purchase of tires/credit
I purchased 4 tires in September 2018 from big R tires in Pueblo, CO, a subsidiary of NTB Tires. The tires cost seven hundred dollars and at the time of purchase the sales person offered me credit with an understanding that in three months I could pay them off with no interest. After three months if I did not pay it off I would have to pay interest of 20 some percent or more. I signed and agreed to this contract of credit with monthly withdrawals of $135.73 from my account with a down payment at the time of purchase. February I thought I should be finished paying so I called Acima Credit with a number my bank had given me. I talked to an agent who stated I had signed a lease agreement and I still owed $950. Lease #1285230
Acima is claiming I owe money on a lease from a store i never shopped at and I have never used their company. They attempt to collect info from me which seems to just be social engineering to steal my real info. When asked to produce any document proving the obligation, they dont mail it to me. They keep calling.
I received an email that my approval for Dominguez Tire is good for 30 days ishortly followed by an email from Acima that my request to change my email was made. I immediately called Acima and this has been reported to fraud department.

I have absolutely nothing to do with ACIMA, I've never even heard about them till now, yet they drafted my bank account over $1,000.00 without my permission. I called them to report this and all they do is put me on hold "to transfer me to the correct department" but no one ever gets on the line. I'm just left on hold. This place is a rip off!
Scam alert. Don't invest with Acima, I lost $30,000 to them and customer support team not replying to my mail. TRADEREPORT.ORG came to my rescue with a refunds and recover my lost investments
I give this company zero stars. I was lied to by my Boost mobile retainer. I started to her on the phone n in person what was wrong with me medically. I had a witness with me during all of this. Acima says, "I'm sorry!" That's all they know what to say!?! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY ON ANYTHING!
Trying to make me pay over 100 percent of merchandise so pay twice the amount merchandise is worth and then would not work on early pay off amount. Early pay off was at $516.00 and I offered to pay $300 of that to be done with the lease that would give them an $550 profit in financing. Absolutely refused to work with me and was very rude.
