I went into he Cresta store and dealt with Phuti who was the store manager on that day.
I went for an exchange without a receipt and the cashier (Kekana) advised that the item I am returning has been reduced there fore I will be refunded with less the amount I paid. I then asked the cashier to call the manager (Phuti) who came to me with no smile or willingness to assist at all: (the manager managed to get a duplicate copy of the receipt I got when I came in for my exchange/purchase. she further said because I dont have my copy then I wont get the full refund still...
I asked her what is the reason for requesting the receipt from my side and she answered that the reason is to have proof that I have bought the item in the cresta store, this does not make sense to me because she had the exact same duplicate copy of receipt in her hand which proves that I have bought the item in their store ans she confirmed that but still wouldn't give me the full refund!
Phuti is a very cold manager who literally showed no efforts in helping me or making sense to any of the questions I have asked. I further told her that her cashiers have told me numerous times that I do not need a receipt for returning clothes as long as I still have a price tag on the item I intend to return. further to this - the cashiers at Cresta have previously taken my original receipt when I return the items and told me that if I come back for any returns on the slip they have retained, they would easily do that as long as I still have the tag on the clothing its self..
I found this rather strange when Phuti refused to refund my whole amount on the item I was exchanging with...
I literally had to pop out another money for the purchase of my next item.
the service from Phuti was incredibly bad and I am very upset as a supporting client
