My via card is Hal up because I reported moñey missing out of it and I am not going online when I don't understand why I have to all they have to do is gave me back my money or keep the money new one

You all cut off my card and I could not access my funds that was still on the card
I had to borrow money from funds to make ends meet. It is very stressful. Social Security put that money on the card for my family. You told me I must notify social security to reclaim the funds. Visited social security several times and They stated they cannot take back money they have given to us because it is our money and that account now needs to give us our money. I have been going back and forth every since January. Does not make since. Just give me my money. If I have to get an attorney Trust it will be more than my money that they will be asking for.

My phone was stolen but not my card and when i called them and told them not to freeze my account they did anyway. I have been sending in document after document with the same refusal explanation that my documents where blurry. Well this has been going on since June 6 and still no resolve. I'm about ready to oust them to the world and take it public if i can find a news station to take the story!

I have tried over and over to have a replacement card since have sent ID more times than I can count on you to be told it was blurry or not good enough now I finally faxed it and they say they don't accept taxes I don't know what to do anymore I totally lost my place to live and he didn't have any recourse to get this fixed I am at my wit's end because these people have no hard and do not care what you say they won't we speak to a supervisor it's just like speaking to a regular customer service agent because they do not help you until you would take 3 days or more just to be told that it wasn't good enough now I don't know how many ways I can send an ID for them to accept it but they have had my account in $1,900 of my money for months now more than how much for 5 months I just need help to get the steaks cuz I'm tired of messing with these people I don't know why they have invested interest in keeping funds

The date of withdrawal is 05/05/22! I called them and it was a school of some sort! I managed to get a hold of the right place by email and canceled whatever it was that they took the money out for, and they canceled the account! But I never got my money back after I asked for it! I have another one that took money out the 05/06/22 where they took $68.89 and I haven't been able to get ahold of them at all! I've come to the conclusion that I should close the account and put my ssi check in the bank instead! Can you do something about this on your end? Please!

Debit card and direct deposits
Been trying to get a new debit card for years now. I've uploaded my identification documents several times, probably about 20 times to be honest. This entire time they have been taking out a monthly service fee of 9.95$! All I need is for them to send my replacement card or unlock my account, which, by the way I have been able to login to but I can only get as far as the upload documents page! Please help me!

My account now prepaid debit card
I receive an email on sept 23rd 2021 saying thank you for calling about your account (I never called them). Then 2 days later I get a PW reset email and a thank you for talking to them today (again never contacted them) I thought it was a phishing email so I watched to see what would happen. Then 2 days later I get another email again thanking me for calling in. That was enough. I called account now and told them about the emails and asked that they close the account and send me the money to my house. They blocked my access to the money but refused to send me the money. For 8 months now Accountnow has $8,000 of mine locked up and won't close the account and send me the money. I had a lawyer contact them twice and they refuse to send me my money. Accountnow told me the only way I can get my money is to provide them with my SS card, driver license and a bill to a non secure website upload.accountnow.com. I told them I would not be providing that information since I have had breaches of my information in the past thank to the Government (OPM breach). Every option I presented they said no to. I even said send it to the lawyer but they refused. The only way I can get my money is if I do what they want. I aM preparing to sue the [censored] out of ACCOUNT NOW.

I had a charge I did not make on my card and they froze my account and required me to verify my address. I have submitted my documents 3 times like they have asked and they refused to send me a new card. They keep saying our back office has recieved your documents but they have not reviewed them. I ask to speak to a supervisor but keep getting a regular customer service person pretending to be a supervisor.
I have asked to speak to someone in the back office and was told there was no way to speak to anyone they only accept emails from the customer service. I have asked for the corporate number and have been told they do not have one. This company is illegally holding weeks worth my pay checks and will not send me a new card. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and have now hired a lawyer to help me get my money back . I need my money I have gone weeks without any income and now am late on all my bills and cannot pay my rent or have money for food for children. What account now is doing is Criminal!
Locked account
On 5/7 my card ending in 2168 was cancelled because of a fraudulent charge, I reported this to Accountnow and was told since I have money on the account I would be able to get the money off before the call ends, well that didn’t happen, so now I have to send in documents for which I did, now 5/7 documents still under review when I was initially told it would only take 3 days. All my bill money is on this card Accountnow needs to be prosecuted for holding funds and drawing interest from our money. My bills are past due, and this is beyond frustrating

On 5/27 Accountnow locked my card I sent in all documents they asked for and here it is 6/7 and my account is locked with all of money on it. I have had the same deposit coming into this for the past 9 years and I don’t understand how they have the right to hold your money,
Verifying my address
I've been with account now for over eight years my address on my driver's license has never changed a year ago while I was in jail my card was charged over $1,000 for cell phones so I called and reported my card I wanted my card expedited to my address and the lady over the phone enter my verification answers wrong so it locked my card I had to verify my identity for over a year-and-a-half I've been sending the same copy of my driver's license chooser verifying department now I finally faxed it two months ago because they kept saying they couldn't get a clear picture of it when I was uploaded off the internet two months ago I was told they had 14 business days accept or deny my fax ID here it's going on 2 months they constantly put in a ticket and tell me to call back in 72 business hours how is it that my ID is not change the address that they need to send my car to and it's still going on to three months that they had 14 days to do it they won't do anything on my end unless I follow the protocol but they don't have to follow their protocol at all
Desired outcome: For my replacement card to be sent out this is going on months and years of their mess up but I have to follow all their protocols

I have been with this company since 2012. I called in April because I noticed my card would expire 5/22 so they said they already sent my card 4/7/22 I never received a card. So I called back in May keep in mind you have to give you date of birth every time you call. So when Intakked to them 5/25/22 to ask where was my card she said she sent it 5/16/22 expedited I told her I never received it and that she would have to forward it to my new address. Long story short I wish I never called. Once I asked for a supervisor and was transferred my date of birth no longer matched their records. They told me to send documentation and it would take 3 business days to review. I complied and they will not review the documents and continue to hold my deposit. I explained to them I have to out of my apartment by 5/27/22 and they still will not help me. I have been with them for years and have always given them my date of birth and it was no problem but as soon my deposit dropped they locked my account. I would advise anyone to not use these crooks! I am in a bind now and they have no options to help. Getting paid early is not worth the trouble use a reputable bank that you can go inside of a branch. This is not worth it!

Ok, ive been fed up for some time... But this past week was my breakimg point. I had moved and thought I lost my card. So I call to request a new one. I have been an accountnow customer for over 6 years so I did not see why giving the new address would be an issue. Well, then they tell me I need to upload a copy of my photo id and a bill with tbe new address! I have been in and out of court for years and involved my dl so I have no id. And again, just moved... How would I have a bill in my name? So I find the caed less than 48 hours later, call and beg them to jusy reactivate it (and they can... I hate the bullsh! T lime that they cant.) and of course tjey lock you entire account for what reason I do not know. I was almsot evicted yesterday with my daughter for being $115.00 short on rent and I cannot even get into my account. To transfer or pay a bill. Amd I am not even including the almost $1,000.00 in charges that I did not make or authorize and then didnt bother reporting becausei figure after all the other bs, they won't do anything

Allowed IRS refund to be deposited. Requested to have the balance sent via bill pay. Bank refused to honor the paper check received for bill pay. AccountNow placed a stop payment on the check on 4/6/22. I sent back the check, my ID, and copy of AccountNow card via certified USPS mail. No one can give me an ETA on when I should receive my money back. They closed my AccountNow card. I’m now facing eviction while pregnant.

Frozen account
Last week, April 20th I called and requested a replacement card because I misplaced my card. I paid a total of $35 to have the card expedited and was told it would arrive Monday April 25th, when I asked for a tracking number I was told they didnt have it and they used either Fedex or UPS but the agent Sarah would not confirm which one. I called back today 4/27 and spoke to an agent who said they would expedite another at no cost. Right after when I checked my account it was a hold on it and they were requesting ID, social security card and a bill. The problem is that nothing was in error. I verified my name and address and their was no fraud charges or issues other than the FACT I never received the card I ordered. I already sent my verification because Back in October when my old card expired I called and requested a new one and updated my address and understandibly they put a hold on my account and requested the same verification and I sent it and my hold was released after a month. Im not understanding why I need to go through this process again when nothing has changed and I have been a customer for about 8 years. I have 2 paychecks deposted in this time and have no food for my kids, one who is disabled and cant pay my car insurance or water bill.

In august 2021 my accountnow card expired last day of month called agent said new card would be mailed. 092021 no card called back .was told i must send proff of address and verification of my identy. Ok i got copy of rental lease, letter ssa dish tv my doctor photo copy of my oregon drivers license with my adress letters. Bills received from bank cable company doctors i went to fedex office and faxed 9 items .got confirmation receipt faxs were received. Waited 3 days called back .was told faxs to blurry cant read. So went backto another company laserprintin seaside, or had them enrich all letters( items made 3 copys in small medium and large text. And sent 27 items to account now waited 3 days called was told again unreadable. Was told to upload to there website i tried site would not except them even had a expert try to help me upload them from the community collage and was unable to. I have been trying for 9 months to get my money from account now. I have even contacted greendot Bancorp. With no resolve i have asked for a address to send letters and proff to along with a notorized letter. But was told they have no physical address all has to be done online or fax. Myself and my husband have sent over 130 pages of proff of address and identity by fax we have tried 6 different fax companys everytime have been told by the agent that they are unreadable. I have sent the same letters and items to my mother and to my slf by fax and they have come out clear as day. This has been going on now for 9 months. In 08/2021 i had late rent fee $120 in overdraft fees was unable to pay my phone bill and electric bill i have done everything to the LETTER OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THECARD AGREEMENT. Accountnow has failed to do the same. They are holding my social security money still from 08/2021i have contacted ssa/ ssi over 20 times begging and pleading for them to help recall the money put was told they can not that i need to tell accountnow agent i want the money sent back to social security. That accountnow has to send it back .i tried over 15 times talking to agents , managers asking for the money to be returned to social security. They all said they can not do that untill i provide proff of my address. The company has errored and I’m now homeless.
On March 28th, 2022, I had a direct deposit into my account. I also saw 2 unrecognized purchases that was pending. Both for $65.25, and for the same company. The transactions were pending. I contacted Account Now, hoping to prevent the transactions from posting because they weren’t mines. The representative informed me that I couldn’t dispute the charges until they actually posted. He then said he would have to block my account. I informed him that I had another direct deposit that would come through on March 29th, 2022. He stated that I would still be able to receive my direct deposit, even if he blocked my card. I adamantly explained to him that I had to have my new card before Thursday, because if I didn’t pay my rent before the 30th of March, I would have to move, and that I was in contract with my Landlord and the day I pay my rent. He stated that I would have to pay $25.00, in order to have my card expedited, and I agreed. He assured me that I would have my new card no later than Thursday (March 31st, 2022). He also stated that I would be able to use my checking account as well. In which I could transfer funds. I’ve been with Account Now for 8 years, and I’ve always used my PO Box address. Once he v blocked my card, he then tell me that, my card couldn’t be expedited to my PO Box and he needed my physical address, and it’s was mandatory that I submit documents showing my physical address. So, I paid $12.80 to fax paperwork showing my physical address, and I uploaded documents as well. After all of that, they still attempted to expedite my card to my PO Box. On April 1st, 2022, I contacted UPS, along with my tracking number and I was told that my card went back to Account Now, because it was expedited to my PO Box and not my physical address. Today is April 5th, and I still don’t have my card, and I can’t transfer any funds. Because of there horrible errors. I have 28 days to move, my car insurance is canceled and my phone has 2 days extensions. I wasn’t even able to renew my car registration on my birthday. Account Now has caused me the worst havoc ever. I’ve got to find another apartment, pay for application fees, security deposit, first month rent, pay for car insurance renewal, pay extra for the renewal of my car registration, my credit score dropped because of two cards I couldn’t pay on. Account Niw needs to pay me for punitive damages. They actually set me way back.

Good morning. On March 23rd I notice that on my account some transaction I did not approve were made. I called to dispute them. I was told that my account had to blocked and they would send a new card. I moved in the last month and had to send in information. I have sent in the same info 10 times since this day and I keep getting the same response that they cannot see it. In this process I have been yelled at multiple times, told the only way to send in the info is to upload (which for some reason its coming on their end blurry), hung up on and the matter is stilled not settled. I have never been so stressed and disrespected in my life. I asked to speak with manager and they have not showed any concern and disregarded my complaints and have taken care of the matter. I have been a customer for at least 7 years and have never been so disgruntled before. I just would like to talk to someone that will actually help. I am a single mother and do not have access to my money because the whole account is locked. I am very dissatisfied with my customer service experience.
