begening of 2018 but I still feel too bad about it.
