Adam Ginsberg International Product and services

This guy here is very unprofessional takes your money and treats you however they want. You go to seminars they upsell u on all there products services ect. Get back none of the stuff works correctly. You message [protected]@internetmastery.io to only get rude or sarcastic responses. We have tried to down grading our membership because we dont want nothing to do with this company. They will charge what ever card on file they have wether they have authorization. Meaning I gave them permission to charge 1 card not whatever they have on file, we have voiced this with them many times but they do what they want. And yes from seeing on here they message back there complaint messages professionally. They also have to purchase pointless NFTs they made for this program with promises of teaching you about them but DONT therefore we invested $5600 on pointless things that serve no purpose for me because we will never attend any of there programs ever again or be apart of this. All we want is to be done with this company and be able to get my money back for these NFTs they tricked everyone into believing in. We get charged 599 a month and have so since. We have talked to them one lady promised they would keep in contact check in with us because for the last few months we have been tryin to get out of this. And too boot we had items that were lost at their prep center and were told pretty much to figure it out there very busy and take care. Seeing we are suppose to be pro members or members at all how is that ok I can attach said emails. I would jus love to be done with this company. I already know what there response is goin to be to this even they have fulfilled all there promises blah blah. We don't want to be any kind of association with Adam

Desired outcome: We would like to be done with Adam and refuned our $5600 for pointless NFTS that serve no purpose

Adam Ginsberg International Internet mastery spy rival

I attended an Internet Mastery class to learn how to sell items on Amazon. After the class, Adam offers the software to help us with our Amazon business. The Spyrival subscription installment of $4,000 is a total scam. I cannot list items on Amazon. I emailed Adam about this issue and requested a refund, and he said no refund. He said that I was not enrolled in a Spyrival subscription. Then, what am I paying for in the first place? I did not utilize the prep center because I had just started selling on Amazon. At this moment, I can only afford a small volume of products which I can do at home without the prep center. Every time I called customer support, it went straight to voicemail, and no return call. In the email, I also asked him why we can't change the password on this program, and his answer was no need to change the pre-given password; it is secure. In addition, my actual sales on Amazon do not reflect on the Spy Rival dashboard. Spy Rival doubles my sales which is wrong. I decided to remove Spy Rival from my Amazon account for security reasons. I do not see any value in this program and want a full refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund

Adam Ginsberg International Pro Package Program $7500

This company is a SCAM. They fish you with a bunch of empty promises on how you can make money with them selling on Amazon using their programs and systems and it's all a LIE.

I paid Adam Ginsberg $7500 for the Pro Package level in one of his weekend seminars which include, Prep Center package handling, Student Coaching Support, a program called Autotrage and a Program called Spyrival. I did not want to pay the full amount cause i was a bit hesitant in paying for something i was not to familiar with but Adam assured me I would get excellent treatment cause i would be a paid in full student. Found that a bit strange cause i wondered how would to payment plan students be treated but he sold me anyway with his smooth lies.

When i began working with Internet Mastery I was treated horrible right away. I began having problems immediately when i started to buy products and would send them to his Prep Center for handling to send to Amazon for fulfillment. The Prep Center was very incompetent in handling the few products i was sending. My first products i sent to the Prep Center took over a month to get to Amazon. As i wright this review i still have products in limbo at the Prep Center that they cannot account for there whereabouts. As i tried to contact them to resolve the issues i got no answers for over 2 weeks, no one answered not even 1 email or call from me. I also reached out to Adam via phone calls and texts and he simply ignored me. When i finally was able to speak with Camille about the situation she said that they were understaffed and could not handle the volume of all the students that send in products. When i asked why does Adam keep selling the service if they can't handle the commitment, she simply gave me brush off answer.

Til this day Adam has not had the professional business ethics to even reach out to address any of my concerns regarding this matter.

Another big issue is with their program Autotrage (THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK AT ALL). it is sold to you as an all around tool when in reality it is supposed to work only for Wholesale not Arbitrage which was not explained in the seminar. Adam sells it as he can to who ever he can, that is where he makes the extra $4500 off of the students. I was told by one of his support team directly that this is the case.

After all this experience I simply wanted to downgrade my program from Pro to Elite to at least continue to try and see if things can work at another level and when i asked for a refund for the $4500 of the Pro Package, i was told NO. Without even a proper phone call to explain their reason, I was sent a text by Camille saying that Adam and her didn't feel i was entitled a refund for me wanting to downgrade to the Elite Package I know cause they are a success story.

I now have my attorney involved getting a case against them to get my full refund back cause i have all my evidence from emails to texts and phone conversations ready cause i don't want to do any type of business with these people even though i was willing to continue on the lower level package previously.

These people hurt my business more than they helped.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM THEY ARE SMOOTH TALKERS AND SELL A GOOD GAME. IT'S ALL FAKE.

BUYER BEWARE.

My name is Joseph Acosta.

Desired outcome: Full refund of $7500

Why is it that no action has been taken by authorities against Adam Ginsberg and his refusal to refund money when his products don't work for so many of their purchasers? He has presented himself as an expert in eBay, Amazon, internet mastery, coaching, arbitrage, or anything else he's promoted in the last 15 years. Anyone want to presume he's now presenting himself as an expert in AI?

There's only one word about this person - BEWARE! He's dangerous, greedy, and less than honest. If there's another word RUN if Adam Ginsberg is promoting and selling a product.

Is Adam Ginsberg International Legit?

Adam Ginsberg International earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

Our conclusion: After a detailed review, ComplaintsBoard finds Adam Ginsberg International to be a trustworthy company. Although there's a 13% resolution rate for customer complaints, which deserves attention, Adam Ginsberg International is known for their high standards and safety. If you're thinking about dealing with Adam Ginsberg International, it's wise to check how they handle complaints.

Adamginsberg.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Adamginsberg.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with Adam Ginsberg International, is very old. Longevity often suggests that a website has consistently provided valuable content, products, or services over the years and has maintained a stable user base and a sustained online presence. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Adam Ginsberg International has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 13% of 15 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Adamginsberg.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The adamginsberg.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
  • Adam Ginsberg International protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

Adam Ginsberg International Software

Adam Ginsburg sells software that does not work. In his 3 day workshops he will present them as if they do work. Then when you finally get to use them yourself you will find that even if you use them all day to source products to sell, they are hopelessly inaccurate. I repeat: Razon, spyware, and anything else this man sells DO NOT WORK.

I tried asking for a refund. No response.

Adam Ginsberg International Just came to a screaming end

This man could sell ice cream to Inuits, but would keep the cone. Where most organisations give a minimum 14 - 30 day guarantee, this sleeze gives 3 days. You don't even get access to the product within that time. There's absolutely no possibility of a refund, unless you've used a credit card and can cancel the payment. His Adam Ginsberg fan page on facebook has people saying how happy they are. He allows only 5-star comments about the current scam "Internet Mastery". How long will that last when the product falls down around them. They won't have a way out and like so many of us will have done their dough - while he goes laughing to the bank. Potential new customers, beware. He has a golden tongue, but lacks ethics.

Adam Ginsberg International Internet mastery workshop

I've attended a workshop for Adam Ginsberg in Chicago one month ago ( June 2019) after i received a free invitation.
This free invitation led to an extremely professional fraud by an expert scammer!
Adam is great at brainwashing and giving promises, yet when it comes to the reality he is building his empire on the dreams of the audience.
The free event was followed by a 3 days workshop which cost 299$, this event serves as a marketing tool and a financial resource for Adam and his gang.
I've decided based on his recommendation to join the protegé after being promised to get a financial support and loan of 15000$, so i could cover a big amount of the registration which was 19795$.
The agreement was to have full support, availability of mentors, coaching, etc.. accordingly i signed up and paid 500$ on the spot to start the struggle!
After 3 days ( which is the allowed period to cancel and get refund) I was told that i got approved only for 5000$ which is 1/3 the promised amount.
I contacted the supposed coaches on the provided numbers, they never answered.
Then i started googling and reading the reviews and was amazed by how many persons out there (and not only within USA but extended to Canada, Australia, etc.. ) were scammed and lost thousands of dollars .
I am sharing my experience as a lesson learned not to trust this guy and not to waste your resources following false promises.
Looking to what i get in return of the 500$ i paid, it's a bunch of useless papers and contact numbers which i believe never being put in work.
Stay away of Adam Ginsberg!

Adam Ginsberg International Internet mastery amazon sellers

Stay away from this company and Adam Ginsberg they will scan you. Went to the free session he offered get you all worked up while I was there I spoke with a few PLP the feedback was mixed so I went and paid the 199. For the workshop and then I felt something wasn't right if he claims to be making so much money why is he out here wasting his time trying to sell his system maybe it's to good to be true.
So I went and cancel the workshop they say it will take a few week to get my money back, I did however in a few weeks I got my credit back. So I never bothered to look at my cc cause I know there's nothing there. Abt 6 weeks after I was online and I saw my cc with a different balance as expected when I looked I saw some crazy money charged to my card so I called my cc company and told them what had happened. Somehow I believe I was either scan by them or I got hacked. Now internet mastery is after me telling me I signed a contract and I have to fulfilled it told them this is crazy this is not me they won't believe me they after me for $2600. US. They claimed to be making millions and you after me for a small amt of money. Which makes them even more guilty
There's more to this but I prefer not to get into details. I hope this helps this guy is a salesman he hired a bunch of plp to work for him and they all in on this helping him take in the money from innocent hard-working people. Stay away from this company and this guy he knows nothing about this amazon business he is a sales man if you want to sell on amazon go on there website they will help you at no cost amazon should never allow this guy to do this I hope they shut him down soon before more people loose there money.

copy and paste from other thread

Sitting in his thing (called workshop. don't think it is haha) right now. Conclusion: don't come pay $149 or 199 for the 2.5 day workshop and don't pay $130 for the VIP (not sure about the course that he's selling for $7000-20, 000 USD cos' I didn't sign up so can't make any comments haha). In my opinion, you can find better alternative information online. The info that he gave us is almost the same as what he said in the workshop. He and his team are here to mainly sell his software and classes. And those classes are not for people who want to start selling on Amazon cos' those people would not have that kinda money to invest in the course (with $7000 - 20, 000 USD, you can buy inventory and start selling yourself or open a small business in Calgary like those kiosks in malls, I think).

Another thing is that he doesn't seem to like when people ask him questions that he doesn't like or doesn't know. Example one guy asked about how long Amazon would store his products for before they return them to him. To me, clearly he doesn't know the answer and shut him down rudely and this also happened to others as well. He repeatedly show us number of dollars that his students are making but not much about how to get there.

Don't know what else to say. Just find a different alternative if you already did your research on how to sell on Amazon. But if you're brand new, you may get some info from his talk (not much tho haha).

Adam Ginsberg International Product

July 22nd 2017, Adam sold Internet Mastery software for US $ 5997. He did seminar at Holiday Inn Toronto from 21, 22 and 23rd of July. As per Adam Ginsberg he was authorized by amazon to do these seminars. The software includes Razon Software and Spyrival, app3.spyrivals.com.
They claim there are more then 150 sites on their software but in actual there are few may be under 5 in Canada. . When I confronted person called Ben he said no we do have sites. He gave me Staples and Home depot which were all lies. While you talk they always try to intimidate you.
Spyrival software when you run the internet security software will do not let you run. It will tell you that software is Phishing software to steal your information.
Request were made at different points to different persons for refund of money . which was refused by person named Ben.
When you call them they ask you to leave the message.
Perosn dealing is Ben his email is ([protected]@mycoachingteam.com) and address in all emails are

Adam Ginsberg International Amazon seller program

This summarizes my experience with them. They responded with a harsh email saying it was my fault and wasnt true.

To Whom It May Be Concerned,

I am writing to you today to express my severe discontent and frustration with Adam Ginsberg’s Internet Millionaire Program. I heard Adam speak at the Les Brown, Get Motivated event in South San Francisco on February 10th, 2016. I signed up for the 3-day workshop which I attended the following month in Sacramento, CA. After hearing the “tools, software, knowledge, and experience” his company was offering, I believed that his program would help me develop a successful new venture selling on Amazon. I decided to sign up for his Bachelor Program, at a cost of $10, 000, and start my new business. Unfortunately, it was not close to anything I hoped for or anticipated.

Below, I have laid out, in detail, the many reasons for my frustration and discontent. The reasons that have solidified my belief that this company is a fraud, which wrongfully deceive its customers.

Promised investment return within 6 months:
Multiple times throughout the weekend, I asked how fast I would recoup my investment. One of the coaches each time promised that with 5-10 hours per week, I would recoup my investment within 6 months.Unfortunately, after months of hard work, I have not made a dime from the services they offered, but have actually lost money. I have spent over 200 hours on this project. I have a finance degree at a top college, and no matter how hard I work, what Adam said in the 3-day seminar is just not adding up. Just check the amount of bad reviews of him online. This is just one of many: /link removed/
2. Encouraging people to get a loan to pay for the program:
During the the tail-end of the lecture, Adam listed 4 websites you could go to get a loan to pay for his program. These loans all had high interest rates He asserted that if I obtained a loan to pay for his program, I would rapidly pay off the loan fast because I would be be averaging 14-16% return. This trade practice has recently been in the news as law enforcement authorities in New York have taken action against Donald Trump for doing the same thing. This form of sales and marketing is wrong, deceitful, and improper.
3. Charging ~$200/half-hour for “Professional” Coaching Calls:None of the information nor coaching I received from my coach, Ben, could even be described as mediocre. Almost all of the information provided was “fluffed up” and the call was nothing more than a “Get Motivated” call, and almost worthless. After finishing my ~10th call (out of 20), I hoped it would get better. My last call was no more than 13 minutes. The last phone call I had with Ben left a bitter taste in my mouth and I had to finally pull the plug.

4. Selling My Information to Third Parties
I have received multiple telephone calls from a gentleman named Ty Talbot from a company called Product Directory. He said he works as an affiliate of Internet Millionaire and obtained my information from Ben. His job is to sell information from [protected] Chinese contacts at a cost ranging from $1, 000-$5, 000. In his sales pitch, I was told I would have everything I needed. None of this turned out to be true. In addition, during my phone sessions with Ben, the tips he gave me to find manufacturers that led to nowhere.
5. The Software is a Scam:
I bought the entire software package. I only used two, as these were the ones that the coaches said to start with.
Example 1 : Retail Arbitrage - This software is unworkable - I used it for 1-2 months for approximately -2 hour per day. I found the software flawed and nothing more than a conduit for advertisements. For example, I bought 10 New Stars Wars’ DVDs from Walmart, which I wanted to sell on Ebay for a profit. When I attempted to sell these DVDs on eBay, , there were already advertisements of the same DVDs I just bought. How am I supposed to win?
Example 2: SpyRival- The ONLY thing that is any good about this software is you can see how many of a certain item sell each day. This software shows the number of items sold per day and each item’s “Sales Rank.” According to what I was told by Adam at the seminar, this is very expensive information. However, I had specifically asked if this is the Sales Ranking that EVERYBODY can see already on Amazon under the ASIN number and Adam Ginsberg clearly said NO. However, 99% of the time, that number is the SAME.

I hope that helps, do not trust these individuals. Some of the speakers who preach the service don't even use it.

Adam Ginsberg International Template optimizer and program

I purchased Adam's course after attending a workshop in Charlotte, NC. It cost me $15, 000, of which I got a paper book with information in it and access to a coach. Never once did anything work the way it was supposed to. The template optimizer never worked properly and eventually the coach that was assigned to me and a friend who purchased quit because of the non-integrity of Adam and his program! I wish all of us would ban together and sue Adam Ginsberg! He is a scam and a thief of people's hard earned money! If anyone has any idea how we can recoup some of our losses please feel free to contact me. He promised all sorts of updates, etc., none of which ever came to fruition. I worked the program and talked to the coach once a week for months and months and always there was something wrong with the software and there were being updates, etc. I am sick about this. I too am a Ebay and Amazon seller and later found a company that was honest and sincerely helpful without having to pay $15, 000 to get the information! I was only one of about 4 people who paid this money and got nothing!

Adam Ginsberg International Misleading selling

I attended an eBay workshop with Adam Ginsberg. At this workshop, Adam did a very good sales pitch on a different set of products and services. During this sales pitch he did a "demonstration" of the product and services you would be getting for a purchase price of $17, 000. According to Adam this included the following:
1. e-commerce application to create unlimited e-stores
2. Professional coaching
3. Instant Storebuilder software that created websites with automated content and revenue generation opportunities

There was only a 3 day cooling off period.

However in reality this is what was delivered:
1. We were only able to configure a single e-commerce store. We queried this with their support center, but never received a reply. His sales pitch was heavily influenced by the fact that the ability to create multiple unlimited sites is where you would be able to make HUGE money. However, in practice the system was not actually ready for this feature at the time of purchasing and 6 months later, we received an email saying that the unlimited e-store feature was now available. Naturally, this significantly impacted our ability to earn the income he constantly referred to during his sales pitch - which was what prompted us to purchase the product in the first place.

2. The professional coaching did not exist. In fact it was a bunch of youngsters operating in a small callcenter, who were not at all skilled to answer majority of the questions we had. They were very much scripted, and any deviation from their script was not able to be accommodated. We knew more than the coaches that were supposedly there to guide and teach us. Appointments were made by them, which they never kept too. We complained about the level of knowledge and professionalism and were moved to a different coach, who was no better. We had words with their leader too, who was equally unprofessional and unable to deliver upon what was promised by Adam.

Subsequently, we received an email from Adam, indicating that he had changed the company he outsourced his coaching to, as the original company was not delivering upon their expectations. This is exactly what we had been complaining about from the start. I would like to mention that the coaching we purchased as part of the $17, 000 only included 6 months of "hand holding" and another 6 months thereafter of email support. Therefore the change in coaching company after Adam finally acknowledge that they were ineffective, came after our 6 months of "professional coaching" which meant we paid a premium for zero return.

3. The Instant Storebuilder was an absolute joke. Very little of the once-again promised functionality worked. When we raised this with the "coaches" they kept saying they would look into it, but again we never received a resolution.

We complained a number of times to Adam's support center and we never ever received any form of resolution. The 3 days cooling off period at the time of purchase was ridiculous as it was insufficient for us to gauge a system and it's effectiveness in such a short time. The software application was still so new, that most of the time during this 3 day period the application was not available due to fixes being done and bugs removed. Adam knew this, which is why I believe he only offered a 3 day cooling off period, as he knew it would lock people in, and prevent refunds!

As our complaints kept mounting and we did not receive assistance, answers or a resolution, we eventually requested a refund on our purchase but this was ignored. We tried a number of times, but to no avail.

In essence we have tried numerous times to get our money back as the promises made at the workshop came NOWHERE close to what was delivered. We have seen many other people online also complaining about the same thing, so it seems to be a common problem. In reality, Adam Ginsberg is a scam artist taking money from people by making false claims and under-delivering on products and services sold. The mere fact that he has sent out the two emails I refer to above is a clear indication that what he was selling was not what was delivered. He made commitments far ahead of the functionality of the products and services at the time. He was selling the ultimate solution, which as it has become evident, was not actually developed or ready to be taken to market in the form that he was promising. In his own words in one of the emails I refer to above, he states that the product was still under development, and it took longer than they expected. If this was the case, they shouldn't be selling a $17, 000 solution which is not yet ready for sale. At the time of purchase, no mention was made that the application was still in beta. There is no way anyone would purchase a beta system for $17, 000. The price tag they had given, was equated to their fully fledged system (which was still a rip-off), but what we purchased was not this fully fledged system, and I still don't think it is today.

If these promises had been made online, Adam would definitely be in breach of the FTC regulations. He seems to be of the opinion that since he is making these promises in person and not online, that he can do what he likes.

After logging this complaint we finally received communication from Adam's office. They requested that we remove our complaint and will then work with us to resolve the issue. I followed my side of the deal, but as per his behaviour to date, once the complaint was resolved, he did not stick to his side of the deal - my complaint remains unresolved, as expected.

He is ripping off many people for his own personal gain. This approach is wrong! He knows it, we know it and many others out there unfortunately are victims of his unfaithful and dishonest practices.

With Adam Ginsberg recently doing the rounds in Australia to promote his workshops later this year in Brisbane and Sydney - I went along to his free 90 minute speal in Melbourne promoted by Empowernet. I have not signed up for anything despite being hounded by Empowernet. I googled to try and find out what "real people" have to say about Adam. I've not...

Adam Ginsberg International Tricked people to sign up

On July 9, 2010, I was present at a commercial training at Los Angeles airport, when Adam Ginsberg appeared as a guest speaker.
He promoted a new web-based application called Speedlings. He gave a demo by registering a new domain, then built a new web site, then did some manipulations to show that the new site was generating money every few minutes, from various associated links. He calculated that a site must generate at least $1.00 per day, and if one person builds a new site each day consistently, that person can generate at least $120000 of "passive income" per year, from all 365 sites. He stated that a particular site of his, www.discountlipgl***.com normally generated $14/day for him.
He then asked people in attendance (about 100) to sign up for Speedlings, by giving additional reasons. He said that he would not come back at a later time, that if a person signs up on that day, the cost of a domain name would be "grandfathered in" at $15 per domain.
Furthermore, he gave a guarantee to pay back "double your money" after one year, if a person cannot make a profit after one year. The pre-requisite is that a person must generate 30 sites each month, and must submit a list of 30 new sites to Speedlings each month. The total cost (undisclosed by Adam Ginsberg) to acquire 335 "domain credits" is at least $6725 ( = $600 x 11 + $25 x 5).
Adam Ginsberg tricked people to sign up, by giving a deceptive presentation. The Speedlings software actually will not work as promoted, because the income (revenue) may never come.
The contract that Adam asked people to sign did not contain any verbal guarantee for "double your money" back.
From my experience with Speedlings, after almost 1 month and with 25 sites, my total revenue as reported by Speedlings was $0.68. Several other users have similar experience, as reported by the "Marketplace" area within Speedlings:
site: www.Climbing-Rock-W***.com after 150 days generated $0.00
site: www.BuyingMin****.com after 273 days generated $2.00
site www.FreeLandsc*****.Net after 233 days generated $0.00
site www.PersonalInjuryAttorn******.com after 225 days generated $1.00
People did pay extremely high cost for Speedlings, with the expectation that they shall obtain the "implied performance" by Speedlings, i.e. to obtain the revenue. Speedlings can generate web sites; however, simply generating new web sites is not satisfactory, because people can obtain (and own) pc-based software packages to create web pages/web sites (e.g. Dreamweaver, Frontpage at a much lower cost, or Kompozer for no cost).
Furthermore, Adam withheld actual cost of buying new domains (i.e. no full disclosure). To obtain a new domain for $15 each, users have to buy a bundle of 1000 new domains ("domain credits") for $1500. Otherwise, the cost for a single new domain (or renewal) is $25. For comparison, many other sites offer a new domain for under $10.
Now, let's consider the whole contract that Adam asked people to sign. He actually did not go over the details of the contract. A contract is considered valid (and enforceable) when there is mutual agreement "meeting of the minds" regarding the details of the contract. The Speedlings agreement/contract might not be considered valid or enforceable, because there was no "meeting of the minds" in the first place. Adam Ginsberg's intention was to mislead, and deceive uninformed people to sign up, and to unjustly enrich himself.
I signed up to pay for the "Gold Unlimited package, " with the initial payment of $2297, to be followed by two additional payments of same amount. After nearly a month using Speedlings, I realized that Speedlings is a total failure (based on my experience, and based on additional info. from the "Marketplace" within Speedlings). My total "revenue" from all sites was under $1.00. At least two other people have written disappointing results with Speedlings, even though the terms of the contract/agreement would not allow people to publicly discuss their earnings, or their experience with the company!
My discretionary income is only approx. $250 a month; therefore, I could not inject extra $600 per month to buy the "domain credits" and to create 30 new sites each month as I planned. I currently pay a fraction of the initial payment each month, which I made on my credit card.
When I contacted Seedlings' rep on Aug 6, 2010 to cancel my contract/agreement with Speedlings (and again on the following days), the answer was that I had to pay the whole purchase price, because I did not cancel within the 3 days window after I signed the agreement. However, I would like to emphasize that the agreement/contract allows for a way out beyond the first 3 days, per section 10b(i)&(ii). Also, considering the fact that I did not write that agreement, the contract/agreement must be interpreted in favor of me (the person who did not write it). Again, section 10b contains no condition regarding the first 3 days period, or full payment requirement.
Finally, because Speedings did not deliver the results as shown in the demonstration on July 9, 2010 (misrepresented revenue potential), the software tool (product) did not meet the "implied performance" of this product. I believe that all Speedlings users should be allowed to get their money back (prorated or full refund), with no string attached (e.g. wait after one year, and pay additional $6725 to Adam/Speedlings to create more sites as his verbal conditions). This is the "specific performance" I am asking from Adam Ginsberg and Speedlings.
To prove that I am actually an user of Speedlings, and have paid outrageous fee to "access" and "use" this product, I have included below some actual email exchanges between me and Speedlings' rep., with some texts omitted, partly due to privacy.
An unfortunate user of Speedlings from Calif., USA.
