Acai Berry review: Cancel order 822

I ordered acai berry supreme and was told ONLY to pay the $4.99 shipping fee. My credit card arrived with a charge on it for $88.62. Yesterday i got an email telling me that ANOTHER shipment was on its way to me. I did not order another shipment.

THIS IS FRAUD. My account has been charged without my consent. i tried to call for two days. i get a recording followed by christmas music and when the song ends, THE CALL IS DISCONNECTED. please tell me how to put a stop to these charges. this is insane,

I too sent in an order for a 1month trial for the acai berry pills. The day after I submitted online I rec'd a call from them saying my credit card info did not go through and I woul have to give it to them over the phone. At that time I would not give them my credit card info over the phone and told them to cancel the order b/c I would not verbally give out my credit card info. I then went and checked my onlinve bank account info and saw that they had already charged me the 1.99 for the shipping. I figured it was just a small amount I would not worry about it and never rec'd the product. Then 2 weeks later I was charged 78.81. I call them and explained that I cancelled the order and never rec'd the product and they stated they had no record and I would not get a refund back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me one was not available. As I read they tell everyone. I told them about all the complaints on this site and they stated that it was there competors. That is funny b/c the same thing I was reading was happening to me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

I went for the trial at 5. 95 for shipping. . . They sent emails about the order and when I get it. It is poorly shipped for china and I was so scared to use the product. About 6 days later they had debited 79. 95 dollars out of my account without account auth. I'm currently seeking help from my attorney. I call they don't answer, they only left me on hold for about an hour and still ended the calls after about 48 minutes. They had debited another 85. 90 dollars out of my account this time again after I filed for refund through my bank with a thorough investigation.

You will not get ahold of anybody on the phone number they give you, and there is no live chat line. If you have already ordered this, please report them to the better business bureau in Florida.

I also sent for the free trial size and shortly after ward received a full bottle of the product, which I did not order. However upon returning to the website and re reading the policy/ terms and agreement statements realized I had skipped over the part where after a certain length of time if you don't call the phone number they provide to you, you will be automaticaly send out the product and bill your credit card thinking you totally agreed with their terms. So I learned from now on to fully read the agreements they tell you to read!

I too ordered this product and did read the small print that I had to call to cancel. It took me 5 phones calls waiting approximately 10 minutes each to finally get a person on the other line. She did finally give me a cancelation number. Look under terms and privacy section for the numbers to call.. Extremely frustrating. Even if the product does work, I will never do this again. Live and learn

I ordered the free trial and now I have fraudulant charges on my credit card. HELP

I was told that they will cencel any other order, but I will still be charged from two other thing the FIT-FAC and a shoppind websit i told her that I did not under stand that. i was told that when you ordered the other to and that I lalso need to cencel them too. She gave me the number i called and they said that I did not have an account with them. I called the aciberry back and they said that I am going to be charged for the first month first before can cancel them. I told her that means that I am going to pay around $80.00 for a free bottle of aciberry. She said that is the way that it looks. i will be charged for the first month for the other two even if I cencel them. The contract did not say that.

I ordered aciberry to try for 30 days, I had no idea that after 30 days my account would be charged $87.00 and that I would continue to receive the product. I called the 800 number to cancel and received another bottle within days of my request. Big mistake I will never do this again ever!

They did the same thing to me also. They clam they are going to refund me, but havent seen it yet. Ricky from Texas.

i ordered acaiberry my credit card was charged $3.95 on 1/16/09. I'm not sure when I ordered it because I never received an email confirmation. I received the product on 1/27/09, I called to cancel any further deliveries on 2/2/09. I received my credit card statement and see a charge for $87.13 on 1 /31/09. I called the company demanding my money back and they told me the trial period began the day they shipped the product how do you call this a trial period when you don't have the product in hand to try. And yes they will give me my money back because i am in the process of reporting this company to the Attorney Generals Office and anyone else I can think of. This is FRAUD

Don't be fooled and wait to see what happens to your Credit Card. Cut it up! They will milk that Credit Card without your permission. They will do it in the future until they think things have died down. They are under investigation. There is no such Company! You are dealing with a bogus address and group of Scam Artist.

They move from State to State, change their names and use a bogus address in different States. They go under different names.

I'm ashamed to say, I actually work for this company. I don't push magazine sales, but I do sell rebate vouchers. We have to read word for word from a script. I actually thought something was a bit fishy at this place when, in the first line of my script I say that I'm calling from an order verification department & that I'm call on behalf of "Aton Solutions" - but the business I work for & the name that's on the top corner of my paycheck is Reader's Choice. I also mention that "we're" the makers of Acai Berry, Colon xR, Total Cleanse and White Tea with Acai. However, these calls are monitor recorded so you can try using that to your advantage. I actually just called the 800 # given to customers in order to cancel and it was a recording saying that the number I was trying to reach is no longer in service and was given another number to call: [protected], curious, I dialed the number & it was a recording of some super enthusiastic lady saying that I just called the Reward Center and if I pressed 2 on my telephone keypad then I would be redirected to a customer service representative. I was on hold for 6 minutes too long.. I got impatient and hung up. I will try my best to help you with what I can. ... If you still can't get through to anyone, I suggest you write and xerox a copy of a formal letter of cancellation and keep all your phone records of unanswered calls handy. You could also file a written complaint form at /link removed/ they are building a case against this fraudulent business as I write.

I signed up for a sample of this product and was charged 3.95 plus postage. Today I received a bottle of this product which I did not ask for and do not want. I want them to take this one back and DO NOT SEND ME ANOTHER BOTTLE OF THIS STUFF. I am totally ticked off.

I received a Free bottle of extreme aciberry and 12 days later I received a New bottle of pills. They have stolen $143.65 Aust from my credit card, I have tried to cancel by phone and by email but NO answer. I have returned the pills and I am after a full refund. The terms and conditions did not appear untill I entered my credit card details. This is a hudge scam and they should be held accountable.
The pills didn't work so why would I order new ones...SHAME

I also responded to an advertisement of Acai Berry but went to stop my order by calling [protected]. Dial this number and ask the representative about your confirmation code. You'll get the refund right away.

Not all Acai Berry and colon cleanse products come from this company. FWM Laboratories is who you have to watch out for. They definitely are doing something shady. They finally gave me my money back after me calling everyday ant threatening them to call BBB. When you call they say that you cant speak with the refund dept and that they can only email them and await a response... What kind of business is that? Buyers BEWARE!

I have purchased this product and cancelled, they have taken 174.26 from my credit card. I have filed a compliant with the BBB of Fl and they have not heard from the company either. I have spoken with Jude, Ann, and Sarah who state they have a request for my refund. As of today 2-15-09 I have not recieved my refund, or had a call back from the company.

I am sending a letter to my credit card company asking what other recourse I might I have against this company for stealing my money.

The same experience I had with someone who was unwilling to recognized that (one) their product is not
what they advertised to be. The only reason why I order in the first place is because they stand behind Oprah' s name. They need to be stop from taking advantage of so many people like myself. Needless to say I didn't get anywhere, no product and they took my money.

I just did a Google Search for Amazon and Amazon.com Off Site came up...and when I hit link, I got the "free Aciberry" sample scam. I didn;t realize it wasn't associated with the Amazon site until it was too late and now from what I am reading about this am very woeried. I will contact my credit card and change it...I even tried to cancel the transaction immediately on line...No Such Luck and I ended up in the Black Hole somewhere. So How do you cancel ? Seems that when they misrepresent themselves as part of Amazon...it is very fraudulent, They need to be stopped

On Jan. 23, 09 I also ordered a free bottle of Acaiberry for the cost of shipping which was $4.99. Feb.23 I recieved my credit card statement and found the $4.99 charge along with another charge of $79.96. On Feb 24th I recieved a call from my credit card company asking about a fradulant charge of $85.91.
I then called the company at [protected] asking what these charges were for. She said they were membership charges. I told her I did not want any more product and to take my charges off my account. She said "Sorry, I can't do that, all I can do is remove your membership". She said I am still liable for the charges and I am still charged with 2 months of their so-called membership. I am livid to say the least. B.P.

I have a similar compaint to the one I found on this web site.
I orderd my FREE trial bottle of ACI berry. The bottle arrived and I after taking the product for two weeks saw no results.
My charge statement arrived and I was billed $5.95 for the shipping of the FREE trial and also charged $88.62 for the product. No where did any infomation provided to me indicate I have 15 days to return or cancel.

I traveled to see family over the holiday. I saw on-line my charge card indicated yet ANOTHER charge for 94.57 for the ACI Berry supplements. I called to cancel on 12/26/08 whatever they had me listed for.
When I returned home after the holidays there was the bottle they had shipped.
I called to request a refund for at least one of the charges and the girl told me I had 15 days to return the bottle after THEIR SHIPMENT DATE. Heavens, over the holidays it could take more than 15 days from THEIR SHIPMENT DATE to arrive.
I will be contacting a Better Business Bureau regarding this company.
And yes, I agree there is no where in the ordering process that sindicates the 15 day limit.

I have been charged twice in two weeks once for 87.83 and one for 69.95, totalling $159.78. I just ordered a free sample of the acri berry only and now I'm being charged for it and the cleanser. How in the world can you stop this from continuing? Please let me know how to stop this other than closing my account and having to reopen a new one.

I ordered a sample as i see so many have. This is a rip off I have called the number and get the same response as this is how I ended up at this website I spent 45 minutes at my bank today and there is nothing that can be done unless Ii have a cancellation # from this fraudlent company in addition I had to close my accounts which caused me undue stress. If anyone has info regarding the location so that the AG office can be contacted I have returned product and still not credit now I am getting charges from performance life same t/f number. This scam has to be stopped!

purchased the acai berry and life clense product online. aprox 3 days after receiving the product i sent an e-mail on line cancelling both products...i then went to the support@viv3.com and cancelleled throught hei cancellation process...they never got back to me and i have been continued to be charged for different products that were not even the product i originally ordered. had to call my credut card company and dispute the charges...they are still pending...i may even go as far as cancelling my credit card. I have e=mails to prove i cancelled.

I was charged $44.85 for a free trial and iIam waiting for monday so iican call them about this mess, there should be away we can make them be held accounable for misleading consumer about the cost .that fraud and theif

These people charged me $44.85 for a free trial that should have been $4.99 I saw the charge on my cc account late friday night. I tried to call them on the number that I found at the bank statement. They were closed until monday morning. On monday morning It took about 70 minutes to get a person on the phone. I told of the charges to my account. The person was very RUDE. He did not identify himself. He claimed I had clicked the wrong link. I was told that I must wait for the order and then get a return number to send them back at my cost to ship them back, before I can get a refund. I plan to go to my bank today and file a claim for unauthorized charges to my account.

I was another "sucker", total scam, paid less than $4 for a one month trial offer, little did I know that within 10 days my credit card would be charged the full $79.62 price, I immediately called to send the unopened product back for a refund, paid another $8 for UPS shipping, it was now been OVER 60 days with NO REFUND, have called 4 times, told it was credited, I told them it had NOT, they said "so sorry, will re issue a refund within 5 business days..." needless to say I'm still waiting...still calling...now it's being told call next week...then we can reissue since it's been over 30 days, but may still take another 30 days to receive! Buyer Beware!

I was fraudulently charged from naturcleanse and acai berry. Some free trial offer. They signed me up on all sorts of sights and i have been charged over 200 dollars between all of them. What can we all do to stop these thieves! I can't afford a lawyer so what can I do to put them out of business?

My complaint was with another company (ACAIBURN).  they did the same thing,   remember you get nothing free, they just get you hooked and start charging your credit card.  I even called to cancel.  They gave me a cancellation #, then I received another of 3 bottles, charging 250.71 to my card.  I called them today and they said they did not show that I had canceled.  This is all a scam, please read the fine print so this don't happen to you.

I still am not sure that they have given me credit on mr card.

I was looking over my checking transaction and noticed that the aciberry bodycleansing was with drawn from my account without my ok all I want is to canceal the order which I never recieved cause I never placed the order they can keep the $5.95 if they are that desperate. I called the company today to complain that i was charged $87.13 and i did not have the product but 1 day and we are suppose to have a 14 day free trial. i got told that they could not help me but i would not be charged anymore for the product. i asked for my money back and was told NO. i asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. I asked for the home office address and telephone and was told they could not give that information out. I asked for someone in higher authority that Ms. Aliza and was told no. i was given a web site and was told i would not be getting my money back.

I ordered a "free bottle" of Acai Berry Breeze and I have 2-3 websites with the same company and they do not state that you must call to cancel. I ordered 6/22/2009 and on 7/6/2009 they deducted the amount of $84 from my account to pay for the "free bottle" staying I was to cancel within 14 days in order for it not be taken from my bank account. The ad does not mention this.

What a rip off!

The web site offered a free 14 day trial priced at $14.95 the product was never delivered. So there was no trial period.
The first product was deliverd two weeks after the order and the second product the next month.

My credit card was billed twice in the same 14 day billing period.
It appears that the two week billings were made in that manner instead of monthly to produce the maximum amount of charges to my credit card on one bill before the billing would be detected and disputed.

The essence of customer service conversation:
I called customer service on Jun 26, 2009 at 9:19am Hawaiii time to cancel and get a refund. An east Indian who said his name is "John" answered. John said he was "the product representive". He refused to credit back my card upon return of the products. He offered a $30.00 discount instead.
I told him that was not acceptable and that I had not received the trial product, therefor the contract had been voided.
Also the delivery package did not contain an invoice with the price of the product and I considered that this is a diliberatly deceptive practice. Therefor I was shocked when both of the charges appeared on one credit card statement within a two week period. I informed John that I had NOT opened the products and would mail them back to the company for a refund to my credit card.
I reinterated my request and opions several times. John keep repeting his answers refusing to honor the refunds.
I have canceled my credit card to protect myself from any more fraud.

I too requested a free trial of acai powder for just shipping and was billed $82.31 2 times before I realized it! I have complained to the company, which has no physical address, only to be told that if I returned the product, I would have a refund. I only received the free product that I paid shipping for, not the supposed 2 other billed shipments. I am furious! The last call I made I was told to complain online to: info@acaiherbal.com.
