I attempted to log onto call of duty as normal after a few months of not playing. I found I’m unable to use online services and contacted the PlayStation network support for help after they did not find issues on their end they referred me to activision

I have attempted to contact activision but with no success in finding a solution to my issue. I have been permanently banned due to a hacker using my account unauthorized by myself. This has caused me great distress and emotional tolls and am waiting for the BBB to respond.

The unauthorized users account is a steam account

The following attachments are what I have so far

Desired outcome: To be unbanned and have the hacked linked account disconnected from my account
