Acai Berry Product

I answered an ad that would supply me with a free trial of their product if I would pay a reduced shipping fee. I received the free trial sample and since then they have billed my Visa account with two additional shipments although I contacted them and told them to cancel any furure shipments.
This company uses fraudulent practices and I believe is a scam company.

Acai Berry Chanrged for something I did not order!

All I did was order a free sample & which were rubbish & made me ill. I couldn't believe that when I got home today I had another order sent through & a bill for 122.09 pounds!

I feel sick I am a single Mum & now this has made me go overdrawn at the bank, my Brother is a Policeman & I will, if I have drive to this address with him.

This is criminal & they should not be allowed to help themselfs to your bank account & pray on the vunerable people.

Is there a website because it doesn't list an address for one anywhere on the paperwork.

I can't believe I've be ripped off like this for such a lot of money, this is nearly a weeks wages for me & I have kids to feed.

This is disgusting, has anybody approached the programme 'Watchdog' about this...?

I have today had a telephone call from my credit card company The co-operative bank, informing me of unathourised transactions on my card. When I agreed to send for the free trial from the above company I did not realise there would be further charges to my account.
I wish this to be cancelled immediately and all money refunded to my credit card.

I am an ex Local Billing Limited employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites like www. Vitality-clean.com with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol), and fake cosmetics products (dazzle white, face factor, etc.) . They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle. This business model is, basically, A SCAM.

Hey guys, just to let you know that the company took a few payments from my credit card although I cancelled and returned the tablets within 14 days. They have other companies that take money as well such as a company that sells teeth whitening stuff (although they don't actually sent the product to you). When I saw this other comapny appear on my credit card statement, I called acai berry and went skits at them. Their answer to my question of why I was charged for another product that I had never received or been informed of was "Read the T&C's which you agreed to, in there it metions about subscribing to their sister companies and they have every right to take the money" I don't know exactly how many companies they have but I have already cancelled 1 credit card and they still managed to take more money off the new one that came, so now I have a permanant block on it and will no longer use it. Just wanted to let you know about my experience and to warn you guys of this rip-off company.

HI lozzie, when is someone going to do something about this company. The same has happened to me except i triedto cancel and was told my 15 day trial was up and i would be charged for the samples, i tried to explain that it took 10 days for one to arrive and 7 for the other but they would not budge. they have taken £150.00 from my account. I also ordered the free trial when you pay shipping. After I got the shipment I called within the 10 day period and cancelled. I was still charged $59.95 on my credit card. I suggest that you never order from this company! They are terrible to deal with! What a scam. There number is [protected]. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered this product on 10/5/2009. I received the product on 10/9/2009. I cancelled my trial on 10/13/2009 and shipped the product back via 1st class mail in the same packaging it came in with a new label that I put over top the original label. Watch out for this scam. They did not indicate when I placed the order that I would have to use a method of shipment with tracking however it does say in very small print on the packing list that you have to use a method of shipment with tracking. I received an additional charge of $59.95 on my credit card as well as an international fee of $.48 because this company does it banking out of the country. I called the company immediately and two company representatives berated me and told me that my ordered had been cancelled and I'll receive a refund (of the $59.95 unauthorized charge) in approximately 7-14 days but up to 30 days. I was told that I was black listed and could never order from their company again. Like I would be so stupid twice. Never again. You can purchase these same supplements at GNC or your local vitamin store. I also cancelled my debit card so that no additional charges would be taken out of my bank account. I filed a complaint with the Florida attorney general's office also. One, because I cancelled the order in the 10 day trial and two, because they took an additional $59.95 out of my bank account. Be very cautious when dealing with this company. I would recommend calling every day asking where your refund is if you are in the same situation I was.

Acai Berry I got order that I didnt order

I ordered a free trial sample and paid postage and packaging on my friends credit card. I never ordered any more. But on the 22nd October I received a three month supply that has been taken out of my friends credit card.

I never ordered this supply and it says I ordered on the 17th October at 07.17 in the morning this is untrue.

I do not want this product it doesnt work.

I do not want any more supplies. And i want my friends card refunded for this transaction. If they wish to send me these tablets let them be at the loss.

Acai Berry Unauthorised debit to credit card

In July this year I stupidly took up an offer of a 14 day free trial of Acaiberry from a website believing I would be charged just for postage and handling. My credit card statement came with charges of $7.49 under Natureberry and I thought that would be the end of it.In August my statement arrived with another charge of $147.31. I rang my credit card bank and complained of an unauthorised debit and they advised me to put in a transaction dispute form and said that now that the company was being investigated they would not be able to debit my credit card again.I should have known that scammer's are not that silly. You would have thought I had learned my lesson about giving my credit card number but no stupid me then ordered an anti virus for my computer on line from Symantec for $79.99 low and behold my statement came last week and yes I was charged for that but also CCT+[protected] Singapore had charged me $141.83 and Skincare Today had charged me $140.97 both unauthorised debits. I contacted my bank and cancelled my card and probably will never get my money back but felt the need to warn people about these ### out there working under different names to rip off innocent people all over the world judging by the complaints I have just read.

Acai Berry unauthorised credit card transactions

Purchased life cleanse and Acaiberry products from the internet site on a 30day trial for $3.95 AU on the 14Aug 09. These amounts were debited from my account twice and received the product once. Then in late september 09 I noticed my account had been debited 4 times by different business names of foreign origin and I received products again in the mail but note the same labels and I didn;t dare take the product. Since then my account has been debited 6 times totalling $850.00 australian and I have 4 bottles of tablets which I wouldn' t dare take as they could be dangerous and now I have no way of getting my money back. Other names consist of CTT Singapore, Amazing life, Feel Well, Age Health and Smart Health. big mistake on my part to allow my credit card details to go onto that site once bitten twice shy.. Never again

Finally some good news. I posted my complaint on here about being ripped off by FWM Laboratories (Acaiberry).
Since my complaint, I turned them into the West Palm Beach BBB. Also, emailed these 3 email addresses - billing@fwmlabs.com, fwmcancellations4@gmail.com, west@firewatermail.com. I demanded a refund and told them that I filed a complaint with the BBB. Honestly, I didn't expect a response but about 10 days later, I got one. They refunded my $87.13. I didn't get those little fees the bank charged back but that was only a few bucks. I hope this is over but I will be keeping an eye on my account. Good Luck to all of you who were scammed too. Try what I did. I hope it works! Post on here and let me know.

Acai Berry Can't get a refund on product I never ordered!

Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam...I could go on forever. DO NOT order anything from ANY of these companies.. ACAI BERRYDETOX/REVAMPDETOX/LIVECLEANSE/SCS HEALTH PRODUCTS. The ONLY thing I ordered was the Acai Berry Detox (trial order), which I got and then found out I couldn't take it because it contains caffeine. Fine, no problem, I will even pay the .99 it cost to ship AND the money it costs to send it back out of my own pocket. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the trial order of Acai Berry and got a cancellation number, but at the same time noticed a charge for $49.95 for some other product called RevampDetox/LiveCleanse which I NEVER ordered. I called Acai Berry back about this other product, and they claimed they have nothing to do with this company, and that the only way I could get a refund was to send the bottle of Live Cleanse (which I DON'T HAVE) back to them. These RevampDetox/LiveCleanse CRIMINALS used the cc # I supplied for the Acai Berry to send me some bogus product I NEVER ORDERED and DON'T HAVE! Interestingly enough, when she gave me the address to send this 'invisi' product to once I received it, it was the same address as the Acai Berry product! They are full of ###. "We are not the same company" my ###! I spoke to one guy who kept telling me my product was on the way, so I asked to speak to a 'supervisor.' Some supervisor. She fed me the same crap that he fed me, and said she couldn't do anything until I sent the 'imaginary' bottle of Live Cleanse back. I kept telling her that I didn't have a bottle of anything to send back, and she kept insisting that it was 'in transit.' I then asked to speak to HER supervisor, and she said she didn't have one and said there was nothing she could do. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM OR THEIR 'PARTNERS.' They and their friends are all being reported to every fraud alert website out there, in addition to the BBB. Please be aware of these thugs. They should all be in jail.

Same thing has happened my husband and I. We were charged a total of $326.38 from these SCAM artist. $79.62 for a trial bottle of acai berry and $79.62 for a bottle of the Live Clense...that was suppose to be trial bottles. They claim that you have 17 days to try and you need to cancel or you get charged for the TRIAL bottles. We were then billed for the same amounts again for the acai berry and the Live clense that we have never received, and $3.95 twice for who knows what. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS!

Acai Berry Being charged after free trial, on fixed income, lost job

Sounds like you got scammed just like me. Fortunately, i was able to cancel the trial order of the acai berry, but still have to pay the. 99 it cost to ship, and the money it cost to send it back (I can't take it because it contains caffeine, and i never opened it) . Fine. However, i noticed another charge of $49. 95 on my cc for some other product called revampdetox / livecleanse. I never ordered anything else but the acai berry detox. Apparently, they are affiliated with a bunch of other companies that will charge your cc and send you other products without your consent / knowledge. They also supposedly hide all of this additional info. From you on their website so you don't see it. Then, once you commit to the 'trial order, ' you are also committing to future shipments and orders of crappy products that you don't want or need. Make sure you check your credit card statement frequently for unauthorized charges from other 'health' companies under names such as revampdetox / livecleanse / scs health products. They are all the same bunch of criminals, only under different aliases. I would call the cc company and dispute the charge as the above poster recommended. I did, and the representative told me they are very aware of this company and have had numerous complaints against them for the same thing. She said that they will suspend the charge as of now to see if i get the product i never ordered. If i do happen to get it, i have to send it back ($$ out of my own pocket) and the cc company will give these thugs 30 days to take the charge off of my acct. If they don't or give me a problem once i send the product back (If i ever get it) , then the cc company will take further action against them. Please make sure you pursue this with your cc company to get the current charges removed and to avoid any further problems. Sorry this has happened to you. Hope everything works out.

Acai Berry Unauthorized Shipments

company called repetitively over the weekend. When I answered they asked about wanting the product. I assured them I do not want it, no trial offers, not anything from them.
I noticed Sunday night, 10/18/2009 that there were two charges on my credit card, one $2.79 and one $2.97.
This company has fraudulently charged me for what ever they have charged me for. I can only imagine it is the dietary supplement that has been in the news lately.

Acai Berry Money taken out of my bank account without my permission

I got free trial samples acai berry & Life cleanse ( distributed by a company VIV3 Ltd Unit 5 Mill Road Industrial estate, Linlithgow, West Lothian EH49 7QY ) paid for P&P £3.95 each this came out of my bank account 29th August 09 under the names of the mm-billitsecure.com +44 [protected] GB & Sm-Safetobill.com +44 [protected] GB as they appeared on my bank statement. It stated that I did not have to enter into getting anything else. I then checked my statement for Sept to Oct 09 and realised that money had been taken out of my account on 5th Oct 09 for the amount of £77.08 plus £1.50 service charge twice total of £157.16. This showed on my statement as Beauty Sculpt +[protected] GB & Anti-age Access +[protected] GB. I have not received any products only of the free trial samples which have not turned out to be free. I have contacted my bank and have cancelled my card & hope they cannot take any more out.

This is advertised as a pop up on hotmail site as a free trial offer for the cost of the postage only. Apparently in the small print it states that you have agreed to a subscription to pay the full price if not returned within 15 days. After this time a charge of £72.70 + £2.14 for exchange is charged for each product.

This is a total scam and the so called 'subscription' agreement is well hidden. The 60 caps provided in the trial are not worth £72.

Like many others I was drawn into this scam and like the others did not read the small print. You have just taken £150 out of my account which I can ill afford to lose. I was recently widowed and am also a pensioner - have you no shame. I shall be going to my bank tomorrow and will be cancelling this debit card and getting another one issued so no more money can be taken.

I telephoned this morning and cancelled this subscription, but I do not trust you to keep your word.

As so many of the complaints received, I too was scammed into thinking that all I had to pay for was my 2 week trial post & packaging of £3.95 for each product. For me too it never worked. My sister googled the company and found all these complaints. I did call to cancel my order and was happy to return the items. I then called my credit card company at the end of the 15 day trial period to check if I had been debited, and I had. I advised them that no further payments should be taken from my account and we are opening a dispute case against them. I also called Viva3lab to request a refund and was told that their complaints department would email me. Let's see if they are true to their word. I won't hold my breath though. I hope that I am able to get my money back and I agree, surely there must be something that can be done, the fact that so many people have complained and been scammed should give ammunition enough to do something about these thieves.

I did not receive the product until Jan 22, 2009. My credit card was charged on Jan 23, 2009, $88.00. The order date was Jan 05, 2009. I was told that I was to have a 30 free trial with the promotion that I was given at the time instead of the usual two week trial. I had only had the product for one day when my credit card/bank account was charged. There was no information in the package that I received, just the bottle of Acai Berry Detox. No cancellation numbers or order information. I tried contacting 1.800.949.0138, but it is always busy. I did try 1.866.949.0138 which was not open, but their hours are 9 - 6 Eastern time or you can try their web support at www.mytrialsupport.com. This site tells you that they will contact you within 24 hours--it is not a true LIVE person that you will email with.

I ordered acai berry under a free trial offer of $3.95 shipping only. Then I was harassed on my cell phone for days by representatives also trying to get me to buy Life Cleanse detox pills with the enticement of a free Cancun vacation. I never agreed to purchase Life Cleanse. They already had my credit card number from the acai berry order, and a few days later, I saw where they had charged my bank account for both the acai berry free trial AND the Life Cleanse. About 3 weeks went by, and I never received either product. Calls to their 866 customer svc number either don't go through, or the one time I did get through, I got "disconnected" as soon as I told the rep I was unhappy and wanted to cancel any and all orders. Charges to my bank account under different company names (CleanseGold, LifeBerry). I finally found an e-mail they had sent me with a link to my order page and initiated a conversation with a rep via live chat. The company name this time was under FWM Labs or something like that. The agent insisted the products had been shipped to me, even after I explained I had contacted UPS with the tracking numbers and was told they were never given anything to ship to me. Agent agreed to extend "free trial" another 10 days. The VERY NEXT DAY, my bank account was charged $87.13 for another month's supply of Life Cleanse! Realizing I'd been scammed, I had to contact my bank, dispute the charges, and close my check card immediately to prevent further unauthorized charges to my bank account. Now I have to wait a week or more for my new check card to come in the mail and contact all the people I make automatic payments to for my bills to change my payment information. TOTAL PAIN. If you're reading this, save yourself the anxiety and hardship and DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This company sends diet products as a free trial, but charges high prices if not returned and/or cnacelled in first 15 days. Not sure when 15 days commences for overseas customers - on posting or on receipt? They continue to send more of the same products on regular basis and there is difficulty in getting through by phone to cancel. Have not found website again to cancel via this method. Am now posting cancellation.

I signed up for 15 day free trial of Acai berry and life cleanse with postage to be paid only. I checked my bank statement 2day and note 2 unauthorised payments of £ 77.08 each were taken from my account by this company. Upon phoning this company, they very rudely told me I signed up for this trial, it is a complete scam, my bank are looking into this for me.

Acai Berry Scam

Apparently there are a number of scams going on with dietary supplements. I saw an ad in the Los Angeles Times online about weight-loss promising remarkable results. I am looking to lose about ten pounds, so I figured this sounded great. And natural--using the Acai Berry. They have testimonials and such, so I called the 800 number and soon found myself in a quagmire of charges to my debit card. I had not even received my "free trial"--I was supposed to pay $1 plus $4.95 shipping--and my debit card already had been charged for a continuuing subscription! I sent back (unopened) all future shipments received. I had to cancel my debit card, and with the help of the bank, managed to get credited back to my account three months of charges for continuuing subscriptions I never ordered. My free trial almost cost me over $200! My advice is this: if you're looking for a dietary supplement, go to a health store. If you're looking to be fleeced, purchase something online that has "acai berry" in the name.

Acai Berry Fraudulent Credit Card Charges

I called an 800 number and orderd Colon Cleanse and Acai Berry Detox pills. It was explained to me that I would only have to pay $3.95 shipping and handling charges for each bottle of pills. I questioned the lady on the phone and asked her if this was signing me up for any contracts or automatic billing and she told me that it was not. She said that if I was satisfied with the pills that I would have to call back and order more.

I placed this call on 9/26/09 and was billed $79.95 I was told that the $79.95 charge was for the first bottle of pills that I received and that the company will not refund the money! I am now working this out with my bank.

I would stay away from these offers! They're full of false advertising and are just a way to sucker people into paying a lot of money for a product that doesn't work.

I registered for a free trial of Acai Berry Detox and Colon Cleanse and was supposedly only paying postage. I received the two bottles but I have now been charged two lots of USD $119.02 on my credit card and have received no further product from them. The phone number on the bottle is not valid. I don't know how to cancel it or how to obtain a refund.

Acai Berry Hidden Terms & Conditions

Hello readers,

Life Cleanse & Acai Berry Detox

Yes i too subscribed for the trial offer.
Lesson learned from my bank is do not.
These types of companies will all do the same.

My bank is powerless to stop further transactions as Trading Planet Ltd's bank has provided proof that Terms and Cond (though concealed) do exist when you give your C/Card details for the free trial.

You must cancel your order within 2 weeks or you have given permission to be billed FOREVER for nearly 300.00 pounds each month of your life.
Cancelling you C/card and being issued with another or leaving your bank will not necessarily stop further billing, ie, Direct Debit, but will re-activate your old C/card and your bank will charge you. They by law can not stop this.
They suggest hunting down this deceptive company and canceling your subscription.

If you do, do not inflame the situation. Pay and lodge your cancellation and ask for email verification of the cancellation.

Some people have stated on
http://www.goftp.com/qna/I_want_to_email_to_cancel_trading_planet_acai_berry_detox-qna122364.html

to phone the company. See their entries on web site above.
I could not phone them, my Optus mobile Phone provider could not contact them for me. They state the number is inaccurate. Meaning not connected or not valid.

I have found the following linked contact email on Trading Planet Ltd's combined web site of
http://www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com/discount.php#discount

I have emailed to day 10/10/2009 to cancel my subscription and gave all Customer numbers and asked for refund for goods not received.

If i had know the cost of the product was over 100.00 pounds per bottle i would not have gone for the free trial.

Therefore investigate the full cost of the product b4 you give C/card details.

PLEASE NOTe EVERYONE,
MY BANK STATES CLEARLY THERE IS NOW NO FREE TRIAL OF ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET.

AVOID THESE CLAIMS FOR ANYTHING!

Bank can issue a new C/card, but there is a loop hole, where charges could possibly continue.

BANK ASKS ALL READERS, THAT YOU DO A FULL GOOGLE CHECK OF THE SUPPLIER B4 COMMITTING YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS, ELSE YOU ARE GIVING PERMISSION FOR DIRECT DEBIT OF YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU CAN CONTACT THEM AND CANCEL.

YOU MUST GET CONFIRMATION IN WRITING OR THE BANK IS POWERLESS TO ENTER INTO ANY DISPUTE FOR YOU.

So DO NOT subscribe to anything on offer as FREE TRIAL!
It is a real business world, & nothing is for free.

READ the TERMS AND CONDITIONS b4 U commit your c/card details.

Check sites like the following:-
Yahoo ASK, enter your question.
http://www.goftp.com
http://www.ukdata.com/

and any other forums.

This company has many names and their domains are recorded to

http://www.robtex.com/dns/mail.acaiberryexclusive.com.html

I personally do not know how to use this info with success.

I personally would really appreciate any comments or further assistance in reaching this company.
Their phone number did not work even for my phone provider company.
The web site did not have any email address and only one phone number.
Their policy page had just two lines on their web site for both products.

Kind regards

Phoned customer service and had the following experience:

- He then told me that I was charged £69 ($133 CDN), because I failed to cancel my account within 15 days of receiving the 'free' sample. I could not find the charge mentioned in the terms & conditions.
- He then told me that the charge was for a membership, but I could find no mention of a membership either.
- CSR didn't appear to have the same terms & conditions agreement as I was looking at on their web site, so when I asked him to look at it with me, he said his internet was down.
- When I asked him to email his copy to me, he said it was not their policy to email customers.
- After verifying that his department was indeed Customer Service, I reminded him that I was a customer and was attempting to receive service. If he couldn't provide me with the service I needed, could I speak with his manager? He told me the Manager of Customer Service doesn't take phone calls.
We went back and forth several more times, trying to ascertain what I was being charged for (products or membership), but with little progress until he finally terminated the call.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS CALL [protected] and request a cancellation number. Save the number and in the case of a dispute, your credit card company can reimburse you.
I sincerely hope this helps anyone needing this information. Companies with shady business models like this need to be stopped.

JH

Acai Berry Cheating with unvalid addresses

Hi there

I posted a complaint two days ago but unfortunately, it is under TRADING PLANT, not TRADING PLANET.
I gave their adress, phone number etc.
Today, my registered mail-sent to the adress I was given came back as "unknown" soo I am happy I did cancel my credit card all together!
Just to let you know, I juste read an article about them and Trading Planet's association with Phytoscience
http://edinburghnews.scotsman.com/topstories/Complaints-flood-in-to-distributor.5621178.jp
I would advice anybody who has just signed up with those scammers to CANCEL THEIR CARD IMMEDIATELY.This is the only way not to be debited in two weeks or so.
Good luck

Ah, you cut and paste king ' bradly CA '.

An ALLE: Nie wieder nebulöse Internetkäufe tätigen!

CBS News and Business Week did a great job . They have blown the lid right off the FWM scam. Check out the interview with Brian Weiss, the man behind FWM. Finally someone got these guys!

For the first time I ordered something online and ended up getting scammed out of my money. I ordered the Acai Berry weight loss suplement on August 30, 2009. I received 3 charges of 4.95 on my bank account. I called the 866 number and 800 number. I found out the 2 had the same company name but were not the same company. Same affilliates but not the same company. My money was not refunded. I had to cancel with both companies, but not withoout a fight of course. I was told I registered on the phone and that was not true. The I saw a charge for $139.65 on my account; which te manager told me it was for my membership! She asked if I had read the terms and conditions. I work on agreements all the time so of course I read every line, and nowjere did it state I would get charge $139.65 for a membership before the 14 days. THen the 2nd group who said had me registered over the phone finally sent me something in the mail yesterday and it says "Hyper Hoodia", not Acai Berry! How are the 2 event the same. They pill isn't even associated with Acai berries.
Total scam. I called my bank and they told me there have been many problems with this company. I had to block my card from being charged and then I had to dispute the charges. Now I have to wait a week for my new bank card to come. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!
I tried to reach the BBB, but the orginal company is located in the UK, so their influence does not reach over their.

Everything everybody said was true- I ordered a $2.50 trial sample of ACAI Berry on line and then received another one called DETOX that I did not request and was charged $89.00 unauthorized to my account. I called them and they said they could not find my order and to call and follow the prompts to get a credit on my credit card. I called my bank and they said, "Oh, no! Not another Acai Berry fraud report!" I guess they have received millions of them. I also had to cancel my credit card in order to stop them but my MAIN POINT is that the product made me DEATHLY ILL- vomitting, diarrhea, and migraine headaches for 2 days straight. It's POISON. Don't take this crap!

AcaiBerry - Free Trail is not Free...They send you a sample of 15 tablets, charge you for shipping in handling in order to get your account #'s then charge you #92.58 before you even receive your Free sample.
When you call in, they tell you that under the terms, the 14 day free trail starts the day you order it, so your don't have any trail period. If the product works, why do they need to charge you for it before you even receive
the product

Their refund and exchange policy states: "To return a product for an exchange or refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the billing department at [protected], chat live with a customer service representative or send us a message using our secure ticketing system.
An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department at [protected], chat live with a customer service representative or send us a message using our secure ticketing system. "

As they must know by know, [protected] is a non-working number so you can't get the required RMA number via live chat as they advertise. Customers are at the mercy of e-mail which is an immediate delay against an already ticking clock that they control.

As recommended on the OPRAH Show, I ordered the 14-day trial offer and agreed to pay for shipping & handling ONLY, $3.95. My credit card was billed immediately on 7-24-08 for $3.95 + $0.11 unauthorized FRGNFEE. The trial product was not received until August 4, 2008. This contained 15 tablets plus a bottle of 60 tablets. On August 15, 2008 another delivery of 60 tablets with a notice that I now had been charged $87.31 for their product and would be additionally charged the $87.31 every 45 days. I contacted this company on August18, 2008 to cancel any and all deliveries and notified I had not authorized this shipment and expected the charge to be withdrawn and credited to my VISA. I was told this could not be done and would not be done as I had not cancelled within the 14 day trial period. I suggested they calculate their time period based upon their own records of delivery and I would return the product and expect full credit. I was told they had a NO RETURN policy and they would cancel further orders but I was on the hook for this $87.31. I hung up, contacted my VISA card account and began dispute of charges and told I wanted a stop payment to this company. I have gone on line to show my dispute to you, have contacted the OPRAH show to indicate false pretenses and will contact our state attorney general's office and Better Business Bureau.

Please note: I ordered ACAI BERRY, but literature enclosed with product I received indicates this product is actually Nu-Bodi Hoodia with Green Tea. This is false advertising as well.

Ashamed to admit but I was a victim of an internet scam. I ordered a free sample from FWM Labs; they sent the free sample; I took a pill and broke out into a huge rash, but before I could cancel FWM Labs sent another bottle, and charged my credit card $174.26. I called and complained and they told me to send both bottles back; I sent both bottles back in the same package. FWM labs credited my card for $87.13 but claimed I did not cancel the order in time for them to credit my account for both bottles even though they received both bottles, they refuse to credit my account. I had to pay the credit card company; otherwise they were going to charge late fees plus a threat to ruin my credit. I had to cancel my credit card so that FWM Labs would quit using it to their advantage. The only thing I can say to the public - do not place orders from FWM Laboratories; they are scam artist and you will lose money.

I too ordered a "free" trial of Acaiberry for $5.95. I foolishly gave them my debit card. I was on vacation when the package arrived. The next thing I know I got an e-mail stating since I did not return the unused p;ortion I would now be charged $79.95. I wrote back stating I was away and unable to try the "free" product. They said I had 14 days to try it and if I did not return the unused portionI would be charged.I told them I was returning the full bottle when I got home and I wanted a refund. After arriving home making numerous calls of somewhere in Canada, they told me I had to wait until the package arrived back in China and I would receive credit for the bottle minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Then I was asked if I wanted to keep the bottle for $39.00 amd I said no, I wanted to return it and wanted a refund. Last week I received an e-mail stating all further orders would be cancelled. The following day I received another e-mail stating they were sending me another shipment and charging my card $99.90. I am still fighting with them. DON'T GET INVOLVED. IT IS A MONEY MAKING SCAM!

Acai Berry fraud charge on acct

I paid $4.99 for shipping and handling for a free bottle of Agaci Berry tablets. There was no mention of continuing to charge my card and they have now charged me $79.95. I called their number at [protected] and spoke to someone named Alan with a heavy accent. Probably in India taking these calls. I tried to get to speak with someone else and he just ignored me. I did manage to get them to cancel my acct but dont know if that will really do any good considering all the other complaints I have read against them. I will have to cancel my card and get a new one probably to stop them. But I am sending the "FREE" sample back to this address: 3007 Greene St. Hollywood Florida [protected] with an RMA #. He said that a refund would take up to 7-10 days after that. I will be surprised if I recieve any refund at all. HUGE SCAM! Wish I had read about this co. before hand and I will never order something like that online again. ONLY use reputable, well known companies! Good Luck

The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to find them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com.
Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US, Moniker OnLine Services

Another evidence that Local Billing is behind those companies is consulting the impressun of the web pages (for example www.absoluteacaiberry.com, http://www.absoluteacaiberry.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4349#utm_source=az&utm_medium=16935&utm_term=none&utm_content=Absolute+AcaiBerry) and seeing that is a Local Billing company behind them:

LB is for Local Billing….
And also resveratrol product site, www.winedetox.com, the impressum of the page (http://www.winedetox.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4347#utm_source=cx-es&utm_medium=31922&utm_term=resveratrol&utm_content=ResVmax) is the following:

Also, they are using a company called Phytoscience, located in the same address than viv3, to make the handling and the postal distribution of the products. The manager of Phytoscience is called Chris Swanson and his email is chris@phytoscience.co.uk.

Acai Berry Money Back and Account Cancellation

Please cancel my account and organise a refund on all my money (total AUD563.70) back. I found the product is not working on me at all and they sent me another batch without my order to debit money from my card without my permission.

While I purchased this product, the terms and conditions regarding the 15 days account cancellation were not available at the time of checkout. The only thing that was mentioned ub the blog was about the 30 days money back guarantee.

I registered for a free trail on 14 April 2009 for both Acai Berry Detox and Life Cleanser. I received these items on the 10th and 13th days after the order and I was charged USD11.86 (USD5.93 x 2) as shipping cost by 2 different companies (Vitalityclean and Natureberry). After 2 weeks trying on these products, I found they don't work on me and I'm not intended to place any order at all after the trail order.

Last Friday 9 October 2009 (which is 2 months after I placed my trail order), I received another bottle of Acai Berry Detox which I have never order for. I then checked my Visa card and found a total of 8 transactions (including 4 overseas transaction fee) in the amount of AUD563.70 have been debited.

On 12 October 2009 Monday, I called Health Scicence on their Int. Tel +[protected] to organise money refund and product return and I experience and very rude customer services. He shout at me over the phone about the "15 days account cancel to avoid debit for trail product and automatically monthly subscription for the product...etc ". He also specified that all these things are listed in the term and conditions of purchase. Eventually, he told me someone will be in touch with me in email to organise the refund and return.

Here comes the issues:
I ordered the products through a suggestion of a blog showing how good the products works and the 30 days money back gurantee promise. However, I'm 100% sure nothing on the webstie presenting anything regarding the 15 days trial and account cancellation detials.

Until yesterday, my first trail order is due for the 30 days money back gurantee but I haven't received any written confirmation about my request of return and refund. After reading all these complaints of the company, I really worry about if I can have my money back.
