I, like many of you ladies, recieved a charge of $4.95 on my bank account but it was under web access along with an 866 # so after some research online reading many of your stories I decided to call the # [protected]) and they answered right away said customer service may I help you & I told them what happened & he put me onhold for about 5 mins then transfered me to a lady who said I was automatically signed up for a secrets & insiders club that was a monthly charge. I asked her to cancel it and with in a few mins she cancelled my automatic subscription, make sure you ask for a refund though! I asked her would this money be refunded back into my account & she said well you didnt ask for a refund, so I asked her to please refund my money back into my account & she politely said yes it should be back into your account within 5 to 10 days.

I have to Agree that they are ripping people off, on Friday the 11th my bank called me about fraud charges. When I ordered the trial i saw no where about paying for the whole bottle which it seems they upped their game from other stories b/c I was charged 79.28 on my card which will overdraft so I have to call my bank today and also had to close some weight loss package and world club fitness account which for some reason they said it was non refundable but after complaining for a while that i didnt sign up for it they gave me 3.11 of it back being a 6.95 charge or something like that. I'm hoping my money goes right back on to my account as I live in Des moines where the address is and am half tempted to drive by the address to see if its actually there in downtown des moines which from the address above I was given the address of:

Sounds like we're getting ripped off around the world. I cancelled their procutt and supposedly all the charges after the first hit that was over 6 months ago, however have been twice hit with the $7.14 and $3.24 amounts. Sneaky sneaky sneaky - and the number they have just given from the UK has mysteriously become out of order! I have been told that no refunds will be given for the $3.24 amount - when I finally get hold of someone who can cancel the Acai Burn up-sell we'll see!
I'm letting the credit card company know of all the complaints too, let's see if they're going to be proactive about this.

Wow! I have been scammed properly and it is a relief to see that there are some telephone numbers out there for me to call so thank you very much for the work that has been done by everyone to get things rolling.
I have been working offshore for the last 2 months without interenet connection and when i got back there have been transactions on my card galore.
Not impressed would be an understatement and trying to resolve it is proving a nightmare!

Did you ever get through on any of their #'s? I was hit with the same thing and I sat on hold for over an hour and finally disconnected the call as it was clear that no one was going to take my call. I even called the [protected] and guess what.. samething. My question is how can we get "business/scams" like this shut down?!

I have had big problems trying to get into contact with anyone representing this company. I was charged for the free trial! I have sent back one order as I had problems with headaches and nausea but I find that I have been charged for two orders of acaiburn.I have also been charged for products from other companies

I have also gotten caught up in the scam from AcaiBurn. They continue to debit my account from all these different companies that I did not authorize. I did see from one comment to cancel my debit card and that will take care of these automatic debits. I know now to never order anything off the internet. This was my first time and will be my last. I don't even know who this company is to press charges against them, if I knew then I would definitely find an attorney to do a class action suit. Does anyone know who they are.
Thanks, Sandy J.

My son is in the military and ordered some. He had it sent to our house because he didn't have a PO box set up yet in TX. They said when I called to cancel it that he had already missed the 14 day trial period, well duh...It would take that long for us to get it and turn around and send it to him, etc. Anyway, I am so thankful for all of these posts because I read them carefully about how you need to ask them to CANCEL it as well as ask for a REFUND, apparently those are 2 different actions in this company's mind.
You have to send back the product within the 60 days and then when it's all processed the company will reimburse your credit card. I asked for my customer rep's name, wrote down the cancellation #, order ID #, and anything else I could. He said that my son should have read the terms and conditions more carefully. I have another suggestion, don't order any of this product. Getting charged $58.71 once a month is ridiculous.

My son ordered some of this Acai Burn. What a terrible company. Being on an army base and not having a PO box set up, he had it sent to our house. Being skeptical, I opened it and called him and told him he did not need to take any of this stuff. We needed to send it back.

There are many, many stiplulations for sending it back and I'm grateful for these posts to know how to deal with these people. Apparently cancelling your "subscription" to be charged $58.71 each month is different from asking for a REFUND so you need to do BOTH. I asked for my customer service reps' name should I continue to have problems with this junk.

I wrote down the cancellation number, the order ID # and anything else I could. The customer service rep said my son should have read the terms and conditions better when he ordered it online. I have a better idea-----don't order any of this product.

With so many complaints, how do they stay in business? Why haven't they been shut down? After receiving another shipment, I took the time to find the company to make arrangements to return the product. I had no paperwork from previous shipment. I finally got a live person to speak with after going on this site. Hopefully, I'll get my refund. I called and [protected] and was given a RA number for a return. I tried the Acaiburn for several months, but I have not had any results.

I was not so lucky with customer service rep Cachitta [protected]. She only offered to stop future subscriptions to some website. I know I never signed up for it. More than likely it was in small print to scam people. I am going to have to request a Charge Back on my credit card for $3.44 and $2.96. Oh, well, live and learn!

I have been scammed thus far AU $522.40 by these people and I am currently in the process of both launching a criminal investigation plus have the contacts to stop these scammers.

I am unable to contact any representitive. I have tryed all the numbers.

I am in Australia at the moment, so if any of you Acai Burn Representitives would like to discuss this with me prior to me dedicating as much time as needed to damage your so called company/scams/knowledgeble representitives basic thieves, perhaps it would be best for you to give me a contact number that I can callyou on.

This offer expires at 10am EST ( you figure it out ) . Perhaps we can come to an arrangement.

I was told that I would be given a free 15 day trial of the product. They said that if I wanted to cancel all i needed to do was call a number and everything would be fine. So I called the number and cancelled only to be informed that I was going to be charged an additional 75 dollars for the "free" 15 day trial. It's the biggest load of crap I have ever heard. Now I want my money back.

I was only taken for $2.95. Its all sort of weird...I only heard about it because I was looking at a posting on Craigslist for a used stair machine. When I contacted the poster via email and in their response they said it had already sold. She then told me that she didn't need it to lose weight because she lost 20 lbs quickly using Acai burn. She said she had to ask her sister for website address and she'd get back to me. She did and I believed her. So I signed up.
I have learned now that I only use the PayPal Plugin when purchasing anything online. So it wouldn't accept the single use one because the expiration date was too soon so I used the multiple use plugin card and closed it as soon as I made my $2.95 payment so that they couldn't charge me anything in the future.
The day after I signed up for the free offer I began receiving appx 10 calls per day from an unlisted number. They never left a message and I had to use trapcall to make them think my number was disconnected.
Anyway that's my experience and I just want to stress to always use the Paypal Plug in card or similar so you are not open to anyone charging more than what you are signing up for. I haven't taken the pills yet. I found this site, because before I took them I wanted to read reviews as I now I had reason to think it may be a scam.
Good luck getting your money back. I'm going to live with my small loss as a lesson learned.

If you ordered some acai burn and didn't sign up for the E-book, they will take payments even if you have cancelled the acai burn free trail.
The numbers to call are, [protected] or [protected], this is where you can cancelled the Health member, VH access, Kitaccess there are not easy people to talk to and they refuse any credits.
Hope this helps anyone.

i'm half way using the product and there's no improvement at all... they sent another bottle which i didn't asked for it and not even finished the "trial bottle". i checked my bank account and they charged me 2 $82.70... i was like wooh! i called the [protected] and it took me an hour holding on the line and asked for the instruction to return the product... hopefully when i return the second bottle i get my 1 $82.70 back and just forget about the other $82.70... which it will appears that it wasn't a trial...LOL... basically you will pay for the "free trial" thing...
this is totally a free.. they should something with the spam thing or website and totally shut down this crap...
wish me luck to get my money back!
thank y'all

That it not an actual website. i just looked it up and it said it was not found. I too was charged these fees, luckly the number appeared on my bank statement. When you buy Acai Burn you are apparently automatically enrolled in some online support and some other thing that you get charged for monthly even after you called your Acai burn.

This is what i just did today and hopefully it works. If you have been charged $6.95 you can call [protected] or [protected]. If you get charged $3.24 you can call [protected] or [protected]. If you get charged $2.96 call [protected]. All these numbers go back to the same company but they make you call all the numbers. They will give you a cancellation number and hopefully that will be the end of it.
The other charges have a different set of numbers. If you got charged $9.95 call [protected], if you got charged $7.14 call [protected] or [protected] or [protected]. If you got charged $7.01 call [protected].
Customer service will ask you what number you called, your name or email. Tell them you want to be canceled and keep the number on file. If you had different amounts charged to you then call a number and hope for the best.

Hopefully this will be the last time i was charged for any of these fees. I'm really upset that i was never informed that i would been enrolled in these various thing that cost me additional money even after i canceled my initial Acai burn pills. It would've been nice to cancel me for everything not just the pills.

Hope this helps people who have future problems with this company.

Signed up for acai burn trail, which should have been free, IT WAS NOT. After canceling the acaiburn, different companies charged my account, they are VH Access, Kitaccess, Access member, Ezykit, Elitepack and Health member. These are all the same companies which trade under differnet names to fraud your accounts. You must cancel them A.S.A.P as you will not get these charges back. This is the number i used to cancel mine - [protected].

This was four months ago( 7/7/09) and they are still taking money out of my account. How do you stop these people and get my money back. I expressed my product back to a P.O.Box in Sydney. I ordered the trial pack, that was a free trial was charged £17 postage, wasnt going to order anymore but three weeks later they sent three more tubs and took £94 from my credit card account plus £8 membership, i returned them and expected a refund, but nothing happened this was back in march. I have phoned the freephone number they said couldnt do anything, have written letters to the address in the uk where i sent them back and didnt get a reply. All i can say its a big scam and would advise anyone who has ordered the free trial to cancel them on your credit card as they will just take your money. If anyone can give me advice on how to get my money back i would appreciate it. I dont think the company should get away with it, it makes me so angry.

Asked to provide me with their delivery address but the customer service said "they are not allowed to give out address." How can someone return if you don't have the address. Tried the website, https://www.acaiburnpremium.com/contactus.php, apparantly does not exist. This company just scamming money from inocent people.

Please give me your delivery address so I can send your unopened item back for credit.

You are a scam company just like most corporations in the world. You can take this last comment and do you know what with it. I had to cancel my bank cards thanks to you. Your company is full of crap. You only care about making the mighty dollar. So stop with your comments about wanting to make things right with people. You wouldn't have to if you kept your promise in the first place.

12-8-09 Call your credit card and put in a dispute immediately. The Acaiburn company keeps diverting you by saying your credit card should show a refund in X days. If you wait too long your CC can't get the money back. They're under a certain time limit. Keep all copies of documents, dates you started, every date, even the time you called, etc., names of who you spoke with, confirmation numbers, tracking numbers, etc. Call ASAP to your credit card company and speak to a REAL person.

Also sent several emails to support@acaiburn.com and have received an email back saying that the membership has been cancelled. Again fingers crossed. I got scammed too by these people. I tried calling and calling and it never went through always busy so, I went to http://www.acaiforcemax.com/index.php and then at top right hand side it says "Live chat were online click here" i clicked that. Chatted to some reggie guy told him i wanted to cancel it starting now. He asked for my email and phone number, I gave it to him and he gave me a cancellation number and said I was removed from "auto ship program". I triple asked him if I wont ever get charged again and he assured me I won't so I hope I no longer get money taken out hope this helps. And I hope they stop taking payments from me!
