We very upset with ABX Express service in Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia on the delivery of our goods, on the tracking number SHX58309001BMY show up it's has arrive at ABX facilities on 31.05.2019 but till today 12.06.2019 my goods have not been send to my house, it's seem like not my side only having the same problem but some of my friends even our company having difficulty always receive your delivery service to late.

forever late delivery and forever nobody pick up phone
Kota Kinabalu Branch
In ABX's tracking system shown parcel arrived at facilities, but need 3-5 days to deliver the parcel, when system shown out for delivery, will need 2-3 days to arrived although the only few kilometers distant. Willing to collect myself but ask to come back & call before come, when call forever nobody pick up phone.
Compare to others courier service provider, ABX is the worst, just because of our China supplier no other service provider can choose, i have suffer to the bad service ...
if got other service provider can choose, no matter how expenses the fees i willing to choose, rather than choose the poor service.

Dear ABX Express Service Team,
With regards of the AirBill number above, my friends have sent me a documents via your company's service on the 4th Jun 2019 from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Normally it will takes about 2~3 days to reach Temerloh, Pahang. However, when I check with the workers in ABX Temerloh, by providing the AirBill number to them and surprisingly they informed me that record not found, furthermore they are not able
to check in details.
Therefore, I will need your kind assistance to check this courier for me. I understand that there might be some delay due to Hari Raya, Malaysia's public holidays, but it will be unacceptable if the record of my courier can't even been find from your system. Please check accordingly and revert to me the soonest. Attached here with the photos of receipt with AirBill number and the snap shot of result that I obtained when tracking in ABX tracker.
Lastly, I feel very disappointing toward ABX courier service. It is not because of the delay, it is the way of ABX Malaysia handling customers complaint is terrible. They are just trying to avoid any responsibility. I sent e-mail to raise my concern, but no reply at all. I call directly to customers services, they asked me call to the branch that receive my document. I call there then the customers service provide me a cell phone number, asked me to raise my concern there via WhatsApp. Then I sent my concern there, but at the end no response.
I hope my issue can be solve as soon as possible. Please let me know should you require any others information.

deliver can't arrive my home
I would like to make a complain letter regarding the deliver can not reach my home for pass the parcel to me. Some time the other delivery can arrived, but most of them can't reach my home and ask for me come out to take my parcel. I think this is so bad service. If just a one time I can accept the reason, but always do like that will made me unhappy. I hope can solve this problem. Thank you.

My parcel from China already arrived at BKI on 27/05 and got scanned the next day, 28/05. I expected the parcel will being delivery out on 29/05@30/05 but UNTIL NOW WHEN I CHECKED IT AGAIN THERE ARE STILL NO UPDATE! What are you doing ABX SABAH? I'm not paying the fee for shipping for this WORST AND VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE! You want me to report to pihak yg berkenaan so that you guys boleh di kenakan tindakan ah? i'm serious right now. sabar saya ada had. If don't want SEND MY PARCEL ASAP!

Saya punya barang dari 22 Mei 2019 belum ada update from abx sandakan, ni bukan kali pertama, sudah sering Berlaku. Tolong la pihak yang berkenaan ambil tindakan sebelum syarikat awak makin teruk. I really disappointed about abx! They send my parcel to others home! I asking them why can get to the wrong house then they are like don't know nothing and passing the [censored] to others say is no their problem. The things inside around RN1k then how now. Don't want pay me the money and don't even give me a explain. If like this this campaNy better go die lar. It's troubling others and waste our money. Who can tell me where I should complaint with?

i called the customer service hotline just now and i'm disappointed with the way they picked up the call and talk to me. i am just asking the things that i dont know but they treat me like i'm asking some stupid questions. Abx express service is disgusting! They got the worse service everrrr i swear! Whoever wish to use this service, i advice you to cancel it because you'll regret it for sure. Please use another service like ninja van, sky net or pos laju.

Saya order barang dari Lazada (LZXL0000916171) & Shopee (SHX67848286BMY) dan pesanan saya bertolak dari China dan telah pun sampai di ABX Kota Kinabalu (BKI) pada 22 Mei 2019. Sistem ABX tidak dikemaskini sehingga 27 Mei 2019 dan saya sendiri ikhtiar untuk menghubungi ABX cawangan Sandakan. Pesanan saya dari Lazada & Shopee sudah sampai. Yang menyakitkan hati saya, hanya pesanan Shopee yang saya terima pada 27 Mei 2019, manakala pesanan dari Lazada tidak di hantar. Saya menghubungi semula pada 28 Mei 2019, dan wakil ABX menyatakan akan membuat penghantaran pada hari tersebut. Masih tidak dapat terima, saya menghubungi lagi pada 29 Mei 2019, STILL alasan yang sama, akan di hantar! Please, tolong tingkatkan prestasi ABX ni.. Jangan buat kerja sambil lewa!

We are sending an urgent package on 28/05/2019 to our client which abx kota marudu staff promise our client will receive the package the next day (29/05/2019) as it is public holiday on the 30/05/2019 in sabah. On the 29/05/2019, our client called and ask about the package and found out abx kota marudu forget to send out the urgent package and it is still in abx office. They told us the package will be send out after the public holiday! What is the meaning of urgent package if it was the case? This is not the 1st time and I couldn't find any better place to complain. I hope the service will be upgraded asap. Thanks
abx courier items from china to shah alam. the tracking said arrive to consignee but never actually arrive.
I check tracking no. Says abx out for delivery. I waited but they dont sent my parcel. Again when i check my tracking no. The status said congsinee not at home and pick up phone. But nobody call. And nobody comes. I am always at home. And until now they dont sent my parcel. I'm going to make a police report if I don't get any feedback. U should not pass the parcel to people other than the consignee.

When driver / deliverer urges to sign fast, without giving time to check the parcel. After signing we realized that the parcel is already opened. Item missing. And parcel opened.
Immediately came to ABX Express Miri to rectify the issue, but the staff kept on asking to wait for the driver to arrive.
Asked to speak to the superior, but denied saying that the superior is on holiday.
terrible service from customer service
On 24/05/2019, I made call to Tebrau Branch to check delivery status of my parcel with tracking number [protected]. However, I receive news informing that my parcel had been sent out 2 times which the driver never arrive at the delivery address thus I need self pick-up from Tebrau Branch and there is no option to re-deliver to my address. My parcel need to be delivered to 520, Jalan Kenanga 29/17, Indahpura, 81000 Kulai, Johor. Therefore I request to pick-up my parcel at Kulai Branch instead of Tebrau Branch. The nice customer service girl ask me to collect next morning from Kulai Branch.
On 25/05/2019, I check with Kulai Branch and they inform me that my parcel still holding at Tebrau Branch and I was inform that they will give a phone call when they reach Kulai Branch which normally arrive around 10 morning. I then made a call to check with Tebrau branch about the time at driver delivery yet they inform me that I never make any call to their branch requesting transfer of parcel to Kulai branch. The most terrible part is they said if i need to collect only can pick up from Tebrau branch, their driver very busy and wont make any delivery in these few days. Tebrau branch also inform me that even i never receive any notification or the driver never reach, they can said they reach destination and office close. Another irresponsible act from Tebrau branch, I received phone call from Kulai branch stating customer request to send to Kulai branch after 27/05/2019 at 11.17 morning.

My item from shopee arrived kota kinabalu on 11/05/2019. Till to date the item yet to be delivered despite complaint & follow up has been sought few times with ABX Kuala Lumpur and ABX Kota Kinabalu. Tracking number is SHX81165617BMY. I can't believe such poor services from ABX. Shameful to ABX!. I hope ABX really take stern action on this if their are serious & committed in their business!. I dont how long again this ABX Kota Kinabalu going to keep my item & seem like they are not interested with their job at all. This is a cancer in an organisation that going to tarnish ABX reputation!.

The worst express ever. Pls improve your poor delivery service. Parcel arrived at your facility but took long time to be picking up. After the long long time picking up still need to wait for your damn slow delivery speed. Status shown parcel is out on delivery but i waited whole day and get nothing. I had e-mailed to the customer service and they said they will call the Cheras branch to solve this but i still get nothing.
mailmen not responsible to hand over to the right person
My parsel no. SHX04046475BMY, The mailman wait at the outside condominium and pass the parsel to my mom, and at the same time your mailman keep ask my mom to receive another parsel that not my mother name, and my mom keep asking him what is the name on the consignment note, because she was old and sick cannot see in clear. Your mailman keep saying that is her parsel and the parsel is very heavy keep push it to my mom ask my mom to receive it and she have to carry up 10th floor. For a sick people need to carry the heavy thing up to 10th floor and that is not her parsel?! Your mailman really not responsible on delivery goods. Your company must really focus on correcting your mailmen's behviors.

Took very long time to deliver. On the delivery day I didnt receive any call from their men, until afternoon 3pm+ the status showing that im not home, but im home on that day waiting for them. Today I tried to call to cheras branch for few times but no one pick up. I've bought another item from a seller and they just use few days to deliver from penang. Abx cant even send out my item from cheras

Hello, i dont know whats the problem but the parcel is hold twice. reason code : waiting time more than 15 mins. what that means? i have been called during delivery, but i didnt answered the call or something else? im not aware that there is any unregistered phone number (which is from abx, etc) in my call log. im not sure whats the problem but pls give me explaination. in a meantime, pls help me resolve this issue. below i attach the tracking details. thanks
