Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

Unauthorised payments for a acai berry supplement that was meant to be on free trail and only pay for shipping and handling was paid for a couple of months ago is now being debited again for which I haven't requested of £13.83.I'm now demanding you to stop debiting money without my authorisation otherwise if this continues I'm going to take legal action. This is truly disgusting misleading people in this manner and I hope that you do take this email seriously, it seems that this is a regular thing that you'll do.I've read the complaits board.Truly disgusting.

This same thing has happened to me. I ordered a sample only and now they are trying to send me the pills each month and charge my credit card. I am going to my credit card for the 2nd time to challenge this charge as I have refused shipment. This is definetly a scam as they ship these pills from all different addresses, from the coplaints I have read. You would think that the better business bureau would shut them down. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB in Ca. on the first charge they levied on me and the last charge came from Idaho which I am going to file with the BBB there. J.Clark

I ordered the sample product. the ingredients are literally: white tea, wild mustard (acai) and "proprietary blend". that's it!
Acai is a wild mustard the homeopathic name is on the label as "Euterpe Oleracea" 4:1 (fruit)
It will give you diarrhea, the proprietary blend in health food stores is sold to regulate sugar. the white tea, well, lets face it. I'm not
paying 88.62 for this snake oil!
they charged my credit card $88.62 without my permission and no way to contact them to say, i don't want your crappy product, plus there is no return address toto make a return too and there is no way to reach those people. they get your credit card number and you pay shipping for the sample and its all a scam.
if you call during business hours, 9am to 6pm monday to friday, no one answers the phone. it remains busy all day. until the end of the business day.
if you send an email or try the "live chat" at their website of :
http://www.mytrailsupport.com/
with the blonde pictured on their homepage named Jessica, well, no one is there!
these people are really beyond rotten thieves.
I want them to burn in hell. God only knows what really is in those pills. Maybe the FDA should check them out and shut them down and fine the living hell out of them.

I ordered a sample of Acai Berry for shipping/handling charges, which I received.

A month later, today, I received a second bottle and my credit card was charged $94.57 for something I did not order.

I was foolish enough to order the free sample product of acai berry product for a shipping charge of $4.99. I did not read everything at first, my mistake. When I did read it within minutes of my purchase, I found I would be chaged $87 if not cancelled in 14 days, so I immediately called and cancelled my order, I spoke with Justin, he gave me my cancellation number. Much to my dismay on the 26th I was charged $ 4.99 for S&H, and low and behold there was another charge for $3.95 from a company for Lipaphen 2 days earlier. I called right away, spoke with Ronald who was no help at all. After asking to speak with the supervisor, who I was told numerous amounts of time was too busy to talk to me, I refused to hang up until I spoke with her. Nisha refused to refund the entire amount and would only give me $3.00 back. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card immediately, informing them of the other charge. I then looked up the other company and found when I called them that I was charged that $3.95 for the same product as the $4.99 was for. Spoke with Abby, she then agreed to refund both ammounts to me. If anyone has problems with the acai berry shipping and handling charges call this number [protected]. They are the same company, charging people twice for one product. Abby was very helpful, and she also spoke english. I hope this helps other people before they get burned. Please cancel the card that you used before they have a chance to charge for more items. Your bank or credit card company will do this for you at no charge to you.

EROTSMERPUSIACA866-730-8746 GB $94.57

The above charges appeared on my CC after I called to inquire about a free trial of Acai Berry and was told that my CC would be charged only 2.00 for shipping for the FREE product. I asked if I'm going to be billed in the future and was told NO.

I noticed a charge for 12.99 for a shipment and immediately called to asked that they canceled any future shipment and that I was not interested in their product. This never happeded I guess.

They are just a RIPOFF and should not be in business.

Hi everyone! I just want to say Thank You for writting your stores about this company. I was lucky and cancel my C.C. after reading your stores. What's so scary about this is we were all ready to take this pill, and we have no idea what harmful things it could of done to us.
I run a online company and I look for misleading things, and you are all right.. it look so good! no where did it say they are going to charge your account later. This kind of scam should be looked into, and these people should go to jail for what they have done to all of us! The bad news about companys like this ...it hurts the good honest people who sell there product on-line.

If everyone on this who's been scammed by all these various acai berry companies actually filed complaints with the FTC, these scam artists probably would've been shut down months ago. BTW, those reading this: go ahead and complain here but please, please also file a complaint with http://www.ftc.gov and list as many of the company names, addresses, phone numbers as you can find on the "contact us" section of whichever site you ordered from. FTC allows you to list multiple companies on the same complaint and, for instance, acaiberrydetox.com alternates between (at least) two company names/addresses/phone numbers when you click the "contact us" button. The FTC will notify law enforcement if enough people actually complain with them.

I found this website online while doin a search for colon cleanse. It offered a FREE trial if I only paid shipping and handelingof $3.95. A few weeks after they charge the shipping and handeling they charge your account $87.13. I called this number [protected] and was placed on hold after a while a kind man named "Kyle" answered. I explained what happened, he stated that after the 14 ay trial if you do not cancel your subscription with them that they continue to charge your account. So I cancelled my subscription. The problem and inconvience for me is that I ordered this product on the 8th of December and did not recieve it until the 29th of December and they charged my acount on the 26th. I have not even opened the bottle ad tried it. So my suggestions, DO NOT order online, order by phone and let them know you only want the FREE botle and cancel your further subscriptions then so your account will not be charged.

Good Luck!

I too was scammed by this company. My advice would be to go to a legitimate company and don't even get involved with these fraud artists. You can purchase acai berry supplements at GNC or any other natural foods or supplement stores. Don't give them the satisfaction of taking advantage of you.

I was sent a free trial product for ACAI Berry for $5.04 and then 14 days later was charged $71.35 and they sent me another bottle without my consent and no packing slip or return address either! I cannot get a hold of anyone or even a legite business name.
When you pull up the web site all you get is the "free trial" stuff. Nothing referring to customer service or membership cancellations!
The telephone on the bottle is [protected] and I can't get thru!
I currently am disputing this unauthorized charge thru my debit card but if anyone has information, please contact me at:

I don't have the option to change cards, as this is a business card that is on file with a number of companies I do business with! These people have to be stopped!

I ordered Acai berry on-line. This product does not work. However, I cancelled the ordered but 2 other charges appeared on my account. They claimed that I did not uncheck a box that was offerring free 7 day trial and charged my account for items I knew nothing about. These free offers are suppose to be on Acai berry website. I reordered again to see and of course, it is not there. I want my money back fron Fit factory and Primetime. There product is no use for me and I do not want it.

I have tired about every number that was listed to try and get a hold of the people so could cancel my account. None of the number would ring through. So i found that the only way to stop the chanrges from coming through is to cancel your debit/credit card, it is the only way.

There are several things you can do. I just got my FULL refund today. You need to:
1. Contact the Better Business Bureau
2. Contact the State Attorney's office
3. Contact the Miami, Fl. Chamber of Commerce
4. Contact the Federal Trade Commission
5. Contact www.ripoff.com

It only took a few days after I received notification from the Better Business Bureau. So, government agencies are the only way to go. Outside pressure does work.65d

I ordered the $5.95 trial offer and canceled the membership prior to the 14 day trial was over. The company charged my (debit)/credit card $88.62 for an additional shipment. I called the [protected] customer service number. I was told there was no record of my call to cancel, but the person said they would cancel my account. I was told that the shipment was already being sent and would have to be returned with the cancelation confirmation number. This was over a month ago. I have not received the supposed shipment to send it back and I have not been credited the charge to my account. I contacted the company on 11/24/08 and was given the return authorization # [protected] The company address I was given is
127 N.W. 13th street Suite #4

Please help me resolve this issue.

The 800# is [protected] Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm PST. I am trying it tomorrow. I agree that the website is very deceptive the binding contract is hidden at the bottom in a link you have to open up by clicking terms and conditions and no contract for a diet club is mentioned at all on the homepage itself or anywhere near the free sample application or when you are putting in your credit card info for the purpose of paying the shipping and handling which is what you're led to believe is all they are doing with the credit card info. Upon further research it seems the company Cheshunt Overseas Ltd is owned by British company Tesco which shocked me. You wouldn't think a reputable company like Tesco would be scamming people online but, under another name, apparently they do. If you need the addresses to write to they are: Cheshunt Overseas PO Box 642, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies, St. Kitts. and Tesco is Tesco, Customer Service PO Box 73, Baird Avenue, Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD1 9NF

On 11/04/08 I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry Supreme and agreed to pay $5.95 shipping. They have subsequently charged my account $88.62 and $94.57 for products I did not order and only one of which I received and returned on 12/19/08 and have a delivery confirmation. I have contacted my credit card company and the $88.62 and $94.57 charges will not be paid. Today I received a e-mail stating another order is being processed. This is a total scam and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and will not pay these charges. How do I stop them from continuing to process and ship orders that I do not want and will not pay for? They do not respond to e-mails and any attempts to contact them via the 866 telephone number are of no use. Please help!

I have made multiple attempts to get the RMA number needed to return the unused and unopen containers of this supplement and have the charge removed from my credit card. I have spoken to at least 5 different people and all I get is that they can not find my information in the computer system. The answer is to call back the next day. I have requested names of supervisiors, when I request to speak to them no such person. The operates constantly ask the same questions and the same information over and over again due to language barrier, I requested someone that spoke and understands the english language and I was hung up on to end the phone call. I will call again tomorrow 1/7/09 I was given the name of Shawn Watson. If I don't get the information needed to return this product and get the charges taken off my credit card, I will notify the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General in the city stated above. I feel I am getting the "run around". If this problem is not settled, I may have to consider a class action suit with other unsatisfied customers. You may contact me at my email kellyseagles@aol.com. I answered a free trial offer for "Acai Barry for $5.95 S&H fee only, $24.95 for the Total Cleane..received only the bottle of Acai Berry, called the cust. service nu. and was told I'd be shipped the "Total( Colon) Cleanse" shortly. I've never received it, saw no S&H charge on my bank statement, but was just charged $88.62 : Online bank statement: 01/02/09 Purchase 90631231030118144262101 on 12/31/08 at NEWACAISUPREME [protected] ... I've called that ph. no. all day with no success. :" all circuits are busy at this time, please call later". I plan to call other phone numbers I have seen on this site and on the bottle . If no satisfaction I will cancel my bank card and notify my card's fraud dept. within the next several days. The names on the add's trial offers and the bottle of Acai Barry I've received are different. What I answered was for 'Acai Berry', what I received is labeled AcaiBerry-but in small letters it says Manufactured for www.AcaiBerrySupreme.com -the only way I had of identifying the charge on my bank statement., as the phone # s are different . I hope this helps others; I too would NEVER have paid that much money for ANY similar product, I cannot afford it on my income.

I also ordered a month's trial period of Acai Berry. It was horrible and gave me stomach cramps. I called to cancel and after an extremely long wait, I was told to mail back the sample and I would receive a full refund. I was never told to include an RMA number. I received my Visa bill with the charge still on it and no refund. I called again and they said they were going to send another sample and charge me another month's worth and I could send this one back with the RMA number and it would be canceled and refunded. How stupid and what a scam. I never gave them permission to charge my VISA and they still won't refund my last month's pills. How can they use my VISA without my permission? I was never told to include the RMA number on the returned pills. And I definitely don't want another month's supply just to mail back! What a scam! Cancel any further mailing of this stupid product!

Ordered this product Acai Berry free trial for 5.95-Confirmation # and receipt still in hand...Was supposed to be delivered by December 30, 2008. No product, of course they have my credit card info. Someone called to confirm order and I was given [protected] and [protected] as customer service numbers to cancel. Of course, no one answers over the weekend and Monday-Friday 9-6 EST they are busy. Is there any government agency or attorneys monitoring this website to help us? Anyone gone on FTC.gov to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission? Watch yourselves folks..I have been researching these so called diet aids for some time now and they are all in cahoots. Just as a lot of you have found out already..all they need is for you to give them your credit card number for a " free " sample of their product. Just pay the shipping charges...and then the charges really begin. First, they send you the initial " free " sample along with a hidden statement that says if you don't cancel within 10 days they will send you an additional supply for $89.00...and the 10 days started when you first ordered the product. Now it's been at least 10 days since you ordered the free sample so you'll already be billed for the first additional supply at $89.00. Also; they sell another product which is supposed to cleanse out your internal organs and allow you to lose even more weight. That product is also " free " if you pay the shipping charge of $5.95 and just like the other products they sell, as soon as you give them your credit card number they start billing you for stuff you never recieve. I was lucky...my card company called me and alerted me to this scam, canceled my card ( and their orders ) and reissued me another card. I'm going to be a lot more careful before I give my card number out again.

I ordered the Acai Berry Free Trial. I recieved the product only to become extremely ill from using it. I called the company to complain and cancel any further orders (as recommended by a friend of mine who was charged WEEKLY, $87.98 for the product)Upon calling Customer service, I was promptly told not once, not twice, but THREE times in a row, 'our systems are down, call back later. Only to be hung up on with no further discussion. I called back a fourth time, and was placed on hold for 35 mins. Then when a rep answered, I asked immediately to speak with a supervisor. She (Eve) told me that their supervisor was busy and asked if she could assist me. I immediately said, 'Why, so you can hang up on me too?' she assured me that she would do no such thing, and that no one should have done that in the first place. She took care of everything, told me to mail the new product *that had already been mailed and charged* back to them and with-in 24-48 hrs after the product was recieved by the company I would receive a full refund. I did as asked. Was given a confirmation number, to write on the package. I paid for shipping and a tracking number! I tracked the package. It was received by the company, and I waited for the refund. After 4 days I had still not been credited for my return. I called the company and they assured me that the refund was processing. Still nothing.

This company needs to be put out of business! Their products made me sick, and they still refuse to do anything about it! Had they actually worked. I MAY have considered continuing the product! They did nothing and caused me severe stomache pains to boot!
If someone is filing a Class action suit against this company, I want in.. I also know of a friend who would love to join in as well! Please contact me if there is anything going on for this!
Thank you

it is definitely a scam, the [protected] number i called either on hold for long time and got answer and got hung up when i asked for refund. called in to cancel within the 14days, they still charged the $91 to my bank account, and they told me that product is was on the way i just have to return it and the $ will be credited to my account. after 2months i called up, they said "oh you have to call again to say you have return it" even if they give me a confirmation number that it was cancel and will be refund, now another month has passed, i called again the first answer is they did not charge me then they hung up on me, i called again the 2nd time when they heard i ask for the refund pending, they just hung up on me again. the 3rd attempt they told me that they do not issue refund they will just cancel the order. i told them i was charged for something i didnot received in oct 08, they said you just have to wait for it., and again they said we have other calls to take we are finished talking we will not issue a refund to you. even if you say you will go to consumer association to report, she said this is not a scam we have good business. can you believe this!

Ordered acai berry and free trail offer that included the total cleanse products. I was aware of the return policy and tried to follow their policy. I had a 15 day trial and no charges unless I cancelled with in the 15 days. The 15 days also included the time it took to receive the products which was the first problem. The phone numbers on the bottle and on the web site do not help you at all. You will spend days getting no where with that. You are not allowed to return anything unless you have a RMA number. You can't speak to anyone to get an RMA number either, because the phone numbers will get you put on hold for hours and you never get to speak with anynone ever. I finally spoke to my credit card company and stopped the charges to my account, and filed a fraud claim for the chargee with my credit card company. I still get products so today I did something else. I went on line and found a site to have a live chat so that I could get to the company. I just did all that today after 4 months of getting unwanted products and getting frustrated. I am going to get a confirmation email in 24 to 48 hours stating that my order is cancelled and I then can be done with this company once and for all. I tried to comply with the agreement and got totally taken. Do not order this product with a free trial offer. All the bottle says on it is: Manufacturerd for www.AcaiBerry Supreme.com and the phone number on the bottle for customer support is: [protected]
Try this instead if you are trying to cancel this: https://server.iad.liveperson.net to get a person to give you a RMA number so you can cancel and return unopened products.
