Adani Group Parking charges at guwahati airport

This is for your information that at Guwahati airport Staff parking charges is Rs.500/- where there is no designated parking for staff. Even after paying parking fee today due to VVIP moment 3parkings are blocked as per the parking staff where else while trying to park at 4th parking state police denied parking stating that even 4th parking is blocked and have no clue where to park.

My question is that if there’s no space for parking why to charge 500/- monthly fee in as of parking. Where else more then half of the staff didn’t pay parking fee even they are allowed to park their vehicle regularly

Desired outcome: I would like to ask for the refund I had paid for parking for the month of September
