I'm having problems with Access Management Group
I'm having problems with Access Management Group. I've called them 6 times and I've emailed them too. They never call me back. They people have vandalized the signs they have taken down. And people are parking overnight. No one is allowed to park overnight at all. We need to get this done.
I've never had an experience like this before!
I've never had an experience like this before! The property manager, Fawn, hasn't visited the property in over a year. Because of this, the vendors have stopped doing any work here, but they're still getting paid. The lawn is completely dead, there are weeds everywhere, and the pool has a really gross smell. The same goes for the houses here, as it seems like violations are not being punished. Trash cans sit outside for a whole week, lawns are not being taken care of, and there's trash in front of the houses. I will definitely be working with someone else to replace Access Management Group.
I live in a community managed by this company and the *** fees they charge per month is robbery!
I live in a community managed by this company and the *** fees they charge per month is robbery! There isn't a community pool or playground, no gazebo like they claimed would be built, not even a separate building to hold any community events, yet they charge over $260 per "MONTH" in *** fees. I've only been here a few years and I've seen an increase in these fees twice so far. The parking pads are not marked so people park however they want. The community is not well lit at night and I've had friends trip over entry walkways because unless you know there's a small step, you definitely cannot see it. So I basically do not see the need for such ridiculously high *** fees per month, especially raising the fees right after a pandemic!
This management group is the WORST!
This management group is the WORST! I've worked with them and it's been a nightmare. I'm on one of the *** boards in our community (we have 2) and Access Management is supposed to handle our *** concerns/complaints. *** is the one who's supposed to respond to us. But guess what? He never replies to emails unless he thinks they're important. Sometimes it takes him a whole week to reply, and most of the time, he doesn't reply at all. I've never dealt with people who just ignore emails. Our community pays these guys $160,000 every year, and it's unbelievable how terrible their customer service is. Their reps for each community are useless, and they don't even try to be accountable or make an effort.
I recently sold a house in one of Access Management's communities
I recently sold a house in one of Access Management's communities. I called and talked to the person in charge of the neighborhood (Kim and her assistant Joyce) and asked about any fee to join the homeowners association. They told me "there ain't no fee to join in this community". Later, they emailed me a document about the association. But at the closing, I found out there was a fee after all. It cost me $800. I called them and they said "it's something everybody knows and it's public". They also said that the same fee applies to all their communities. If it's so "common and public", why did the person who handles the association tell me there's no fee? And if it's the same fee for all their communities, how could they make a mistake about there being a fee to join? I checked the document they sent me and the fee was mentioned way down in parentheses. Seems like they say one thing and then send a document that says the opposite. Can't trust anything they say. I guess I'm paying for their lack of competence. I'll never buy a house managed by this association and I'll tell my clients the same in the future.
I've been living in the *** neighborhood since 2007, and let me tell you, Access Management Group is the absolute worst
I've been living in the *** neighborhood since 2007, and let me tell you, Access Management Group is the absolute worst. When I moved in, there were no bylaws to be found, and I didn't even get a mailbox key or an access code to get back into my own property. Can you believe that?
I asked my neighbors for help, and they told me to talk to the board members who live in the neighborhood. So, I did. But guess what? They were no help at all. They couldn't even point me in the right direction. It's like they didn't care about my problems.
Then, I tried to install a new toilet and find the water main for my unit. Turns out, the water mains were all messed up. Can you imagine? I had to search high and low, and in the end, I was charged $25 for each water main that was affected and turned off during my search. It's ridiculous!
To make matters worse, I had to file for bankruptcy in 2016 because I couldn't keep up with all the extra fees and my water bill. It was a real struggle. But you know what? Once the bankruptcy was over, Access Management Group had the audacity to send me a bill for all the association dues, fees, and interest that I had already paid them. Can you believe the nerve?
And if that wasn't bad enough, they even threatened to take legal action against me and foreclose on my property if I didn't pay up. It's like they're trying to ruin my life. But let me tell you, I have every single receipt for the money they're demanding. I'm not going down without a fight.
In conclusion, this whole situation feels like extortion. Access Management Group is taking advantage of me and trying to squeeze every penny out of my pocket. It's just not right.

This was a customer service issue
This was a customer service issue. The rep provided bad customer service and non accountability behaviors. The company sent out a plumbing company and gave them approval to do the work. They never followed through. The customer service was unacceptible.
We've been with Access Management Group since 2020, and we've noticed some issues with our water bills
We've been with Access Management Group since 2020, and we've noticed some issues with our water bills. Every month, our bills range from $200 to $280, which seems quite high. We're a Mexican family, and we can't help but feel like we're being discriminated against. We've reached out to the management multiple times over the past year, but they haven't taken any steps to resolve our problem. It's not just us; another Mexican family is facing the same water bill problem. They temporarily reduced our bill for one month, but then it kept increasing again. We're worried that our water might get shut off because we can't afford to pay the entire bill at once. It's just too much for us to handle in one go.
I've been living under this management group since December
I've been living under this management group since December . The water bills used to be around $60-$70 per month. However, when new people moved in across the hall, they mistakenly switched our apartment letters. The apartment letters had been the same for years until we moved in. Since then, our water bills have been messed up. We believe this is racial discrimination because we are a Mexican American family, and our Mexican neighbors are facing the same issue. They even charged us $1,000 for the water mix-up, claiming that we didn't pay the full amount initially. We were only informed about this mix-up when they charged us. We urgently need assistance because we fear our water might be shut off at any moment.

Home Owner Association Refuse to Communicate with Home Owner
Home Owner Association Refuse to Communicate with Home Owner. I have contacted my HOA Oakley Township who is managed by Access Management 3 times with minimum or no response. I currently just paid 14,763.00 in HOA fees and this business refuse to contact me with questions I have regarding my account.. They'll send a email regarding monies owed BUT refuses to respond to other concerns..I'm not sure where the monies paid are being used. I have requested when meetings will be held and received a response stating no meetings have been scheduled. I have requested to meet in person No response. How am I responsible for paying a company that refuses to respond. I am requesting minutes of the last meeting and information regarding all upcoming meetings scheduled so that I am aware how the fees paid are spent...
Review:
The Home Owner Association, Oakley Township, managed by Access Management, ain't communicatin' with me, the homeowner. I done reached out to 'em three times, but they barely respond, if at all. I just paid a hefty sum of 14,763.00 for HOA fees, and yet this company won't bother to answer my questions 'bout my account. They do send emails 'bout money owed, but when it comes to other concerns, they just ignore me. I ain't got a clue where my hard-earned cash is goin'. I asked 'em 'bout upcoming meetings, and they said there ain't none scheduled. I even asked to meet 'em face-to-face, but they didn't bother to respond. How am I supposed to pay a company that don't give a hoot 'bout respondin'? I'm demandin' the minutes from the last meeting and info 'bout all future meetings, so I know where my fees are goin'...
Access Management group is the company that manages our community services
Access Management group is the company that manages our community services. As a neighborhood, we pay over $138k a year. We do not see improvements in community services. The national flag and the military flags are torn to shreds, the basketball backboard has been shattered for months. The playground needs mulch, the pool gets dirty and has to be shut down. The funds that our neighborhood is paying do not seem to be covering anything, nor does the management take care of any of the issues. I am wondering if there is a mismanagement of money. The only thing that we see from our community services are landscaping at the front of the neighborhood. No Christmas decorations get put up and the management is relying on neighborhood volunteers to handle issues. I have asked for receipts on what the funds are being spent on but have received no answer.
Since I moved into my place in 2020, I've been getting these crazy $450.00 Water Bills
Since I moved into my place in 2020, I've been getting these crazy $450.00 Water Bills. It's been a real headache. After the first two months, a plumber came by and said my meter was messed up. Thankfully, they gave me my money back. I reached out to the community association manager, ***, and asked what my bill should have been for those first couple of months. He emailed me a breakdown saying it should have been around $80 - $90 a month. But guess what? After the credit, the bill shot right back up to $450 dollars. Can you believe it?
I talked to my property manager about this nonsense, and she agreed that the bill was outrageous. She told me to only pay $100 towards it until she could sort things out. But here we are, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Now I owe almost $4000. It's a nightmare.
I spoke to some other folks in the building, and one guy said he was also getting these $400 Water Bills. But after some kind of fancy consultations, he's only paying $60-$80 a month now. He even showed me proof. It's really got my family thinking that we're being treated unfairly. We just want to know why our bills are so darn high. It's frustrating, to say the least.
HOA Agent posts wrong fines on my account
HOA Agent posts wrong fines on my account. I ask Agent to remove fines, but they refuse and tell me to come back from my trip. When I return, I ask the HOA board (attached) to fix this billing problem quickly so I can plan home repairs (Agent asked for them). Instead, a few months later, Agent sends me a note (attached) saying I might get reduced fines if I sell my house. They move my account to collections without telling me, and later say it's because I didn't sell my house within a month during COVID-19. I was waiting for a reduced offer to consider and couldn't even plan repairs. Since I first asked to remove charges, I've faced anger and harassment from the HOA board. They make up stories about my family, threaten me directly, and send people to my house pretending to be someone else. They also take HOA-related mail from my mailbox and bother my relatives with illegal actions. I feel unsafe in the community, scared to be alone in my only home, and afraid to answer the door because of attacks by a HOA board member. I always pay my dues on time, but the outstanding balance is causing me a lot of distress and health problems. The HOA's actions are pushing me out of the community, which has been my home for a long time. They're also trying to take away my son's inheritance of the house he grew up in, which is very important to my nationality. But because of the balance on my account, I can't make necessary repairs or sell the house. I have almost no equity in the house because I had to take out a loan to cover unexpected medical expenses. When I asked Agent if the HOA has a problem with my son's family moving in, they didn't give me a clear answer.
