I recently purchased a CPAP battery from EasyBreathe and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. At first, I was drawn in by the ad price, but it turned out to be totally misleading. When I spoke to the original salesperson, they told me that the battery would last for one night, but in reality, it only lasted for 5 hours.
I was pretty frustrated with this, so I decided to call back and speak to another salesperson. They told me that I needed to buy a humidifier bypass cover for an additional $20 in order to make the battery last all night. I had already spent over $400 on the battery and car charger, so I was pretty upset about this additional cost.
To make matters worse, when I asked about returning the item, I was told that I wouldn't be able to get a refund - only store credit. Needless to say, I was not a happy customer.
Overall, I would not recommend EasyBreathe to anyone. My experience was pretty frustrating and I don't think it's worth the hassle.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with EasyBreathe. I reached out to them 'bout getting a prescription for my sleep apnea machine 'cause I got diagnosed with OSA back in April. But dang, they never got back to me! I even offered to share my medical records and everything, but they just ignored me. It's been months now and I still ain't been able to see a pulmonologist 'til the end of October. It's dangerous, y'all! I gotta drive every day and I'm so dang exhausted all the time. I tried to contact 'em through their CHAT too, but no response there either. I ain't got nothin' good to say 'bout this company, that's for sure.

So, I got this email from easybreathe.com and they were offering a sweet deal. I mean, who doesn't love saving money, right? The email said I could save $100 by using the code "DREAMFULL". I was stoked! I immediately changed my plans for the day and decided to order the product. I spent a good amount of time making sure everything was correct and then went to pay. But, guess what? There was no area for me to enter the code at checkout! I was so frustrated. I even had my wife double check to make sure I wasn't missing anything. But, nope! Nothing there.
I gotta say, easybreathe, that's some bad karma. You got my hopes up and then let me down. It was a complete waste of my morning. I'm not just leaving a 1 star review because 0 stars isn't an option. I'm also unsubscribing from your emails. I mean, what's the point of getting emails from a company that doesn't follow through on their promises?
I can only assume that your business plan is to trick people into making orders without actually giving them the discount you advertised. That's not cool, easybreathe. Not cool at all. I hope you guys can get your act together and start treating your customers better. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Fantastic Experience with AirSense 10 CPaP from EasyBreathe, Minor Issue with SoClean Adapter
I recently purchased the AirSense 10 CPaP from EasyBreathe and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The first night using it was a dream come true. It was so quiet that my wife had to ask me if it was even turned on. I was able to sleep soundly and wake up feeling refreshed and energized.
However, I did encounter a minor issue during the assembly process. I had also purchased an adaptive piece for my SoClean unit, but unfortunately, it did not come with a gasket. This caused a bit of frustration as water went everywhere when I initially turned the unit on to test it. But, I was able to fix the issue by pulling the gasket off the other shell and using it instead.
I do think that when selling the adaptive piece for the SoClean unit, a gasket should be included or at least offered as an option to purchase separately. It would make traveling with the SoClean setup much easier as I wouldn't have to disassemble it every time. It's a small thing, but it would definitely make a big difference. Plus, it's probably less than $10, so it wouldn't hurt to include it.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from EasyBreathe. The AirSense 10 CPaP has made a significant difference in my quality of sleep and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a good night's rest. The minor issue with the gasket was easily fixable and did not detract from the overall positive experience.

I just bought a ResMed N30 mask from EasyBreathe for $169, but I ran into a problem. The climate line on my machine was too big to fit the mask elbow. I tried emailing EasyBreathe twice, but I didn't get any response. So, I decided to talk to a customer service rep on their website to see if they had a connector that could go between the climate line and the mask. The rep asked me to send a picture, which I did. But, I didn't get any response from them. This was really frustrating!

Mixed Review: Lightweight CPAP with Comfortable Straps, but Sinus Issues and Leakage
This thing ain't half bad, but it ain't perfect neither. I done tried five of these CPAPs and this one here is the least uncomfortable with them straps. It don't give me no TMJ like them other ones did. But dang, my sinuses just couldn't handle the air pressure. I reckon I must have slept funny or something 'cause I woke up with a leak. Least it didn't leak as much as them other masks, but I reckon I had to adjust that nose piece in my sleep. I sure wish it woulda worked though 'cause it's real lightweight and don't leave no lines on my face like them other masks. And it don't make my face all puffy neither. But I'm real sensitive and that nose piece just couldn't be tightened no more without hurting me. And that tape was starting to cause some skin problems too. Maybe if I coulda tightened it up more, it wouldn't have leaked. But hey, it's a good product, just not for me.

However, after 2 weeks, I checked my account and saw that the status was still pending approval. I called to ask why, but the person on the phone seemed uninterested in helping me. They told me to just wait for the machine if I wanted it. I waited another week and then sent an email asking if the status had changed. The automated system said I would get a call back within 24 hours, but that never happened.
The next day, I called again and was told that they couldn't help me, but someone from sales would call me back in 20 minutes. Of course, that never happened either. So I called one last time and was finally told that they didn't get enough machines as promised and that many people were left without machines. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and poor customer service, so I decided to cancel my order.
I would not recommend doing business with EasyBreathe because they clearly do not care about their customers. It's disappointing to see a company treat their customers this way, especially during a time when people need reliable medical equipment.

I placed an order for a CPAP mask and strap that I had never tried, but wanted to. I usually get my supplies from another company thru my Medicare, but this mask was on back order with them. The biggest problem is that 3 months later I got billed for another shipment that I hadn't ordered. I called and was informed that I was signed up under a "recurring" shipment deal. During the night last night I got the notification email that my shipment was getting ready to be sent. I called immediately this morning to say I didn't order a recurring shipment, but was told it was "TOO LATE TO CANCEL". The representative himself, Shaun, informed me that my initial order was in fact a recurring order... but also admitted that it was listed in the "FINE PRINT"! I told him that I am disabled and can't afford this, asking what I could do. He told me very matter of factly that there was NOTHING I could do! NEVER NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT HERE TO TRULY HELP THE CUSTOMER, BUT HERE FOR ALL THE $$$$ THEY CAN GET FROM YOU!

So, I bought these nasal pillows from EasyBreathe, but when I got them, they didn't come with the headgear.
