lousy customer service in penang abx
I have send out consignment via note no. 8299504032 which the recipient address
changed hence I have called and emailed ABX Penang to re route to send to another address and send acknowledgment, however, no one replied my email or even send me the acknowledgment as requested. This is not the first time when no one replied our email. What is the use of giving out your email when no one bother to reply. Very lousy customer care! Please get someone to reply my email and request as the consignment is urgent documents to bank.

Complaints:
1) Delivery address on the parcel and in the system is not tally, who is not complying to SOP? Shouldn't the staff ensure the addresses have to be tally then only they pass it to the dispatch staff to deliver the parcel?
2) When the dispatch staff found out that the address is not correct at point of delivery, shouldn't he make a call to the receiver to check on confirmed on the delivery address?
3) Why did the customer service personnel didn't make an effort to call the receiver to rectify the problem?
4) Why was the parcel left at ABX facility for 2 days?
5) Why did the customer need to make a call to the customer service hotline to check their parcel status when their goods did not arrive? ( I called [protected], at 1418 to check on the delivery status coz it's been 2 days) The parcel was sent out on Monday.
6) When its the fault of ABX for wrong delivery address, don't tell the customer to wait till there's another delivery, which is the next day (25 July 2019)
7) Customer Service staff claim that the seller write the wrong address (kindly refer to the below attachment as proof that the delivery address is correctly written)
Recovery Action:
1) Customer Service personnel should have apologized for the mistake (Address not tally on the system and on the parcel)
2) Should have asked the customer on when is the best time to redeliver the parcel. At customer convenience not ABX
3) Ensure that both addresses ( parcel and system) are tally in future
4) Staff should know the basic of the delivery service (SOP)

service attitude
This guy of this number 0109756265 which I believe is a number of abx transport staff. He called me 23/7/19 at 12pm said wanna send parcel to person called darizi. I said wrong number.
He later sent me the msg and our conversation is as below(picture).
What kind of service attitude of your staff? He can't even read the words properly. When I hd finally found out it is actually Da ri Zhi and Darizi, then he refused to send door to door. And the all conversation is only less than 5 mins.
He is simply lazy and HV no courtesy.

Item arrived at ABX Kota Bharu since 9/7/2019 but only give me a called to asked direction on 11/7/2019. After that never received any phone call. And i did call the office few time there no exactly answers. And the attitude of clark at counters quite bad. On 22/7/2019 i go myself to the office to collect my parcel. When i at the counter to collect the parcel the manners of person at the counter is not good without greeting and did not say sorry for the mistaken. Please change your poor servis.

I've ordered three different products online, through shoppee and lazada, sending to different location, i found out the delivery status not update and VERY SLOW! Even when i called to the workshop the person told me the parcel has already arrived the workshop but dont know why havnt send out ! Please giv me a good reason and solution or else i will take action in the media regarding this issue

I had received several call from ABX Melaka at Malim Jaya branch but could not been able to take the calls. So I called back. It got through but after taking my tracking number she put me on hold. Shortly after that the line is cut off. I tried calling again but failed. I checked the tracking and it says "consignee not answering call. Delivery pending". Not even try to make the delivery in the first place. Now my parcel is being held at ABX USJ. My tracking number is Shx07827038bmy

Please everyone note this and dont risk your time and money using ABX Service because they suck! My parcel was supposed to be enroute from Subang to Sandakan but the hell stupid worker in there, sent my parcel to Miri when it takes more than 5 working days. all branches kk sandakan and even hq subang couldn't help much and KK is the worst call centre ever! they kicked me like a ball where i had to call them and followed up when that was supposed to be their jo?...today 11 july and ever since it was posted on 4th of July, they dont even know where my parcel is? They also dare asked me to wait for another 2 days !?!?... Crap and lousy service! Remember dont use ABX ever!

Just now..i missed the called from ABX driver i assume and a few minute later i called back the number and the driver said he already pass my area, which is okay..the thing i got mad is the way he talk, the tone he uses...its that necessary to used angry tone..yes its okay he cannot sent by today..since he talk rudely..and when i talk back the same way as him..he got mad..like really he start first then got angry when i start uses the same tone..if you talk like a normal person i guess i can accept...macam ni service pun ada ka..awat kurang ajar sggt..
barang tidak dihantar ke rumah
Kesal dengan servis ABX Kuantan. Saya beli barang di Shopee (dari luar negara). Tak ada sebarang masalah shipment dari sana. Selepas sampai ke Malaysia, ABX mengambil alih courier. Semalam (28/06/2019) dalam tracking kononnya barang dah di bawa untuk penghantaran. Tapi bila saya periksa semula no. tracking pada waktu petang, status barang sudah berubah. Katanya rumah tak ada orang. Barang kena pickup di ABX office. Apa masalah sebenarnya ni? Sedangkan dalam rumah ada je orang. Sebarang slip/resit 'parcel tak berjaya dihantar' pun tak diberi. Kalau tak jumpa cari rumah boleh tak telefon dulu? Nama & no hp semua dah tertulis dekat parcel. Satu hal pulak nak kena pergi pickup barang dekat sana. Saya memang selalu beli barang online. Dengan syarikat penghantaran lain takde masalah macam ni. Kalau tak jumpa cari rumah pun mereka sanggup call. Tapi ABX service bagi saya memang so bad. Next time tolong tingkatkan mutu service pekerja anda.

This is KK customer, out for delivery 7 days only delivered, super extremely slow.
slow update of tracing number
20th June 2019.
The shipment is still not received by us in Miri, Sarawak from Subang. The shipment is picked up from Subang on 3rd June 2019. The tracing result in today's date is attached to this complaint. We would like to know the real status of the shipment and let us know anything we can do in order to receive the shipment as soon as possible.
There are 4 boxes. 3 boxes (30x30x30cm), (30.5kg, 45.5kg, 46.5kg) and 1 box (62x62x36cm), (23kg). The items were from Sirim Standards Technology Sdn Bhd and needed to deliver to Miri, Sarawak as soon as possible.
For your information, we did reach the customer service after numerous unanswered calls and received unsatisfactory service.
Let us know if we can request for refund if the service failed to meet its purpose or any possible resolution to this matter.

Bad experience with abx express. Why shopee seller used this service? Order dari sarawak tapi barang saya dekat 2 mgg terkandas di abx kk. Pagi tadi sampai suruh ambil sendiri. Brg belum ambil sbb kerja, tapi status dah delivered. Abx express please take action. I want to give good rating to this shopee seller but I can't because delivery service they used so suck!

It took only 1 day for my parcel to be ship from overseas to malaysia. But it has been 9 days and my parcel is stuck in ABX facility and scattered one in Sabah and one in KCH. How is this company still running on business with this kind of service?
All online shopping should ban ABX for their bad service. Their service standard is very low.

Call for pick up document on Monday 10/06/2019, didn't come. Tuesday 11/06/2019 called again, said Wednesday will come. Thursday 13/06/2019 called again, no show. Today already Friday 14/06/2019, called and said will come, it's 3 pm now. Let's wait and see. If still don't pick up today, fine, account will be closed and switch to other courier agent.
* Staff who answer for pick up is very rude and irresponsible.

This is not the 1st time Abx sandakan practice..., you need to collect your parcel at their office at Bandar Indah if you need it urgently... if not, you will need to wait for next day or another 2 days for them to deliver it to you... What kind of services is this?!?! This is not the 1st time they treated me like this... I already told the China agent not to used abx as local courier services for them in Malaysia. I, personally would not used your services... Keep giving this kind of services... soon you will learn your lesson!

Seem like never update my parcel status after 29/5/2019. CNMYA0002250464. Kalau saya tahu service abx ini poor, kenapa nak bayar mahal-mahal . Bagus lagi kirim dengan kapal sahaja.Lebih dari setengah bulan masih belum terima. Jawapan dari pekerja pun berasingan. Ada yang beritahu sudah sampai dan ada juga katakan barang masih berada di kota kinabalu. Kalau sudah sampai ke BKI, kenapa mengambil masa setengah bulan tak dapat sampai BTU ?
