Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it
I ordered a free trial and provided cc info for shipping. Then I was charged the full amount. I figured that the initial charge was alright since I hadn't closed my account within 2 weeks, but then they charged me for an additional month's supply and I never received any product. I called to inquire about the charge and ensure that my account was closed and they just gave me a cancellation # promising that the product was shipped, that I can't send it back and that I'm out an additional $87.13. The charges each month were even posted by different companies. This company sucks. Anyone interested in a brand new bottle of Acai Berry Detox?

I order the free trial of the Acai Berry product no only did I NOT get it, they shipped it to the wrong address I e-mailed them for a week straight and no one returned my emails then I get an email from them telling me the charge of 59.95 was declined by my credit card company. you damn right it was declined no one told me I was going to pay that amount for one and hell I never received my pills for you two. I did an online scam complaint with the BBB and hopefully other people will search information about this company better than I did and not get taken for a ride like me.

Ordered a Free Trial only to have my card charged 2 fees of $5.95 and charged for 2 bottles @ 88.62 each, I called [protected] and spoke to a rep that was very reluctant to get a Supervisor on the line. I signed n o contracts yet my card was charged and it wasn't until I spoke to someone that they advised me of the 'Terms and Conditions' something I was not made aware of in the beginning. I was advised my money would be returned with no ETA and referred to this website to post a complaint. I advised the account rep that these charges are fraudulent and needed to be corrected. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting my bank as well!

I ordered the trial sample of acai berry and was billed the 4.95 fee. I tried the sample and agreed to a one month shipment of the product. I got zero weight loss results from the product and wanted to cancel any further shipment. They billed me $86.85 for that month's supply. I called the cancellation phone number they provided. Healthy Living answers and puts me on hold, once for 30 minutes and once for 60 minutes. I continue to call and can never talk to a real person. Another automatic shipment is scheduled to be shipped. Since I couldn't cancel the order I had to cancel my VISA card so it can't be charged. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I ACTUALLY HAVE A GOOD COMMENT ABOUT ACAI BERRY MAXX. THE COMPANY HANDLED MY PROBLEM REAL WELL. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR A REPRESENTATIVE LONG, AND THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ACCURATELY AND PRECISE. THE COMPANY IN ALSO LET ME SEND MY PRODUCT BACK FOR A REFUND PER THE AGREEMENT ON THE WEBSITE WITH THE 25% DISPOSAL FEE THAT I AGREED TO. I COULDN'T AFFORD IT SO THATS WHY I CANCELLED IT. BUT ITS A GOOD PRODUCT AND I LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been trying everything to cancel my free trial offer of the pure acai berry dietary supplement. I have called at least five different phone numbers including the one on the bottle and either get no response or someone who does not speak very good English and I cannot understand what they are saying.
My order number is 4192139 and I want my trial offer cancelled immediately. My debit card has about ten charges of varying amounts from other companies that they have sold my information to. I had to cancel my card and go through huge hassels because of this company's scam.

Industry Tips
Internet Purchasing
Consumer purchasing items on the Internet should read and understand all the terms and conditions, privacy policy and other "small print." In addition, consumers who pay via check, debit card or by giving the numbers at the bottom of your check have no recourse if the company is not willing to refund your money. There is protection if you pay using a credit card, you can dispute the charge. Some credit card companies offer one time credit card numbers, which consumers can use when they are doing business with a company they are unfamiliar with.
There are companies that hide fees in the terms and conditions, including monthly fees which could total hundreds of dollars.
Nutritional Supplement Company
The BBB suggests that consumers review claims themselves and ask for copies of clinical human studies that support any claims that products can treat or cure diseases or ailments. Any claims that a product can cure or treat diseases or ailments should be reported to the BBB immediately.
Federal law through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows for some claims, if scientific evidence is available. The FDA does not review or authorize claims. You will note that dietary supplement companies all have a disclaimer on their sites which states "This statement has not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." This statement is required by law and is used to alert the public that the product has not been reviewed, essentially buyer beware.

I called them to get a 'Return Authorization'. After being left on hold for more than 10 minuted I hung up. Called back in a few minutes and phone rang on and on. Upon further checking I found out the State of Florida is looking into the actions of this company in Florida. They do not respond to returns of unused product. One of the local TV Stations, WPLG looked into there operation in Hollywood and Miami only to find both offices empty and boxes of returned ACAI Berry sitting there. How many of us got hit with the $79.90 charge for an unworthy product? I have contacted my credit card company to cancel any additional charges.

I agreed to pay $1.99 for a trial of this diet aupplement. Now they have taken $0.04; $78.81; and $1.58 out of my bank account without my permission.
I tried calling the [protected] and if I do get through, when I puch a number to get with a supoport person, the phone system automactically hangs up.
When I was going online to foind out how to email them, this site came up with many people this company has ripped off.
We have got to stop them!

I ordered Acai Berry, a diet supplement trial program for $5.98. after fifteen days if they had not heard back from you. You would be charged the entire full amont of.$94.57.
Now my credit card is being charged for this amount, yet I am not receiving the product. I want it stopped. I have contacted my card holder, and express concerns of misleading consumers. I don't want the product end of statement. They are sending me paperwork to fill as complain.

I have tried to cancel my trial order of ACAI Berry, it still shoes up on my credit card. I have not received the product, except for the trial portion nothing since except being billed for said product on a monthly bases. I want it stopped. I have contacted my card holder and informed them they are checking to see if any of their olther valued clients are being scamed as I am by ACAI Berry. Plus it does not do as it indicates it will do that is false advertising in my book.

Well this is the good news, my bank filled out a complaint and it did not take 30 days, in less than a week the money was deposited back into my acct. See some of the banks will work for you. Thanks to Mid Florida Credit Union, they are truely looking after their clients.
This forum at least allowed me to vent so I appreciate that as well. Good luck to all the "Normal working class" who continue to get scammed by these low lives. Maybe if we all go back to shopping in the retail stores we won't be paying all the shipping charges and keep the good people of these great United States back to work. God Bless

I would like to cancel my Acai Berry. I only wanted the trial to see how it would work. So, as of March 9, 2009 I will be terminating my membership for this product. I tried calling but know answer only answering machine came on.
My order # is 1649491. Please do not continue with this monthly order for this product.
How could this be incorrect this was on my order form that came with the product as of today.
Thank you,

I ordered a trial size and agreed to pay $4, 99 shipping and handling fee. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged $78.81, This charge was not authorized!. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged an additional $83 and additional product was sent to me. I have tried to reach the company for an RMA(it is stated on the website that an RMa number must accompany product in order for the return to be processed and credited. After two days of trying to get through this number, someone answered and told me they no longer endorse this product. They forwarded me to www.getorderhelp.com. I sent in an email with the necessary information in order to track the order, and was told no such order existed.. Subsequently, I have contacted my credit card company, issed a dispute over the two charges and closed the account...
Do not get involved with this company! Go to a health food store and buy product off the shelf!

As seen on Oprah, I was offered a trial offer of Acai Berry for the shipping costs of $4.95. I received the trial offer and then was billed $78. 84 on my Visa Card. When I callede the company they told me if I did not return the trial offer I would be billed for the full amount.
I have tried several times to rectify this and the last call I made which was to my surprise to Manilla, Phillipnes I was told that I refund request would be submitted. Taht was On Jan 23, 2009 to Alex Valasquez at 3:45 Pm NJ time. I have not had my refund and when I called today, I was given to an operator who said I would receive a phone call with 24 hours. Please do something about this I cannot afford to pay almost $79. for a scam. Thank you.

The service representative had such asn accent I had to have her repeat and repeat the information to me. They would not reverse the charges. An additional fee of $29.95 was added for a another live chat available to me which I knew nothing of. I'm furious and these people need to be run out of business!

an automatic debit was placed on my debit card after this 14 day trial offer--no product was received other than the trial offer. There was no info in the package stating you had to cancel before the 14 days were up otherwise your card would be debited. The non English speaking people at the phone# given was not understandable and not very helpful. I was given a cancellation # one day and when I called the next day he could find no record of it--I called my bank and cancelled my debit card after a 78.81 dollar loss--but they won't get anymore of my money. A lesson learned--don't do business with them, and even if Racjael Ray and Oprah rave about it--it is still a scam.

They called me on the 2nd of March and I recieved it on the 11th of March. I read the complaints that people posted. I was just surffing the net. After I read about the complaints. I called them on the 12th of march to cancel my order. I talk to a guy name Steve and he gave me my cancellasion number. He asked why I am cancelling my free trial. I told him straight out that i read some complaints on the internet. So they better not say I did not called within the 14 days and charge me for $80 dollars. they are messing with the wrong people.

I have also been having problems, but my card company gave me the number [protected] and I did call and after a long wait got an answer and the lady said she would cancel everything (even thoughI never ordered or subscribed to their product, acai noni)) she gave me an authorization code so now I will have to wait until next month to see if it worked. My charges were $29.95 and so far my credit card company(AmEX) has been good about taking off the charges. I wish someone would look into this further and put a stop to this illegal process.

I was reading some complaints on line about the acai berry product. Well I was taken for this as well and I'm very mad. I had taken advantage of the free offer for the $4.99 of shipping and handling. I did read the terms and it did not say anything about a $78.00 fee to be taken out of your account. I had noticed on my bank account on the 11th of March. Not a happy camper. I got online to get a phone number and found the sight. I had called and a guy came on the line. He had looked up my info and told me that after the 14th day if there was no phone call from me that there would be a charge of the $78.00 to my account. Like I said before I did not see or read anything about a 78.00 fee and it wasn't in the terms that I saw. I had asked him if the money would be refunded to me and he said no. I then told him to canceal the account out. He kept asking me if there was anything else he could do for me I kept saying no. I really think if you don't read into the fine print you will regret it later. I just want the people to give me my money back thats all I ask.

I had to cancel my credit card! They say they will cancel and refund and they BOLD FACE LIE. It comes back again next month. Someone should start a class action lawsuit!

Charged 3 payments of $4.99, $78.81, $83.80 = $167.60. For a free trial.
Great scam they got going.
NOT RECOMENDED. I called this # [protected]. After a 3 1/2 hour wait on the phone, someone answered.
I was able to cancel the order, AND with a great amount of [censor]IN and I also told them my Doctor didn't want me to take them. Do to the fact that they didn't work with the drugs I was already taking. I received a $60.00 credit.
Call the #, stay on the phone and wait...

I ordered a trial sample, which I paid the shipping, Since the product was unsatisfactory, I canceled all their products to be sent monthly. I have not received anything from them since the canceling Jan. 22, 2009, but received a bill of $39.95 on credit card, dated Feb. 9, 2009. I have not been able to reach them by phone, but will notify Bank of America credit card that I do not owe CCN POMCLEAR anything. I will continue to try to let CCN POMCLEAR know that I will not pay for this scam. Gratefully, Georgia Barham

I tried the product with complete dissatisfaction not only did I not lose weight, I felt hungrier. I tried to call several phone numbers to cancel future orders but one said please call back during "normal" business hours. It is Monday at 11:00am in the morning! The other number I tried to call that I got from my bank said..."number is no longer is service". I hope Oprah addresses all of these complaints soon or she'll find herself in the same predicament as the cows! ### COMPANY...BEWARE.

i ordered a bottle of Acai Berry which I saw on Oprah's show and I was supposed to pay just $4.99 shipping. Later my credit was charged an additional $78.81 and I hadn't ordered anything else. This is a scam and I reported it to my credit card company.

We decided to try the trial size acai berry and authozied a one time charge of $5.95. Within a 3 week period, we received 2 additional shipments totaling $190.67. The phone numbers that are provided for customer service are no good. All you get is a recording and then they hang up. We want to return the product but cannot get any information or a live person. We have had to cancel our card so as not to allow any further charges. There should be something we can do about this. Please help!

In January I decided to order the free trial, paying for only shipping with my debit card. 15 days after receiving my trial bottle, I received a call from my bank, stating that a possible fraudulent charge was trying to be processed on my account. After getting the details from them, I realized that it was related to the Acai Berry Trial I had ordered. Apparently, what I hadn't noticed at the time of ordering was the very small link for the terms and conditions of the free trial. It stated that if you did not call within 15 days of receiving the shipment, your bank account would be charged $87.13 and you would be enrolled in monthly shipments. I immediately called the wonderful customer service department at FWM Laboratories and explained that I wanted to cancel any further shipments and would like to be refunded for the amount charged of $87.13. After explaining several times that I did not want to keep the bottle for a lower price and that all I wanted was to get my money back, the representative told me that I would receive an email from the credit department in 2-3 business days. Needless to say, I never received that email so I called back again. This cycle happened approximately 5 more times, each time the representative assuring me that I would indeed receive the email and that I needed to be patient. Well, I began to quickly lose my patience and began having my husband call. He was told the same thing I was so he began demanding to speak to a supervisor. The first one he talked to basically told him the same thing but asked that he give it 5-7 business days to receive the email. Of course, the 5-7 business days passed and still no email. By this point, we had been battling to get our money back for over a month and we'd had it. So, the last phone call my husband made, he asked for a supervisor immediately and explained to her that if we did not see a refund in our bank account within 5 business days, we would be filing a fraud claim with our bank and they would pursue it from there. As the others before her, she assured him that he would receive an email from the refund department. To our surprise, the very next day we received the fabled email! It stated that a refund in the amount of $87.13 was in process and to allow 5-7 business days for it to show up in our bank account. We were skeptical, but on the 7th business day, the refund showed up in our account. It was a miracle! I guess it takes calling a company 20 times before you get to the right person...

I agreed to pay shipping charges for a trial product of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse in January 2009. The product was shipped and I used it beginning February 13, 2009. On March 10, 2009 the following money was removed from my account with0ut my permission: $40, $40, $47.13, $47.13 and then on March 12, 2009 $47.13, $47.13. On March 12, 2009 I contacted SWM Laboratories and spoke with Ms. Sheena Jones - supervisor who indicated that the charges would be returned to my account, she stated, "Check back in 3 days for the status on my account and the return of my money.
On March 18, 2009, I had the unfortunate opportunity of speaking with the head supervisor David who was very rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me when I ask for his supervisor. He told me I could not talk to him and he was in charge. To sum it up I would not be getting my money back.

I being a sucker and not doing any research went ahead & placed an order for the free trial of ACAI BERRY DETOX (F.W.M LABORATORY). [protected] is the # listed to call customer service. I have been trying to call that # for 4 days, all i get is a busy tone. Which made me feel uncomfortable & wondered what I got myself into. (idiot) I called the bank to see if the charges went through and FWM charged me twice. one charge of $2.02 & $1.97 whiched totaled to $3.99. My bank debit has a # listed which is [protected]. You can actually speak to a LIVE rep if you push option# 3. The rep cancelled my order, said I will not get charged in the future and that my trial bottle is for me to keep. The web site stated that I had to return the bottle in 14 days not to incur future charges. The rep insured me that I will not be charged for my trial, it is compliments of FWM. Ill see how that goes in a few week. GOOD LUCK!
Alternate # to speak to a live rep. : [protected] option #3

We had the same trouble with Acai - the only reason we ordered this was because it was promoted on the Oprah show. Queries to their site has drawn no response.
It now appears to have switched to CRH*Price Savers - to which I have filed a complaint on the complaint board and am now listed as being the Canadian Company person.

I also ordered a 14 day trial of acai berry superfood power. I received the 14 day trial but in 7 days they charged me $86.85 for i don't know what? I have not received any more bottles in the mail.
please Help Me. I am on a limited income (Soc Sec). and can't afford these charges. I have been trying to cancell this product for 3 days and I am put on hold. No one ever picks up the phone. I have been on hold as much as 1hr and 20 min. So I can't even cancell within the right amount of time. I received them on 2-18-09 and they charged me on 2-25-09 for the $86.85. HHHeeelllppp. anyone

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." This statement is required by law and is used to alert the public that the product has not been reviewed, essentially buyer beware.

hi my name is carmen and i had the problem and i also made a post about natural best..need to tell you all i did get my 79.96 back, but i never got the free trial for the 4.99 i paid for the acai berry or the colon cleaner...i also had email, dr phil, oprah, my local station, rachel ray, mike juilet..those were some of the ones i saw talk about how good it was thats why i emailed them(never did hear back from them)but anyway the number i called was [protected] and needless to say they did share my credit card numbers with other companies so please watch your back and cancel your cards, if your card should be able to put the money back on your replacement card .like mine did..i wish you all the best in getting your money back..but i will never again order anything of the web...
The customer support numbers are bogas. Everytime I call to cancel I get disconnected. I purchased this product on good faith because of the endorsment of Oprah, not only did it take over 15 days for the free trial to get to me but my card was debited again 2/11/09 for $88.62 and I recieved not product. Her I sit trying to get a hold of someone 3/7/09. What a scam! Dont use it.
Tony, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
i have been trying to cancel for the past three days and i can't get a live person to help me now my account is been charged 96 dollars i can't even aford to lose this bull crap this bogus company should be shut down for good
I agreed to pay $1.99 for a trial of this diet aupplement.
Diane W.
Thank you
I have tried to cancel my trial order of ACAI Berry, it still shoes up on my credit card.
Thank you,
Cathy Hicks
Please do something about this I cannot afford to pay almost $79. for a scam. Thank you.

Sorry about the indian guys they are a little bit ###ed.
an automatic debit was placed on my debit card after this 14 day trial offer--no product was received other than the trial offer.
So they better not say I did not called within the 14 days and charge me for $80 dollars. they are messing with the wrong people.

i tried that numer and entered my credit card number and everything and it said my account was not recognized?

Dear Sir, I cancelled my order about 2 months ago and you still keep sending the Acai Berry to me and you are still charging my credit card.Ihave 3 bottles that I need to return to you and the person I talked to on the phone told me to send you an e-mail.She said that you would call me after you get this.I want to return the bottles so you can put the money back on my credit card.I don't want them, that's the reason I cancelled about 2 months ago.My no.is [protected]. Tank You, Mrs.Foster
I need to speak with you about this.
GOOD LUCK!

Anyone else with this problem?
